Abstract

Education Office of East Java Province is one of the government agencies that provide educational services to the community such as school establishment permits, extension of school establishment permits, management of student transfers, and other educational services. The process of arranging establishment permits, extensions, amendments and closure of education or school units by bringing and requirements documents that must be submitted to Education Office of East Java Province. The time needed for one management can take up to one month The waterfall method is used to provide solutions to problems that exist in the Education Office of East Java Province. This method implies a systematic and sequential approach to software development. Software development starts from the specifications of user needs and continues through the stages of planning, modeling, construction, and deployment, which ends with ongoing support for the software produced. With the existence of a web-based private school licensing information system that can shorten the management time of permits, applicants can register directly through the media website and also upload licensing requirements without having to queue at Education Office of East Java Province

Abstract

Dinas Kesehatan in Surabaya is a Surabaya city government agencies responsible for public health Surabaya.To achieve the goal of basic health, Dinas Kesehatan Surabaya using the Minimum Service Standards that have been made by the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia. Use of Minimum Service Standards (SPM) in the Primary Health Care is used as a benchmark in achieving the health needs of the Indonesian people, especially maternal health. The solution to the above problems is to make the Design of Information Systems Monitoring and Evaluation of Primary Health Care Based On Mother's SPM is designed to help the coordinator Maternal and Child Health (Kia) and Head of the Section of Health in terms of monitoring and evaluation. Abstract

Isoplus city ran has one of activity that is running race called isoplus city run at isopluscityrun.com. as long as the website has been implemented, there are 71,3% users that have accessed through a desktop device. there are some problems encountered by users, one of them is users cannot fully get and understand the information like the features and some of contents are too much to comprehend, so incompatible to be accessed with other deviecs. the solution is to develop a user interface at isoplus it run's website using heuristic evaluation methode and find the mistakes also to evaluate the successness of the website. The results of data processing show the level of problem improvement with high priority on the variable user control and freedom, namely assistance when the website error and the number of clicks and the problems in the aesthetic and minimalist design variables are incomplete information. The results of the design development by considering the initial design of the website and the results of the data processing of respondents. The final step is evaluated by the respondents using the heuristics evaluation method, from the ten variables average value obtained is 1.2 from the range of saverity rating value of 1 to 5, the value of 1 is that there is no problem which means the results of the design development that has been done has the level of problem in the category there is no problem in usability. The final results obtained recommendations in form of user interface design in accordance with the needs of the isoplus city run in supporting activities.

Abstract

Pelindo III Surabaya bergerak dalam jasa layanan operator terminal pelabuhan yang memberikan informasi tentang perusahaan melalui website agar dapat diakses oleh siapa saja dan dimana saja tanpa ada batas ruang dan waktu. Namun website Pelindo III Surabaya saat ini belum dilakukan evaluasi mengenai kualitas sistem, kualitas informasi, dan kualitas layanan dari website berdasarkan persepsi pengguna sebagai umpan balik kepada sekretaris selaku pengelola website.Berdasarkan permasalahan yang ada, maka dalam penelitian ini dilakukan analisis kesuksesan website menggunakan model DeLone dan McLean dengan elemen kualitas sistem, kualitas informasi, kualitas layanan, penggunaan, kepuasan pengguna, dan manfaat bersih. Hal tersebut dapat dijadikan bahan evaluasi ataupun bahan pertimbangan untuk meningkatkan website Pelindo III Surabaya.Hasil analisis penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, pertama Kualitas Informasi dan Kualitas Layanan memberikan efek langsung pada Penggunaan, dimana semakin baik informasi dan layanan dari website dapat mempengaruhi tingkat penggunaan. Kedua, Kualitas Informasi memberikan efek tidak langsung terhadap feedback yang berkaitan dengan informasi pada penggunaan. Jadi Pelindo III Surabaya harus memperhatikan kualitas informasi, kualitas layanan, penggunaan, dan manfaat bersih dari segi content, appearance and multimedia, navigation, dan uniqueness.

Abstract

Sales transactions is a major transaction on the CV. Loka Karya Sidoarjo, poor existing system can make the process these transactions into long and lead to additional costs, and can reduce the profits derived by an enterprise. Many companies are still using Microsoft Office Exel as the main database of the various transactions that exist, so companies get very limited information to be used as reference for future decision making.The solution to overcome these problems is to create an information system able to manage the sale of goods that all transactions in the company accurately, quickly and easily with a desktop base. Based on trial results information system that has been done with CV. Loka Karya hence the presence of these can provide a CV. Loka Karya in the data management process of selling goods to generate reports or accurate information, helping companies in the goods receipt data management and overcome bad credit problems. All the features available in this program can make the company into increased productivity and mitigate the risks that occur.

