Abstract

ABSTRAKLatar belakang: Wanita hamil merupakan salah satu kelompok golongan yang rentan terhadap masalah gizi terutama anemia. Ada beberapa faktor yang dapat berperan dalam terjadinya anemia defisiensi gizi besi, yaitu peran petugas kesehatan, ketersediaan tablet besi, dan kepatuhan ibu hamil dalam mengonsumsi tablet besi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang peran petugas kesehatan dan kepatuhan ibu hamil mengkonsumsi  tablet  besi di Desa Sidomulyo, Sidokarto dan Sidoluhur, Kecamatan Godean, Kabupaten Sleman, Yogyakarta.Metode : Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuesioner.Hasil : 64,7%  responden memiliki tingkat kepatuhan konsumsi tablet besi yang baik. Peran petugas kesehatan mayoritas baik (76,5%).Kesimpulan : Ibu hamil di Desa Sidomulyo, Sidokarto dan Sidoluhur memiliki kepatuhan dalam mengkonsumsi tablet besi lebih banyak yang baik. Peran petugas kesehatan dalam memotivasi ibu hamil untuk mengkonsumsi tablet besi mayoritas baik. Kata Kunci: anemia, tablet besi, peran petugas kesehatan, ibu hamil  ABSTRACTBackground: Pregnant women is one of the class group which are vulnerable to malnutrition, especially anemia. There are several factors that may contribute to the occurrence of nutritional iron deficiency anemia, such as the role of health workers, the availability of iron tablets, and compliance in pregnant women taking iron tablets. This study aimed to find out about the role of health personnel and compliance in pregnant women taking iron tablets in the villages Sidomulyo, Sidokarto and Sidoluhur, Godean, Sleman district, Yogyakarta.Methods: This was quantitative descriptive research. Total sampling was employed as sampling technique in this study. The instrument used was questionnaire.Results: There were 64.7% of respondents had a compliance rate of consumption of iron tablets are good. Majority the role of health workers was good (76.5% ). Conclusion: Pregnant mothers in Sidomulyo Village, Sidokarto and Sidoluhur had good compliance in consuming more iron tablets. Abstract

Background: Theprocess of development is Nur Hidayah Hospital (RS Nur Hidayah) Bantulmakes employees work load increases. Improved performance the hospital can improveemployee performance. If the employees performance is getting better, the service given to thepatients will be getting better too. The researcher interested to do research the relationship ofworkload with performance of employees.Method: This was descriptive research using cross sectional approach. Research of method that used quantitative, the number of 79 employees respondents. The data analyzed using correlation analysis. Workload assessed by questionnaire, performance while using a checklist.Result: Performance (92,4 %) employees are included in the high category, while for the majority of the workload of employees included in the medium category with a percentage 54, 4 %. There is no significant relationship of workload with employee performance (p (0,066)>0, 05).Conclusion: This study shows employee performance is already high. There is no significant relationship of workload with employee performance Nur Hidayah Hospital in Bantul.Key words: Work load, performance

Abstract

Background: : The process of development is a Nur Hidayah Hospital (RS Nur Hidayah) Bantul makes employees work load increases. Improved performance the hospital can improve employee performance. If the employees performance is getting better, the service given to the patients will be getting better too . While the employees performance can be influenced by the work motivation. The researcher interested to do research the influence of motivation on performance of employees.Objective: Measure of motivation and employee performance. Measure the influence of motivation on employee performance.Method: this was quantitatif descriptive research using cross sectional approach plan. the number of 79 employees respondents from 111 employees. The data analyzed using correlation analysis. Motivation assessed by questionnaire, performance while using a checklist. Result and discussion: Motivation (82, 3%) and performance (92, 4 %) employees are included in the high category. There is significant influence between motivation on employee performance (r=0,775 p (0, 00) <0, 05). Influence of intrinsic motivation (r=0,737) more powerful than extrinsic motivation (r=0,325). There is influence of the sub variables of responsibility (p=0,032), recognition (p=0,002), work achievement (p=0,007), career development (p=0,000), work (p=0,016), promotion (p=0,029), work condition (p=0,001) on employee performance.Conclusion and recommendation: This study shows motivation and employee performance is already high. Overall there is a strong influence on employee work motivation Nur Hidayah Hospital Bantul. Abstract

