Abstract

Computer Laboratory (Labkom) STMIK STIKOM Surabaya supported by the infrastructure of Information Technology (IT) for running the business process services Information Systems and Information Technology (IS/IT). IT infrastructure can’t be separated of an event, such as the reduced capacity of the hard disk server, weakened network speed, decreased of computer performances, and other events. The problem faced Labkom is didn't have event management, so the impact on the delivery of IS/IT services because they still find the user can’t access the website practicum, can’t upload the result of practicum, some softwares can’t run well, and another impacts. Based on these problems need an Event Management then organized and managed so as to produce the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). This Event Management used by Labkom to prevent the impact of the event so that IS/IT services can be delivered. The SOP design refers to the Policy of Services IS/IT Labkom and ITIL V3 Service Operation phase, particularly on Event Management process. The results of this research are five SOP, eight Work Instructions, nine Work Records which serves to manage events, and Event Management Guide which used as a reference in improving service of Labkom.

Abstract

Existing conditions, introduction of information media culture generally use the book, where in it contains names and images of culture and culture is not explicitly about the description of the culture, so that the user understands a little less on the diversity of Indonesian culture. As more and more Android-based smartphone users, it can be used to help introduce Indonesian culture by developing Android based applications. This application is designed to convey information such as name, picture, and description of the traditional house, traditional clothing, traditional dances, musical instruments and traditional weapons area. On the application displays cultural features, these features cultural displays one of five categories of culture, then features the logo of the 33 provinces, this display features 5 categories of culture from one province. Another feature is the search, the user can input the keywords of the culture in this feature. With the construction of the introduction of mobile applications based on android Indonesian culture, can help introduce and visualize the community, especially the students in the study of diverse cultures such as traditional houses, traditional clothing, traditional dances, musical instruments and traditional weapons area of 33 provinces in Indonesia. Where the 24 respondents have high enthusiasm for this application and 6 respondents had low enthusiasm.

Abstract

Pabrik Gula Gempolkrep is one of the subsidiaries of PTPN X engaged in the production of sugar. Currently Pabrik Gula Gempolkrep already using sistem informasi pabrik gula(SIPG) to support business processes, information systems used but still can not help pabrik gula gempolkrep to monitoring the productivity of sugarcane feedstock. This needs to be rectified as to achieve production targets. Pabrik Gula Gempolkrep need to monitor the productivity of sugarcane raw material that becomes the main raw material in sugar production. Based on the above, it was built dashboard for visualization of raw material productivity of sugarcane in Pabrik Gula Gempolkrep. The dashboard is designed to meet the information needs of sugarcane productivity of the manajer tanaman and kepala tebang angkut. The results of the evaluation system productivity dashboard for visualization of the raw material sugar cane in the mill Gempolkrep can change the raw material sugar cane productivity data into visual information that is accurate and in accordance with user needs to monitor the achievement of the productivity of sugarcane feedstock.Keywords: Dashboard, Visualization, Productivity

Abstract

Information system development conducted at this time by the Marketing Division of Culture and Tourism of East Java is still based on the current needs and the absence of information systems planning for the future to support the business needs of the Marketing Division. The problems that appear a result it is the development of information systems becomes unfocused, not integrated of data management and impact on the big budget expenditures and continuing.To be able overcome the constraint, it is required System and Information Technology Planning can be give opinions on the needs for information systems in the future by the Marketing Division to support in achieving the vision and mission of the business. It is necessary so investing for Systems and Information Technology accordance with requirements and provide benefits can be measured by achievement of goals and objectives of the organization. Result of the research produces a document of strategic planning systems and information technology. Abstract

New Cahaya Hotel is a company engaged in the field of tourism as an hotel in Sidoarjo. New Cahaya Hotel still using manual methods for daily administration, such as reservation, check in, check out, in house services, and making reports. This recording methods for a company that engaged in services can be not efficient, for example taking too much time to handling check in registration. It can be risky too for saving valueable informations. To overcome the problems above, researcher is designing and implementing an hotel administration information system. The result from this hotel administration system is hotel administration reporting. So, this system can overcome the company’s administration problem and give efficient and effective information.Keywords: information system, hotel administration system reporting

