Abstract

Abstract: PT Pertamina (Persero) MOR V have responsibility to some areas, such as East Java, Bali, NTB, NTT, and East Timor. This company have been established information and system technology services. IT Marketing and Trading has responsibility for 6 information and system technology services. Maturity level for the last audit process were good enough, but there are problems that exists. The problem that happened in these services are lack of response to customer in respond to customer’s requests and lack of ERP and non-ERP services. Result from these problems is delays in management services called lack of services. The result is customer’s trust to IT M&T could be reduced due to this lack of service. Because of that this company needs to do continuous information and system technology audit that based on the 2014 audit which has been done by this company. Hopefully this audit can be used to know the cause from these complaint. This audit used COBIT 4.1 standard because control for problems existed in this company have been identified using COBIT 4.1 so this company can continue to implement and monitor the accepted main goal has been reached or not. Keywords: audit, system and information technology audit. Abstract

CV. Gemilang Indonesia (CV. GI) is a company engaged in the field of printing. The production process is currently using machines that work in sequence, starting from the plating machine, a big printing machine, two small printing machines, one machine collator and cutting machines. As such, in the period September 2015 – February 2016 the percentage of delays in processing orders reached 41%. The delays of the production process occurs because the company does not employ any optimization methods for scheduling the machines. For example, there are some products for one order, hence, each product needed to be processed sequentially for each machine. In this case, when the ordered – products are still being processed by the first machine, the orther machines will be idle waiting for the first machine completes the task. To overcome this problems, in this work, we develope an application for scheduling the production in the CV.GI utilizing the First Come First Serve (FCFS), Longest Processing Time (LPT), Shortest Processing Time (SPT), and the Earliest Due Date (EDD). The result of this research is about 94% which means the scheduling production system is feasible to use and can help company in the production schedule.

Abstract

Inclusive school is a school which has regular students and also disability students. In Surabaya there were 70 inclusive schools, With so many the number of schools cause dinas difficulty in showing data are sprouting the capabilities of students inclusive , know the development of the total students inclusive. For teachers reporting documents to cause teachers must commutes collecting the document to Dinas Pendidikan. Based on of problems that emerged, can be given a solution that education authorities need an application that can assist in the reporting process of teaching and learning activities in schools and recaps in knowing the developmental ability of students inclusive. This program designed web based to solve problem. This application is designed Based on the results of the test system by using the black box and white box that has created the application can solve problems that occur by displaying developmental ability students - inclusive, is able to determine the amount of growth students - inclusive, helping teachers in accelerating the process reporting. Abstract

Proses penjadwalan yang dilakukan oleh PT BERLIAN JASA TERMINAL INDONESIA (PT BJTI) selama ini memunculkan permasalahan berupa penggunaan area dermaga yang belum optimal. Maksud dari penggunaan area dermaga yang belum optimal adalah terdapatnya jarak yang terlalu lebar antar kapal sehingga menimbulkan banyaknya area dermaga yang kosong pada waktu penjadwalan tambat kapal. Permasalahan ini akan berdampak pada minimnya jumlah kapal yang tambat. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, dibutuhkan sebuah aplikasi penjadwalan tambat kapal. Oleh karena itu dalam penelitian ini diusulkan aplikasi penjadwalan tambat kapal menggunakan Tabu Search, dimana penjadwalan ini diharapkan dapat mengoptimalkan penggunaan area dermaga sehingga dapat memaksimalkan jumlah kapal yang tambat. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian yang sudah dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa aplikasi yang telah dibangun pada penelitian ini telah mampu mengoptimalkan penggunaan area dermaga. Hal ini terlihat pada peningkatan jumlah ruang sekitar 35, 51% setelah menggunakan aplikasi dari penelitian ini.

Abstract

This research aims to design and build academic administration information system web based at Ta'miriyah senior high school in Surabaya. On this research analysis and design of the system using the method of System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) model waterfall. This methodology includes a number of phases, namely the stage of system analysis, system design and implementation of the system. The data used in this architecture is data grade X period 2015-2016, an active teacher data, and the data subjects that have been designated by the Administration. The results of this final project is design and build academic administration information system web based that can be used by parents to monitor their children activities in relation to the information school administration. For further development may be suggested to make android-based system as well as the added summary and download report Administration information.

