Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk memberikan perbaikan pada kondisi kekurangan fisik untuk atlet panahan anggota dari Program Unggulan Nasional Indonesia Atlet Indonesia Emas (PRIMA). Tipe penelitian ini dapat dikategorikan sebagai penelitian tindakan olahraga, sedikit pun dibagi menjadi 2 siklus, yang dilakukan di pusat pembinaan atlet andalan Indonesia yang national memanah emas di Jakarta. Metode yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis diskriptif, dengan Instrumennya pengujian concisting Program PRIMA dari 20 item. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dari 20 item tes, ada beberapa komponen area fisik yang telah diteliti dalam kategori yang sempurna, sangat baik, baik dan memadai. Tapi ada area masih dikategorikan sebagai kurang dari mereka memaksa otot tangan menarik dan mendorong, kekuatan otot punggung, otot-otot kaki yang kekuatan daya tahan kemampuan. Effors Refrom melalui pelatihan berat gabungan antara latihan isometrik yang isotonik yang toiloret dengan pergerakan memanah dan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pelatihan ketahanan dilakukan berongga sprint yang berjalan berkesinam-bungan. Kesimpulan penelitian ini, kondisi atlet andalan  nasional Indonesia emas, masih perlu untuk mendapatkan perbaikan pada beberapa komponen kondisi dominan fisik.Kata Kunci: kondisi fisik atlet; Program Indonesia EmasThe purpose is to provide improvements in the deficiencies of physicsl condition for the archery athlete who are member of Indonesia's national flagship program athletes Indonesia Gold (PRIMA). Types of research can be categorized as sport action research, whit is divided into 2 cycles, It was conduced at the centre of coaching athletes mainstay of Indonesia's national archery gold in Jakarta. The method used descriptive analysis technique, instrument used to determine the condition of athletes that is using the physical condition of athletes testing program PRIMA concisting of 20 items. The results showed that of 20 test items, there are physical components that have reached the category of perfect, excellent, good and sufficient. But there are still categorized as less of them force the hand muscles pull and push, the strength of back muscles, leg muscles strength ang endurance capability. Refrom effors through a combined weight training between isotonic ang isometric exercises are toiloret to the movement of archery, and to improve the ability of endurance training performed Hollow Sprint ang Continuos running. The Conclution is the physical condition of athletes mainstay of Indonesia's national archery gold, stell need to get repair on several componens of the dominan physical condition.Keywords: physical condition of athlete; Indonesia Gold Program

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyusun tes potensi calon petenis yang memenuhi kriteria tes yang baik, menyusun skor skala bagi para calon petenis, menyusun norma penilaiannya. Sampel penelitian adalah anak-anak yang belajar tenis di Smart Tenis Club berusia 7-14 tahun berjumlah 12 orang. Stratifikasi Random Sampling merupakan cara pengambilan sampel. Metode penelitian ini adalah dengan cara survey, sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data dengan tes dan pengukuran. Tes yang digunakan untuk menyusun potensi calon petenis, yaitu : (1) tes reaksi, (2) tes lari cepat 30 meter, (3) tes power tungkai dengan standing long jump, (4) tes power lengan dengan melempar bola, (5) tes kelincahan dengan fan drill, (6) tes koordinasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan untuk : (1) uji normalitas dengan Kolomogorov-Smirnov, (2) uji homogenitas Cochrans dan Barlett, (3) menjumlahkan hasil tes dengan T score, (4) kesahihan dengan teknik korelasi Pearson Product moment, (5) keandalan tes dengan test retest, dan (6) norma klasifikasi menggunakan standard deviasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diajukan saran-saran bagi yang menaruh perhatian pada tenis dan pembuatan tes potensi calon olahragawan, antara lain (1) Meneliti dengan wilayah generalisasi yang lebih luas, minimal se Pulau Jawa, (2) Meneliti pula faktor psikologis para sampel, (3) Meneliti status sosial ekonomi dan pendidikan orang tua.

Abstract

The purpose of this study to determine whether cooperative jigsaw type learning to improve volley ball and basket ball skillis class 3 T-3 SMK Negeri 1 Temanggung  in thebsecond semestervof the second semester of the school year 2013/2014. Dalam tests used in data collection techniques to determine student outcomes and techniques nono test in the form of sheets of observation by observatjon to determine the leaning process. The research method used was Classroom Action Research to perform two actions in two cycles. From the results of this research note an improvement in learning outcomes and learning processes. From the initial conditions to an increase in cyclecaverage value of 74 to 79,47 an increase of 7,39 percent. In the two-cycle is the lsst cycle the average value is 85,75Which maens an increase of 15,88 per cent of the initial conditions. Similarly, the learning prosess showed an increase in activity and creativity of studens and teachers. It can be concluded that whether cooperative jgsaw type learning to improve volley ball and basket ball skills class 3 T-3 SMK Negeri 1 Temanggung in the second semester of academic yaer 2013/2014.

