Abstract

ABSTRAK Ada banyak jenis kejahatan dari rendah ke tingkat tinggi asalkan ada kesempatan. Departemen kepolisian di setiap negara telah mencoba untuk mengurangi jumlah kejahatan ini, namun pada kenyataannya, jumlah kejahatan selalu tumbuh setiap tahun. Alih-alih menangkap kriminal, kita bisa meminimalkan kejahatan dengan menurunkan peluang tindakan pidana. Sebagai contoh, kita dapat menambahkan perangkat keamanan untuk melindungi aset kita. Kami mengusulkan sistem untuk mendeteksi jika ada seseorang memasuki ruangan dengan membandingkan pola setiap beberapa waktu. Ada banyak teknik pola yang cocok, tapi yang sederhana adalah dengan menghitung jarak dengan menggunakan Metode Jaccard. Jika ada pola yang berbeda dari pola sebelumnya yang tertangkap oleh webcam, sistem akan membuat alarm (suara dan simbol). Untuk tujuan ini, kita menggunakan aplikasi capture yang memiliki kemampuan untuk menangkap gambar secara berkala dan sistem yang membandingkan setiap gambar dari penangkapan sebelumnya. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang diusulkan kita bisa mendeteksi setiap orang yang datang ke daerah kami webcam. Kata Kunci: Surveillance, Pencocokan Pola, Jaccard ABSTRACT There are a lot of kinds of crime from low to high level as long as there is a chance. The police department in every country has tried to decrease crime's number, but in fact, the crime's number always grows every year. Instead of catching the criminal, we can minimize the crime by lowering the opportunity of criminal's action. For example, we can add a security device to protect our assets. We proposed the system to detect if there is someone entering the room by comparing pattern every couple of time. There are many pattern matching techniques, but the simple one is by counting its distance using Jaccard Method. If there is a different pattern from previous pattern that caught by a webcam, the system will create an alarm (sound and symbols). For these purpose, we use a capture application whose ability to capture an image periodically and the system that compare every image from previous capture. Testing result has shown that our proposed system could detect every people that come to the area of our webcam. Keywords: Surveillance, Pattern Matching, Jaccard

Abstract

ABSTRAK Metode Greedy adalah salah satu cara atau teknik merancang suatu algoritma. Metode Greedy digunakan untuk mendapatkan solusi optimal dari suatu permasalahan. Salah satu permasalahan yang dapat diselesaikan dalam metode Greedy adalah masalah Coloring Graph atau pewarnaan graf. Pewarnaan graf adalah proses pelabelan setiap simpul dalam graf dengan label tertentu (warna) sehingga tidak ada dua simpul bertetanggan yang memiliki warna yang sama. Pewarnaan graf dapat diaplikasikan dalam berbagai bidang atau masalah. Salah satu aplikasi pewarnaan graf adalah dalam masalah pewarnaan lampu lalulintas. Dalam pewarnaan lampu lalulintas, setiap jalur dinyatakan sebagai simpul dan sisi menggambarkan bahwa kedua jalur yang terhubung oleh sisi tersebut berjalan secara bersamaan sehingga terjadi konflik. Tujuan dari penerapan graf pada masalah pewarnaan lampu lalulintas adalah agar mengetahui jalur-jalur mana yang terjadi konflik dan jalur mana saja yang diperbolehkan. Adapun tantangan dari problem ini adalah bagaimana caranya mengusahakan agar jumlah warna yang diperlukan seminimal mungkin. Kata kunci: Pewarnaan graf, pewarnaan lampu lalulintas. ABSTRACT Greedy method is a way of designing an algorithm or technique. Greedy method is used to obtain the optimal solution of a problem. One of the problems that can be solved by this method is the Greedy Graph Coloring problem or graph coloring. Coloring of a graph is the process of labeling each node in a graph with a particular label (color), so that no two vertices opposite that have the same color. Graph coloring can be applied in various fields or issues. One application of a graph coloring problem is stoplight. In the traffic light staining, each lane is expressed as a node and illustrates that the two sides are connected by lines running simultaneously sides into conflict. The purpose of the application of the graph coloring problem stoplight is to know which lines of conflict and which path is allowed. The challenge of this problem is how to try to get the required number of colors to a minimum. Keywords: graf coloring, Traffic Light Coloring.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Pengamatan mendasar tentang sifat manusia, pemikiran analitik, dan pengukuran membawa pada pengembangan suatu model yang berguna untuk memecahkan persoalan secara kuantitatif. Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) merupakan suatu model yang luwes yang mampu memberikan kesempatan bagi perorangan atau kelompok untuk membangun gagasan-gagasan dan mendefinisikan persoalan dengan cara membuat asumsi mereka masing-masing dan memperoleh pemecahan yang diinginkan darinya. Proses ini juga memungkinkan orang menguji kepekaan hasilnya terhadap perubahan informasi. Beberapa keuntungan penggunaan metode AHP adalah kesatuan, kompleksitas, saling ketergantungan, penyusunan hierarki, pengukuran, konsistensi, síntesis, tawar menawar, penilaian dan konsensus serta pengulangan proses. AHP merupakan salah satu tools dalam pemecahan masalah yang bersifat strategis, dalam hal ini digunakan software Microsoft Excel. Kata Kunci : AHP, kuantitatif, hierarki, excel ABSTRACT Basic research about human characteristic, especially in analythical thinking and measurement bring to a model that usefull for solving quatitativ problems. Analytical Heararchy Proces (AHP) is a model that flexibly can give the opportunity for individual or community to build the idea and define a problem with their assumption. This process also suitable for someone to give a test in regards to sensitivity of information change. Some benefits of AHP are: integrity, complexity, inter dependency, hierarchy position of information, consistency, synthesis, bargaining, checking and consensus, and process iterative. Abstract