Abstract

Minister of Health of Indonesia has issued a decision in the context of performance assessment of health human resources in health centers. PHC Kalirungkut in this case has not been fully to assess the performance of health human resources in accordance with the Decree of the Minister of Health number 857 / Menkes / SK / IX / 2009 as was recommended . Performance appraisal is currently done by the health center is still in the process Kalirungkut manually. This can lead to errors such as human error , data loss , and data can be corrupted. To overcome these problems , then made a solution Design of HR information systems performance assessment Kalirungkut health in health centers . This application can perform data management , calculate the value of the performance , to reporting the performance of existing health human resources in health centers Kalirungkut . This application also can make the data more accurate calculation and timely , which will minimize the calculation error occurred. Based on the test results , it is known that the application can provide detailed information on the performance assessment of health human resources obtained from the collection of data effectively , so that the performance assessment can be done on time and not to be a delay granting any performance appraisal report has been completed.

Abstract

ABSTRACT : UD. Stardus Surabaya is one of the distributors of various boxes of food located on the road Simorejo No. 103 Surabaya. These distributors serve only selling wholesale or in large quantities only. Problems on the current business process is the absence of the recording process at the request of customers that are not realized. Distributors also do not know the state of the inventory in real time and does not know when to conduct the procurement process without having to wait for the inventory runs out. Judging from the payment of receivables distributor also has no system for recording receivables tersistem well.Based on the above problems, the researchers use the method of System Development Life Cycle to analyze and evaluate the system to perform system development. Application sales are made useful to keep records of sales activities as the basis for reporting sales activity in real time.Based on the above problem resolution and system testing of the research results, it can be concluded that the application of the sale of cardboard that has been made to produce information in the form of a report which contains information inventory, information requests are not fulfilled, and the information necessary sales receivables UD. Stardus Surarabaya for decision-making by the leadership.

Abstract

In fulfilling orders for subscriptions , companies must improve performance in terms of planning. So far the problem in CV. Azaria Abadi Permai is planning needs raw materials and production is still in expected and done manually by the passage production planning inventory control. In this case often happens miscalculation planning raw needs an impact on exactly the number and availability of the raw materials that it production process.                    Solution proposed for the completion of the problems in the top is using methods Material Requirement Planning. This method aims to count the needs of raw materials and the arrival buy raw materials used the results of the evaluation of three lot sizing the technique, Lot for Lot, Economic Order Quantity, and Period Order Quantity.                    The result of this research is able to analyze method lot sizing namely, Lot for Lot, Economic Order Quantity, Period Order Quantity and then to choose the cost of inventori the most economical in each this method.

Abstract

The recording of receipts and expenditures rice not in orderly and daily process proceeds or spending rice to the next part of public services will be made a report to be submitted to Kasubdivre, but in reality the process of submitting a report conducted by the warehouse to the public service is not be done directly because the distance between the warehouse with a separate main office so that the reporting process becomes obstructed. The process of collecting the data in hardcopy may caused the data to be lost or damaged and the time data management processes often occur one to write the value so that when confirmed to parts of the public service should seek or revise error, recording error occurs when the revenue and expenditure of rice on the report, it will be very difficult to search and sort the data if all are still done manually in the form of archives. It also takes quite a lot of time. With the problems it required application to recording of receipts and spending of rice that are designed to help the warehouse in terms of doing rice recording entry and exit as well as part of the public service in terms of reporting and as a reference for the procurement of rice, find a report  the number of entry and exit rice, origin and destination of rice, and the number of stocks in each warehouse. Keywords : the recording of goods, revenue and expenditure , warehouse.

Abstract

The need for health every year have increased, it make hospitals have a competition to improved their services. As same asGRIU Graha Amerta Surabaya, as governments hospitals, it’s trying to gave the best service to compete with others. So that the patient satisfaction becomes main focus. To improve patient satisfaction on the service quality, the measurement of quality of services needs to be done. To measuring the service quality purposed to get information about the influence of service quality factors. The information will be used to descission support management. To support the purpose of GRIU Graha Amerta Surabaya, proposed an application to analysis influence of the service quality on inpatients satisfaction. It will be applied multi linier regression method to calculate and produce information the factors that influence and not influence on the inpatients satisfactions.