Abstract

Randu Padangan village is one of the villages in Gresik Regency which has a population of approximately 4500 inhabitants and many farm fields and plantations. With increasing population led to the need for land for settlement increased and many citizens who sell and buy land for the necessities of life. Related to it Governance in particular village government party in charge of handling and serving information land experiencing difficulties in terms of land information services. It looks at the data search process a very long land until it reaches 2 days and the presentation of data on land that is still difficult to understand especially on imagemap map data blocks with the current data block is still separate. This led to theinformation given to the citizens of less accurate. Based on the problems described previously the village of Randu Padangan requires a land information system that can assist the Government in conducting logging landand provide information that is accurate and speedy land to citizens. The results showed that Randu Padangan Village Land information systems can assistthe Government in conducting land and logging provides information on defense, so the  land information service can be quickly solved with accurate and timely.

Abstract

PT. Pancaran Semangat Jaya is a company that moves in the field of Javanese magazine publishing named “Panjebar Semangat” which first published in 1933 until now. Currently, the administration of staffing is done by a subdivision of administration and documentation noted manually and the result is edited using Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel applications, and then printed and stored in storage. This leads to a process of data search and check, as well as making the report which is reducing the working hour for the employees.Based on the problem, a solution is offered in the form of staffing administration information system that would connect the employees in every division inside the companies by using a dna-based client server and a waterfall method. This method uses sistematically approach and a serial ranging from the level of the needs of the system and heading to the stage of analysis, design, coding, testing and maintenance. The result of this research shows that the staffing administration information system may help PT. Pancaran Semangat Jaya to record and processing data by quickly and correctly. Moreover, that information system is in line with the needs of the company which has been proven by the outcome of the trial that has been implemented into eleven usual employees, three chief divisions, and one documentation administrative subdivision with the results of 82,7 % and included in a very well category.

Abstract

PT Bukit Baja Anugrah is a company in the manufacturing of pipes.As long as companies are experiencing delays in the fulfillment of customer orders. This is because in determining the order fulfillment time is still based on estimates and orders directly from the manager in the purchase of raw material requirements, so there is no recording in detail the structure of the product requirements and checking of raw materials is not done on a regular basis also resulted in a shortage or excess raw materials. Based on these problems, then made the information system planning raw material requirements by using Lot For Lot. In the raw material requirements planning system there are some processes, namely the process of receiving data MPS where the information obtained in the form of raw material needs and schedule pre-defined messages, the process of recording the initial raw material inventory and process MRP (Material Requirement Planning). In the process there is a process that MRP Netting, Lot Sizing, Offsetting and Exploding. Based on the information system created by the testing that has been done, then this information system can meet the needs of raw materials needed for the production process, especially in producing a raw material requirements planning as any raw materials that must be ordered, how much, and when the raw materials have to be ordered. And information systems have resulted in reports of raw material requirements planning, inventory status reports and reports planned purchase of raw materials.

Abstract

ENT (ear, nose and throat) disorders is a very common disorders in the community, based on data obtained from health department of Surabaya on January to May 2014, the ENT disorders is in rank one whose reaches 41% the number of patients in Surabaya. This resulted in the need for ENT doctors to be larger, however the number of people with the disorders ENT and the limited number of available ENT doctors in Indonesia, resulted in costs for treatment and consult with ENT doctors become more expensive.In addition to the limited number of ENT doctors in Indonesia is also still a major problem, because they had been available ENT doctor in major cities only, so ENT doctor can’t reach the communities in areas far away from urban. While the ENT disorders is a type of disorders that must be dealt with quickly and properly, so that the sufferer condition is not going worse. So it takes an expert system that reaches the general public, but can diagnose various types of ENT diseases appropriately, and provide information about treatment suggestions from the disease.Experimental results show that the web based expert system application for diagnosis ENT disorders using certainty factor method, works as expected. System can diagnose and provide information about the treatment advice of 23 ENT disorders based on 38 types of existing symptoms, the similarity results of the diagnosis by 82.6% with the diagnosis given by the an expert (ENT Doctor).

Abstract

CV. Berkat Alam Sejahtera is a company engaged in the Gas Industry. CV. Berkat Alam Sejahtera sales in the process can be made by cash or credit. Customer confidence by making payments receivable directly to field officers can also pose a risk of abuse by field personnel. The administrative staff also often experience difficulties in the reporting process when managers need data of a customer sales and receivables suddenly because among the data is still not linked to one another. Based on the above, the company needs a sales application that can perform control of payments accounts of customers using SMS (Short Message Service) Gateway is also expected to address the delay in receivables collection customers with reminders customer receivables beginning of each month and increase customer confidence in making payments receivable with confirmation in the form of SMS so that customers feel safe and comfortable. Hopes that these applications can overcome the problems that had occurred, and increase sales and improve service to customers.
