Abstract

Salary is one thing that is very important for UMKM Sablon Garment Surabaya primarily to employees as salary serves as the remuneration received by employees for work that has been done. By giving the employee's salary will be motivated to work. In terms of payroll data is data related to be complete, the data should not be lost and the data must be stored properly. Currently UMKM Sablon Garment have some problems that do not have data recorded with good employees, recording presence inaccurate and does not have a salary slip as proof of receipt of wages. To fix these problems needs to be created payroll application that produces some of the reporting of such reports employee data, payroll reports, reports of borrowing, attendance report. Of the employee payroll application is expected that the stored data will be controlled well and produces an accurate calculation of salaries. Keywords: Application,Employee Salary

Abstract

Public health center of Jagir Surabaya is a functional health organization under working units of Surabaya City Health Department. Public health center of Jagir Surabaya also a center for the development of public health services in charge of organizing health development in the District Jagir. During the calculation of the workload carried is based solely on the amount of volume on description of duties and responsibilities carried out at one of the health workers. Whereas in fact, the calculation of the workload of health workers who do need to refer to the Guidelines for Preparation of HR planning by using WISN (Work Load Indicator Staffing Need) as determined by the Minister of Health to serve as guidelines and are implemented by all Unit Health Services (including hospitals).Therefore, these problems need to be created a system that can help the public health center of Jagir in conducting the process of calculating the workload of health workers based on the method WISN.Based on the results of testing and evaluation, it is known that the application evaluation of health workers workload with methods WISN can help the public health center of Jagir to perform the calculation and reporting of the amount of labor requirements of health and be able to support later in the planning process of health personnel so as to improve the quality and the health service public health center of Jagir Surabaya

Abstract

     Rail Document System (RDS) PT. Kereta Api Indonesia is an application media that can be used for all employees that will do correspondence process. This application is made with expectation for helping the smooth of the correspondence process in PT. KAI Daerah Operasional Surabaya (Dan op 8). It make the developer wants to know the succession and the any variables that influence the succession of RDS for PT. KAI’s employees. The solution of the problem is doing the RDS’s succession variables analysis in PT. KAI Daop 8 by using Delone and Mclean methods.     The purpose of this study is for knowing the succession and the variables that more influence in the use of RDS by using Structured Equation Model (SEM) Partial Last Square (PLS). Taking sample is using Stratified Random Sampling (SRS) method in PT. KAI’s employees and the determination of sample number by using slovin formula.      Based on the results of the analysis on the Delone and McLean models of 68 respondents it can be seen the variables that affect the success of RDS: net benefits are influenced by the use and satisfaction of users, while the use is influenced by the quality of information and service quality. For user satisfaction is not affected by the independent variables of system quality, information quality and service quality. Abstract

The availability of wood at PT Perkebunan Nusantara XII still awake. This is because the PTPN XII did not knowdetails of production and uses on time of wood on each garden. Unavailability of wood will have an impact on sales process wood in PTPN XII. In addition, the PTPN XII does not have production data and the most recent usage data wood carried on each other garden. The impact, inconsistency of data production and use of wood is often found between the gardens and PTPN XII, this will lead to staffing difficulties in knowing the stock of wood in a garden Applications built wood supplies to overcome the problems that exist in PTPN XII, and is built on the theory of supply. These web-based application built order office supplies directors may determine. the use and production of wood in every garden with ease. That applications have passed the test and got 100% results. Abstract

Abstract: Rukina Sukses Abadi Ltd work in dredging ocean base and reclamation sector. The company exist document control management as checking expired date for their dredger certificate. While the operator in the office belated certificate extension, that will have impact for dredger performance, because the dredger activity will waiting after certificate extension has been done, so the company has financial loss because the dredger doesn’t work.Based on the problem, made one application to solve dredger certificate document management as web basic. The system exist form input certificate document and certificate document management features, it showing notification when the certificate come on expired date, so it will resolved certificate extension time which impact to dredger activity.Conclusion of the trial, application of documents management it work to manage certificate, show warning notification of certificate come on expired date and give certificate report in the moments. Keywords: Applications, Warning, Document Certificate

Abstract

CV. Anugrah Jaya is sales distributor company that have priority of selling pipe and fitting. The company is established in 2013 at Imam Bonjol 31 Surabaya to run their company activities and has 8 employees. This company sells various pipes and fittings that the items total is about 300 items. The company still doing manual recording which use Microsft Excel where frequently mistake in data input proccess so as to produce information less than accurate. This causing problems on selling transaction recording, items requisition, items price searching, and stock calculation. Based on problems above, company need a sales information system. Because the company does not have a blueprint of sales information systems and did not know in detail what is required in the sales informationsystem in CV. Anugrah Jaya Surabaya, so in this research Analysis and Designingsales information systems in CV. Anugrah Jaya Surabaya expected to be developed and helping admin in resolving every his job.

