This study explores how Christian church leaders construct and enact an eternal perspective within organizational leadership practices. Using a Heideggerian phenomenological design, data were collected through semi-structured interviews with five church leaders who had served in leadership roles for at least five years. Data were analyzed using reflexive thematic analysis. Four major themes were generated: integrity as the integration of faith and organizational governance, servant leadership as resistance to power-centered leadership, spiritual accountability and stewardship as moral safeguards, and eternal perspective as resistance to greed and organizational deviance. The findings show that eternal perspective functions not merely as a theological belief but as a practical moral-spiritual framework that shapes ethical decision-making, transparent governance, long-term vision, and resistance to misuse of authority and resources. This study contributes to spiritual and servant leadership literature by positioning eternal perspective as a moral-regulatory mechanism that strengthens integrity, stewardship, and ethical accountability in faith-based organizations.

Adolescent character development is increasingly important in the context of rapid technological and social change. However, psychometrically validated instruments for assessing adolescent character in Indonesia remain limited. This study aimed to adapt and evaluate the psychometric properties of the Indonesian version of the Character Scale, focusing on internal consistency, item discrimination, and construct validity. A total of 834 adolescents aged 11–19 years participated in the study. Data were collected using the adapted Character Scale and analyzed through item analysis, reliability testing, and confirmatory factor analysis (CFA). The results showed very high internal consistency (Cronbach’s α = .986), although this value may also indicate potential item redundancy. All items demonstrated acceptable item–rest correlations above .40. CFA supported the proposed eight-factor structure, with acceptable model fit indices (RMSEA = .062, CFI = .954, TLI = .949, NFI = .941), and all factor loadings were statistically significant. These findings provide initial evidence that the Indonesian version of the Character Scale is a psychometrically sound instrument for assessing adolescent character in research and educational contexts.

Breast cancer and mastectomy not only cause physical changes but also impact women's psychological well-being, body image, sexual relationships, and marital quality. This literature review aims to analyze the relationship between marital adjustment and husband support in post-mastectomy breast cancer survivors. Article searches were conducted through PubMed, ScienceDirect, ResearchGate, and Google Scholar between 2021 and 2025 using the PRISMA 2020 guidelines, and eligible studies were assessed using the JBI. A total of 14 articles met the inclusion criteria and were analyzed descriptively thematically. The synthesis results indicate that husband support plays a significant role in improving psychological well-being, reducing anxiety and depression, increasing body image acceptance, and strengthening marital harmony. In addition, open communication, partner coping, family support, resilience, and self-esteem also influence successful marital adjustment. A family-centered care approach and couple-based interventions are needed to improve the quality of life in post-mastectomy breast cancer survivors.
