Abstract

PT Indonesia Magma Chain is a chain and conveyor maker company located in Demak, Central Java. PT Indonesia Magma Chain already invested in system and information technology (SIT) to manage reservations and sales transactions. But it can not run well, because the company is not doing a good plan at the time of SIT investment, such as providing applications that can not accommodate the needs and business procces of the PT Indonesia Magma Chain. Based on the above issues, the planning indentifying of the SIT requirements at PT Indonesia Magma Chain using method from John Ward and Joe Peppard, and SWOT analysis that will produce an application portfolio that is divided into 4 quadrants of McFarlan Strategic Grid and a road map of the SIT for 2 years starting from 2017 to 2018.

Abstract

Pamekasan District Health Office is a government agency Pamekasan district in accordance with the principle of autonomy and responsible to carry out the duty of assistance in the field of Health in the district Pamekasan. Implementation of health service facilities is issued by the Health Service Division of Health Services Division and addressed to healthcare registries. The licensing certificate for health personnel is a proof that health workers have Practice and Work permits. Design of Management of Health Manpower License At Pamekasan District Health Office consists of registration of Nurse practice permit, Midwife's work permit, Doctor's license, Dental practitioner's license, pharmacist, and Pharmacist assistant. This application can also provide Hospital Information, Clinic and Puskesmas that exist in Pamekasan District. With the letter of licensing practice of web-based health workers at the District Health Office Pamekasan, expected to be a solution to the problems encountered and can generate useful information for retrieval long-term decisions as well as improving the quality of Health Services in Pamekasan District Health Office.

Abstract

Arbain Grafika Surabaya is an enterpreneurial business engaged in printing service. During the sales that have been conducted by Arbain Grafika Surabaya, there are some problems that occured, such as when the customers asked for a price of a product that they wished, they have to wait for a long time for the answer; the production division gets the information detail or work order letter behind the schedule from the owner because the owner forgets or giving the information unexpectedly, the administration division takes time to find the sales data in presenting the report desired by the owner, the administration division does not acknowledge the deadline of payment of customers that still have debts, the owner or administration is not able to acknowledge the customer’s product have been done or not and requires the information from the production division.  In order to solve those problems, it needs an aplication that helps the sales process. This application is based on the web that allows to calculate the product selling price, arranging customer’s orders and payments. The web-based selling application for Arbain Grafika Surabaya provides the reports that the owner needs. Furthermore, this web-based selling application also provides the information regarding the status of customers’ order, the status of customer’s payment, and work order letter.    Keywords: printing, sales, web based

Abstract

Islamic Hospital Jemursari Surabaya is one of the agencies that provide health services to the community. In providing health services for the community, the hospital uses information technology to support the activities of the public service. The problems faced today, namely the recording of information technology assets that are still using Microsoft Excel so that the information obtained can not be uptodate and not archived properly. This resulted in the decision by the management to be blocked. Based on these descriptions, the solution to overcome that by using a specialized desktop application that can be directly accessed client server integrated and accommodated to all stakeholders. Asset management application using the straight-line method is used to manage the entire information technology assets ranging procurement, receipt, repair, removal, shrinkage, until removal. The process of implementation and evaluation of a system that has been carried out, indicates that the application of asset management is able to provide information technology assets comprehensive information relating to the procurement, receipt, repair, removal, shrinkage, deletion and reporting of all transactions, and may provide asset reports are quick and precise , which can be used by management in making decisions.

Abstract

CV. Mitra Techno Sains is a manufacturing company that sells a liquid detergent and softener in Surabaya. The business process begins from customer orders, then production departement will be produce and it will be delivered according to the delivery date has been agreed. Problem that often happen in the company is; (1) process of production and delivery of orders to customers often delayed because they have not good planning and scheduling requirements production material; (2) there is no good information about the raw material needs to be produced; (3) there has been no information on the quantities of raw materials in the warehouse. Those problems can be solved with application design production planning of requirements raw materials that can help in production scheduling and raw material requirements planning. The method can support the planning and scheduling of production and raw materials are Material Requirment Planning (MRP), because MRP suitable to be applied to all manufacturing companies in resolving the issue of raw materials procurement. Based on the results of the implementation and evaluation it can be concluded that the system created can help companies in planning and scheduling of production and raw material requirements.Keywords: Application, Planning, Scheduling, Production, Raw Materials

