Abstract

SICYCA is the main website as media appreciation STIKOM Surabaya, the fact that not all SICYCA are used with maximum facilities by students. To know the success rate of a technology implementation, how high the student acceptance rate of SICYCA. The model used by researchers is the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology ( UTAUT ). The instrument in this study was used questioner. The writer spread the questioner to students in STIKOM Surabaya in academic year 2010-2013 in every major at STIKOM Surabaya. The writer used 200 students as the sample in this study. The research design was used Stratified Random Sampling method which was focused on separated the elements group of words in STIKOM Surabaya. Descriptive analysis, validity analysis, and reliability was used SPSS 16 software. Data analysis was used Structural Equation Model (SEM) and use AMOS 22 software to analysis the structural. From the results of the data analysis, it can be concluded as follows: 1) performance expectancy has an positive effect to intentions of using SICYCA. 2) effort expectancy has an positive effect to the intentions of using the SICYCA. 3) social influence do not positive effect significantly to the intention of using the SICYCA. 4) facilitating conditions do not have an positive effect to the SICYCA utilizing. 5) behavioral intention has an positive effect to the use of behavioral SICYCA.

Abstract

Letter is an important document in Surabaya High Court because it supports the business process activities Surabaya High Court. Therefore, the data must be complete mailing, distribution and storage should be timely letter should be well ordered. The conditions at the Surabaya High Court incomplete data writing letters, distributing archives are often delayed because of the long groove applies a system or procedure is too complicated. To solve this problem, so the storage and recording of the letter needs to be converted into digital data and computerized. To meet these needs it is necessary to be made application mail handling incoming and outgoing mail at the Surabaya High Court. Stages of making this application begins with communication, planning, modeling, construction, and operation. Once tested, the application management of incoming and outgoing letter can handle the recording process incoming letter, handle the disposition of incoming letter, handle the process of making a number of outgoing letter as well as recording your outgoing letter so, can generate data incoming letter, the data disposition, the data outgoing letter, and several reports including archiving reports, statements disposition, disposition tracking reports, and reports of outgoing letter.

Abstract

Abstract: Unit Pelaksana Teknis (UPT) Pelatihan dan Pengembangan Pendidikan Kejuruan (PPPK) is a technical and operational unit of Dinas Pendidikan (Dispendik) East Java Regional that take care of training and vocational education development. UPT PPPK has a main task to organize training and vocational education development, administration, and public services. UPT PPPK has a Educational Services Division (Seksi Pelayanan Pendidikan) which suppose to organize training for Vocational High School’s teachers in Each Java Regional.Whilst there are almost 1500 Vocational High Schools, arround 36.000 teachers, and 211 vocationals in East Java which is impossible to organize all vocationals in a year. To overcome these conditions UPT PPPK needs a solution system that could assist to determining which teacher that need training the most. Collecting and analyzing data in order to identify what subjects or elements inside the organization that need to be enhanced for the sake of increasing organization’s productivity is what called as Training Need Analysis.Based on result of testing and evaluation, the application success to determining the gap that need training for the teacher through exam as placement test and teacher's training history. Whilst this gap would lead UPT PPPK to give a proper training and determining the training's participants.

Abstract

PT. Surabaya Industrial Estate Rungkut – SIER (Persero) are state-owned enterprise who work on planning, developing and managing industry district of SIER, PIER and Berbek. Any data about kavling are critical and important that is used as main transaction for marketing, which means up to date data are necessary. However, there is a management process problem for matching data takes up to 48 hours and this resulted as delayed transactions, starting from 12 hours up to 48 hours of delays transactions progress. Moreover, the lack of maintenance schedule causing data far from up to date as needed. Based upon the problem PT. SIER currently faced, kavling data management information system are necessarily required. This information system capable processing data management, data maintenance, data inquiry, maintenance schedule and occupation rate calculation. This kavling data management information system can produce kavling digital map by utilizing Googlemap API, kavling track record report, investor track record report, maintenance schedule report and kavling occupation rate report.Keyword: Information System, Management, Kavling

Abstract

ABSTRACT: IT assets in Kota Probolinggo Religious Affairs is an operational support to any existing activities, so that the existing IT assets must be maintained condition and functionality. In the procurement planning process takes two months because he did not know the value of the economic life and in the process of planning the removal may also experience problems because the office does not use basic planning deletion based on the value of depreciation of assets, maintenance-related information and a list of damaged IT assets.Based on the existing problems, then solved by making IT asset management information system. In this system there is the process of inventory of IT assets, calculation of depreciation by the straight-line method, IT asset procurement planning, maintenance of IT assets and planning the elimination of IT assets.Information systems IT asset management is able to generate reports estimate the maintenance of IT assets, reports the economic life of less than one year, reports the economic life of the asset is close to 0, the report IT assets that pass through the economic life, the report IT assets active, reports loaning IT assets, reports depreciation, reports procurement planning new IT assets, IT asset maintenance schedule reports, report maintenance costs, reports IT assets that have been wiped out, and reports removal plan. Abstract