ABSTRAK Bluetooth adalah teknologi nirkabel yang dapat menghubungkan perangkat mobile melalui ISM band. Bluetooth telah dimiliki oleh ponsel atau komputer rata-rata, namun pemanfaatannya tidak maksimal karena hanya digunakan untuk bertukar informasi/data. Penelitian baru-baru ini pada sistem meresap piconet belum diproduksi dari paket sesuai Lossin dengan Cisco standar QoS videostreaming. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan sebuah sistem meresap piconet dengan melakukan analisis video streaming pada jaringan dengan memanfaatkan ponsel bluetooth dan media komputer dalam kondisi yang memiliki Wi-Fi atau tidak memiliki Wi-Fi. Tahapan penelitian meliputi: analisis sistem jaringan bluetooth, merancang sistem prototipe, kompresi audio video, track petunjuk, pengujian sistem, pengukuran kinerja, dan analisis hasil pengukuran. Hasil yang diperoleh dari pengukuran nilai packet loss untuk semua kompresi video pada jarak client-server dari 4 m telah memenuhi Cisco standard QoS video streaming, dimana nilai terkecil diperoleh pada 8 data rate kbps packet loss 3,03% dengan kondisi suatu yang tidak memiliki Wi-Fi, dan jarak client - server 4 m. Dalam kondisi yang memiliki Wi-Fi kekuatan sinyal-78 dBm, nilai terkecil diperoleh dari packet loss 4,03%. Keterlambatan parameter kompresi video memenuhi QoS video streaming di mana penundaan memiliki nilai berkisar 0,31-1,06 milidetik, sedangkan standar delay maksimum untuk QoS video streaming adalah 5 detik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sistem video streaming yang memenuhi standar Cisco untuk nilai QoS Video streaming kehilangan throughput, delay, jitter dan packet. Kata Kunci : video streaming, bluetooth, Wi-fi,interference, piconet pervasive ABSTRACT Bluetooth is a wireless technology that can connecting mobile devices via the ISM band. Bluetooth has been owned by the average cell phone or computer, but its utilization is not maximal because it is only used to exchange information / data. The recent research on piconet pervasive system has not been produced of packet lossin accordance with Cisco standard of QoS videostreaming. The objective of this research is to develop a piconet pervasive system by performing analysis of video streaming on the network by utilizing the bluetooth cell phones and computers media in an condition which have Wi-Fi or do not have Wi-Fi. Stages of research include : analysis of bluetooth network system, design a prototype system, audio video compression, hint track, system testing,performance measurement, and analysis of measurement results. The results obtained from measurements of packet loss value for all video compression on a client-server distance of 4 m has been fulfilling the Ciscostandard of QoS video streaming, where the smallest value obtained at 8 kbps data rate of 3.03%packet loss to an condition that does not have Wi-Fi, and a distance of client - server 4 m. In conditions that have Wi-Fi signal strength of-78 dBm, the smallest value obtained of 4.03%packet loss. Delay parameters of the video compression meets the QoS of video streaming in which the delay have values ranged from 0.31 - 1.06 milliseconds, while the standard of maximum delay for QoS video streaming is 5 seconds. The results showed a video streaming system that meets the Cisco standard for QoS video streaming value of the throughput, delay, jitter and packet loss. Abstract

