Abstract

 PT. Utomo Sentosa Surabaya adalah salah satu dealer  Honda yang berlokasi di  JL. diponegoro 237 Surabaya yang bergerak pada penjualan sepeda motor yang ditawarkan dari main dealer PT.Mitra Pinastika Mulia (MPM).Di bagian penjualan khususnya bagian sales merupakan bagian yang menjadi tolak ukur keberhasilan perusahaan dalam segi banyaknya penjualan yang dilakukan. Permasalahan PT. Utomo Sentosa Surabaya pada proses bisnis saat ini adalah bagian penjualan mengalami kendala atas informasi persediaan barang digudang secara realtime, untuk saat ini bagian penjualan tidak bisa memastikan ketika ada transaksi penjualan akan dilakukan secara langsung atau lewat penjualan inden.Pencatatan laporan penjualan langsung dan inden dicatat dalam copynota penjualan yang sama,Laporan penjualan yang dibuat masih menghasilkan laporan pendapatan penjualan saja sehingga manajer tidak dapat mengambil keputusan pada permasalahan barang digudang yang sering habis.Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut,maka dibuatlah aplikasi penjualan yang terintegrasi antara bagian penjualan dan bagian gudang yang akan menghasilkan laporan tentang penjualan dan persediaan yang dapat membantu PT. Utomo Sentosa Surabaya untuk mengatasi peermasalhan tersebut. Aplikasi yang telah dibuat dapat menangani proses penjualan dan persediaan sepeda motor pada dealer.Berdasarkan hasil uji coba yang telah dilakukandapat disimpulkan,bahwa aplikasi tersebut telah sesuai dengan hasil laporan yang diharapkan.Aplikasi tersebut dapat menghasilkan laporan penjualanlangsung maupun inden,laporan pendapatan penjualan,laporan persediaan dan laporan penjualan sales. Kata Kunci : penjualan, perusahaan dagang, aplikasi

Abstract

Abstract : Gading Murni Putra is one of the companies that have major business in sector of stationery and office/school supplies and printing. During this time, Gading Murni Putra has only one information system that record all direct and online (email, livechat, by phone) transaction, so the transaction data is mixed together. Additionally, transaction that occur every day just recorded and not processed into a usefull information for decision making.Based on those problem, sales information system was created. This system has several process. Process for receiving sales order, sales transaction, and receipt of goods. For sales order and sales transaction process, it has each transaction for direct and online (email, livechat, by phone) transaction.This information system can generate report for most or least item sold, most profitable item, customer history report and customer mapping report. Report for most or least item sold and most profitable item can be separated by type of transaction, direct or online (email, livechat, by phone). This information system can be used by manager to evaluate sales transaction for each direct and online (email, livechat, by phone) transaction, in addition it can also be used by manager to knowing the information about customer.

Abstract

The Information Technology Department of PT Terminal Petikemas Surabaya (TPS) has a Service Desk team that is responsible for handling IT service incidents. Handling of IT service incidents is based on experience, knowledge and agreement. Recurring incidents haven't been handled permanently. It  has an impact on the use of resources in handling incidents.The Solution provide is information technology incident management. Incident management planning as a guidance for handling incident or recovery process of IT services. ITIL v3 as a framework used in developing structured work guidelines for incident management processes. ITIL v3 provides a consistent and repeatable process for restoring IT services.The results of incident management planning as a guide to management work in improving the handling of current incidents. The resulting work guide has been adapted to the internal processes of TPS and ITIL v3, so that it can be used directly as a guide in recording incidents, handling incidents, and resolving IT service incidents.

Abstract

Klinik TS Beauty Center adalah sebuah jasa pelayanan medis yang mempunyai fasilitas lengkap dan ahli dokter kecantikan dan layanan beauty care. Kendala yang dihadapi Klinik TS Beauty Center adalah dalam administrasi layanan pasien mulai dari registrasi pasien, pencatatan rekam medis dan pembuatan laporan yang masih ditulis menggunakan kertas sebagai media penyimpanan.Untuk mengatasi permasalahan diatas, maka dibuat Rancang Bangun Aplikasi Rekam Medis Pasien Berbasis Web Pada Klinik Beauty Center Bojonegoro yang memproses registrasi pemeriksaan, pencatatan rekam medis, dan pembuatan laporan yang dibutuhkan owner. Aplikasi berbasis web agar dapat dijalankan di semua sistem operasi dan dapat diakses melalui banyak media seperti komputer, tablet, dan smartphone.Kesimpulan dari Rancang Bangun Aplikasi Rekam Medis Pasien Berbasis Web Pada Klinik Beauty Center Bojonegoro ini mampu membantu proses registrasi pemeriksaan untuk pasien yang sudah terdaftar, registrasi pasien baru, pencatatan rekam medis. Menghasilkan laporan kunjungan pasien, laporan registrasi pasien baru, laporan rekam medis pasien.

