Abstract

Graha Amani Laksana is the company which prioritize public health service for maternity. Day to day, the increasing of population has straight effect with the amount of Graha Amani Clinic patient. The effect for Graha Amani Clinic is they need to have sophisticated system. They need to handle the massive transaction. In the end of the month, they have to make financial reporting. It takes much time to make a simple financial reporting. Based on those problems, Graha Amani Clinic needs a new system which have solve they problem. Abstract

PT ARION INDONESIA is a company engaged in the production as well as distributor of language laboratories, multimedia computer laboratory, as well as some educational equipment and software. Information systems and technology at PT ARION INDONESIA requires a system strategy planning and information technology in accordance with the company's business strategy. The purpose of this thesis is to make the planning of system strategy and information technology in harmony with business strategy. Analytical Process with Anita Cassidy stage is divided into 4 stages (visioning stage, analysis stage, direction stage, recommendation stage).Anita Cassidy's analysis of the visioning stage to identify the mission, vision, goals, objectives, and business processes, used in formulating the company strategy so that the output of the map strategy. stage analysis to get an objective view related to current corporate STI conditions as well as aligning business strategy with STI strategy so that the output strategy. After that, the direction stage to review the company's business objectives, and determine the direction of STI in order to help companies to achieve business objectives so that the output of STI that matches business goals and can be measured. stage recommendation to make STI project roadmap which contains about STI implementation, time of work, and cost summary so that output roadmap.The result of strategic planning of information system and PT Arion Indonesia With Anita Casidy stage that is: Produce 18 STI strategies that customize 19 business business strategies and adapt the company's business goals. Produce 35 applications that answer 17 company business goals, adjust critical success factors every business target, have targets and can measure and answer business processes of value chain. 35 applications have been clustered based on strategic application, high potential, operational key, support and risk identification, STI cost so as to make it easier to determine application priority to make STI project roadmap and STI investment feasibility. STI strategies and apps customize the organization. STI strategies and applications adjust human resources. STI strategies and applications adjust infrastructure. Strategy STI and external competitive adjusting applications.

Abstract

Clinic House of Healthy Living Center (H2LC) is a clinic Aesthetic & Anti Aging consistently apply the concept of healthy living by combining elements of beauty and health of the skin and body. Constraints faced H2LC Clinic is the start of record-keeping, duplication of card history data medical records of patients, health progress / results of treatment patients were still recorded on medical record cards, prescriptions that are difficult to read, and payments are still using hand-written memorandum.To overcome the above problems the development method used in Information Systems Web-Based Medical Record On H2LC Clinic Surabaya is to use the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) waterfall. Medical record system electronically application is beneficial not only administratively. But can be felt doctors and health workers is the ease in accessing patient information that ultimately helps in clinical needs.The results based on the implementation and evaluation of the banks have done the research was able to make Medical Record Information System Web-Based Clinical H2LC In Surabaya that produce information and manage the registration process assessment of the patient, record-keeping, and payments. Generate reports to consider the development of patient medical record information to be more easily and quickly.

Abstract

PT. Indochito International Sidoarjo built in 1999, located in Jalan Raya Wed-Betro Gedangan, Sidoarjo. PT. Indochito International is a company that specializes in import-export and general trading business. The sales process is a process that always takes place within the company. Based on observations and interview, the company experienced problems in the sales process and perekapan report is still considered in general and not detailed, and the frequent occurrence of errors in recording and perekapan report because it is still done manually and the length of time required to run multiple processes in sales. To overcome the problem, it needs to be made Application Raw Material Sales at PT. Indochito International. Stages of making this application begins with orders, sales, payment and reporting. Once tested, the application of sales of raw materials, can produce accurate data, order data, sales data, payment data, and data report. Abstract

The main activities of PT.Eloda Mitra have used application in daily activities, but those applications are still based on each division. This will cause the business processes become uncontrollable and data in each division is not integrated. A way to solve the problem in PT. Eloda Mitra is with strategic planning with Anita Casidy method, where in the planning started from upstream to downstream of the company. Anita casidy method having 4 (four) stage that are visioning, analysis, direction, recommendation. The result of that method is IS strategy, IT strategy dan IT management. Results of this research are as follows, IS Strategy that are repairing vendor ordering system by using STI, making customer complain centre, making STI data security system, making changes SDM system which the recruitment of new staff to making standard operating procedure, and updating the website. The result of thi method also obtain IT strategy that are apply a system of management equipment repair for improve network management, increased clustering activity and SANs, Review the design and the use of data center to ensure discharging that can save, using PDA in business process. IT management for supporting IS and IT strategy is composing management human resources for all planning and conduct training human resources

Abstract

Stikom library has service that aims to make it easy for members to access the information and utilization of allkind of printed work and digital works. One of them is accommodating the digital works thaht is E-resources center. Since 2010-2015 it has been downloaded at 8.55 % facility  of jurnal, 14.86% in facility of video, and 22.07 % . Information technology successfully if the user can accept it.User behavior also effect to successful of that application. One method that can measure is the technology acceptance model 3 (TAM3). TAM 3 discusses the interlationships of the construct (nomological netrwork) determine of why individuals adopt and use the information technology (IT). Based on analyzing the application of e-resources center aggred and received because the data showed the mean 2.930, and the most value is what the benefit at e-resources is information system positive 0.973 influence perceived usefulness  0. it is clear that the student interest using e-resources center and influenced by intention to use regularly.

