Abstract

This study objective to analyze the impact of motivation on teachers performance Vocational High School in Bangil. Data collection techniques by distributed a questionnaire using a five-likert scale. The sampling technique used was cluster random sampling. Samples taken from each school amounted to 3 teachers from each department, so there were 42 respondents from 5 schools.. The analysis technique used to answer the research hypothesis uses simple linear regression. The results showed that teacher motivation had an effect on teacher performance in vocational high school

Abstract

This research was conducted to examine the effects of advertising on Facebook to increase admission interest in higher education, particularly Universitas Negeri Semarang. Using the experimental research method, the researchers posted two advertisements with different formats at different times on Facebook to measure the engagement score and its effects on student admission. Research results showed that each of the ads performed differently according to their formats. Image-based ad had a greater engagement score of 0.0065 compared to video-based ad which had only 0.0017. Both image-based and video-based ads attracted more female users than male users. The ads also showed a possitive effects on increasing visits to the registration site of Universitas Negeri Semarang (penerimaan.unnes.ac.id). There was no reliable evidence, however, that could show the direct effectiveness of advertising on Facebook to increase university admission. That said, further research is needed to fully answer this research question.

Abstract

Pada SMK jurusan Teknik Elektronika Industri, materi gerbang logika merupakan hal yang mendasar dan wajib dikuasai oleh siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan media pembelajaran interaktif Gerbang Logika dalam bentuk CD Interaktif yang layak untuk mata pelajaran Dasar Listrik dan Elektronika bagi siswa kelas X di SMKN 1 Jetis Mojokerto. Media ini dikembangkan sesuai langkah – langkah penelitian dan pengembangan Sugiyono yang merujuk pada metode penelitian dan pengembangan Brog and Gall yaitu potensi dan masalah, pengumpulan data, desain produk, validasi desain, revisi desain, ujicoba produk, revisi produk, ujicoba pemakaian dan revisi produk tanpa melalui tahap produksi masal. Hasil validasi dari ahli materi memperoleh persentase sebesar 87,5%, validasi ahli media memperoleh persentase sebesar 89%, ujicoba produk oleh 6 orang siswa sebesar 88,5 % dan ujicoba pemakaian oleh 30 siswa mendapatkan persentase  sebesar 89,3% sehinga media ini dikatakan sangat valid dan layak serta dapat digunakan sebagai media alternatif dalam pembelajaran.     At the Vocational School of Industrial Electronics Engineering, logic gate material is fundamental and must be mastered. This study aims to produce interactive learning media of Logic Gate in the form of an Interactive CD that is suitable for Basic Electricity and Electronics subjects for class X students at SMKN 1 Jetis Mojokerto. This media was developed according to Sugiyono's research and development steps that refer to Brog and Gall's research and development methods, namely potential and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, design revision, product testing, product revision, trial use and product revision without through the mass production stage. The results of the validation of the material experts obtained a percentage of 87.5%, the validation of the media experts obtained a percentage of 89%, the product trials by 6 students amounted to 88.5% and the trial use by 30 students got a percentage of 89.3% so that this media was said very valid and feasible and can be used as an alternative medium in learning

Abstract

Karakter sebagai suatu ’moral excellence’ akan memiliki makna ketika dilandasi atas nilai-nilai yang berlaku dalam budaya (bangsa). Karakter luhur bangsa merupakan warisan leluhur yang dinyakini kebenarannya dan dipertahankan oleh masyarakat dalam menjalani kehidupan. Nilai-nilai karakter yang dipertahankan akan menjadikan ciri khas kepribadian bangsa. Karakter luhur diwariskan melalui produk tulisan berbentuh karya sastra lama. Syiir sebagai hasil karya leluhur kaya akan nilai-nilai karakter. Kajian ini diarahkan pada upaya mengkonservasi nilai-nilai karakter yang terdapat dalam naskah syiir kemudian menginternalisasikannya pada generasi masa kini dengan gaya milenial. Kegiatan konservasi syiir dalam kajian ini menggunakan metode filologi sedangkan kegiatan internalisasi melalui penciptaan model penyajian syiir secara milenial. Kajian terhadap karya sastra yang di tulis oleh leluhur ditemukan nilai-nilai karakter luhur. Nilai karakter luhur tersebut berupa ajaran budi pekerti, nasehat, aturan, pantangan atau anjuran dalam menjalani kehidupan. Penyajian model syiir milenial akan mendekatkan proses komunikasi antara syiir sebagai produk masa lalu dengan generasi milenial. Syiir milenial diharapkan mampu menjadi salah satu anternatif penanaman nilai karakter pada generasai masa kini.  Character as a 'moral excellence' will have meaning when based on values that apply in culture (nation). The noble character of the nation is an ancestral heritage that is believed to be true and is maintained by society in living life. Defended character values will make the personality traits of the nation. Sublime characters are inherited through written products that touch old literature. Syiir as an ancestral work is rich in character values. This study is directed at efforts to conserve character values contained in syiir texts and then internalize them in the present generation with millennial styles. Syiir conservation activities in this study use the philology method while the internalization activities through the creation of millennial syiir presentation models. Studies of literary works written by ancestors have found noble character values. The value of the noble character is in the form of teaching character, advice, rules, taboos or suggestions in living life. The presentation of the syiir millennial model will bring the process of communication between syiir as a product of the past with the millennial generation. Syiir millennial is expected to be able to become one of the alternatives in planting character values in today's generation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan desain, mengetahui kelayakan, serta menguji keefektifan media audio visual. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Research and Development dengan model pengembangan yang dikembangkan oleh Suiyono. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik tes dan non tes. Berdasarkan penilaian validator ahli, aspek materi dalam media audio visual dinyatakan sangat layak dengan presentase 96%, sedangkan aspek media dinyatakan sangat layak dengan presentase perolehan sebesar 88%. Hasil uji normalitas menunjukkan bahwa pretest sebesar 0,170638 dan posttest sebesar 0,220033. Berdasarkan data tersebut disimpulkan bahwa uji kelompok kecil nilai pretest dan posttest berdistribusi normal karena nilai <. Berdasarkan hasil penghitungan uji t dengan menggunakan paired sample t-test observasi berpasangan diperoleh thitung sebesar -17.0428 dan ttabel dengan α = 5% sebesar 2,571, menghasilkan Ho ditolak dan µB< 0. Maka hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa pada tahap uji coba produk pada kelompok kecil terdapat perbedaan pada hasil pretest dan posttest  pembelajaran PPKn materi hak, kewajiban, dan tanggung jawab sebagai masyarakat dengan menggunakan media audio visual. Selanjutnya uji N-gain memperoleh nilai sebesar 0,71 dengan kriteria tinggi. Media audio visual sangat layak dan efektif untuk digunakan dalam pembelajaran PPKn materi hak, kewajiban, dan tanggung jawab sebagai masyarakat siswa kelas V SDN Betokan 3 Demak.