Abstract

The registration of new students at SDN Wadungasri, Waru Sidoarjo East Java today is still done manually, which means in the registration of new students are still using systems that are not computerized, which allows the student data errors and takes a long time. In consideration of safety, convenience and storage new student data required making of a new information system that will facilitate the processing of student data in an application of registration of new students as a means of data processing, data storage quickly and precisely.This information system will facilitate and provide convenience for both students and staff of the school of Administration in processing data quickly and prospective students with fewer errors, and transparatif (open) as needed and reliable. The methodology used in the making of this application in the form of observation, interviews and the use of literature. The software used as a tool is database SQL Server 2008 R2 Management Studio and Microsoft Visual Basic .NET 2010. Average required hardware consists of client computers for students and a computer server for the user / division of Administration.The results of the registration application provides convenience in the process of registration of new students and can be done quickly, precisely with minimal errors and cost-effective, ie it only takes 2-3 minutes per person begin enrollment until the class division of the need to manually for 11-15 minutes per person. Also be saving paper use only 2-3 pieces of manually use as much as 8-9 sheets

Abstract

STIKES hospital Dr .Soetomo are higher education institutes private health belonging to foundation Dr .Soetomo. Stikes was an improvement status academy recorder medical and informatics health ( APIKES ) a pen husada who get permission the implementation of education since 2003 / 2004. Based on the structure of the organization stikes the foundation of hospital Dr. Soetomo surabaya there are administrasi common and finance ( BAUK ) that have children division that is affairs offices public administration. As for one of the tasks of affairs offices administration common is coordinating and make an agenda the whole process a letter in and a letter out to the or other institutions. Based on the job, there are management process of a letter that had difficulty in manage.This is because the absence of a system ( application ) that can help stikes dr .Soetomo in the management of a letter. Architecture of mail management application on Stikes Dr. Soetomo is an application that there is a need for the office of general administrative work in conducting the management of a letter. Abstract

Website SMKN 2 Trenggalek merupakan sebuah web company profile yang didalamnya terdapat fungsi-fungsi untuk menunjang proses belajar mengajar di SMKN 2 Trenggalek. Proses belajar mengajar akan lebih optimal apabila seluruh civitas sekolah memanfaatkan penggunaan website dengan baik. Namun pada kenyataanya tidak semua civitas menggunakan website tersebut. Sehingga pihak pengembang dari website ingin mengetahui faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kesuksesan website agar semua civitas memanfaatkan keberadaan wesbite untuk menunjang proses belajar mengajar. Secara umum, penerapan teknologi harus dievaluasi dan diukur tingkat kesuksesan penggunanya. Selama penrapannya, website SMKN 2 Trenggalek belum pernah dilakukan evaluasi pengukuran tingkat kesuksesannya. Solusi dari masalah tersebut adalah dilakukan analisis variabel yang memperngaruhi kesuksesan website dengan menggunakan model DeLone dan McLean berdasarkan presepsi pengguna. Model ini memiliki 3 variabel independen, 2 variabel intervening dan 1 variabel dependen yang dapat digunakan untuk mengukur tingkat kesuksesan suatu teknologi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antar variabel kesuksesan website dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM) Partial Least Square (PLS) . Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin dan proposional Stratifikasi pada civitas sekolah SMKN 2 Trenggalek dengan jumlah 96 responden.Berdasarkan hasil analisis pada model DeLone dan McLean dari 96 responden, maka dapat diketahui variabel yang memengaruhi kesuksesan website adalah Kepuasan Pengguna terhadap Manfaat Bersih, Kualitas Informasi terhadap Kepuasan Pengguna, Kualitas Informasi terhadap Manfaat Bersih, Kualitas Informasi terhadap Penggunaan, Kualitas Layanan terhadap Kepuasan Pengguna, Kualitas Layanan terhadap Manfaat Bersih, Kualitas Sistem terhadap Pengguna, Pengguna terhadap Kepuasan pengguna, Pengguna terhadap Manfaat Bersih.

Abstract

CV. Mega Lestari is a company engaged as service providers to transport diesel fuel manifold to companies, which located at Jl. Tropodo Asri Blok F 31 Sidoarjo. CV. Mega Lestari still does not have technology that can help in running the business of the company, especially in terms of the distribution of goods. The process resulted in delays in the distribution of diesel fuel is often reduced profits. Difficult to estimate the distance and time of the place of destination becomes an obstacle for the company, coupled with drivers who are not familiar with the road. Based on the above, the solution to the problems created for the application of fuel determination of shortest paths distribution method dijkstra algorithm on a web-based CV. Mega Lestari. With this application is expected to help the company runs the business. Applications that have been built in the preparation of this thesis is the application making the determination of the shortest path to the method of distribution of solar dijkstra algorithm on a web-based CV. Mega Lestari. This application can determine the shortest path and estimate the distance and time to the distribution of destination.

Abstract

University of Surabaya (Ubaya) uses information technology such as website as information and communication media. Based on data from www.alexa.com,  the number of visitors ran kuntil January 2016 is declining until 142.796. University of Surabaya needs to know whether the website quality has satisfied users satisfaction. This study aims to determine the effect of website quality on users satisfaction.  The independent variables are usability quality, information quality, and interaction quality. Dependent variable is users satisfaction. The samples used in this study were 125 respondents.Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that usabilty quality has a significant value of 0,000 (<0,05),  information quality has a significant value of 0,002 (<0,05), and interaction quality has significant value of 0,011 (<0,05). So that, the conclusion of this study are three independent variables of website quality had statistically significant impact on users satisfaction.

Abstract

Marine and Fisheries Agency Situbondo is a government agency tasked to assist the Regent in exercising its authority in the marine and fisheries sector in Situbondo. These agencies often experience delays in reporting quarterly production report by the staff of statistical fields and also experienced difficulties in the evaluation report the results of marine and fisheries production by the Head of Evaluation and Planning. That is because often lost file reports and they are still in the form of table data. From the analysis of the above problems, it is known that the delay in reporting by the staff of statistical results in the evaluation process field production reports, it takes the application to keep records of production data, production data reporting and evaluation report every field of production conducted each quarter. The results of trials that have been done, the application can perform recording production data, production data reporting, and can provide production reports every field by displaying the target results and the results of their achievements so that these applications can help stakeholders at the Department of Marine and Fisheries Situbondo.
