Abstract

AYOPANEN is an application engaged in agriculture. This application was formed because it was motivated by the Minister of Trade's appeal to the community which was expected as an off taker to replace the role of middlemen and cooperate with the farmers. In addition, labor in agriculture, livestock and fishery sectors still have difficulty in increasing their business productivity due to constrained capital factor. Difficult access to capital causes the product since planted has been taken by the middleman. So when the harvest is done that determines the selling price is the middleman. The solution to be given is a web-based application that can help farmers get capital from investors to manage agriculture using As-Salam investment method, where the traded product is not available when the transaction is made, and the buyer makes the initial payment with the quality characteristics clear product while delivery of products will be done in the future. Existing processes in the application are product management for farmers, investment purchases by investors, As-Salam agreement documents, progress tracking, admin validation, and transaction reports. The results show that this application can help investors find agricultural products that want to be invested with the characteristics of clear product quality. Applications can help farmers get a capital loan without paying interest on the loan

Abstract

PT. International Stars is a company engaged in the field of distribution that produces sandals and shoes urrently PT. International Stars already has about 400 retail stores that market slippers and shoes. Related to the number of such shops PT. Stars international must monitor the performance of the store with all aspects of assessment include: aspect of revenues, customer satisfaction, as well as aspects of aspects of the performance of the employees at the store. But in the assessment process conducted PT International Stars still use the system manually and computerized and not the result of shaped documents report. So in the manufacturing process and the fulfilment of market strategies will be less fast. In the absence of an accurate assessment of the systems and structured imposes on his old company in response to business growth in the field. Based on these problems, then created a performance assessment application store by using the balanced scorecard method of web-based that can ease the process of assessment and supervision of each store. By displaying the performance results in the form of a nominal or numeric value comparison between stores. Based on the trial results, the performance assessment system of retail stores can help an area sales manager in reporting data for each store with more effective, from the results of the report will also facilitate the operational part in monitoring the results of the development of the whole store.

Abstract

Abstract:Friendship (FSP) Shop is a store operations located in Central Semampir Street Gang 6/6 - 60 213 Surabaya East Java. FSP Shop sells a variety of apparel products for youngsters such as clothes (shirts and T-shirts), jeans, jackets and accessories (slayer, hats, etc.). Sales made by the FSP Shop is currently done by through the online store website. User or users of the website include online store owner as admin and customer FSP Shop itself. For now, the sales website used by FSP Shop is still very modest in which only covers the sale process only. The website does not focus on the interests and customer satisfaction is evident with no variations in supply and service to customers. It has an impact on sales of the clothing store business into the future, allowing the loss of customer loyalty, and lead customers do not want to shop again at the store. Besides these two problems, FSP Shop himself wished to increase the number of sales of each item in the future as well as continue to maintain customer loyalty.From the above problems, website development FSP Shop online store today with the adoption of cross selling. Cross selling is a suggestion that is obtained based on the data transaction history. Abstract

PT Gemah Ripah Loh Jinawi Industri (GRLJI) is a fertilizer industry company which produces two types of products; phosphate and dolomite. Thecompany has quite large business process in ordering the fertilizer products from customers, manufacturing raw materials until delivering the accomplishes products to the customer back. However, in raw manufacturing process still has disadvantage like there is no control in specific inventory of raw materials which could make disruption production process in financial losses. It relates to the raw materials’ and customers’ schedule order late to deliver.Raw materials quantity should be bought in certain period with minimumcost. Then, calculate the Safety Stock in order to determine the amount ofinventory security by comparing the use of raw materials and searching the value of deviation standard. After that, calculate Re-order Point (ROP) which used to determine the value point of re-ordering raw materials. It was need an application control of raw materials by counting the total minimum quantity and calculating of raw materials stock amount and procurement as a safe point in production process. Economic Order Quantity method (EOQ) used to provide the quantity of raw materials which should be purchased at certain period with minimum cost.Based on application trial result by using the data synopsis which knownby the company in limited period, it is about 1 month or 4 weeks. The Datashowed the EOQ value, the Safety Stock, and the ROP on each formautomatically. The application also could help the data processing and controlthe raw materials processing faster. Abstract

Institute of Business and Informatics Stikom Surabaya is a college in Surabaya that needs needs in running daily operations, such as the need for alma mater suits, t-shirts, and others. Needs are needed in quantities that are not small. In order to get the minimum price and maximum quality, Institute of Business and Informatics Stikom Surabaya is a college in Surabaya held several tenders. The bidding process is currently conducted with a jury assessing the bidders by giving points 0 to 100 according to the assumption of the tender jury itself. There is no standardization of points against the assessment criteria. Unlisted or documented reasons the jury gives points against offers from participants. The percentage weight of each criterion is the same, so the actual criterion is more important than the other criterion is considered equal weight. These matters cause the possibility of misstatement of tendering and tender selection.The solution needed to overcome the above problems is the assessment by using scoring system method. Scoring system method is used to assist decision makers in determining the eligibility of bidders to be included in the list of alternatives to tender winner selection. To minimize the risks of winning the selection of winners in the tender process, it is necessary to calculate the percentage of priority weight.Based on the results of manual scoring system testing and calculation results by the system, obtained the result that there is no difference between the calculation manually with the calculation by the application so that the application can perform calculations accurately. The trial results show three tender reports with three judges and each tender has three participants and the result is between manually and calculated by the application.

