Abstract

Abstract : PLANKTOON GARAGE STORE is Engaged in Manufacturing Sector.  The weakness at the company's sales system is that, the company difficult to determine the increase in the item goods and know all recording reservations and sales transactions that have been done, in the absence of reports that provide information about it. Other problems are also affecting the company is , the production department does not know how many items are to be produced so that the warehouse stock is not stable due to inventory planning management did not account properly resulting erratic stock ( excess or reduced ) from the storehouses.Of problems that show above a solution that will be given is the manufacture of Supply Management Design Build Applications using Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) that can help companies to manage and determine the inventory with the calculation methods in the application, and that will be taken into consideration companies with the solutions presented by this application.From the test results the system is able to produce and provide some recommendations in the form of output that can assist companies in calculating the amount of data that must be ordered raw materials, the report items such as customer item, booking reports, sales reports and inventory planning report. Keywords : Application , Inventory Management , Economic Order Quantity.

Abstract

PT. Semen Indonesia is company in industry of cement, the process of making cement necessary some process that combustion raw mix/ slurry be clinker. grinding clinker, and gypsum to be semen. The process of monitoring above required to control limited supply of the raw material used to production process, due to the lack of information that still appears related the amount of stock of raw materials required and the amount of the stock of raw materials used for production, so that the possibility of a buildup and lack of raw materials at the time of production often occurs. Dashboard is an application that can be used for monitoring company stock inventory in real time. The information shown in the dashboard in this application in the form of graphics information tailored to key performance indicator (KPI) from the company, This application can display a graph of the trend of value and quantity of supplies per month, showing total receipt per month, showing a graph of the trend of total consume which is used in the production process monthly, showing a graph of the trend of Inventory Turnover (ITO, total consume, and aging material.

Abstract

PT Jasamarga Surabaya-Mojokerto is a toll road entreprise with the main task to build, operate, and maintain Surabaya-Mojokerto toll roads. The Surabaya-Mojokerto toll road passes through 4 regencies (Sidoarjo, Gresik, Surabaya, and Mojokerto) and passes 37 villages with 306.20 hectare of land. PT Jasamarga Surabaya-Mojokerto experience some obstacles in the application of information technology systems. Investments in information technology systems that have been run not support the bussines goals oh the company. Another obstacle is the absence of clustering and priority scale of technology system development. To handle these obstacles, it is necessary to make strategic planning of information system with Anita Cassidy approach for PT Jasamarga Surabaya-Mojokerto. Strategic planning of information system can help companies to implement information technology system that align with business strategy and corporate goals, also can help clustering and determine the direction of development of information technology system.

Abstract

Medical records is a document were used to document patient's health history. Medical records are very important, because it used as a reference for doctor's examination. But in the process of making and keep of medical records Darus Syifa' Islam Hospital has a few problems. First, medical records is still stored manually. These data is stored at the same filing cabinet. When grab a data, the officer is difficult to find medical records data and sometime the data is missing. So that the officer must make a new medical records. In this condition, it can impact the examination who do by the doctor because they do not know the history of previous examination. Second, the process to make a medical record is still manually. The other job description of medical record officer is make a summary of medical record data. The summary is contain medical record which made every month.The difficulties of the making these summary is when summarize all the data, because not all the data is completely stored. Beacuse the data is missing, it makes the content of data is not complete and duplicated. To solve these problems, Darus Syifa Islam Hospital need a system to help the process of records and storage of data, so these mistakes in the previous process not happen again, and result is corresponding with needs.

