Abstract

The growing of ICT brought websites as an integral part of organization/company in terms of customer services. It is necessary to measure the website quality to identify end-user satisfaction and obtain the feedback. In this study, the website quality of Trimurti Surabaya highschool is measured using WebQual method. WebQual is an instrument for assessing the quality of websites from the perspective of the customer as the end user. Multiple linear regression is used to examine the association of each dimension of WebQual with user satisfaction. It is concluded that one of WebQual’ dimensions, i.e. interaction quality, does not influence user satisfaction significantly.

Abstract

CV. Bina Rukun is a company engaged in manufacturing namely paper processing raw materials into semi-finished to bag of souvenirs and printing and paper cutting services to the motif of a bag of souvenirs.In a day CV Bina Rukun produces raw materials semi-finished paper a number of 3000 kg/day. Inventory is very important in CV Bina Rukun to maintain stability or smooth production operation company and remove risk delay the coming the raw materials that needed. Demand for the number of the raw material that uncertain in any stretch out part of the barn is make difficulties in estimating the amount of the needs of raw materials to the future. Incorrectness in determining the time of reserving resulting in running out of stock and delay filling orders raw materials half-baked for customers.Based on problems going on up , can be given a solution that CV Bina Rukun need an application that can help in the process of control supplies raw materials that is , help determine how many the amount of raw will ordered and when they do it reservations repeated to the raw materials.Based on the results of the tryouts that have been made this application can solve the problems occurring by means of help determine how many the amount of raw will ordered and when they do it reservations repeated to raw materials. It is in good trial results by application by using black box testing by focusing on testing the function of the input of user in the system that gets the value of 100% means the application is worth used.

Abstract

Development and Application of Information Technology (PPTI) is one part in the Institute of Business and Informatics Stikom Surabaya (Stikom). PPTI has the responsibility to develop and implement Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in Stikom Surabaya. PPTI has a wide range of services provided to users. However, PPTI still have not had a service catalogue. Service catalogue is needed to control and evaluate the services provided to users. Based on these problems, it is necessary to make a service design draft to meet the needs of the service catalogue. The service design is based on Service Design standard in the framework of the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL v3). This research resulted in the business impact analysis document, service policy, the service description and service catalogue. The resulting document will be useful as a reference to control and evaluate the services provided to users.

Abstract

Rasyid english courses is english  course in the Denpasar city that provide score ofevaluation daily test and the final exam. The score obtained an evaluation recorded by teacher written in score card, then submitted to administration officer using desktopapplication. There are several problems cause losing data when collecting them. First, teachers must come to Rasyid English and then the second one is have to queue to entry data because the entry computer only one so it must be done one by one sequencely. This condition makes the teacher to give the score card to the administration officer. It will takes along time to provide information that will help decision maker for Rasyid english course managers. In the other hand student must come to Rasyid English Course just to know test result eventhought there is nothing else to do. Thus situation both teacher, administration officer and students makes unefficient activity and invalid data to the score management system.Based on the problem above, it will set up an application that can help manager to Rasyid english course to make decision and reduce data loss. Another feature, that can make user entry data anywhere is because use web based application.This research produce web application that guide by SDLC method. This application generate student progress report, academic student report using computer web base application. With web base application allow each the teacher to entry student score anywhere and anytime as long as connected to the internet. Students score can entry by teacher directly without involve the administration officer so the reports can be create as soon as possible.Keywords: Web Applications, Student Progress Reports, Academic Report, English Course

Abstract

Muhammadiyah 4 Elementary School Surabaya library need satisfactory service for the convenience of visitors to the library. However, business processes that occur there are still underway manual so that the existing data is not integrated with each other. Additionally librarian often difficulties in data searches both when borrowing, repayment and checking on the sanctions. And also with the members and visitors of the library have difficulty in finding the availability and location of collection.To solve these problems, then created a web-based library design of information systems that integrate existing data so that the information collection can be obtained quickly and accurately. The system is able to improve service in terms of borrowing, repayment, reservation, recommendation and search the collection. It also can accelerate the performance of the library and can provide accurate reports to the librarian.From the implementation of web-based library information system is implemented, it can be concluded that the system can ease the librarian to perform control on borrowing, reservation, booking, recommendation and preparation of reports. Besides members can to search information, booking and nomination of the collection. And based on the results implementation of the system of the questionnaire given to the 5 respondents, indicate that the display system, ease of navigation and precision process assessed either by the user with an average yield of 3.3 sequentially; 2.8 and 3.

