Abstract

The high consumers interest of caruban city to make purchase in the café make the café always crowded by customers. In the caruban region itself there is no online sales system for café or can be called café online. All sales and promotional  processes are done traditionally. Customers come to café and order food, for promotional café businessman spread brochures and word of mouth.Business process on caruban online café is a sales system that capable to order online in caruban city via web browser. System that can meet customer needs to order food anytime and anywhere which  is still within the city of caruban that have online order feature. Of course with many interest of the customers who make transactions through the café online will also increase revenue startup owner. With advertising and premium access to café owners, and Rp.200 fee to the café owner for each transaction.Based on the above problems the solution is the design of caruban café online application system. This system can provide information the capacity of the café is full, can reach customers who are away from the café location, can provide variant menu and promoting their menu due to limited capital. Abstract

Library is a part of educational organization in the University of Drs. Soetomo Surabaya (UNITOMO). Along with the development of time, the Library UNITOMO create website Open Public Access Catalog (OPAC) which release in 2015 to facilitate students. According to the website www.alexa.com, OPAC website ranked 12.902 in Indonesia. Based on data from library visits from January to October obtained the result that most library visitors come from Strata 1 (S1) students. In addition, from 20 samples taken from UNITOMO S1 students, 60% of students stated complaints from this OPAC website is that the website is often down when accessed and 40% said the look of the OPAC website is less interesting. Based on existing problems, this study uses the DeLone and McLean models because this model evaluates the success rate of a website in terms of system quality, information quality, and service quality. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires with the number of 111 samples aimed at UNITOMO students. The result of the research is recommendation that the website developer of OPAC must review the available feature and fix it, if they found some mistakes such as broken links so the website can be used easily and quickly and always update the contents of the website information in the latest or in accordance with the time and do not contain information old that can make users confused.

Abstract

Pada sistem penjualan yang ada pada Apotek Angelita Farma saat ini,  belum tersedia informasi-informasi yang memadai yang mampu mendukung pihak manajer dalam evaluasi dan pengambilan keputusan. Data penjualan pada Bulan April-Mei mengalami kenaikan 5%, sedangkan persediaan obat mengalami penurunan 8,6% dan pada Bulan Agustus-September mengalami penurunan 8,3%, sedangkan pada persediaan obat mengalami kenaikan 26%.Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, maka dibuat suatu sistem informasii perputaran penjualan barang yang dapat dijabarkan menurut jenis barang dan nama barang dengan menggunakan metode sell through. Sistem informasi penjualan ini mampu membantu manajer dalam evaluasi dan pengambilan keputusan.   Dengan adanya sistem informasi tersebut, manajer Apotek Angelita Farma dapat mengevaluasi kegiatan penjualan dan mengambil keputusan. Informasi yang dihasilkan dari sistem informasi penjualan ini yaitu informasi perputaran penjualan barang, informasi barang laku, informasi barang kurang laku, informasi pembantu pengadaan, dan informasi laba kotor. Informasi-informasi yang dihasilkan oleh sistem dapat digunakan untuk melakukan evaluasi kegiatan penjualan yang nantinya dapat mengetahui produk mana yang diprioritaskan pada saat melakukan pembelian.  Kata Kunci : Apotek,  Sistem Informasi, Perputaran Penjualan, Sell Through

Abstract

Administrative processes in an organization, especially the academic administration of an educational institution, is a core process in the course of the organization. In the process of academic administration, should be supported with adequate pengguanaan technology, so that the core academic processes are easier to run. Similarly, existing academic process at Surabaya Hotel School (SHS), until the current academic administrative processes are still standing separately in each, so the data is still not centralized and the academic difficulties in the process of administration and processing of existing data.The solution to the above problem is to make the application of academic administration to support the academic process is run, including the processing of data in and waves, the data subject, the student data, the process of preparing the curriculum, the selection of subjects anything related to the curriculum that have been made , the process of recapitulation presence of students, the process of awarding final grades and graduation process.Based on the test results, it was found that the application can store student data, the data menyiumpan year and waves, storing data as well as the course curriculum, until recaps presence and fill the students' final grades. Applications can also see all the details of a student's academic history at SHS.

Abstract

AbstractPT. Hume Sakti Indonesia is one of the poles and power lines with a production system that is used is a pull system that only do production if there is an order from the customer. In such conditions when there is a production order is entered suddenly with a relatively short deadline often Production Division more production priority orders that have a time limit shorter than the first order entered by the deadline of length, and the material used for other orders, such as cement, sand, stone and aggregate, used to serve the order suddenly with a short deadline.  This resulted in frequent delays due to the absence of production scheduling system used by the company.The design evaluations are made scheduling production at PT. Hume Sakti Indonesia which produce production scheduling based on calculations using the rules of priority are four methods that can help the Division of Production and Warehouse in getting the best scheduling for the production process.Based on the results of experiments performed together with PT. Hume Sakti Indonesia, these applications generate output results of the evaluation of the production scheduling of a calculated four methods of using the rules of priority (FCFS, SPT, EDD, and LPT), reports penjawalan, reports the buyer's order, the production schedule per the contract, the production schedule monthly, schedule of material per contract, schedule of monthly materials, production instructions.Keywords: Production Scheduling, Evaluation of Production Scheduling, Rule Priority, Production Schedule and Production Instructions.

