Abstract

ABSTRAKUniversitas 17 Agustus 1945 Surabaya (Untag) merupakan salah satu universitas swasta yang ada berbasis teknologi informasi. Untag memakai website sebagai salah satu sarana untuk melakukan proses pemasaran. Minat pengunjung website Untag sangat kurang, dapat dilihat pada total pengunjung website Untag sampai tanggal 18 april 2016 dengan rata-rata 300 sampai 1000 perhari. Hal ini sangat jauh dari harapan pihak Untag yang memiliki target 15.000 pengunjung per hari. Untag belum pernah melakukan evaluasi kualitas website untuk proses pengembangan.            Untuk mengukur kualitas website Untag penelitian ini melakukan  pengukuran kualitas website dengan menggunakan metode WebQual 4.0. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini antara lain Usability Quality, Information Quality, Interaction Quality dan Quality Website. Populasi yang digunakan adalah siswa SMA kelas XI rayon 26 dengan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 206 responden.          Hasil penelitian menunjukkan variabel Interaction Quality memiliki pengaruh yang lebih besar dibandingkan dengan variabel Usability Quality dan Information Quality dengan nilai thitungsebesar 5,560 dibandingkan nilai thitung Usability Quality sebesar 4,739 dan nilai thitung Information Quality sebesar 4,653. Saran yang dihasilkan dalam penelitian ini adalah Untag lebih meningkatkan Interaction Quality agar mendapatkan kualitas website yang lebih baik.Kata Kunci : Kualitas Website, WebQual 4.0, Populasi

Abstract

Service Indah Motor adalah sebuah bengkel yang menyediakan layanan jasa service. pelanggan datang menunggu antrian lalu mekanik melakukan service. Hal ini merupakan yang ada dalam Servis Indah Motor yang mana sistemnya terkesan masih manual dan pada pembayaran gaji mekanik yang dibayar perharinya, tidak mengetahui berapa yang peroleh. Karena hal ini sering kali ada perdebatan antara mekanik berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut SIM ingin membuat system yang mana dapat mengatasi permasalahan yang ada, yakni dengan mengelola bengkel mulai dari pencatatan pelanggan datang hingga proses pembayaran. Output dari system ini juga terdapat laporan transaksi dari service, laporan penjualan, dan laporan pendapatan.  Solusi yang didapat dari permasalahan membuat system pengolaan yang didalamnya dapat mengelola service mulai dari pelanggan datang hingga selesai, dan pada laporan juga terdapat output yang menampilkan laporan transaksi dari service, laporan penjualan, dan laporan pendapatan mekanik.

Abstract

In Paru Hospital of Surabaya, every doctor in charge had points that based on any activities carried out by the doctor in the scope of Paru Hospital of Surabaya. Doctors in Paru Hospital of Surabaya ahve a list of activities summarized according to Joint Decree of the Minister of Health and Head of the State Personnel Agency Number 1738 / MENKES / SKB / XII / 2003 Number 52 of 2003 concerning Implementation Guidelines for Doctor's Functional Position and Credit Score. In the permenkes mentioned that  doctor’s activities and kredit figured are outlined which can be used as preference for the functional promotion of doctors in Paru Hospital Surabaya. Until now there are still No. facilitesfor doctors in Paru Hospital of Surabaya to record their kredit nubers for doctor promotion in Paru Hospital of Surabaya. Solution made by the author of this journal is Paru Hospital of Surabaya need a web-based application that make doctor easily to record their activities during certain period of time

Abstract

PMI Surabaya dengan jumlah 192 karyawan yang dibagi tiap levelnya yaitu 10 orang level manajer dan 182 orang level operator. Bagian seksi kepegawaian kesulitan dalam melakukan penilaian kinerja karyawan, seperti kesulitan perhitungan nilai dari data yang didapatkan karena masih menggunakan perhitungan manual, keterlambatan dalam pembuatan laporan penilaian kinerja karyawan yang sering menghambat dalam pemberian reward/punishment, belum adanya rekap data dari keseluruhan penilaian kinerja setiap karyawan/setiap bulan/setiap tahun, dan karyawan belum mengetahui detail dari hasil penilaian kinerja, sehingga beberapa karyawan merasa tidak puas dengan hasil akhir penilaian.Berdasarkan uraian permasalahan di atas, dibangunlah aplikasi penilaian kinerja karyawan berbasis web, yang dapat membantu kepala divisi untuk memudahkan dalam menginputkan nilai dari kinerja karyawannya berdasarkan dokumen DP3. Aplikasi ini dapat membantu bagian seksi kepegawaian dalam menghitung nilai karyawan yang sudah diinputkan oleh kepala divisi dan membuat laporan, serta membantu keseluruhan karyawan untuk menampilkan informasi hasil perhitungan nilai secara detail.Dengan adanya aplikasi penilaian kinerja karyawan berbasis web dapat membantu dalam proses perhitungan penilaian kinerja. Adanya pembuatan laporan penilaian kinerja, mempermudah karyawan melihat secara detail rekap penilaiannya.

