Abstract

Sentra UKM MERR Surabaya is an icon symbolic for Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM) which is built in Surabaya. Sentra UKM MERR Surabaya currently experiencing problems with the stock record which still using stock card to record the stock so that mistakes still happen and also the transactions such as sales report, best seller UKM, best selling item, products report, customer report, ukm report and stock mutation report that doesn’t work well. On the other hand the promotions of the products also doesn’t work really well, we can see it from the visitor that only approximately 50 people. The solutions that given is build an online shop that can manage sales transactions, give more actual data about the stock product and helps promoting the products. Besides that, it also facilitate communication between Sentra UKM MERR Surabaya, UKM and customers. This online shop can help administration to manage the sold product without the stock card and this application can generate reports such as sales report, best seller UKM, best selling item, products report, customer report, ukm report and stock mutation report. Based on the results of user evaluation obtained value 67,5% that stands for very good and 32,5% stands for good.

Abstract

Perum Perhutani Divisi Regional Jawa Timur merupakan Badan usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) di bidang kehutanan. Proses perencanaan penanaman pohon yang terjadi saat ini tidak memiliki perhitungan yang baku, sehingga proses pengalokasian alat dan bahan kepada Kesatuan Pengolahan Hutan (KPH) tidak sesuai. Selain proses perencanaan, bagian binhut juga bertanggung jawab terhadap proses realisasi yang dilakukan oleh KPH. Proses pelaporan realisasi dari KPH masih terdapat jeda waktu sehingga terjadi keterlambatan  informasi kepada binhut. Tujuan pembuatan aplikasi perencanaan dan realisasi agar dapat melakukan perhitungan perencanaan berdasarkan standar dan pelaporan realisasi secara on time.Dari permasalahan yang ada, maka dibuatlah sebuah aplikasi perencanaan dan realisasi yang nantinya digunakan untuk perhitungan perencanaan bahan, perhitungan perencanaan alat berdasarkan standar yang telah ditentukan sebelumnya. Aplikasi tersebut  dapat menghasilkan laporan realisasi bahan dan realisasi alat.Dari hasil uji coba aplikasi, proses perencanaan dapat dilakukan sesuai dengan perhitungan dan menghasilkan laporan perencanaan bahan dan perancanaan alat. Dari hasil perencanaan tersebut, aplikasi mampu menghasilkan laporan realisasi perencanaan alat dan laporan realisasi perencanaan bahan yang akan dikerjakan oleh masing-masing KPH.      Kata Kunci : Perencanaan Bahan, Perencanaan Alat, Pelaporan Realisasi

Abstract

As more and more areas implement information technology in the field of e-government, evaluation of its effectiveness is an increasingly important topic for practitioners and researchers. After an information system enters the implementation phase in the life cycle of information system development, it is necessary to conduct post-implementation review. Pamekasan District Government website is part of internet-based information technology services managed by KOMINFO Pamekasan District. Since the website published by the government has never conducted an analysis of the success of information systems to the Pamekasan District Government Website. Based on the results of research on success analysis Pamekasan District Government website based on DeLone and McLean model that has been done and resulted in two drop between variables. The first, indicates that the quality of information available on the website of the Government of Pamekasan Regency is good enough to affect user satisfaction. And the second, indicating that some of the respondents said the website is good and comfortable to use so that users feel comfortable to access it again.

Abstract

Institute of business and Informatics Stikom Surabaya founded a Department named a student center has a duty to develop the human resources (HR), in line with the development of Student Affairs section Stikom Surabaya, making a Website i.e. kemahasiswaan.stikom.edu where this website was created with the aim to make it easier for students to obtain information about activities that can help students increase Softskill.In this research, conducted an analysis of the influence of the quality of Student Affairs website Stikom Surabaya against user satisfaction based on the perception of the end user that is using webqual 4.0. Data collection is done by giving a questionnaire online and offline. Furthermore the results of the questionnaire will be analyzed based on indicators of webqual. Results of questionnaire data and then do test the validity, reliability, test the assumption of Linear regression test as a condition.Based on this research resulted in the conclusion that the usability quality and the interaction quality is positive and significant effect against user satisfaction. While the information quality does not have a positive influence and significantly to the user satisfaction.

Abstract

CV. Mitra Techno Sains merupakan perusahaan yang menjual detergent, softener, shampo mobil dan silicone oil yang berada di Pondok Wiguna Regency V no. 25 Gunung Anyar Surabaya. Perencanaan CV. Mitra Techno Sains untuk membuka kantor baru tentunya membutuhkan tambahan biaya tenaga kerja, biaya untuk membuat kantor dan juga biaya operasional perawatan gedung. Kesulitan pelanggan untuk memperoleh informasi mengenai data harga dan produk yang paling baru merupakan salah satu kendala yang dihadapi selama penggunaan sistem konvensional. Untuk dapat mengetahui informasi mengenai data harga dan produk terbaru yang dibutuhkan, pelanggan harus datang ke kantor, menelpon atau mengirim email. Jika pelanggan harus datang ke kantor, menyebabkan banyak waktu terbuang yang dibutuhkan pelanggan untuk memperoleh informasi maupun untuk membeli produk.            Dari permasalahan tersebut maka diperlukan sebuah aplikasi penjualan online yang dapat menjadi solusi bagi perusahaan. Pembuatan aplikasi menggunakan metode SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) adalah siklus pengembangan sistem yang digunakan dalam manajemen proyek yang menggambarkan tahap-tahap yang terlibat dalam suatu proyek pengembangan system informasi dari studi kelayakan awal melalui pemeliharaan aplikasi.            Berdasarkan hasil implementasi dan evaluasi sistem, Aplikasi Penjualan Online pada CV. Mitra Techno Sains mampu menjadi solusi bagi perusahaan dalam menjangkau konsumen-konsumen yang berada di luar daerah maupun di luar pulau dan dapat meminimalisir biaya operasional perawatan gedung danmembayar gaji karyawan karena tidak perlu membangun sebuah kantor baru serta dapat membantu admin untuk menghasilkan berbagai macam laporan seperti laporan penjualan, laporan barang dan laporan customer. Konsumen juga dapat mengetahui informasi mengenai data harga dan produk terbaru tanpa harus datang ke kantor.  Kata kunci: Aplikasi Penjualan Online, CV. Abstract

