Abstract

Cooperative Abdi Setya Perkasa which are cooperatives engaged in savings and loans that aim to provide loans to its members in the city of Surabaya. Business processes that occur at this time, the cooperative is still doing records and bookkeeping that makes stacking books and the search data is very old and has not also occur due to missing data book can not be found. Based on the above, the loan management application built which aims to address this data against loss and long to look. The method used to design this loan management application is Waterfall Model. Application management throughout the data shown is borrowing and repayment. The trial results of these applications can display information related to the borrowing member data, data members who pay according to the selected period, as well as proof of payment and the loan is printed and stored in the application management of loans to cooperatives abdi setya perkasa of Surabaya.

Abstract

Cv .Sartika brownies oven surabaya formed since 2005 , having 12 people salesman and 10 workers in production line , which are engaged in production and marketing brownies oven in the area surabaya , sidoarjo and malang .At the moment , salary employee there is 12,5 % of the payments or per day .While production for employees their salary now rp 1.500.000 and to salary admin rp 3.000.000 .The company still a administration companies like data processing employees , presence data , data debt employees and data processing allowance manually file or record book is the basis for calculating employees payrool .The determination of salary workers in cv.sartika have 3 requirement that attendance of , the number of allowance , and the number of debt employees .The problem is the mounting paper and files disheveled so that it difficult to admin in pursuit of data before. Based on the above, the company wants to design wake of a salary information system .But , because both own company in detail did not know what is needed in this payroll information system , so in this research will be conducted analysis system needs and design a system that is expected to developed and help out the company and owner in doing effective salary .Keywords: Payroll information systems, administration, analysis and design,

Abstract

PT. Ichtiar Teknik Utama is a company engaged in manufacturing services and spare part supplier contractor tools, lathe, electric welding shop. To conduct its business processes PT. Ichtiar Teknik Utama serve ordering Spare part of contractor equipment based on consumer demand. The ordering system that runs on the company is too many involve the consumers which causes the ordering process complicated and difficult for consumers. In addition, There Lots of using hardcopy as media storage. It’s cause the Listing of ordering in the ledger is not good and will be difficult in making ordering report. Other than that, some of the data obtained can be lost, tucked, and also difficult to read. It takes a long time and complicates the preparation of reports. To improve efficiency and ordering listing process better, so it will need Ordering Information Systems of Spare Parts Contractor Equipment. The Information System has many processes including Registration, Ordering, Listing of Goods Orders, design, calculation of the price of goods, Approval, Payment and invoicing also reporting which used for decision making by the director of workshop. By implementing this information system, each section can perform the work more easily and be better when recording the order.Keywords: Information Systems, Ordering spare part, Contractor Equipment.

Abstract

Finance Department of Institut Bisnis dan Informatika Stikom Surabaya, the student finance has primary responsibility to provide services to students, has implemented a information system on the service process. But still found some manual processes, to cause human error and a lot of wasted time.Based on the existing problems, then made the analysis and design of student financial information systems at the Institut Bisnis dan Informatika Stikom Surabaya described in System Flow, Data Flow Diagrams (DFD), Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD), interface design, and the database structure to solution to replace manual processes with an integrated system.The results of this research is the analysis and design of student financial information systems that can replace the manual storage, manual calculation process, the manual checking and reporting process, can eliminate human error and speed up the process of service. The results of their designs can also be used as a document for the system development.

Abstract

Paramuda Tour & Transport is a company engaged in travel agency, Customer Paramuda Tour & Transport comes from the area around the company just so that customers outside the area are still not familiar with the companies and products owned. New customers will have trouble choosing travel packages available on the company because customers do not know the customer will get the facilities, attractions, prices and others - others in accordance with what the customer needs.To overcome these problems Paramuda Tour & Transport requires an application that is able to assist customers in the selection of flights, so that customers will get the results on travel packages that fit the criteria of criteria that customers want. Application will be made using AHP, since the AHP method can determine the priority, and AHP also can solve the problems that are multiple criteria such as the selection of tour packages.Application packages selection Paramuda travel on Tour and Transport may determine recommended travel packages based on the desired criteria customers with AHP method. Applications can also provide the latest information on products available on the company to customers, so that customers can choose the travel packages as desired.

