Abstract

St. Clemens Christian High School is a private education institute Binawirawan Foundation owned by the nuns of Congregation Imitationis Jesus (CIJ) at Trans Bajawa-Ende km 40 Boawae. St. Clemens Christian High School (SMACEL) has 3 (three) majors, that are Science, Social, and Language. SMACEL now is working at processing of academic grade using 2013’s curriculum. Every subject there is a grouping process for grade type, there are daily grade, task grade, and final exam grade. The second type of grade is skill grade, composed by practice, project, and portopholio grade. The grade of attitude composed by spiritual and good attitude grade. The problem that has been experienced nowadays for processing the grades are the entry of grades, the presentation of report, and data information. The report process now is managed by Microsoft Office and Excel and the retyping of reports is necessary so it takes a long time and slowing down the distribution of reports.And the solution for academic administration is to develop an application for academic grade processing at SMACEL Boawae Flores. The application is web-based so that can be accessed at wherever places with the internet access.The academic processing grade application is being tested for inputing the student’s grade and hope to help the academic curriculum department for better processing and recaping student’s grade.

Abstract

SMK Kartika 2 Surabaya with a total of 664 students divided into 4 majors, namely majoring in multimedia, light vehicle engineering, audio video techniques, and banking. Light vehicle engineering and audio engineering video have difficulties in asset management, such as borrowing, returns, and maintenance of goods. The staff still uses the logbook that must be filled by the students. The tool man also does not provide receipts for the items borrowed by the students, therefore, making it difficult to track the availability and viability of the goods. In the process of generating the report, the tool man has difficulties in reporting quantities, specifications, clarifications, and feasibility of certain asset items.Based on the above description of the problem, an asset management application was built, which can assist the head of facilities and infrastructure, the tool man, and students in lending, return and maintenance of goods. This application can help Tool man, in the process of creating reports, reduce the loss of goods and simplify the control of goods.From the asset management test results can generate lending reports, return reports, best-selling assets, as well as a list of assets, employees, and students. Keywords: Website, SMK Kartika 2 Surabaya, Asset Management.

Abstract

Based on data obtained from the Development and Application of Information Technology (PPTI) Institute Business and Informatics Stikom Surabaya about 20%-30% students who have followed this course got score under B which means that the level of understanding of students to this course still lacking therefore made Application Learning Logic and Design Programming useful to help increase graduation in the course logic and design programming but after the application is implemented has never performed an evaluation of the acceptance application toward Usage Behavior. In analyzing acceptance Application Learning Logic and Design Programming is using method from Venkatesh dan Davis is Technology Acceptance Model 2 (TAM 2) to design a model. Based on the results of the deployment of 126 questionnaires to students S1 Information System that follows the course Logic and Design Programming and analyze using the method SEM, obtained results that Application Learning Logic and Design Programming can be received by students from Perceive Ease of Use factor which encourages interest student to use Application Learning Logic and Design Programming

Abstract

The production of raw materials is an important component in the Sablon Garment Surabaya for the smooth operation of production is highly dependent on the existence of raw materials. Therefore, the state of production of raw material in the warehouse Sablon Garment Prints must be really well-run, so that data ordering, receiving, and expenditures can be stored safely. Current conditions in the warehouse Sablon Garment Surabaya still a lot of data loss, data ordering, receiving, and expenditures are still not recorded properly.To solve the above problems, the storage and data recording of raw materials need to be converted into digital data and computerized form. To meet these needs, the application needs to be made on the production of raw material procurement Sablon Garment Surabaya. Stages of making this application begins with communication, planning, modeling, construction, and operation. Once tested, the application of the procurement of raw materials for production can produce digital data in the form of data of raw materials, supplier data, employee data, city data, the data for the brand, administrator data, ordering data, data on revenues, expenditures data, reports reservations, reception reports, expense reports and statement of changes in stock. Keywords: Keywords: Applications, Raw Materials Procurement, Raw Materials Booking.

Abstract

Abstract:ASTRANS logistics is a service company in logistic transport based in Jl. Perum Gading Fajar II Blok D2 No.10 Sidoarjo which is doing shipment in Java, Bali and West Nusa Tenggara. ASTRANS Logistics hasn’t done good financial accounting standard yet. All income, outcome and loan recorded manually by ASTRANS Logistics using Microsoft Excel as a tool to calculate. All payment done made by the shipper or the recipient are not optimal. So, small cash balance difference and company cash in a bank is often occurred.As a solution for this problem, in this work, we develop or statement web-based that will assist the company in producing accurate financial statement.It is shown that the new application has the capability in determining customer payment, accounts receivable maturity date, income statement and performing daily closing, and test Alfa for 42 function and then get validation 100% comfortable with Software Requirement Specification (SRS).

