Abstract

In the academic year 2014/2015 the government to implement the curriculum 2013 simultaneously to all schools in Indonesia. But in the academic year 2015/2016 as much as 94% of school back into the curriculum KTSP and 6% schools that still use the curriculum 2013. And in the academic year 2016/2017 increased 19% schools using the curriculum 2013. Emerging problems of schools that have not been fully used curriculum 2013 until the academic year 2016/2017 due for schools and teachers are not ready and are still difficulties in implementing curriculum 2013. the curriculum 2013 was developed in the modern era where sophisticated era of information technology. Administrative procedure of making the curriculum 2013 is designed to be operated using the information system. However there is no information system that assist schools in making administrative procedures curriculum 2013.From the above problems, then made a planning application daily learning and assessment for primary schools using the curriculum 2013 to assist and guide the teachers in designing lesson plans, create lesson plans and assessment in accordance with the daily lesson plan.Based on trial results, applications are made to assist and guide teachers in planning a lesson plan, lesson plan and make an assessment made daily according to RPP. This application can generate a calendar of education, analysis of effective days, the annual program, the semester program, learning schedule, basic competence mapping, setting KKM, RPP, and daily assessment. Keywords: Lesson Planning, Daily Assessment, Curriculum, 2013

Abstract

The failure rate acceptor Natural Family Planning (KBA) specifically calendar method is still high, cause there are a variety of factors. KBA principle used to determine the time of ovulation has also been applied by Muslims, Catholics and other religions that exist in Indonesia. Not only KBA alone, KB tool has also been applied to regulate births by all religious people in Indonesia. However, not all family planning tool used in Indonesia is approved by all religions. Permanent contraception, which trigger the prohibition of the use of contraceptives by the Islamic religion and the Catholic religion because already breaking the law (provisions) and religious laws.Solutions that can solve the problem, namely by the application of the determining woman's fertile period (APMS). APMS an application to determine the woman's fertile period is designed to use operation system (OS) android with methods of natural family planning (KBA). Operation System android is now more attractive to people because it can be reached by all circles.Analysis of the results of usability testing is performed by using a questionnaire based on ease of operations, accuracy of information and user satisfaction. Based test that directly tested usability testing to users expressed SIGNIFICANT application, so it can be concluded that this application has good usability and fit for use.

Abstract

Logistic department is one department at PT . Rukina Sukses Abadi that supports the company's operations by managing the spare parts ship and one of the outputs of this department is reporting procurement of spare parts . As part of the logistic department late in making statements procurement of spare parts and long reports to the purchasing section , it can hinder the performance of the ship because the ship will wait for a new spare part is needed , so the company could suffer losses owing to ships that do not work.Based on these issues , then the author made application workflow reporting the use of spare parts web-based, in this system there is a list of input request , form input data usage and features of data management usage and online demand spare parts can be giving notifications when usage and the demand for spare parts , so as to overcome the problem of the length of an agreement that could hamper the activities of dredgers.Conclusion The results of trials that have been conducted , application usage reporting workflow spare parts can perform user management and request spare parts directly when the ship parts to wear or ask for spare parts , and is able to generate reports when the procurement of spare parts as well.

Abstract

One academic activities carried out by the Institute of Business and Information Stikom Surabaya is a lectures scheduling activities. Facts that occurred in the preparation of the current class schedule and the process requires considerable time. This occurs because the need to classify and sort the data written using paper media and draw up a schedule with the help of Microsoft Excel. The difficulties encountered when preparing the class schedule is the schedule should be adjusted to the terms and policies that have been determined by matching them one by one. Based on these problems, made a lecture scheduling application using Genetic Algorithms. Lecture scheduling application with regard to the data compiled estimates of the number of participants of each course, the data subject to be held, the data capacity of each course, data on the number of lecturers, the data competence of lecturers, lecturers teaching load data, and data classrooms. The results showed that the application of this lectures scheduling has can produce in one semester class schedules in accordance with the existing terms and policies. Results of testing for lectures scheduling as many as 75 classes obtained the best parameter to the value of chromosome 30, the amount of generation of 30, the probability of crossover and mutation probabilities 70 30. By using the best parameters of the test results produced by the class schedule with an average success rate of 86% to 30 trials.