Background:Nutrition is a major factor in improving the quality of human resources (HR). The quality of a countrys human resources can be measure with nutritional status of children under five year, which is the candidate for the next of the nation generation. Under nutrition rates among children under five in Indonesia according Riskesdas 2007 is 18.4% (prevalence of severe undernutrition children underfive is 5.4% and 13.0% of children underfive undernutrition) and data Riskesdas 2010 is 17.9% (prevalence of severe undernutrition children under five 4.9% and 13.0% of children under five undernutrition. Although the figure has decreased, but the number is still high and has not reached the MDG target of 15.5% and RPJMN 2010-2014 is 15%. Widespread malnutrition in the community due to multifactorial, but there are two reasons that are believed to be the direct cause of low consumption of food and the presence of infectious disease. The indirect causes are factors of parenting and childcare, food availability also environmental sanitation.Method: This study aims to determine the effect of nutrition assistance programs during one month of the weight of children under five. The method used is Non-Randomized Quasi- Experiment with pre-test and post-test group.  Sampling was conducted with a purposive sample of experiments, a total of 15 samples.Result: Results of Paired T-Test showed that the value of p<0.005 (p = 0.001). It can be concluded that the nutritional assistance program, which lasted for one month is able to increase weight children under five (p = 0.001).Conclusion: Advice for PHC/Health Department to address the nutritional problems in children under five is to increase nutrition assistance program through nutritional care of the family. Keyword: nutrition assistance program, weight, children under five years

Abstract

Background : Human activities in using of nature always leaving the rest that are consideredare not useful anymore, so treated as waste products, namely garbage and waste. If the wasteis not managed properly, it will negatively impact health. Therefore there is need for theprevention of negative influences to avoid or use personal protective. The purpose of thisresearch is to know knowledge about the types of garbage collectors , the knowledge workers ofthe garbage collector garbage congenital diseases, and the behavior of garbage collectionworkers in protecting themselves against inherited diseases.Methods: This kind of research is the research evaluation, which includes the formativeevaluation (emphasis on process rather than product). While the research approach used isqualitative. Research subjects in this study are to garbage collectors officers Dumpster (TPS)which use pushcart. Data collection techniques will be used is the observation by participating(participation observation), and in-depth interviews (in-depth Interviewing). Techniques of dataanalysis performed using data reduction, data display the data verification.Conclusion : The conclusions to be drawn from this study are: First, knowledge about the typesof garbage collectors personal protection device which must be worn during most of the work isstill lacking. Second, the knowledge workers of the garbage collector garbage congenitaldiseases mostly still less understood. Third, the behavior of garbage collection workers inprotecting themselves against inherited diseases is less trash to the efforts carried out beforetouching the garbage, and is good for the efforts undertaken after touching garbage. Abstract

AbsractBackground: SP2TP is to meet the needs of administration at the higher level in order to develop, determine policies and utilized by health centers to improve efforts of health centers, through planning, mobilization, execution, monitoring, control and assessment. Based on the results of the initial survey SP2TP in Dompu has not been maximal. Therefore it is necessary to study the system of integrated recording and reporting of health centers (SP2TP) in the area of health services in Dompu Regency.Methods: This research is a qualitative descriptive located in all district health centers in Dompu Regency. Data was collected through interviews with the study subjects of ten people in the board of integrated recording and reporting system of health centers in each health center and health department.Results: The study results indicated that the reporting was still done manually; it still focused ondisease patterns and the most 10 diseases. The submitted report was incomplete because there was no coordination, guiding book, difficult transportation, electrical disturb, Feedback was given orally. In terms of data quality SP2TP was still low. This was proven by the low completeness and timeliness for report delivery. While the use of data and information was still focused on the annual profiling.Conclusion: the difficult accessibility of health centers with the Health Service made report shipping incomplete and not timely. Keywords: System reporting, system recording, SP2TP