Abstract

Health Department Tulungagung government is implementing elements in the field of health and Has the task to carry out part of regional affairs in the health field. Tulungagung Health Department should be able to manage the supply of drugs and medical equipment stored in the Warehouse Pharmacy and then distributed to 32 health centers throughout Tulungagung. In the field of medicine and health expiration time came very important role, so this is one factor that must be considered in the process of managing medications and medical equipment. Pharmacy clerk currently still experiencing difficulties in managing their inventory, because there is no application that can determine the need for medication and medical equipment as well as directly monitor the process FEFO and FIFO drugs and medical equipment in the Health Service Pharmacy Warehouse Tulungagung.To solve the above problems, then built an application that can assist in the management of drug supplies and medical equipment to the Health Department Tulungagung. This application can perform data management, storage location search, calculation of needs, monitoring of drug FEFO and FIFO medical equipment, inventory monitoring and data management expired drugs.Conclusion of the application can perform management of medicines and medical equipment with more attention to the expiration dates of medicines and medical equipment came time using the First Expired First Out (FEFO) and First In First Out (FIFO).

Abstract

Sederhana Restaurant, established in 1994, located on Jl. Kemiri Sentani, Jayapura. Currently Eating Simple has two restaurants with 20 employees and has an average turnover of 15 million rupiah per day for each diner. Eating Simple serve consumer demand for food products typical Padang consumer has the upper, middle or bottom. Purchases can be made by phone or come directly consumers.Eating Simple yet have many obstacles in the sales process, among other things:1. The first obstacle, the recording process inventory. So owners often problems during procurement. This is because the Eating Simple does not have accurate data and facts about some amount of supply of any goods and the goods sold.2. The second constraint, the process of calculating the sale is made every day on the eve of the restaurant closed. Calculation recap the entire results of the transaction manually using a calculator. The cause of the constraint length of the counting process transactions each day. If it still done this way it often happens that the counting error calculation does not deal effectively and efficiently.3. There is no recording of incoming goods procurement. So it is still difficult for the owner to know the procurement of goods daily report.Based on the problems mentioned above, the need for sales application that can reduce errors in data entry, and accelerate the reporting process. The report includes, sales reports, procurement reports and inventory reports. The sales application was made based desktop that does not rely on the Internet network connection

Abstract

Library of the Institute of Business and Information Stikom Surabaya already use digital library system to improve the standard repository system to create an application that is named sir.stikom.edu. Ranked by webometric the repository fields, SIR is ranked 32 in Indonesia. The libraries want that SIR Stikom Surabaya entered the top 10 in webometric so as to improve the image of Stikom Surabaya. But now the library does not have a benchmark to evaluate the level of reception SIR to improve the ranking webometric. Based on these issues, libraries need a benchmark to determine the extent to which the level of acceptance of the implementation of applications that have been done. This research can determine what factors that influence the acceptance of information technology among students Stikom Surabaya using UTAUT models. Based on the survey results revealed several factors for the receipt of applications SIR based models UTAUT ie, Behavioral Intention has a strong influence on the Use Behavior. Moderating variable has not been proven to have a strong influence on the relationship between the dependent variable and independent variables.

Abstract

Putri Hospital Surabaya is a company or institution that specializes in health especially in pregnant and childbirth care that rescue at Arief Rahman Hakim Street, Surabaya. In its business process Putri Hospital has the employee resource needs of approximately 179 employees divided into 21 sections. In fulfilling the needs of these employees and apply one mission of RSIA Putri Surabaya is "Providing professional services and high quality", then every once or every year precisely in March or September carried out the implementation of recruitment and selection of employees. To assist the HRD staff in the process of recruitment and selection of new employees, then built application-based recruitment and employee-based website. The process of recruitment and selection of employees in the application using competency standards tailored to the needs of the company to get qualified and competent candidates. The result of this research will produce recruitment and employee selection application at Putri Hospital Surabaya. This application can help the process of recruitment and selection of employees so that the process can be more quickly and can more precisely in getting qualified and competent employees. This application is also built based on the website so it can run online.

Abstract

Borhouse startup based in Surabaya since 2017 who is working in the area of online service order for boarding house. for identification some problem in bording house, Borhouse had some interview with owner and users boarding house among others problem are : 1) the  owner still used promotion with old system attaching brochures. 2) owner promotion has used application with fiture premium but owner want to free user application.3) third part of marketing with application but owner not knowing. 4) for users boarding house they are don’t know room are still available at boarding house 5) users can’t  choice or compare with other boarding house quickly, because they must coming to boarding house. 6) user get wrong address boarding house.Borhouse having a solution with concept crowdsourcing and three process business in feature as follow for the future : 1) BorHouse have 2 account method for free user and premium user. 2) Borhouse requirement owner boarding house to verification their email, phone number and copy certificate location boarding house 3) for user can search according to criteria of boarding house such as location boarding house, price, available room and user can ask with us with application chat by whatsapp. Borhouse expacting this concept method can give a solution for owner or usesrs problem boarding house.