Abstract

The attendance of employees at the company is one of the important factors considered by the company, from the attendance data can be seen employees attendance level such as how often an employee is late for work, how often the employee's consent, or even alpha. However, the process of managing existing attendance in the representative office of SKK Migas Surabaya has several problems, such as the absence of data delay and does not relate processes such as employee absence permit, leave, and service in the process of managing employee attendance. With this application can help offices SKK Migas Surabaya manage employee attendance, prevent data loss in the absence of the permitting process, and provide authorization in stages in the process of application for permission, leave, and overtime

Abstract

CV Langganan is a manufacturing company in West Jakarta area that has existed since 2001. The company is engaged in the production of jewelry made from gold and gems. The production process is done when the stock in the store has been sold, the jewelry products produced have different specifications between each other. In the process of making jewelry there must be costs incurred by the company, the cost is often known as the cost of production. But now the company in determining the cost of production has not been based on the three elements of the cost of production, namely the cost of raw materials, direct labor costs, and factory overhead costs. This resulted in the company having difficulty knowing the value of the profit earned and can not determine the selling price of the product. Based on the impact of existing problems, the company can apply the calculation of cost of production by using the full costing method. By using this method the company can calculate all the elements of production cost into the cost of goods. Based on the results of tests conducted on the application built, states that this application has been able to produce a report on the cost of production.Keywords: Full Costing, Cost of Production, Cost Accounting

Abstract

CV Multi Usaha Mandiri is a distributor of food and beverage packaging that serve  in Surabaya, Sidoarjo and Gresik. CV. Multi Usaha Mandiri is currently experience of want or out of stock. Based on the facts of the CV Multi Usaha Mandiri admin at this time the requests from the sales department fluctuate the amount of preparation  must be prepared by CV Multi Usaha Mandiri becomes unstable and often occur. Requests from the customers are unfullfilled. To be able to solve the problems that occur, made an application to perform activities that can predict the work of demands for the future. Forecasting used is the method of forecasting Double Exponential Smoothing. The result of the data pattern test showing that the data have a seasional tendency and exponential smoothing methods - Brown has average forecasting errors (236,070.45) compared to other methods. This method requires data as input, demand data is processed from sales data to generate a forecast that can help determine the amount of preparation in the two periods to come. This application can generate forecasting values by considering the value of α constants (0.1) and generating reports of goods to be ordered. So the company can find out the information needed, especially about the fulfillment of inventory

Abstract

Farm Fish booster Centre (FFBC) is the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) of PT. Indosco Dwi Jaya Sakti engaged in the research, training and breeding of catfish. Farm Fish booster Centre experienced problems in scheduling and cost calculation enlargement of catfish are used as a guide for the participants. This makes the trainee is still confusion in applying the booster system in the enlargement of catfish that was not uncommon to many participants who experienced failure and loss. Based on the above problems, the necessary application scheduling and cost calculation enlargement of catfish that can output information such as schedules and costs enlargement of catfish are in accordance with the needs of trainees. From the results of application testing scheduling and cost calculation enlargement catfish conclusion that the application made to help trainees in the scheduling process and calculation process catfish enlargement costs in accordance with the needs of trainees.

Abstract

Decision support system of promotion is a system that helps the decision maker in determining the right staff in getting a promotion speed and validation in processing the information is one requirement needed by the support of the decision to be able to minimize the risk it. Analytical Hierarchy Procces (AHP) is one method that is aimed at making information to support the decision of the decision maker.AHP method works by composing a complex problem and multiple criteria into a hierarchy structure, in which each level is filled with a certain element. The method used in this research is the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).SDLC has a cycle to develop or create a system by starting from one stage to the final stage and back again to the early stages of forming cycles.The results of the study produced is expected to support the decision maker in determining the employee who received a promotion.