Abstract

PT. Prima Nadia Gravia is a company engaged in the field of services that place on the Jl. Cipta Menanggal VI No. 7 Surabaya, the company serves advertising services and information services in the form of magazines and newspapers published within a certain time and spread throughout Indonesia, especially in the city of Jakarta and Surabaya. In terms of distribution of newspapers and magazines, PT. Prima Nadia Gravia uses the Circulation section. In the current Circulation section, the business process used is still very manual, all the recordings still use Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and archived paper files and still no record of payment and receivable customers causing harm to the company.The solution is to conduct a research and design of Information System that can help the circulation to control how the circulation activities that run better than ever. Development method used is System Development Life Cycle Waterfall Method.The expected result is that it can help corporate secretary to control circulation activity and give report related to payment and receivable of customers so that editor in chief can know earnings report from circulation activity.

Abstract

Abstract: Dryn clinic is a clinic that consistently apply the concept of healthy living by combining elements of beauty and health of the skin and body. The business process is currently part pharmacist can not determine how much product will be purchased to the supplier. The types of drugs that exist today reaches more than 300 (three hundred) and the current system has not been able to determine how the most optimal amount of inventory. Consequently Dryn clinic will experience shortages or excess stock due to the absence of a process of inventory control for optimal reservation. The impact is the customer had to wait until the product is available. When the clinic Dryn have excess stock, the impact is Dryn must add the cost of product storage.Based on the above problems, inventory control applications made using the Reorder Point (ROP) determining when a product should be done reordering and methods Ecomomic Order Quantity (EOQ) to get the optimal amount of ordering a product.With the application of the drug inventory control Dryn Clinical information can be obtained form the optimal number of products in the booking in the next period and a reordering that is used to control the supply of products so there is no shortage of stock.Keywords: Sales, Inventory Control, and Purchase.

Abstract

PT. Berlian Jasa Terminal Indonesia (PT. BJTI) is a company with main business in the service of loading and unloading at the port of Tanjung Perak. Engineering Planning & Administration Division is a part that handles the level of availability of a tool or machine used for the operations of PT. BJTI. Based on current conditions, managers have difficulty in making decisions related to engine performance HMC, because the data required to know engine performance HMC are many and varied and has a high complexity. From the above problems, it is known that the company needs a dashboard application that is able to provide performance information about HMC machines that can assist managers in making decisions and can monitor engine performance HMC and compare with KPI. It was concluded that this application has been able to display visualization information performance condition HMC machine, so it can help the managers to monitoring and control of engine performance HMC. Applications can display notifications to certain conditions, so as to assist managers in making decisions.

Abstract

PT. Kelola Mina Laut is a company engaged in the seafood industry. The company has been exporting processed products to several countries including: USA, Canada, Europe, Russia, Japan etc.The company's goal is to achieve a target value of export transactions by year. To determine the attainment of the objectives of the company divisions and the related directors always conduct regular meetings. However, the data presented at the meeting is still shaped table data and just in the previous period, so it does not correspond to the needs of the board of directors for the data tables presented uninformative and real time.Visualization Dashboard Application for Export Transactions on PT. Kelola Mina Laut is a software that can provide the information value of the ratio of export transactions by year, by state, by product category and by customer with the target at a certain period in real time. Information is presented in a visual form such as pie charts, rod and line. This application is built for ease of directors and marketing division in knowing the difference between the value export transaction with a target value of exports in a given period.

Abstract

Complaints handling services in a part of Penerapan dan Pengembangan Teknologi Informasi (PPTI) having a process handling incident performed only according the estimated, knowledge, and experience developers network or application. Recording the activities carried out when handle incident also only done by the staff who handle, so there was not history of the incident on the part PPTI. For that need to create procedure incident management that integrated with refer to Framework Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) V-3. ITIL V-3 is a series of concepts and techniques infrastructure management, development, and information technology operations (TI) which focused on operational service and can give recommendation for the company about how to handle the incident and exactly used as benchmark for arrange the work structured to provide services company. The creation of this procedure incident management will produce standards consist of standars, procedures, and forms used incident management in Service Operation – ITIL V-3. The results of these research is produces 9 standars, 14 procedures, and 17 forms.
