Abstract

From observations made at the Palembang Medicine Clinic, it was found that the management of incoming and outgoing letters still used the recording method in the notebook. Based on the results of discussions with the Palembang Medical Clinic, the management of incoming and outgoing letters like this raises a number of problems including frequent occurrence parties who need information about the letter, the officer is not easy to know the existence of the letter. The disposition process that still uses paper and every incoming letter and outgoing letter must be copied repeatedly for the filing process and the letter distribution process. Therefore, it is necessary to have an application for managing incoming and outgoing letters at the Palembang Medical Clinic which has a letter search feature, letter recording and letter disposition so that results can be obtained effectively and efficiently. The application will be designed with a web-based, because the web application data of incoming letter and outgoing letter can be more quickly connected from secretaries, managers, directors and employees found in Palembang Medical Clinic.Keywords: Application, Palembang Clinic, Incoming Letter, Outgoing Letter.

Abstract

PT. Boga Putra Sakti is a company engaged in culinary has several restaurants that Suteki Sushi, penyetan Cok, and Waroeng Sapiku. After successfully opening a restaurant Suteki Sushi, PT Putra Boga Way opened penyetan Cok. The name comes from a word that characterizes the community of East Java, especially Surabaya and surrounding areas, but do not open the choke penyetan outlet firstin Surabaya, but penyetan was first open in Jakarta since 2013. One branch penyetan Cok located in BG Junction has business processes for supply of raw materials. Choke penyetan office to give orders raw materials 2 times a week. The process especially when raw materials side dish usingthought supervisor that making raw material excess or shortage in supply.To overcome these problems, we need a solution that is creating and designing applications on the supply of raw materials choke penyetan restaurant located in BG Junction Surabaya by using the process of the prediction method Exponential Smoothing Wintersresearch produces raw material inventory application using exponential smoothing forecasting method winter on penyetan choke for the upcoming period based on the data demand in the previous period so that it can help the problems of shortage and excess inventory of raw materials, especially dishes.

Abstract

Owner Estimate (OE) is the price of goods or services what is calculated based on the expertise and data that can be accounted for. Determination of OE for software projects until now is guided by the Indonesia Presidential Decree No. 70 of 2012, which only describes OE for the procurement of goods, construction projects, consulting services, and procurement of other services. In that regulation does not specifically explained the determination of OE for the software project. So in this case Committing Officer (CO) as a constituent of OE have adversity to determining OE for software development projects. Based on these problems then built the application of determining owner estimates (OE) price for the web-based software development projects, which the method calculation used for effort estimation is Use Case Points (UCP). Built application will be able to perform the calculation of Unadjusted Actor Weight (UAW), unadjusted Use Case Weight (UUCW), Technical Complexity Factor (TCF), and the Environmental Complexity Factor (ECF). Then from these values, the application will calculate the effort estimation that continued with the process of calculating the direct costs of personnel. Further, the application can also calculate the direct non-personnel costs, profits, taxes, up to the cost estimation. From the testing and evaluation conducted, the application can generate value Unadjusted Actor Weight (UAW), Unadjusted Use Case Weight (UUCW), Technical Complexity Factor (TCF), Environmental Complexity Factor (ECF), effort estimation, direct cost of personnel, direct cost non-personnel, profits, taxes, and cost estimation. So that can be concluded that application can be used to calculate the price of Owner Estimate (OE) for software development projects of small and medium-scale governance.

Abstract

Koperasi Pegawai Republik Indonesia (KPRI) "Bahagia" is a business cooperatives engaged in the sale of goods, savings and loans to members in the sale of goods, the cooperative has a business field stores, in stores KPRI "Bahagia" there are some problems, errors high in the process of recording so that data is not in accordance with these transactions, search history data that most sales of goods sold, sales transaction data storage which has also still in the form of documents and inventory can not see inventory is empty.Of these problems, we need a system that can help in addressing the problems that occur with making the system where the system is design application sale of goods at KPRI “Bahagia”,  With a system that has been created it will be able to overcome the problems that occurred in the cooperative.The test is done by inserting a few transactions that have different cases of this type of sale. Abstract

Abstract: PT. Superintending Company of Indonesia (Persero), or better known by the acronym PT.Sucofindo, is an Indonesian state-owned enterprises engaged in the field of inspection, supervision, testing, and assessment of export and import goods. SUCOFINDO produced a products in the form of a certificate. The problems that exist in the print process, certificate is archieving number of certificates paper are still done manually and requires a long time to recapitalize a number of certificates paper. Abstract