Abstract

Permainan sepakbola dicirikan dengan pola aktivitas yang berubah-ubah, olahraga dengan durasi yang panjang dengan intensitas yang tinggi dan aksi yang eksplosif seperti melakukan akselarasi, deakselarasi, merubah arah, melompat, dan menjegal yang tentunya memerlukan kerja yang tinggi dari daya tubuh. Di dalam pertandingan kebutuhan energi sangat tinggi, dipenuhi dengan metabolisme aerob dan anaerob, yang mana perlu dibarengi dengan asupan nutrisi berkualitas dalam bentuk mikronutrisi khususnya asupan/pemaparan vitamin D untuk pemain agar dapat menunjang dan menjaga performa permainan dari seorang pemain, terlebih pada level sepakbola elit. Vitamin D sendiri adalah suatu prekursor hormon yang memiliki peranan penting di dalam menjaga kesehatan tulang dan fungsi imunitas. Penemuan reseptor vitamin D pada sel otot rangka manusia telah membawa para ilmuwan fisiologi otot untuk menemukan peranan penting vitamin D dalam meregulasikan sintesis protein dan fungsi otot. Pada atlit sepakbola elit, terdapat kebutuhan konstan vitamin D di dalam memaksimalkan sintesis protein untuk memenuhi kebutuhan fisik dari latihan harian. Selain dari pemaparan sinar matahari vitamin D pun dapat didapatkan dari sumber makanan yang mengandung nutrisi ini (hewani dan nabati).Soccer was characterized with activity that changed periodically during the game, this sport has long duration and with high intensity dan explosive action like doing acceleration, deacceleration, changing direction, jumping, and tackling. Of course in order to doing that this sport needs high rate of physical performance of the players. In the match, energy requirements is very high, fulfill by aerob metabolism and anaerob, to help the metabolism regulation, micronutrien intake especially vitamin D intake/exposure for the players to support and maintain performance of soccer players, especially in the elite level. Vitamin D is a hormonal precursor that hold an important role to maintain bone health and imunity function. The discovery of vitamin D receptor in human skeletal’s cells made attention to Muscle Physiologyst in order to find a way how vitamin D regulated protein synsthesis and muscle function. For soccer elite athletes, there’s constant needs of vitamin D to built synthesis protein in order to support the physical requirements from daily training. Abstract

Workers at stadiums and arenas are critical components of any approach to preventing crowd violence. This study describes the crowd management strategies employed at football matches held at Jakarta's Gelora Bung Karno International Stadium. This qualitative study examines crowd management tactics used before football games to explain crowd management strategies used throughout the game and strategies used to disperse and evacuate crowds during football events. A random sample of fifteen managers, eighteen technical personnel, fourteen support workers, and two hundred and twenty-seven police officers is taken. Questionnaires and interview protocols were used to collect data. The researcher develops structured or open-ended questions based on various subject areas, including demographic data, stadium safety features, pre-event techniques, crowd management strategies during sporting events, and post-event management strategies. The findings reveal that seven crowd management measures were utilized prior to the event, three were used during the event, and three were used to disperse and evacuate individuals at Gelora Bung Karno. There are implications and recommendations made.

Abstract

The need for a person's body for nutrients depends on age, weight, gender, physical activity, environmental conditions, and certain circumstances. Exercise and competition encourage athletes to regulate their diet, especially no matter what. Optimal athlete performance is influenced by various factors, namely good genetics, motivation, physical exercise, and proper nutritional intake. The purpose of this study was to see the effect of the application of various nutrients on the performance of athletes. The literature study reviewed and compared various article sources accessed through the Sinta database and Google Scholar from 2013-2019. The results of the author's research stated that from various literature sources, significant results were obtained for the relationship between macronutrient fulfillment on athlete performance. In comparison, nutritional fulfillment has no relationship or influence on athlete achievement. The fulfillment of athlete nutrition, especially micronutrients, is important because it is a source of energy obtained by athletes through intake so that physical fitness, endurance, muscle strength, and VO2max scores can be maintained properly. It can be said that the fulfillment of nutrition, both macronutrients such as energy, protein, fat, and carbohydrates, have been proven to affect the performance of athletes when exercising or competing. But not with micronutrients.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to create a media for front kick accuracy in Pencak silat athletes. This type of this study is research and development (RD) with descriptive data analysis techniques using percentages. The instrument used was a questionnaire. The result of this research is a modified front kick precision tool. This study found that the expert validation data is 98.75% in the "Very Good" category. The overall small trial data is 80% in the "Good" category. In the extensive trial, the overall was 88% in the "Very Good" category. The conclusion of the front kick product assessment tool is particularly Good for front kick accuracy training for beginner and professional athletes. In further research, it is necessary to develop the material for the tool.