Abstract

Background: Vegetables can be eaten whole or in part in fresh or raw (fresh vegetables) or cooked. Vegetables is beneficial for health because they contain relatively high nutritional vita-mins and minerals, one of which is cabbage or cabbage. Cabbage has dicucipun may still con-tain pests and diseases, such as nematodes. Due to poor washing. In Indonesia, the nematode intestine is still a public health problem is Ascaris lumbricoides, hookworm and Trichuris trichi-ura. Soil, vegetables and water is an important transmission media, a growing number of eggs found in the sources of contamination (vegetable, soil, etc.) will be accompanied by an increase in the degree of endemics. Advanced Research goal is to look at the relationship between the behavior of washing vegetables with intestinal nematode egg contamination in vegetable cab-bage merchant in the Village of catfish pecel Warungboto city of Yogyakarta. This study has the benefit of policy making in disease eradication wormy and add information that is consumed raw vegetables can infect humans through the intestinal nematode egss Atlanta.Methods: The study was observational analytic study with cross sectional research design. Washing behavior obtained by direct observation to guide traders with check list. Vegetable sprouts are used as raw vegetables (vegetables) contained on the merchant pecel Warungboto catfish in the Village of Yogyakarta. Wash solution for the deposition of intestinal nematode eggs used was 0.2% NaOH solution. Examination conducted by using techniques of direct ex-amination and then examined under a microscope. Data examination of the behavior of the cabbage and wash vegetables presence or absence of intestinal nematode eggs, species of intestinal nematode eggs. Data were analyzed using univariate and bivariate analysis with chi square analysis.Examination results: The results of this examination showed that of 26 respondents found 16 respondents (61.5%) had not properly washing vegetables and 10 respondents (38.5%) had a good washing vegetables. Bivariate analysis for the behavioral relationship with the intestinal nematode egg contamination in vegetable cabbage is a value sig = 0.35 is greater than the value of alpha (? = 0.05) and RP = 3.125 (95% CI: 0.424 to 23.007).Conclusion: There were no relationship between the behavior of washing vegetables with egg contamination in vegetable cabbage worms in the shop pecel catfish Yogyakarta Village Wa-rungboto 2011. Keywords: Behavior, vegetables cabbage (Brassica oleracea), intestinal nematode eggs.

Abstract

Background: The growth and developed hospital should be effectively and efficiency managed. This fact should be carried out in order to face strict competitions in the health world. The hospital can survive in facing the existing competitions by counting the previous hospital fee and using fee account model competitively. In PKU Muhammadiyah Unit I Yogyakarta, Set of Essential Services (SES) of caesarea operation fee, class III, and cost sharing between the hospital and the goverment are different. In this study, the researcher only counts caesarea operation fee for re-use in order to create low cost sharing. Up till now, the hospital party never counts those existing differences. This case will lead them to get a financial loss. By having this fact, the researcher was eager to know about cost sharing analysis of caesarea operation fee account, class III, in PKU Muhammadiyah Unit I Yogyakarta.Methode: This was qualitative descriptive research which analyses the exact fee by using real cost method to know the difference of patient?s fee toward the real fee in the hospital. Bisides that, interview method was applied to know the head of finance and Central Surgeon Installation (CSI) workers opinion.Resulth: The result of Set of Essential Services (SES) fee of health insurance? toward caesarea operation was Rp 1.230.429, caesarea operation fee by using real cost method was Rp 3.764.388, in fact, the exact fee from RS PKU Muhammadiyah Unit I Yogyakarta was Rp 4.705.388. In conclusion, the final results were the difference of Set of Essential Services (SES) fee of health insurance between real cost was Rp 2.533.959 and the difference of Set of Essential Services (SES) fee of health insurance? between the exact hospital costs was Rp 3.475.056.Conclusion: The researcher has concluded that set of costs which is based on unit cost was higher that hospital cost recently. The highest cost was given for buying medicines and temporary materials. Abstract