Abstract

Dinas Kesehatan Tentara (DKT) Tuban is a Army Health is hospital provide by the Indonesian Army that also serve to public people. There are many  problems on DKT Tuban such as validation on medical record that happen effect by unintegrated medical record from registration until a month of patiens, patiens visit list, financial reports. Refers on that problem,this research offer design and build an outpatient administration application on DKT Tuban. This application discusses about patient registration, medical action, recording the disease, prescription drugs, payment, a month of patiens, patiens visit list, and financial reports that integration in one system. This application can be create some reports: reports outpatient, patiens visit list, financial reports, statical and graphical monthly reports, a mount of  visit list each policlinic dayly. Keywords: medical record, administration, outpatient, policlinic, registration

Abstract

PPTI is part that serves as a supporter of business process and responsible develop and apply and communication in stikom surabaya that can develop corporate governance effective, efficient and productive in operational ppti do not have jaminan-jaminan as well as the relative warranty each user to service of the most dominant namely stikomapps, sicyca, brilliant, tissue via the cable and wireless. With his planning management service level parties ppti can ( 1 ) determine , document , monitor , measuring and controlling services ti available .( 2 ) provide and increase hubuungan and a communication between service with ti ( 3 sure that the target of the services have specific and measurable so that it can improve their services IT. In this study producing a design framework sla , 5 documents slr to the needs of design sla , 5 documents sla as security users from the healthcare providers , 3 documents ola as a treaty among parts providers and the documents sip as the development services.

Abstract

Depo Galvalum is a company that moves in galvalum distributor .The process of business on purchase system done by Depo Galvalum still based on Information stock availability . The buying system goods less could be handled well because there is no recording. Sales system just do recording of daily transactions . Recording producing such the total revenues and the amount of goods sold out. The results of recording have not been able to provide information the to conduct an evaluation on a system sales. Leader have only information to the number of goods that have been sold and the rest of the goods. From the report leaders will check repeated that takes time long enough, This leader find it difficult to analyze reports sales still in the form of rekap sales.With the this problem then required inventory information system of goods on Depo Galvalum web-based equipped with reorder point to buy goods next. Of the analysis and design of which is done to provide information on sourcing , an inventory of goods , sale of goods , and preparing reports. The design process produce information system an inventory of goods to suit the needs of Depo Galvalum. These information systems help the Depo Galvalum in the process of purchase of goods , an inventory of goods , sale of goods , and preparing reports.Kata Kunci: information system, inventory , Depo Galvalum , reorder point.

Abstract

Currently many music studios are still using manual ordering in every process of their business, may be practically almost all the studios that exist in Indonesia are still using the manual way, therefore many people are still had difficult way in ordering because the schedule always crashes with the other studio users, Moreover they have to consider the mileage and then they survey the place, studio situations, rooms, tools and prices. Another problem is certainly felt by the studio owner who sometimes confused how to promote their music studio to be known by many people and is not less competitive with other music studios. You can see from the problems above, then we need an application that can bridge between studio owners and users of music studios. So the solution offered is to design an online booking application based Firstudio music crowdsourcing. With the application of Firstudio certainly can help the users of music studios in terms of booking music studio online quickly and accurately. Not only studio users, but studio owners will also benefit, they can promote their music studio on this website, moreover the absence of fees for their studio advertisements.

Abstract

RSIA Putri Surabaya is a hospital engaged in health services. The business process on RSIA Putri Surabaya has problems that the application of STI on RSIA Putri Surabaya is currently not aligned with the business strategy and based on the needs of each department, the company has not determined and grouping priority scale on STI that will be applied, the IT facilities can’t be useful for the company, the consequences is wasted cost budget. The solution provided is to create a document strategic planning system and information technology at RSIA Putri Surabaya with Ward and Peppard method.

Abstract

PT. E-T-A Indonesia is a company that working in the area of manufacturing, which manufactures circuit breaker. There was a problem in PT. E-T-A Indonesia about measuring the effectiveness from TMC 1160 machine. The result from this condition is difficult to make the preventive maintenance who are used to achieve zero breakdowns. Another problem for company is in difficulties to early identify the waste / loss in order to achive zero loss which cause delayed on machine repairing. An application is offering to make a system which helping company for measurement the effectiveness by using Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) method for the operation of the machine by periodic. These create informations about effectiveness of engine performance and losses by OEE method.The results showed that application has been made to help company for giving measurement about the effectiveness of performance TMC 1160 machine and losses from TMC 1160 machine.Keywords : manufacturing, measurement of effectiveness, overall equipment effectiveness