Abstract

Perhutani Divisi Regional Jawa Timur merupakan lembaga pemerintahan yang bergerak di bidang pengelolaan hutan di seluruh Jawa Timur. Dalam mengelola hutan, perusahaan ini menggunakan sejumlah aset untuk melancarkan kegiatannya. Namun karena jumlah aset yang dimiliki sangat banyak, sehingga terdapat sejumlah aset yang menganggur. Untuk itu perusahaan melakukan pengoptimalan manfaat aset.Dalam proses pengoptimalan ditemukan tiga permasalahan, yaitu pengecekkan jatuh tempo kontrak di waktu yang belum tepat. Hal ini mengakibatkan perusahaan kehilangan kesempatan menerima kontrak baru. Selanjutnya informasi letak aset belum secara geografis. Sehingga perusahaan mengalami ketertundaan penerimaan kontrak selama satu minggu. Permasalahan terakhir, promosi aset yang dinilai kurang maksimal. Akibat yang ditimbulkan adalah aset yang laku hanya satu dari sepuluh aset dalam satu bulan.Berdasarkan dampak dari permasalahan yang ada, perusahaan menerapkan perhitungan lower and upper spesification limit, perhitungan lama dan masa kontrak, perhitungan total nilai kontrak, perhitungan occupancy rate, serta membuat penjadwalan pengecekkan jatuh tempo kontrak dan pengecekkan kondisi aset. Dengan menggunakan metode ini perusahaan dapat memberikan informasi letak aset secara geografis dengan hasil yang variatif, sedia setiap hari dalam memproses kontrak jatuh tempo dan pengecekkan kondisi aset, dan mempromosikan aset berdasarkan perhitungan manfaat aset yang rendah. Melalui hasil pengujian yang dilakukan pada sistem informasi yang dibangun, menyatakan bahwa sistem ini telah mampu menghasilkan laporan kontrak jatuh tempo, laporan perpanjangan masa kontrak, laporan pengecekkan kondisi aset, laporan occupancy rate, dan laporan promosi aset.Kata Kunci : Manajemen Aset, Perhutani, Google Maps API, Occupancy Rate

Abstract

Recording employee income tax at Widya Mandala Catholic University is an application that helps overcome the existing problems. The number of forms of income received by employees in the scope of Widya Mandala Catholic University of course also add income tax to be paid to the State. The amount that must be stored can not be less or more. If less then it will be regarded as a tax debt, but if there is more pay then what happens is there will be a detailed financial examination of the operational University of Widya Mandala.This application can perform the calculation of employee income tax more accurately so it is expected to help reporting income tax article 21 Unika Widya Mandala to be more accurate in accordance with the expenditure of income.With the application of income tax calculation of 21 employees, the management of Widya Mandala University can find out how much income tax should be reported in order to avoid things that are detrimental to university activity

Abstract

Lembaga Sertifikasi Profesi or so-called LSP is an implementing agency of competency assessment and certification of competencies that have obtained a license from Badan Nasional Sertifikasi Profesi. During this LSP Manajemen Wirausaha dan Produktivitas Merdeka activities such tasks manually. This means that all activities ranging from acc candidate registration, schedule a test, fill out the results, to provide certification is done unsystematically. As a result, the process of activity LSP Manajemen Wirausaha dan Produktivitas Merdeka was not doing systematically and integrated, so that the recorded data is not automatically linked to other sections, as well as related data acc not stored and arranged in neat. Related to the above problems, the solution can solve it is with in her application competency test there in can organize the data related to the implementation of the competency test, to facilitate the search of data, determining the schedule and assessor in charge of the implementation of the competency test and the test result data of competence so acc considered competent will get a certificate of competence. The process of application testing has produced results and suitability of hope, and fit for use. Based on testing that has been done, the applications have been successfully running the maintenance process participant data, recording schedules competency testing, record maintenance scheme/KUK, passing, scoring and reporting certificate examinees and the assessment results to the leadership.

Abstract

PT Orela Shipyard is a company that works in industrial fleet that makes ships according to each project by each different company. When making a ship each company usually enconters schedule delay and to prevent any delays monitoring process is needed to know the progress off the project. Monitoring process of this company is not optimized because it hasn’t fully automated well enough and there isn’t a media that can contain the documents of the ship project. The distance of the main office is far from each ship dock is also a factor that delay the monitoring process of each project. With the problem at monitoring process, so a web based monitoring process application is made to see the progress and documents of the project. The step of making monitoring application uses SDLC method. The result based from the application trials, the application that has been made can solved the problem of the company especially in monitoring process with optimal result and there is no delay in scheduling. This has been tested with the use of black box testing that focused to user input testing on system and the test result show that the application can be used 100%. Kata Kunci : Monitoring, Web, System Development Life Cycle, dan Dashboard.

Abstract

Universities have activities that will be able to support education activities which take place. Activities to support the education process is the scheduling activities conducted by the Institute of Business and Medical Informatics Stikom Surabaya one rescheduling process test.The fact that occurred in the preparation of the current test schedule requires the process and a long time. This happens because the application that is currently unable to meet the need and must arrange the schedule with the help of Microsoft Excel. When arrange the schedule the test in a way that is done when the difficulties faced by the arrange the schedule the test to meet the conditions and policies that have been determined. When it is left then the Son need more resources to arrange a trial, and it will be discussed how to solve the problem is in the scheduling using a method that is algorithm genetic algorithm. Genetic algorithms can be used for the needs of the preparation of the schedule that meets the conditions of the terms and the policy that has been determined the results of the study showed that the test scheduling applications can help the Son to provide information on the schedule of the tests in one semester and are able to include the conditions and the existing policy at the Institute of Business and Medical Informatics Stikom Surabaya.
