Abstract

Damian Lawoleba is private hospital located in Lawoleba East Nusa Tenggara province. One of the most of their effort to achieve competitive advantage is make   health service quality improvement with  strategy of IS/IT. But in the other hand Damian Lawoleba Hospital is not inpmlementing their IS/IT strategy yet for some of their services. To avoid cost of development of the IS/IT strategy, its need to develop Strategic Planning of Information Systems and Tecnology. Ward and Peppard method is used in the development of Strategic Planning of Information Systems in Damian Lawoleba Hospital. In Preparation Stage, is by doing internal and external analysis for developing business strategy. From  this business strategy it will get diversification and horizontal integration strategy.the business strategy will be output of document such as Business IS Strategy, IT Strategy, Management IS/IT Strategy, Future Portofolio Application, and Road map Application that will be used by Damian Lawoleba Hospital as basis for developing information systems and technology.

Abstract

Ujian Nasional Berbasis Komputer (UNBK) requires participants to use computer media in the implementation with the aim of facilitating students to do exam questions and save time of workmanship, one of which users are participants from students of SMK Prapanca Surabaya. Many problems still make the students can not accept the performance of UNBK, that is students less understand the problems by using CBT (Computer Based Test), lack of understanding of the features that exist in the application, and less know the information technology system. In order to know the level of acceptance of students in receiving the performance of UNBK system, it is necessary to census 65 students of SMK Prapanca Surabaya by spreading questionnaires that apply the method of UTAUT (Unified Teory of Acceptance and Use of Technology), which is based on Performance Expectation, Effort Expectation, Social Influence , Facilitating Conditions, Behavioral Intention and Use behavior. The result of the questionnaire is processed by statistical test that is descriptive analysis and data analysis. The result of descriptive analysis showed positive response with class interval value 3.41 - <4.20 ("Agreed") in scale of answer 1-5 from mean count of all variables, meaning the level of acceptance of UNBK system to students who follow UNBK have good acceptance level. While the results of data analysis shows that the variable positive effect on the performance of UNBK system seen from the value of regression coefficient 0.199 and which significantly influence through the value of T-statistics of 1.071 to students is Performance Expectancy variable.

Abstract

Problems faced by East Java Christian Church (GKJW) Church of Waru are no reports information about a church that is accurate enough to the head waitress Daily Assembly Church (PHMJ) as consideration for planning of ecclesial activity. To get the data to monitor active involvement in church and ecclesiastical activity, church congregations to collect data in each area periodically and perform every worship attendance. Unfortunately, data collection and recording attendance that do are often not documented and not well managed. As a result, completeness of data and information available so that the activity of the church less searches, as well as reporting changes related to church difficult. Based on these problems we need a web-based system has a database as a means to process, manage, and helps generate reports required by the head of the Church GKJW PHMJ Waru. The results of this thesis is the application of data collection churches and ecclesial activity (PJAG) can perform data management, so that the data generated congregation complete and search, as well as changes in reporting requires a short time. PJAG application can present a valid attendance calculations so that attendance recorded properly and the report generating valid information.

Abstract

PT Sarimelati Kencana is a company that working in the area of food and beverages. Problem in PT Sarimelati Kencana is often error occurred in the calculation of the assessment. In addition, human resources experienced difficulty in recapping all assessment. It was because PT Sarimelati Kencana still uses sheets of form in assessing. In process of determining employees’ training needs, still found inappropriate training with what employees’ needed.The solution offered is making application to assess performance and determine training needs that can produce computerized data and to ease the implementation of assessment and the determination of training needs, the assessment results recommendation and recapitulation which is suitable with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) stage involves planning system, systems analysis, designing system, and the implementation of the system.            The result of research showed that application can help the process of performance assessment, training needs determination, and assessment result recapitulation. Keywords : application, performance assessment, training needs

Abstract

Abstract: Primasatya Husada Citra (PHC) Hospital Surabaya is a sub company of PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia III. Problem in PHC Hospital Surabaya is when selection 1 phase (administration) on process. Viewed nurse data search process is still manual, there is 25% more or less nurses in special unit that not yet work for 3 years. The effect is the nurses performance do not give a maximum result because there is not enough work experience. Beside of that, less precise selection of experienced nurses who are promoted because only look from 2 criteria. The other problems there are3 more or less record of nurses peer review scoring is gone. The solution that offered to helping all of the problem is an determination promotion of experienced nurses application with graphic rating scales method which can process the data from the criteria that needed so that obtain list of the candidate and candidate information’s that suitable by hospital need. The result of the research showed the application that have already made are can helping in the process of calculating the promotion and generate nurse’s report and nurse overall report.Keywords: application, promotion determination, graphic rating scales.