Dreamspark is a result of cooperation with Microsoft and Stikom Surabaya since 2001. Dreamspark provides legal softwares owned buy Microsoft which can be freely accese by students. In 2013-2016 legal download software in Dreamspark of 2,07%.One method that can measure behavior user of the technology is the method information technology acceptance model 3 ( tam 3 ). Tam3 is the result of development based on tam1. TAM 3 discusses the reciprocal relationship of invalid constructs (nomological network) determinant of why individuals adopt and use Information Technology (IT). In this study a test method using two measurements and structural methods, After going through two testing and expressed meet the standards can be conducted analysis using shem with the help of the application of SPSS.According to the analysis students received use application Dreamspark based on the mean on descriptive analysis of 2,2852, that it could be students can receive application of dreamspark is in supporting lecture. Variable behavioral intention have had a positive impact to use behavioral having the value estimation largest 0,740 and value of the probability of * * *. Said student get legal software for free lecture to help so as to make pengakses dreamspark could increase up at any time.

Abstract

CV Dua Daya Express is a delivery service company. It’s based in Gresik and delivers things to many areas in Jawa, Bali and Sumatra. The company holds many transactions every month. And by that, the company sends many stuffs to customers by land. Despite of highly activities, CV Dua Daya Express only has two 2-tons-trucks. The company cooperates with another company to support the armada. They make a phone call and specifically give an information about what they currently need to deliver customer’s order. This system doesn’t have an efficiency and takes big effort from the staff. CV Dua Daya Express needs a new system for the effectiveness of delivery service.

Abstract

Tianjin Sunshine Plastics Co., Ltd. (TSPC) is a manufacturing company that produces plastic. TSPC has 5 types of goods, named Jumbo Roll, Slit Roll each as much as 74 kinds with different thickness and film type, Raw Material as many as 53 kinds, Raw Recycle as much as 5 kinds and 5 kinds of Recycle which stored in multiple storage location. Recording the goods movement is still manually cause information is not integrated so that the goods movement is difficult to know, reporting the latest stock and identification of the goods takes a long time. The company needed a system for recording transactions of goods movement between storage location. The system has been built using a desktop application based on client-server. With this system every movement of goods can be recorded, inventory report and the identification of the goods can be obtained quickly and in real time so that the management can get information of stock of goods real time. From the test results and the implementation of Application for Recording Goods Movement on TSPC can be concluded that the applications created to provide recording the goods movement in an integrated manner and generate reports the latest stock information in real-time, as well as facilitate the identification of goods. Key Words: Good Movement, Stock, Real Time.

CV. LanggengJaya is a commercial enterprise engaged in the sale of bottled cooking oil with the brand "Iga Mas". The process of recording the price and the item code is manual. Such actions require recording process repeated thus inhibiting in the sales process receivable collection procedures. CV. Langgeng Jaya is a commercial enterprise engaged in the sale of bottled cooking oil with the brand "Iga Mas". The process of recording the price and the item code is manual. Such actions require recording process repeated thus inhibiting in the sales process receivable collection procedures. CV Langgeng Jaya also has disadvantages in terms of doing the collection of accounts receivable is due. Often there is a delay in collecting receivables to customers who have matured because of the difficulty in finding the data customer receivables. Based on these problems, it is built Design Edible Oil Sales Application at CV. Langgeng Jaya. This application consists of sales, accounts receivable reporting, sales reporting, calculating the cost of goods sold. The results showed that the Design Build Oil Sales Application at CV. Langgeng Jaya can be used to record, merekap sales data and generates nine major reports and the manager can use three invoices printed by part of the sales staff. There is a collection of accounts receivable reminder function that can be used by part of the sales staff to help deal with collection of accounts receivable. Lasting Jaya also has disadvantages in terms of doing the collection of accounts receivable is due. Abstract

The site of petra christian university library started designed and built at 3 June 1995 and it have twelve online services that are still operating until now. Based on the data from Alexa provide that the site of petra christian university library has successfully reach the rank to 945 in Indonesia but the site also ever got lower ratings in September 2017. In order to reduce the risk of downgrading that could have a negative impact of changing the user point of view of the site becomes worse, then in this study conducted the analysis of Petra Christian University Library's website acceptance to students of Petra Christian University Surabaya by using the Technology Acceptance Model 2 (TAM 2) to generate recommendations that will then be modeled by a new user interface that refers to UXPin's web design method to improve the look and quality of the web.The results of Petra Christian University Library's acceptance analysis using Technology Acceptance Model 2 (TAM 2) found that the deficiencies contained in the site are poor site navigation, unsaved feedback form from users and some technical issues. UXPin's web design method is used to generate an improved Petra Christian University Library website acceptance strategy by improving the site navigation, adding a database for storing user feedback and fixing some technical issues.