Abstract

PT Pos Indonesia is a company engaged in postal service. PT Pos Indonesia has a vision that is to become the trusted postal companies. Business process activities of shipping packages at PT Pos Indonesia starts from senders hand over a package in the post office counter until accepted by the recipient. But many packages failed to delivered to the recipient due to lack of information of the recipients of a courier who will come to deliver the package. In addition, the process of contacting the recipients is done manually by the phone. The other problem is when there is a failed package delivered, then the courier must take back the package to the recipient. Redeliver activities caused the rising cost of the delivery process. This application is built to resolve the problems of shipping process at PT Pos Indonesia. This application can provide notification of the existence of the package to the sender by email and give a notification of the existence of the package to the recipient via SMS. With this application is expected an increase in performance at PT Pos Indonesia and could solve existing problems.

Abstract

Stock control products are important at Zilch Streetwear Surabaya because keeping the inventory levels of stock products at optimal levels so as to obtain savings, but in the implementation, Zilch Streetwear having problems, demand for the amount of product that is uncertain in each period make Zilch Streetwear trouble estimated demand for the product in the future. Inaccuracy in determining the timing and amount of products will be ordered lead out of stock and delay the fulfillment of product orders to retailers and customers. Based on the existing problems above, Zilch Streetwear need an application that is able to determine how the number of product items will be ordered in a period and when reordering the product. Stages of making this application begins with communication, planning, modeling, construction, and operation. After been tested, the application, can generate sales data, purchasing data, stock data products, the data inventory planning, inventory planning reports, stock reports, purchasing reports, and sales reports. This application also able to provide information order quanitity and reorder points better than the previous operational inventory planning

Abstract

PT Sucofindo ( Superintending Company Of Indonesia ) working in the area of inspection ( commercial ) , audit ( project ) , testing ( project ) , analysis ( laboratory ) , certification services ( project ) , and training service ( project ) .Activities new orders were done of administration has decreased in competence services inspection .One of the causes was the absence of information that supports the process of the order in disallow module loading .The information of them information status order and selection task .To overcome the problems built an application web-based that can be used to re tracking status order .This application can be accessed by head of the assignor work ( head of ptk ) and other interested parties via web so that it can be display information status order and provided information about invoice and certificates on time , meanwhile, the process task in employees can was in full. Based on the results of the trial that has done together with pt sucofindo the branch of surabaya , the application was able to display information the status of the order started order accepted until order finished .In addition the application evaluation can provide status so that the service order inspection services can run a maximumKata Kunci : Order, Application, Tracking, PT Sucofindo.

Abstract

PT Matra Unikatama (MU) is a private company engaged in oil drilling contractor. Located in the city of Sidoarjo, PT MU has 88 office staff and 301 laborers. At present, the presence has been using the presence of fingerprint, the current process employee salary calculation that each day the personnel to retrieve data on the presence of employees previously recorded in the fingerprint machine. The presence of data taken using a flash and the data is read using software presensi fingerprint machine. Presence data is then printed to be checked one by one in order to know the employees who are late and not come to work. After the recording process is done daily presence, the personnel presence to match your data with a doctor's note or a special permit approved by the head of the employee. The problem it self is the calculation error (1), calculation of salaries with long time (2), and fraud (3). Based on the problems that occur in the process of calculating the salaries of employees of PT MU, the authors provide a solution for build employee payroll application.

Abstract

Proses pendaftaran, seleksi, dan penerimaan pada dinas pendidikan kota Surabaya saat ini masih menggunakan proses manual. Proses ini membuat waktu kinerja penerimaan beasiswa sangat lama, ditambah proses penilaian yang masih menggunakan kertas yang sangat mudah sekali hilang. Pengarsipan berkas juga sering hilang dikarenakan proses penyimpanannya masih dilakukan pada almari. Sistem penerimaan beasiswa masih menggunakan program excel dan berdasarkan nilai psikotes, nilai survey saja. Belum lagi para pendaftar yang harus bolak-balik untuk pengumpulan berkas dan menanyakan informasi mendapatkan atau tidaknya beasiswa dari dinas pendidikan kota Surabaya.Solusi yang akan diberikan adalah dibuatkannya aplikasi berbasis web yang dimana dapat membantu pendaftaran secara online, penyeleksian secara online, penilaian secara online, pengumuman penerimaan secara online, dan penerimaan beasiswa secara tersistem. Dari sistem ini, akan membantu menyerap mahasiswa yang berprestasi untuk melanjutkan ke jenjang pendidikan yang lebih tinggi dan membantu proses pendanaan pendidikan.Hasil uji coba yang sudah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi ini membantu dalam proses pendaftaran, penyeleksian, dan penerimaan beasiswa. Petugas juga terbantu untuk proses penyeleksian dengan metode SAW yang tersistem serta penilaian untuk petugas psikotes dan survey  dapat menginputkan nilai secara online. Kepala dinas pendidikan juga dapat dengan mudah mengetahui laporan penerimaan dan pendaftar beasiswa.Keywords: Pendaftaran Online, Beasiswa, Penerimaan Online, Website