Abstract

The East Java Library and Archives Automation application began operations in 2010 developed by the library automation section and financed by the Government of East Java. One of the library automation applications is library library search application available in three computer units. Collection search apps can browse library collections quickly, but after interviews with 30 library visitors who used the collection search application there are still some problems with the collection search app view. The results of these interviews indicate there are still some look of collection search applications that need to be improved. In order to fix display problems in the library library search application, UI / UX design will be done using WEBUSE Heuristic method. The WEBUSE Heuristic Method can find errors and measure the success of an interface design. The results obtained through the WEBUSE Heuristic method will serve as the basis for designing UI / UX recommendations to improve the look and quality of libraries library search applications. UI / UX design using WEBUSE Heuristic method resulted in 12 interface design designs as a recommendation to improve the interface design of library collection search application.

Abstract

Each application of the procurement of goods / services required the manufacture of Self-Estimated price derived from the approximate (estimated) price of a job (goods / services) to be held. This above is in accordance with Indonesian Presidential Regulation No. 70 Year 2012 on Procurement of Goods / Services, Article 66 digits (5) points a. But what is happening now in the procurement of many software companies individuals or businesses, government officials and developers of software that performs supply and demand for software procurement, had difficulty in making the report HPS. So it can be deduced to solve the problems occurred is needed to set the benchmark in the determination Self-Estimated Price (HPS) method Use Case Point in software development projects by activity agile models. model testing is done using 5 software development project data gets deviation between the estimated level of HPS with the actual cost by 10%, which indicate that the models estimated in this research has a good degree of accuracy.

Abstract

Communications and Information Agency of East Java Province Control is an agency that was founded in 2008. It has 142 employees of which consists of the Secretariat, Network Communications, POSTEL, Infrastructure Management, and Information Dissemination, and IT development. The problem that occurs today is the loss of data, because there are still done manually (Ms.Excel), Making recap the results of employee performance evaluation requires a long time, often a calculation error in the assessment of performance, Requires a large space for storing files SKP, Reports can not be seen directly because the Head of Department should contact the secretariat to find out recapitulation of the report so as to allow for error and slow in the delivery of employee performance evaluation information. Based on the above problems, it is necessary application performance assessment based on BKN Chief Regulation Number 1 Year 2013 is an integrated inter-sections in the Communications and Information Agency of East Java province, so that with the employee performance evaluation that is integrated, agency heads may memonitor.Setelah tested the Employee JFU, application performance assessments, can help SKP assessment process, work behavior and work performance (Total ratings). And applications can generate recaps employee data and generate recommendations JFU.

Abstract

Department of Surgery is one of department at the Hospital that is important and are directly related to patient safety. The main business processes in the Department of Surgery consists of three processes, namely the sterilization process performed on unit Central Sterile Supply Department (CSSD), the process of asset preservation operations and management processes.Current problems now is asset preservation maintenance in the CSSD and the Operations Room at the RSPG as well as (1) an inventory of the equipment is not good, making it difficult for the Department of Surgery at tracking the existence of tools, (2) determine the condition of asset status if available or not available when needed, (3) how the track record / history medical equipment, (4) any device that is often susceptible to interference, and (5) how the records or documentation of results maintenance is performed. The solution to these problems is a CMMS application, where the application can CMMS asset inventory along with the location of assets, asset maintenance record of all processes in order to know the status of assets and asset maintenance history and generate documentation in the form of maintenance reports and provide information such as dashboard graphs asset care process.

Abstract

Advertising is the most revenue from print media business Jawa Pos. Problems advertising that appears in part because the process of advertising is difficult for customers, ad management processes that complicate the internal parts of Jawa Pos and the provision of related management report ads that are less informative and not realtime. Resulting in decreased customer number of 7% to 10% every day.In order to overcome problems related to the management of the ads created ad business management applications. Applications are made to facilitate customers in conducting advertising, simplify internal parts Jawa Pos managing the advertising and providing information or reports in realtime that is easily understood by management.The test results indicate that the advertising business management application created to solve the problems of business management advertising Jawa Pos. With the online advertising services on an ad management application, it can help enable customers to place an ad. Then with their online ad management services that connect customers, layout and traffic officer orders the advertising management process can be easily done. In addition to the provision of services online reports, the management can easily access and monitor the development of the advertising business Jawa Pos.
