Abstract

PT Kencana Alam Putra is a company engaged in contractors who follow the tender of several organizers. The administration process of tender participation encounters some obstacles from checking the tender’s news to the completion of prerequisite documents, such as the recording and providing tender’s information which still uses manual processes, overdue to get the approval from the president director and manager for tender, miss communication and misunderstandings among tender; that makes the preparation for tender take a long time. Based on the description of the issues, a web-based tender administration application was established, which can assist the managing director and manager to get the tender’s news easier.This application can provide notifications to the president director, managers and workers, by providing history or old information that will record the changes from the tender activities. Based on the results of the trial, the web-based tender administrations application can make a list of tender completeness documents required in the process of participating in tender, short message notification for the director and manager in tender approval and short message notification for the workers in field.

Abstract

Stikom Career Center (SCC) Surabaya Stikom is currently using the Tracer Study application to find out how the alumni condition is after 2 years have passed. The Tracer Study application was implemented starting in 2011. The use of the Tracer Study Application to date has not been done at this time.Therefore in this study an analysis of Tracer Study application with the Technology Acceptance Model 2 method consists of Variable Subjective Norms, Images, Job Relevance, Output Quality, Demonstrability Results as independent variables, while the dependent variables include Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use, Intention of Use, Use, Behavior and moderating variables of the Experience and Voluntariness variables.From the results of distributing questionnaires as many as 79 respondents and analyzed by Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method, it was found that Subjective Norm Variables to Image, Perception of Usefulness to Intention of Use, Perception of ease of use towards Perceived Usefulness, Perceived ease of use towards Intention to Use and Intention for Using the Usage Behavior. Based on the results available at this time and the nature of the Stikom Career Center (SCC) in Surabaya, the Stikom must emphasize the ease of use and share access rights.Keywords: Tracer Study, Stikom Career Center (SCC) Surabaya Stikom, Model 2 Acceptance Technology.

Abstract

PT Pos Indonesia is a state owned Enterprises which is engaged in courier, logistic, and financial transactions. The development of courier services and logistics balanced with the development of internet and smartphone technology. The development of internet and smartphone technology enables a new service opportunities to customer of PT Pos Indonesia that is design of online package shipment application based on android. The design of this application allows customer to make deliveries using android smartphone everywhere. Conclusion of the design of online package shipment application based on android is able to provide new services to customers of PT Pos Indonesia, which provide service feature such as package shipment anywhere without going to the post office, knowing their shipment orders for postal agency, and provide direction to courier post pickup shipment orders. Also generate customer report list, customer recap per province, package shipment list report, and payment report.

Abstract

ABSTRACT: PT. Nangendi Eastern Star is a company engaged in construction that handles multiple building projects from government and private sources. During this time, companies are experiencing delays in completing the project scheduling. This is because in determining the scheduling time projects that are still based on the approximate part of the project manager. So companies are experiencing delays in completing projects already scheduled.Based on these problems, they invented scheduling information system projects using methods Critical Path Method. In such systems aim to schedule in accordance with determining the critical path of a project so that the project manager can carry out the project activities in accordance with the project schedule known critical path with Critical Path Method.The information system is made to produce a report that displays the scheduling of project activities on the critical path. Under the system of information created and a series of trials that have been done, the company can find information needed, especially concerning the determination of the Critical Path. So that the company can determine where an activity is preferred phase project work.

Abstract

PT. Telkom Indonesia as a state-owned telecommunications company, has a duty to to continue to develop the technology in Indonesia over the development period. One of the products that are currently in operation, namely public internet access has now spread all over Indonesia. With the number of Access Point (AP) which has spread especially on PT. Telkom Indonesia in Regional Division 5, is not easy to perform management and control at each AP. Thus PT. Indonesia Telkom Regional Division 5 requires the development of applications in managing and monitoring the AP. From this it has been proposed design of monitoring the status of the access point that can assist in managing and controlling the AP on PT. Indonesia Telkom Regional Division 5. In order to support in maintaining the stability of the status of AP, then the application of this method to manage the queue critical ratio improvement. From the test results indicate that the application status monitoring access point can bridge the relationship Manager, Supervisor and Field Technicians in managing and monitoring the AP. And the critical ratio meals will help manage queues improvement. Thus, application status monitoring access point can help Indonesia Telkom Regional Division 5 in maintaining the stability of the status of the AP.