Abstract

CV. Budi Mandiri is a company engaged in the services sector that was built in 2005 at Pakis 86 Surabaya. At the inception of a company stand, the owner of CV. Budi Mandiri only handle a request driving course, but over time, CV. Budi Mandiri open a business as the Salon car or washing polishes car. Business activity in the CV. Budi Mandiri are driving course registration and payment, sales of car polish cleaning services, and payments of cash or purchase equipment polishing car wash. For process reporting a transaction is still recorded manually. The owner did not know the income received for never making a finance report in detail. The waterfall model is one method of system development SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) that are typical in the execution of each phase, each phase of the waterfall must be completed before proceeding to the next development phase. Waterfal model used in application design financial reports on the CV. Budi Mandiri .And stages through Waterfall models are determination and specification analysis, system design, implementation and unit testing, integration and system testing, and operation and maintenance. Report Finance Aplication is a system that can archive data on revenues and cash expenditure company. Furthermore,  the output generated application of financial report are a general journal report, ledger, income statement, statement of changes in equity, and the balance sheet.Keywords : Waterfall model, System Development Life Cycle,Finance Report

Abstract

Hello Work is a website owned by The Labor Office of Kabupaten Pasuruan (Disnaker) that has been developed for the labors from Pasuruan. By using Hello Work, the job seekers could find some companies or firms which opening the job vacancy that fit for job seeker’s criteria. But the survey’s result has proven still so many job seekers has problems at using Hello Work, especially on user interface for sign up process and less user friendly for mobile phone. As the described problem, the solution is to create a user interface by using Lean UX methode which composed by four stages, that are Declaring Assumption, Create an MVP, Run an Experiment, and Feedback and Research. And the result is a website prototype for desktop and mobile phone with seven improvement, that are a new dashboard layout, new login process, news column, user friendly sign-up process, new labor’s dashboard, and mobile version of Hello Work with improvement of the mean score from 3.016 for existing website to 3.54 for website prototype.

Abstract

Jemursari Islamic Hospital has a hospital management information system (SIMRS) in 2013 until now. Inpatient installation information system is a system of admission, hospitalization to hospital. It will be slow, from the beginning of SIMRS implementation until now there are still problems found in the implementation of SIMRS. The problem is the service process that still exists a few stages long, inpatient services in the way available still requires more than 15 minutes have been using information systems, incompatibility of inpatient data with the system, mismatch manual manual report on the system and the nonconformity of the class ordered by the patient with the initial order and the patient's information about the medical record.            Therefore, to overcome the problem above the solution is to conduct an information system audit at Jemursari Islamic Hospital of Surabaya by using COBIT 4.1 method. COBIT 4.1  method there are 4 stages of planning, preparation, implementation and reporting audit. Four stages produce a solution of a hospital management information system (SIMRS) and results for this information. The final value of the information system is 3.91 which has a manageable and scalable meaning.

Abstract

Access Point is a program of PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia in the field of improving the acceleration and expansion of Indonesia's economy, and also aims to catch up with technological development in Indonesia with other countries. Pengelolaann process inventory at Telkom access point that often occurs deficiencies and therefore can not serve the replacement of the access point that is damaged.To solve problems related to inventory access point then made the inventory information system access point. The system uses a method Reorder Point (ROP) to overcome supply shortage access point. The system includes recording made damaged access point, the access point ROP calculation and booking access point.Results of testing the inventory information system created access point can help facilitate Telkom Regional Division V to manage access point. With this system can connect Telkom Regional Division V and Witel, with this access point management processes that previously have run out will be resolved by this system. In addition to the online system then management can access the system through some gadgets, such as the monitoring of the status of the access point, the calculation of ROP, and booking access point.

Abstract

PT Bumi Borneo Perkasa (BBP) is a mining contractors company. process of mining needs help of  heavy equipment. PT BBP has heavy equipment about 150 units. in Condition, the heavy equipment of PT Bumi Perkasa Burneo often damaged because it was late in the replacement of spare parts, and delayed in obtaining a license for heavy equipment, and no reports for maintenance costs of each heavy equipment.The solution the above problems is designing and building maintenance applications of heavy equipment at PT BBP using SDLC method With the first stage is communication, planning, construction modeling. The results based from the application trials, maintenance applications of heavy equipment  has been made can solve the problem in the division of heavy equipment. This Application generate alert of  replacement spare parts by regularly, give an alert to renew permits heavy equipment and provide maintenance cost  reports of each Heavy equipment. maintenance applications of heavy equipment save the data of heavy equipment,  spare parts and heavy equipment license.