Abstract

The condition of batik sales in Pamekasan Regency decreased. This is because the batik craftsmen still use traditional marketing methods and have a small scale of consumer. The results of interviews with several batik craftsmen in Pamekasan District revealed that they needed solutions to increase sales and expand their market. The solutions for this problem is using a marketplace to sell their product. Marketplace as an online media can help batik craftsmen to expand their marketi to a bigger scale. The user interface in the marketplace is one of the determining factors whether the user will continue to use the marketplace or not. The user interface of the marketplace uses the User Centered Design (UCD) method that produces a design mockup. The resulting mockup has been tested using the usability testing method by distributing questionnaires to 50 respondents. There are 5 variables used, namely learnability, efficiency, memorability, errors and satisfaction. The results of the tests show that the mockup of the user interface design shows learnability accuracy is 84%, efficiency accuracy is 86.2%, memorability accuracy is 88%, accuracy of errors is 82% and 87.5% for satisfaction. Keywords: batik, user interface, user centered design

Abstract

SMA Dharma Wanita surabaya is one of senior high school in Surabaya are also trying to improve the quality of education. One of the efforts is having facility library with good service. The Library was run by one staff. Limited have time staff library difficulty in doing the duties of them serving members and friendly and manage a collection of.Based on explanation above, then a library information system was built by. The library's web-based information systems can ease the task of library staff in providing information the catalog data. Members can view the transaction that is being done and suggest collection. This library information systems able to provide transaction reports quickly and can be accessed anywhere. The system can display collection suggestion data and visits conducted by members of the library. As admin staff can print a membership card and the card catalog.

Abstract

PT. Sinar Baja Hutama merupakan perusahaan manufaktur yang bergerak di bidang produksi alat–alat berat, seperti peralatan kereta api, peralatan perawatan jalan, alat–alat pertanian dan perkebunan, Stone / Coal Crusher Plant & Mobile, Batching Plant, Mining Processing, Conveyor System, dan Dradger Pontoon.  Dalam menentukan harga pokok produksi setiap produk, manager produksi tidak melakukan identifikasi terhadap biaya overhead pabrik.  Padahal dari biaya overhead pabrik tersebut, terdapat biaya yang seharusnya dijadikan unsur perhitungan dalam menentukan harga pokok produksi, misalnya biaya tenaga kerja tidak langsung, biaya penggunaan mesin, biaya listrik, dan biaya lain yang belum dimasukkan dalam perhitungan.  Dampaknya, perusahaan sulit untuk mengetahui nilai pasti dari keuntungan yang didapatkan dari pesanan suatu produk dikarenakan perhitungan yang digunakan tidak mampu menghasilkan perhitungan harga pokok yang tepatBerdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, maka dibuatlah suatu aplikasi yang mampu menentukan harga pokok produksi standar dengan menghitung semua komponen biaya yang ada.  Komponen biaya tersebut yakni biaya bahan baku standar, biaya tenaga kerja standar, serta biaya overhead pabrik standar.  Aplikasi ini dapat membantu perusahaan untuk menentukan harga standar untuk setiap biaya dan meminimalisir kesalahan perhitungan harga pokok produksi.Berdasarkan hasil uji coba, aplikasi yang dibuat mampu menghasilkan biaya bahan baku standar, biaya tenaga kerja standar, serta biaya overhead pabrik standar. Dengan  adanya aplikasi tersebut, perusahaan dapat menghitung harga pokok produksi yang tepat, yang nantinya dapat digunakan sebagai dasar dalam menetapkan harga jual produk.Kata Kunci :  Biaya, Overhead Pabrik, Harga Pokok Produksi Standar

Abstract

: PT. Nuansa Cerah Informasi (NCI) is one of company that worked in software developer, maintenance software, IT project financing and Training & Consultant that which place in Bandung, it also has branch office in Surabaya. There was some of error during the software implementation in the module which caused by the stage process that is conducted inappropriate and also by some errors. During the process of complain there is always retardment because of improper handling of complaints, such as knowing from the rate of module rate’s importance error, the hospital status (costumer status), the hospital contract value, date of complain and category of complain that brings an impact to list complain queues. According to those problems, it will need some solution in schedule handling complain to PT. Nuansa Cerah Informasi, especially in Surabaya by designing a schedule application website base that can help to overcome the problems. Based on the results of trials that have been conducted with PT. NCI then this application can reduce delays in handling complaints for using the application can produce schedules rapidly complaint handling in accordance with company requirements.