Abstract

E-Commerce is often called an online trading is the process of deployment, purchasing, sales, marketing goods and services via the Internet between the consumer to consumer (C2C), or an agency to consumers (B2C). E-commerce increasingly widespread popular Indonesian society, a variety of emerging e-commerce led to competition between e-commerce becomes very tight. For an e-commerce website can survive in the competition, or in order to become a popular e-commerce websites, each e-commerce website should be able to have a quality website. Quality website will result in the increase of sales transactions of the e-commerce. This research was conducted to determine an e-commerce website that is qualified with the goal to analyze the influencerof thesquality of service and quality of website information on the quality of e-commerce websites. This study uses data collection techniques such as questionnaires and had obtained a sampled of 110 respondents. The process of analysisx usedt in this study is the beginning of the validity and reliability, followed by a multiplez regressiont analysish. The resultsk of thishstudy indicatemthat thed variable Service Quality does not affect the variable Website Quality whereas Information Quality significant and positive impact on the e-commerce Website Quality.

Abstract

PT Multi Kadera Sejati is a manufacturing company located at Jl Tropodo, Krian. Sidoarjo RT06 RW03. The company is engaged in manufacturing producing various wicker chairs. The company is engaged in manufacturing producing various wicker chairs. Of all the types of seats almost all products for export. There are several problems, namely, the PPIC officer to make raw material procurement based on intuition / estimate only so that there are often shortages and excess of raw materials, if the shortage resulted in slowing down the production process, resulting in inappropriate delivery time targets to customers, and if the excess will have high impact storage costs and risk of loss and damage to raw materials. And for information from the warehouse provided PPIC. So with the way the information is delivered less quickly, and PPIC late in ordering materials to cover the existing shortages in the warehouse. Based on the availability of raw material stock and problems related to data warehouse data updating and data consistency can be solved by MRP method in the form of web-based computer application. Expectations of the use of these applications is an increase in effectiveness and efficiency, and timeliness in delivery to consumers can be met that led to increased profits of the company. Abstract

P.T. JNE has implemented an official website with a www.jne.co.id address in which there are various menus that can be utilized by visitors, ie company profile, products and services, agency business solutions, career vacancies, to tracking shipment and shipping rates The influence of website quality on website P.T. JNE to user satisfaction will be analyzed in this study based on end user perception using webqem method. The data to be used in this research is by using an offline questionnaire. Then will be analyzed using variable from webqem method using some test that is like test of validity, reliability, assumption test and linear regression test. This research yields conclusion that usability, functionality, reliability, and efficiency have positive and significant influence to user satisfaction with influence of 63,2%, the rest (100% 63.2%) = 36.8% is the other variable not included in this research.

Abstract

PT Tresnamuda Sejati or TMS is a company in the field of shipping. Currently, there is damage or loss of documents SI (Shipping Instruction) by 5% due to the shipper submit documents in paper form to be entered again by parts of the document. The impact of this, the shipper was disappointed with the service companies of having to send documents SI twice. In addition shipper can not monitor the status of cargo shipments and should call a customer service many times. In terms of managerial, at the end of the reporting process export activities already underway. Section only archives document and map the document manifest within a period of one month. The impact of this, the head of the company late in evaluating business processesTo solve these problems, the needed export document processing applications. This application will be made consisting of web-based shipping instruction data input features, status monitoring feature cargo shipments, and the end of the reporting features in graphical form.With this application, the shipper can make shipping instruction data input directly into the website, in addition to the shipper can also monitor the position / status of the current cargo being shipped to the port of destination. Abstract

Stikom Surabaya is an educational institution that focus on information technology. The background of IT based institution make Stikom Surabaya require lecturers that fulfill the requirement, Stikom Surabaya should have a standard competence to be met. The problem that happened in Stikom Surabaya is some of the lecturer didn’t fulfill the standard of competence. Because of the problem, Stikom Surabaya need a solution that could help the institution to do some analysis about who should get a training to improve lecturer’s skills and what training should the lecturer got. In this research, the analysis will be done to all lecturer in each department at Stikom Surabaya to do some assessment based on the fact and the standar that developed by institution. Information System and technology is one of the solution that could be done to help to solve the problem and the form of the solution will be an application that will do analysis about development requirement based on competency. Hopefully, because of the help of the application Stikom Surabaya will effectively and efficiently solve the problem. Other than the application that help to analyse, this application will give a report of training requirement for all lecturers.