Abstract

Abstract: After the COVID-19 pandemic, Online Sports and Health Physical Education (PE) has become essential for the sustainability of students' fitness and physical activity. However, many PE teachers are not ready to adapt to learning in the current new average era. The learning situation has not fully "recovered", and online learning habits are continuing so that learning cannot be maximized, especially in PE, which uses motion media as the primary media in learning. A strategy is needed to maximize PE's movement learning process and quality education. Several aspects need to be considered to improve the quality of PE learning, including aspects of the curriculum, information technology facilities, and infrastructure, as well as the participation of parents and the community. The article aims to share strategies for improving quality PE learning in any situation (online/offline).Abstract in Indonesia: Pasca pandemi covid-19 Pendidikan Jasmani Olahraga dan Kesehatan (PE) online menjadi penting untuk keberlanjutan kebugaran dan aktivitas fisik siswa. Namun banyak guru PE belum siap dengan adaptasi pembelajaran di era new normal saat ini. Situasi pembelajaran belum sepenuhnya “pulih”, serta kebiasaan belajar daring masih berlanjut sehingga pembelajaran belum bisa maksimal khususnya PE yang menggunakan media gerak sengan media utama dalam pembelajarannya. Diperlukan strategi untuk memaksimalkan proses belajar gerak dan pendidikan yang berkualitas dari PE. Tujuan artikel adalah untuk sharing strategi dalam meningkatkan pembelajaran PE yang berkualitas dalam situasi apapun (online/offline). Ada beberapa aspek yang perlu dipertimbangkan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran PE diantaranya yaitu aspek kurikulum, sarana dan prasarana teknologi informasi, serta peran serta orang tua dan masyarakat.
The Analysis of Female's 100-Meter Sprinters in Tokyo Olympic Games 2022

Abstract

This research aimed to identify the performance of the female's 100-meter final at the Tokyo Olympic Games 2022. This study was conducted in a quantitative approach and descriptive methods. There were 8 female sprinters aged 28 ± 3.70 years old who were competing in the 100-meter final at Tokyo Olympic Games 2022. The data were analyzed from a YouTube video of the Olympic channel The kinematic analysis by using Kinovea computer software was conducted to measure the variables in this study. The variables were time per 10 meters (s), velocity per 10-meter (m/s), step per 10-meter (step), and time per step (s). As the result, the champion achieved a stable time in the second to seventh 10-meter (0.77 – 0.84 s) as well as the fastest average velocity in 100 meters (9.43 m/s). She runs more than 12 m/s in 60 meters distance. It is more consistent than the runner-up (athlete in line 5) who runs more than 12 m/s in 5 10-meter distances. She also achieved a total of 50 steps with an average of 5 steps in every 10-meter distance. It is two steps more than the tallest athlete (173 cm) who achieved 48 steps in 100 meters. The mean time per step of the champion is 0.21  ± 0.03 s/step. In conclusion, the consistency of step frequency and velocity determined the positive result.

Abstract

Caffeine is an active component. Some studies found that caffeine significantly enhances exercise performance, by increasing substrate distribution, heart rate, and oxygen absorption. This study aims to know the effect of caffeine on accuracy and concentration in archery. Participant in this study are 12 archers in Klaten city were active since 2019. The quasi-experimental with the one-group pretest-posttest design was used in this study. The data taken was accuracy and concentration (measure with archery scoring and Grid Concentration test) instrument before and after an intervention. The intervention was the participant drink caffeine in 2 grams/100 ml Robusta Coffee with ice (5°C - 10°C) and hot (65-70°C) temperature within 45 minutes before the performance. Paired t-test and wilcoxon was used to analyze the data.The result showed that the accuracy was significantly different between pre-test and post-test in both temperatures (cold, p = 0,003 and hot, p = 0,034). The concentration also showed different between pre-test and post-test (Cold, p = 0,010) and Hot, p = 0,004).This study concludes that consumption caffeine 45 minutes before archery performance increased accuracy and concentration in Archer.