Stikom Surabaya has a Cyber Campus Information System (Sicyca) intended for students and employees. Users employee for itself consists of educators and education personnel. One of the critical success factor in the implementation of a system that is when the systems were well received by users. Based on the results of the initial questionnaire intended for users Sicyca employees filled out by 23 educators and 23 education personnel, There are as many as 58.70% of respondents still not happy with the display interfaces now, 54.35% of respondents said time loading time over 10 second and 56.52% of respondents of the total educators are still not satisfied in terms of functionality. It is necessary to repair with some development on the web Sicyca especially in the use of web programming language which was originally still using ASP, will be developed using PHP. This application also provides information on the development of employee performance that is displayed in the dashboard.

Abstract

Along with the rapid advancement of South Korea today, resulting in increased interest in the people of Indonesia to study in South Korea. One example is based on an excerpt from the article website KBRISeoul, of 70 students from Indonesia in 2004 to about 1200 students until January 2015. The basic requirement is needed when going to live in another country is a dictionary.Increasing number of users and the android operating system is open source can be used to create an Indonesian-Korean dictionary applications. Existing dictionary on android is currently still no way read hangul letters, then in the Indonesian-Korean dictionary applications that will be made there way read hangul letters and how search is offline which is expected to facilitate the users in finding the information word at any time and wherever. The methodology of research in Indonesia-Korean dictionary is using Binary Search. The advantage to using a binary search is with a data dictionary that many will be easier to look and fast search terms found.With the Indonesian-Korean dictionary applications based on Android will be able to assist the user in the search process said Indonesia and Korea said whenever and wherever

Abstract

Investments in shares offering high profits, but also risky. Ciputra Property Company is one of The property company that has been listed in the Stock Exchange (Indonesia Stock Exchange) with code CTRP.JK. Value stock price is always changing according to the world economic conditions. To complement with the rapid changes in order to avoid losses, this research propose a method capable to forecast stock price shares in the future. One of the forecasting method appropriate for forecasting is ARIMA. ARIMA has several models and the best model is the model which produces the smallest error rate. this research shows that ARIMA (0,1,1) is the best forecasting model with the smallest error rate of 2.64% to forecast Ciputra Property's stock price.

Abstract

Abstract: First of all, the development of technology, which has been developed at this time, has encouraged the acceleration in several fields; especially in the field of information technology. Associated to the requirement for information that has increased, commonly, parking management use a ticket to sign in and out of motor vehicles that has been parked. Along with the difficulties often encountered by users of parking services such as difficulty on finding an empty parking location, parking services where users have to revolve - around looking for an empty parking lot, and certainly not to get a parking space, in addition to the parking service users often forget where previously parked vehicle. The purpose of the present study was to identify a result to combine and develop the existing parking system environments by utilizing the parking area sufficient support for the implementation of the parking system settings. In conclusion, through a system of information that has been created, will make it more manageable for the user services and parking services manager, furthermore the aim of the thesis is expected to be one of the experimental developments in parking management. Keywords: Parking management, Parking services and  The parking system.

Abstract

                 Rajawali Reload is one of the suppliers of telephone vouchers are electrically in the Mojokerto and Lamongan. Rajawali Reload parties have difficulty in monitoring the sales target has been set. At this time monitoring of sales achievement has no warning when a sale happens very low, which is now the information is disseminated orally by accounting. Accounting also has a duty to report the achievement of customer sales to the owner, which the report was still in the form of data tables, and should be done first recap thus requiring additional time.               Based on the above, it was built dashboards that can display a visualization of the sales voucher electrical pulses. Views are presented in the form of a voucher provider by categori sales, sales voucher which contribute in demand, sales by customer, sales based cluster, target of achieving sales and the target deposit.               Results of the system making this dashboard can display information related to the voucher sales target in the form of electrical pulses to the visualization of information and can help owners Rajawali Reload in monitoring the performance of the sales voucher electrical pulses based on the Key Performance Indicator (KPI) set by Rajawali Reload            Keywords: Visualization of Information, Dashboard, Sales Monitoring