Education offices at kabupaten sampang madura islands is a institution responsible for on the process academic of the - the agency to the education system in the kabupaten sampang.Work principal and routine day-to-day that is as the agency that administers the educational process done by officials.Among the job is to organize a database institutions - the agency to the education system in it, as admit data, proceeds it and make a report how many schools that are needed and managed.With the tasks many heads government offices must control any performance city official vision, the mission and the purpose company reached.The district education office sampang has some constraints to the process performance evaluation of employees as head of difficulty on the monitoring of the performance employees , the evaluation process that takes time , the assessment results of the not conforming because error input calculations use ms.excel so that assessment the employee not in accordance with of performance and difficulty evaluate the performance of his servants.From trouble was needed application assessment and performance evaluation employees with the methods key performance indicators based on the companys policy so the to simplify the evaluation process performance employees and simplify evaluate the performance of each employee.

Abstract

Delta Computindo CV is a company engaged in the sale of computer equipment and the purchase of computer equipment from suppliers. CV Delta Computindo currently has four parts, the manager of the office, warehouse, purchasing, sales and administration, each office has a role and responsibility for each job. Recording of transactions must be recorded in detail because otherwise it will be difficulties in processing the data and the data that is already too much need a container to collect the data. Based on the above problems, it would require an application of sales and purchases to help the sales department in preparing reports and notifications to customers who want maturing loans, part of the purchase is expected to help the timely payment of the debt in order to not have to pay interest.

Abstract

CV Aneka Karya Makmur is a company engaged in the computer embroidery services are located in the hamlet Wonokoyo Kulon No 35, Beji Pasuruan. Today the company makes the production schedule just by looking at the list of orders are coming in which orders are coming in advance will be done. As a result, the waiting time high orders and orders that have little processing time required to wait too long. Solution to the problems above are improved methods of production scheduling. Scheduling applications make the selection of the best methods of four methods First Come First Serve (FCFS), Shortest Processing Time (SPT), Longest Process Time (LPT), and the Earliest Due Date (EDD), in which all four of these methods will be evaluated to obtain the best method , The parameters used to evaluate four methods is the average completion time, utilization, the average number of jobs in the system, and the average delay in the work. Based on the applications made and the testing that has been done, the value of the test reached 100%. This application can take orders, which can be directly carried out the manufacture of the production schedule by one of the best methods. This application can also produce evidence of orders and generate reports on the results of production scheduling.  Keywords: Production Scheduling, Ordering method, Priority Rules.

Abstract

UWKS Academic Smart Mobile is a smartphone application owned by the University of Wijaya Kusuma (UWK) Surabaya. In addition to provide facilities for students, Academic UWKS Smart Mobile also can be a competitive advantage. It makes the application developers want to know the level of acceptance UWKS Academic Smart Mobile on student UWK Surabaya. The solution of these problems were take measurements of the application uwks academic smart mobile uses the method utaut ( the unified theory of acceptance and use of technology )Tools for collecting data using questionnaires with 161 samples to do research. Sampling was conducted using Stratified Random Sampling (SRS) on the student UWK Surabaya. Descriptive analysis and analysis of validity and reliability using the software SPSS 16. For data analysis, Structural Equation Model (SEM) using AMOS 22 software.The results showed that the Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy and Social Influence positively affects Behavioral Intention UWKS Academic Smart Mobile. Facilitating Conditions and Behavioral Intention positively affects Use Behavior UWKS Academic Smart Mobile.

Abstract

Toko Yuni is a motor vehicle spare parts store in Central Maluku District that sells goods in the form of motorcycle vehicle tools of Honda, Yamaha and Suzuki brands. Customers mention goods to be purchased to employees, then employees take the goods on display shelves in accordance with customer demand, after that employees record the name of goods, the amount of goods and prices of goods purchased into a piece of paper then calculated using a calculator. The business process is still going wrong when recapitulating daily transactions resulting from missing selling note, it often happens to run out of supplies of merchandise and the goods can accumulate. The solution of these problems is with an application that can record the receipt of goods and sales of goods by applying inventory control using safety stock. with safety stock, inventory will not run out of goods, the system will provide notification in the form of alerts when inventory has reached safety stock.