Abstract

CV. Gemilang Indonesia is a digital printing company and now currently experiencing problems with the company marketings and their business process is still conventional, the second problem is that the company can only accept orders through telephone and on the spot meanwhile the payment confirmation only through calls to the customer and the last problem is internal's problem the owner of the company didn't get the reports per periode to overcome the problems that CV. Gemilang Indonesia, the authors build an online shop application. This application can helps customer to order the products, they no longer have to come to the office to buy the products, they also get the invoice and also can review their history order. This application can also generate sales report for the owner of the company.

Abstract

abstract: Department of Revenue is a provincial government agency engaged in the implementation of the collection of local taxes and levies. With a wide working area, the Department of Revenue has a working area with seconded by 38 Technical Implementation Unit (UPT) and 42 System Administration Manunggal Of One Roof (SAMSAT) spread in East Java. UPT and SAMSAT has the task to carry out some tasks in the Office of operational techniques local revenue collection, administration and services. asset management processa that has been happening is part of equipment trouble collecting goods data area are scattered in every unit and SAMSAT because officers maid still use the flashdrive as a medium to deliver data to the department that led to waiting for the required data and could cause delays to your reporting needs . Based on these problems, the authors make the application of web-based management area goods so as to reduce costs and shorten delivery time of data from flash and reports can be generated quickly

Abstract

Speedrocky Gym Surabaya is a company which engaged in fitness services. Based on survey, there still a problem that they still don’t have questionnaire which able to measure customer satisfaction against service that Speedyrocky Gym Surabaya gives. This problem create discrepancy between member’s expectation and member’s satisfaction. The problem also affects the decreasing number of total members every month and even each year Based on the existing problems, Speedrocky Gym Surabaya requires customer satisfaction analysis application that helps in measuring the level of customer satisfaction. Applications created using gap analysis method to measure the degree to the gap between the expectations with the level of customer satisfaction, so that helps to measure the level of service of Speedrocky Gym Surabaya. Test result shows system which created can help administrators in making questionnaire also processing questionnaire answer data from the members, so that owner can find out what his members desire. Further, this application can help owner in making decision for the next period in appropriate with members desire so that it can increase service quality. All these things can be shown by analysis result that it needs improvement from parking sector and employee quality.

Abstract

Ayopanen is an application that moves as a market place for the sale of agricultural products. Ayopanen bridges between farmers as product providers and buyers as product enthusiasts. Farmers who usually make sales through long distribution channels now only need to make sales through the application. This makes farmers more profitable because of shorter distribution channels and customers benefit from cheaper prices. The solution is to build an application that can be used to manage product data, manage price data and create reports Ayopanen System. With this feature farmers can start transaction activities smoothly on Ayopanen so as to provide benefits for both parties both farmers and buyers. Management of pricing data in Ayopanen is the management of lower and upper price data for each product. The upper price is obtained from the current market price and the bottom price is obtained using 2 methods of mark up pricing obtained after entering the cost of production of each product and peak load pricing obtained from existing sales and stock transactions in Ayopanen. The results of trials and evaluations that have been done indicate that the application can help farmers in managing the product, providing price advice as a reference in determining the price, then can provide reports in the form of sales reports and product rating reports

Abstract

Dr. Soetomo University(Unitomo) is one of the universities in Surabaya which has a library. One of the mission of Unitomo Library is to develop Unitomo Library with facilities and services based on technology and communication. In order to achieve this mission, the Unitomo Library should determine the level of user satisfaction of existing information technology services. So far, users still have not providing suggestions regarding existing services, due to lack of direction from the Library. Thus, the Unitomo Library has some difficulties in knowing the quality of information technology services till today. Based on the problems above, appears a need in the form of user satisfaction analysis applications with Service Quality method wherein Service Quality methods used to analyze the gap between expectation and reality which is accepted by the user. Existing processes in this application include validity test, reliability test, Service Quality calculation, and quadrant analysis. This application can store questionnaire data, perform validity test, reliability test, application can also do satisfaction analysis using Service Quality method. In addition, this application can also provide analysis results in the form of quadrant analysis and recommendations required by the library to develop OPAC services in the future.

Abstract

Annual Employment Report is part of the Company's existing functions at the Department of Labor Surabaya, inspection, implementation, assessment and monitoring of employment. In doing compulsory reporting are currently several issues, namely: the length of the processing and preparation of reports so that the limited information available, the lack of facilities in approving compulsory reporting. The solution to these problems is to create an information system capable of managing reporting labor required to report the data into information that can be used to provide a policy on employment. These employment information reporting system can be easier for companies to perform compulsory reporting companies every year, can facilitate in approving compulsory reporting company, can assist in addressing the recording and processing of data shall be reported.