Abstract

SMK Kartika 2 Surabaya an educational institution that was established since 1994, and has several processes that include new admissions activities, class divisions and homeroom, scheduling subjects, and management student value as a material for preparing the results of student studies. Processes that exist in SMK Kartika 2 Surabaya there are some problems such as the process of data management students, teachers, schedules, class divisions and homeroom, and processing student value. The number of data and limitations of the scheduling officer so it takes a long time in managing the existing data. The long process of managing the data has a direct impact on the performance of the administration department, employees/ teachers in school academic activities. Solutions that can be given to the above problems is the application of academic information system, is one solution that can help the administration, employees / teachers in managing student data, teachers, schedules, class divisions along with homeroom, processing student value and reporting to the head school. Creation of Web-based academic information system application. It is expected to conduct student data management activities, teacher data, schedules, class divisions and homeroom, and final value creation, making it easier for the administration to report to the principal.

Abstract

SD Al Falah Assalam Tropodo is the educational institutions for elementary school students in Sidoarjo city. The student attendance process is manually in the first subject and is only done once a day, so that the possibility of students not following the next subject can occur. Likewise in the extracurricular activity attendance process, there are students who use these activities to play or just spend time that is not useful. With the existence of several reports from parents of guardians who said that their children always took extracurricular activities, but in the attendance report of the school the students involved only a few times. The other problem is the lack of communication between the school and parents. During this communication only occurs when the distribution of report cards held every 3 months. As a result, parents are not getting information about the development of their children's activities. The solution given is_to_create_and design a web-based student activity monitoring application on Alfalah Assalam Tropodo Elementary School that is able to bridge parents and schools in providing information. The result of this Final Project resulted in monitoring application of student activity on SD Al Falah Assalam Tropodo. Such applications can help schools in providing real-time information to parents about their children's activities while in school.

Abstract

The background of this research is the frequent of failure on vessel allocation processs in PT. Pertamina Hulu Energi West Madura Offshore (PT. PHE WO). That matter happens because there is no tools that can be used for allocating vessel. That problem gets higher when fuel consumption increases rapidly. Unscheduled utility because of the lateness of vessel location updating process in monitoring also takes effect on fuel consumption increase. Therefore, it requires development an appliction of transportation allocating and vessel monioring that can help in allocation vessel and monitoring the last vessel location in real time using Google Maps API. According to test that have been done by Fleet Control Division, Head of Platform, dan Captain, transportation allocation and vessel monitoring application can allocate vessel by request correctly, by monitoring fuel consumption that will be used so it can avoid the increase of fuel consumption. Monitoring process in real time can decrease the possibility of unscheduled utility that can increase fuel consuming.

Abstract

Website Hotel Sahid Surabaya is a web company profile in which there are functions to support the process of e-commerce suite at Mission Hotel Sahid Surabaya. The e-commerce process will be more optimal if users use website usage. But in fact from the survey conducted involving 20 people to access the website, 17 people have difficulty choosing the view that will be accessed to make an online reservation so that respondents prefer to make a reservation directly because when making a reservation via the website there is no indication that it is difficult for a user in make a reservation. During its implementation, the Sahid Hotel Surabaya website has never been evaluated.The solution to this problem is to analyze the variables that affect the acceptance of the website by using the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) model. This model has 4 independent variables, 4 moderating variables and 2 dependent variables. To determine the effect between variables using Structural Equation Model, Partial Least Square. The sampling technique used Ferdinand's theory with 75 respondents.Based on the results of the analysis on the model (UTAUT), it can be known that the influential variables with the T-Statistic provisions ≥ 1.96 or Pvalue ≤ 0.05 are Behavioral Intention to Use Behavior of 40.1% and Social Influence to Behavioral Intention of 33%. Based on the mean value of the influential variables, it is in the interval class (2.50-3.24) which means the respondent agrees to the statement and recommendations produced, that is, the receptionist of Hotel Sahid Surabaya offers to use the website for reservations, because if someone feels satisfied using the website it will affect the user another to use it.