ABSTRAKLatar Belakang: Penerapan sistem informasi merupakan suatu cara untuk menunjang proses pelayanan pasien. SDM memiliki peranan yang penting didalam keberhasilan suatu sistem, disamping itu juga ditunjang dengan sarana dan prasarana yang memadai. RSU PKU Muhammadiyah Bantul sudah menerapkan sistem informasi di dalam proses pelayanan pasien, termasuk di dalam pelayanan pendaftaran pasien rawat jalan. Namun terdapat beberapa kendala didalam penerapannya, diantaranya seperti masalah SDM, sarana dan prasarana, serta laporan yang dihasilkan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk Mengevaluasi Penerapan Sistem Informasi Pendaftaran Pasien Rawat jalan di RSU PKU Muhammadiyah Bantul.Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, yaitu untuk menggambarkan bagaimana penerapan sistem informasi pendaftaran pasien rawat jalan di RSU PKU Muhammadiyah Bantul. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi.Hasil: RSU PKU Muhammadiyah menggunakan cara komputerisasi dan manual didalam proses pelayanan pendaftaran pasien rawat jalannya. Data yang dibutuhkan yaitu identitas pasien dan poli atau unit yang ingin dituju oleh pasien. Dana yang dibutuhkan berasal dari rumah sakit sendiri, dan tidak memiliki hambatan didalam pendanaan. Pengorganisasian tenaga kerjanya sudah terorganisasi dengan baik. Namun jumlah tenaga kerja yang sangat minim serta sarana komputer yang dianggap masih kurang, membuat tenaga kerja di bagian pendaftaran rawat jalan harus memikul beban kerja yang cukup besar. Hal tersebut mengakibatkan laporan jumlah pasien rawat jalan yang dihasilkan belum bisa dikatakan akurat, tepat waktu, dan relevan. Kesimpulan: SDM dan sarana komputer masih kurang, sehingga menghasilkan informasi yang belum akurat, tepat waktu, dan relevan.  Kata Kunci: Evaluasi, Sistem Informasi di Bagian Pendaftaran Pasien Rawat Jalan, Rumah Sakit  ABSTRACTBackground: The application of information sytem is a way to support the process of patient service. Human resources play the important part to certain the goal of a system, besides, it also must be supported by the enough of facility and infrastructure. PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital of Bantul have been applying the information system in the process of patient service, including to the outpatient registration service. However, there were some problems in that application, likes the problem of human resource, fasility and infrastructur, and the report. The purpose of this research was to evaluate the application of information system in outpatient registration at PKU Muhammadiyah Haspital of Bantul.Methods: This research was descriptive study employed qualitative approach. The aim of this research was  to describ the application of information system in outpatient registration at PKU Muhammadiyah Haspital of Bantul. Interview, observation, and documentation study were done to collect data.Results: PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital of Bantul have been using the computer and manually to serve the outpatient registration. The data that were needed were the identity of patient, and the polyclinic or unit that the patient wanted to check their health. The source of cost operational was from the estimate of the hostital it’s self, and there was no problem about it. The organizing of staff was be orginized well. But, the number of staff and the computers are was not enough, that was cause the staff in the outpatient registration service got the job more than what they should. Because of that, the report for the total of outpatient was not accurate, timely basic, and relevance.Conclusion: Human resourse and fasilities of computere were not enough, that was cause the report was not accurate, timely basic, and relevance. Keyword: evaluation, information system, outpatient registration, hospital

Abstract

Background: To provide a quality service to the customer (patient) needs to be a measure of the quality of existing services, covering five dimensions, namely reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangibles in order to create a patient satisfaction. To determine the level of quality, can be measured from the expectations and perceptions of customers (patients).Method: Using the Service Quality (Servqual) method integrated in the Fuzzy. Fuzzy Servqual method is the instrument to measure the service quality between costumers (as patient) expectation and costumers (as patient) perception. Fuzzy set theory to accomode subjectivity and ambiguity on quality service judgement.Conclusion: Using the method acquired Fuzzy Sevqual five attributes / criteria that are a priority for improved quality of services because it has a value of Servqual (Gap) weighted the most. Attributes that are Facilities provided incomplete and inadequate with a value of -1.417 servqual, for the second order The equipment used not using the latest technology (advanced) of -1.313, which is third on The officer has not been attentive to treat patients with a value of -1.250 servqual, for the fourth and final fifth Handling of complaints and Non-radiology is not convenient of -1.146. Where three of the above criteria is of dimension Tangibles, so the main priority to be repaired and improved quality of care is of the dimension Tangibles with a total score of -1.161.The quality of service in the Installation of Radiology of the overall gap calculation results show a negative gap value is -0.961, meaning what is expected according to what the customer has not obtained the customer at the Hospital Radiology Installation Panembahan Senopati Bantul.Keywords: Installing Panembahan Senopati Bantul District Hospital Radiology, Fuzzy, Servqual Gap, Fuzzy-Servqual, Quality service.