Abstract

PT. KAI (Persero) has a website that addresses the www.kereta-api.co.id as part of its work in providing various facilities that can be used by customers. Facilities or services contained on this website include a company profile, product services of passengers and goods, news and press releases, company performance reports, awards, procurement, recruitment, and online reservation service. In this study, analysis activities about influence of the website quality of PT. KAI (Persero) to the user's satisfaction as perceived by end users and site visitors by using WebQual 4.0. The data collection is done by providing online and offline questionnaires to determine what services will be analyzed based on the indicators of WebQual. The results of the questionnaire data and then tested the validity, reliability, test assumptions Linear Regression testing requirements. Based on this study resulted in a conclusion that the quality of use (usability), the quality of information (information quality), and the quality of interaction (interaction quality) positive and significant impact on user satisfaction (user satisfaction) with the effect of 66.7%, the rest (100- 66.7%) = 33.3% influenced by other variables not examined. Keywords: Website Quality, User Satisfaction, Linear Regression.

Abstract

Koperasi Sumber Rejeki Surabaya is the type of Credit Unions which aims to provide storage services and loan capital for the community and surrounding surabaya area. All this time transaction in Koperasi Sumber Rejeki Surabaya done manually. With these processes have a problems such as piling files, recording the activity of deposit and loan transactions to be slow and spend a lot of time and susceptible to errors in preparing reports. Therefore we need tools that can simplify the process of savings and loans. With these problems Koperasi Sumber Rejeki Surabaya wanted to create an application that can backup deposit and loan transaction documents, storing data and displays all deposit and loan transaction documents, assist employees in managing deposits and loans well and useful for its users. Applications savings and credit cooperatives can improve employee performance so that they can save time and speed up the work. With the application of savings and loan is expected all problems can be overcome and cooperatives can improve the performance of cooperative employees so as to save time and speed up the work.

Abstract

PT. Sinar Baja Hutama located on Jl. Dupak Rukun No. 111 – Surabaya is a company engaged in the production heavy equipment such as : train equipment, road maintenance equipment, farming equipment, Stone / Coal Crusher Plant & Mobile, Batching Plant, Mining Processing, Conveyor System, and Dradger Pontoon. For product that have big size customer must order first, after customer deal with the product price, company will make the product. The problem that arises is when the work product for the manufacture turned out to cost less, and the company could not for additional cost to the customer so the company had to bear the cost of production. Based on the existing problem, data processing needs to be done in order to produce a value in the form of information used as budgetary control cost in the production process. Application control production costs will be made to have a function as a control costs against budget plan that was made before, on that application administrators can control costs by considering certain aspects, including the price of the main raw and auxiliary materials, machinery costs, installation costs and employee wages. With so can minimize the cost of production shortages. The information generated from the application is the Realization report production cost, budget compared to actual reports, and production progress report of the work for each product. In addition there is a notification as if the cost of cost control has reached the point that they think will lead to swelling production costs. With the above applications can minimize shortages company production costs, as well as from reports generated will be a benchmark for the manufacture of the next product.

Abstract

UD Chandra Group is a manufacture company which focused in selling softcase. The brand which is developed is ultimate brand. The brand has already dotted throughout Indonesia such are Surabaya, Jember, Banyuwangi, Kediri, Malang, Madiun, Yogyakarta and other big cities. There two types of softcase, double type and single type which each size are 10 inch, 11.6 inch, 12 inch and 14 inch. Until now, in purchasing raw materials, the company refers to customer demand from the previous transaction and the waste stock in bond. Therefore, the company has not supplied the raw materials optimally yet. However, raw materials control application is needed to overcome the problem in supply the raw materials. Raw materials inventory control application provides some menu for calculate forecasting customer demand, including method such as Single Exponential Smoothing (SES) method, Double Exponential Smoothing (HOLT) method and Triple Exponential Smoothing (WINTER) method. That prediction methods are used to predict the customer demand in the future and provide the number of raw materials for the next period. The number result is used as the reference to process the calculation of reorder point (ROP). Reorder point is used to determine the raw materials reorder.

Abstract

STIKES Surabaya is one of the Health Sciences College which has three major of study, there are S1 Nutritional Sciences program, S1 of Nursing program and also D3 of Midwife program. The problem side AAK in STIKES Surabaya is still using Microsoft Excel to manage schedules, and class space, presence and assessment of student attendanced every semester. So that often to happen a duplication of data at the time of inputting the data, causing double date. In another side, data entry errors often occurs that makes the information provided is not equal with the information get. In the part of AAK there is only one person to input all the transaction that need to take a long time.Based on the that issues, then made AAK application based on web. This application can create a schedule of courses, attendance precense and grades assessment of the students. So it can help you achieve in a decision-making system for the processing of data, information and good service.This application can KRS process so that students can see the semester each academic year. Other than that, provide KRS report, lectures attendaces, students attendances, student assessment and also find out the schedule of lectures online, so the students, lectures and AAK can access these application where ever and whenever.Keywords: Perwalian, Presensi, Penjadwalan Kuliah, STIKES Surabaya.