Abstract

Abstrak: In a government agencies , websites be a pleasant important as a delivery of information , communication , and transactions between public administration. Government agencies in education and training (Bandiklat Prov Jatim) have a website www.bandiklat.jatimprov.go.id website that aims to provide information on the activities and institutional training to Government Employee. However , managers website Bandiklat Prov Jatim feel website built could not attract internet users to visit www.bandiklat.jatimprov.go.id .This needs to be an increase in on the quality of the website bandiklat prov east. The purpose of this research to analyze the links between the quality of website and user satisfaction.. Analysis the quality of website do with some stage, first the data collection and interview to the related. Then make and spreading the questionnaire.The analysis influence the quality of website use Multiple Linear Regression, among others test validity, realibilitas, test the assumption, and the the regression coefficient together and partial. The results of the analysis testing this indicates that variable the Usability Quality, and Information Quality have had a positive impact and significant impact on User Satisfaction while in Interaction Quality do not affect positive and significant impact on user satisfaction.

Abstract

Masalah gizi di Rumah sakit dinilai sesuai kondisi perseorangan yang secara langsung maupun tidak langsung mempengaruhi proses penyembuhan. Kecenderungan peningkstsn ksasus penyakit yang terkait gizi (nutrition-related-disease) pada semua kelompok rentan mulai dari ibu hamil, bayi, anak, remaja,hingga lansia,memerlukan penatalaksanaan gizi secara khusus. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan pelayanan gizi yang bermutu untuk mencapai dan mempertahankan status gizi yang optimal dan mempercepat penyembuhan.   Pada instalasi gizi RSUD DR. Soetomo ini membutuhkan sebuah sarana untuk mempublikasikan kegiatan serta informasi dan konsultasi untuk memberikan pelayanan untuk pemenuhan gizi pasien, baik secara langsung ataupun melalui sarana online dan juga adanya kebutuhan untuk sebuah sarana untuk mendapatkan nomor antrian secara online, karena pasien tidak hanya terbatas pada masyarakat lokal, tetapi juga masyarakat dari daerah lain. Hal ini untuk mempertahankan penilaian akreditasi A sebagai rumah sakit rujukan Indonesia Timur dan sebagai syarat untuk menjadi rumah sakit bertaraf internasional.

Abstract

PT. Pelindo III Branch Tanjung Perak Surabaya is one of the State-Owned Enterprises engaged in the port terminal operator services. In achieving the company's mission of making competent human resources, performing reliably, and noble-minded the company today will measure the extent to which support of applied information technology supports individual tasks so that the achievement of performance. Based on the facts given by PT. Pelindo III, the realization of the performance is only about 52% of the 85% target with several factors, namely data quality 23.50%, 8.70% operational pattern, 13.33% human resources and 6.00% %. To investigate the influence of task characteristic, technological characteristic to conformity of technology task, this research uses Task Technology Fit model which is a formal construct which is technology capability to support task in job.. The type of data used is the primary data obtained through the distribution of questionnaires.The result of this research is found that the characteristic of the task has significant effect on the conformity of technological tasks, the technological characteristic has no significant effect on the conformity of technological tasks and the suitability of technological tasks with significant impact on the performance impact

Abstract

Monitoring the performance of Salesman at the distributor company is one of the important factors to note the company, from the good performance of the salesman, the company can increase the target of selling. Not only the performance of salesmen, but the data storage customers also become important for companies distributor. Storage of data managed and controlled performance of salesmen and direct the sale corresponding region can increase the company's sales target But the process of monitoring the performance of salesmen, good data storage and directed sales to the salesman has not been applied to CV. Multi Usaha Mandiri resulting CV. Multi Usaha Mandiri can not meet sales targets.To fix these problem then make monitoring application performance salesman. This application can store customer data, direct the sale area in accordance with the sales of each customer and can monitor the performance of salesmen. With this application can help CV. Multi Usaha Mandiri in managing customer data, monitoring the performance of salesmen and direct the sale area according to sales reports.

Abstract

PT Berlian Jasa Terminal Indonesia (PT BJTI) is a service company engaged in service of loading / unloading of containers. The success of PT BJTI today can not be separated from their employee training. Currenly, PT BJTI still use papper to create the documents for employee training. During the last three years, the number of stored documents reaches 1114 document. The human resources department also experienced constraints in terms of a long search time training data for the storage of training documents that stacked into one. Based on this problem, it made an administrative application management training activities using administrative workflow system (AWS). This application applies the theory of AWS to ensure the process flow can run well. Result showed that the application is able to reduce paper documents up to 100% and speed up the search process of training data. This is reflected in the time required search of training data, initially takes 5 minutes to 15 seconds after using the application.