ABSTRAK Sejalan dengan pertumbuhan bisnis, kredit merupakah masalah yang menarik untuk diteliti. Beberapa riset bidang komputer untuk mengurangi resiko kredit telah banyak dilakukan dalam rangka menghindarai kehancuran suatu perusahaan pembiayaan. Paper ini membahas algoritma k-Nearest Neighbor (kNN) yang diterapkan pada data konsumen yang menggunakan jasa keuangan kredit kendaraan bermotor. Hasil testing untuk mengukur performa algoritma ini menggunakan metode Cross Validation, Confusion Matrix dan kurva ROC dan menghasilkan akurasi dan nilai AUC berturut-turut 81,46 % dan 0,984. Karena nilai AUC berada dalam rentang 0,9 sampai 1,0 maka metode tersebut masuk dalam kategori sangat baik (excellent). Kata kunci : K-Nearest Neighbor, Cross Validation, Confusion matrix, ROC ABSTRACT In line with the growth and business development, credit issues remain to be studied and revealed interesting. Some of the research field of computers has done much to reduce the credit risk of causing harm to the company. In this study, k-Nearest Neighbor (kNN) algorithm is applied to the data of consumers who have good credit financing motorcycle that consumers are troubled or not. From the test results to measure the performance of the algorithms using the test method Cross Validation, Confusion Matrix and ROC curves, it is known that the accuracy value of 81.46% and AUC values of 0.984. This methodes is include excellent classification because the AUC value between 0.90-1.00. Keywords: K-Nearest Neighbor, Cross Validation, Confusion matrix, ROC

Abstract

Pandemics are rare and happen in about 100 years period. Current pandemic, COVID-19, occurs in the industrial 4.0 era where there is a rapid development computation. Yet, the scientists in every country face difficulty in predicting the growth simulation of this pandemic. The paper tries to use a soft computing algorithm to predict the pattern of the COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia. Support Vector Regression was used in Google Interactive Notebook with some kernels for comparison, i.e. radial basis function, linear and polynomial. The testing results showed that radial basis function outperformed other kernels as a regressor with some parameters should follows the real condition, i.e. gamma, c, and epsilon.

Abstract

Mercu Buana University is a private university which consists of seven faculties. At the Faculty of Design and Creative Arts, Faculty of Communication Sciences and Faculty of Engineering, additional requirements are required for new student candidates, i.e. a color blindness free certificate. Color blindness is a vision disorder caused by the inability of the eye cone cells to perceive a certain spectrum of colors. There are many ways to test someone's color blindness, one of which is by using the Ishihara method. To obtain a color blindness free certificate, prospective students must visit a clinic or hospital, carry out the applicable color blind test procedure, then bring the results to campus. Based on these problems, the research was conducted with the aim of making a color blind test application that can issue a recommendation letter based on the test results of prospective new students. The system development method uses System Development Life Cycle. The results of the study were an android-based color blind test application that was able to detect color blindness using the Ishihara method and issued a recommendation letter based on the test results of prospective new students in the on-time application.

Abstract

Jakabaring Sport City (JSC) is an integrated sports facility complex and a public tourist spot in Palembang. Due to its extensive area and numerous facilities, visitors need a map with distinct markers for the landmark to make it easier when walking around. Recent technology advancements and its expanding role in various fields invites the question on how to integrate technology in the tourism industry. This journal aims to create an android-based digital map application with augmented reality (AR) as a guiding medium that will display directions towards the Jakabaring exit gate. This app is built using Maps SDK for Android to build the digital maps, Navigation SDK for Android to run navigation, and Maps for Unity to display AR objects that will show the directions towards the exit. The development focuses on a location-based service using GPS to track the user's whereabouts and provide real-time location data around the user. This application has a location search feature, a guiding direction (route and navigation) to a designed location, and an AR camera feature to display where the JSC exit gate is located. Every feature is working well and able to help users while visiting JSC. However, this application could still be improved in the AR feature because on its current version, it is only able to display directions to the JSC exit gate when users are within a radius of one kilometer or less to the exit.

Abstract

Air pollution kills about seven million people worldwide every year. In Indonesia itself, especially the city of Jakarta, Jakarta's air quality has been ranked as the tenth worst in the world. The purpose of the research is to design an air pollution monitoring system that can help the community to know the level of pollution in their area. The system development method uses a system development life cycle, namely the waterfall. The evaluation method uses blackbox testing for the system and eight golden rules for the user interface. The result achieved is a system that can monitor IoT-based air pollution with the cloud. This system uses several technologies such as Google cloud platform which consists of IoT Core, Pub Sub, Firestore Database, and Google Cloud Function. The MQ 135 temperature sensor and ESP 32 module are also used to be able to read air pollution conditions and send it to the cloud. The conclusion of this study is that the system created can be easily accessed by users to be able to determine IoT-based air quality.

Abstract

Problems in conventional and manual parking are the inability to obtain complete, informative, and interactive parking information because the manual system cannot provide complete parking information. Information technology can be implemented in a parking system to help provide more accurate, fast, and easily accessible information. In addition, the parking system interface can be made user-friendly, hence, the parking attendants can operate it properly. This parking system uses a client-server model with a shared database. The author found problems in the car parking system at PPPSRS Puri Casablanca Jakarta, i.e. still using the previous version of XAMPP. The research methodology used in this study are: Observation Methods, Literature Methods, and Interview Methods. The proposed Car Parking application showed acceptable for use by parking attendants of PPPSRS Puri Casablanca Apartment Jakarta. The menu choices presented are sufficient and the web design is simple so it doesn't confuse the parking attendant.
