Abstract

The pattern of the service industry is influenced mostly by economic growth. When economic growth rises, the economic activity will also grow as in the case of insurance activities. One of the assets owned by an insurance company is the customer, hence the existence of a loyal or potential customer should be maintained by the insurance company. This study focuses on clustering or grouping the existing customer data in insurance companies using the Fuzzy C-Means (FCM) algorithm. This study uses data from the company for analysis and the results can be used as a basis for insurance companies in making decisions, especially those related to further insurance marketing to customers who have participated in insurance or who are still actively registered in payment insurance. Fuzzy C-Means can be used for clustering the customer datasets. It obtained 3 clustering results using Partition Coefficient (PC) in determining the validity index and the centers value was ranged from 0.5 to 1.0.

Abstract

Fieldwork Practices (PKL) is one of the activities in the vocational teaching and learning process which takes place in a direct business environment. The main purpose of implementing PKL is to introduce students to the real work. The implementation of PKL at SMK Ma'arif NU 1 Sumpiuh is carried out for 6 months which is divided into 2 implementation activities, namely 3 months in odd semester and 3 months in even semester. The purpose of this study is to provide a suggestion to facilitate the process of recording PKL student data both in odd and even periods. In addition, the proposed system also provides details on the location of PKL and provides if in the second stage of PKL implementation there are students who change the location. The PKL application has gone through the system functional testing phase and has been running according to the needs of the PKL activity process. The technology used in this study uses a mobile so that all activities both from the school, committee and students can be monitored in real time by all related parties.

Abstract

In the professional work, discipline is a very important to see work ethic of an employee. Discipline has also the most important element of good behavior, both as individual and social. A problem is when people on the road in finding the shortest path in order to get to the destination on time. Finding shortest path improves workers discipline and add value to employees. With the Dijkstra’s Algorithm, we can find the shortest route. The value on the edge of a graph can be expressed as the distance between nodes (roads). Through this proposed application, it easier for us to find the shortest route in a more effective time.

Abstract

Many organizations are making changes by using information technology to support their business activities. Routine and uncomplicated activities tend to be carried out supported by computer-based applications. These activities include diagnosing damage and performing maintenance on the printer. This study aims to develop an Excel system application for fault diagnosis and maintenance of printers. The expert system printer damage diagnosis application in this study was developed based on a knowledge base. The research was conducted through the stages of needs analysis, design, implementation and testing. The test results show that the application developed is able to diagnose and display printer defects and provide solutions and fixed it.

Abstract

Libraries are organizations with the activities of collecting, processing, disseminating, preserving, and presenting information that in which the Online Public Access Catalog (OPAC) have been widely adopted. However, the analysis of OPAC satisfaction is still rare. This study discusses the analysis of user satisfaction of OPAC. This study aims to determine the effect of content dimensions, accuracy, format, ease of use, and timeliness using the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) method, a method for measuring the level of user satisfaction of a system. SPSS software was used to analyze user satisfaction. Sig. value of the content variable is greater than 0.1 (0.667), hence the hypothesis zero (H0) is accepted. It means that the content variable has no effect on user satisfaction. Sig. value for the accuracy variable is less than 0.1 (0.009), hence the H0 is rejected. Therefore, the accuracy variable has an effect on user satisfaction. Sig. value of the format variable is less than 0.1 (0.054), hence H0 was rejected, implying that the format variable has an effect on user satisfaction. Sig. value of the ease of use variable is greater than 0.1 (0.700), hence H0 is accepted, meaning that the ease of use variable has no effect on user satisfaction. Sig. value of the timeliness variable was 0.120 (> 0.1), hence H0 is accepted. Therefore, the timeliness variable has no effect on user satisfaction.

Abstract

Bekasi city, based on data from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) in 2018, shows the average Economic Growth Rate (LPE) of 5.82% from 2013 to 2016. Based on this growth, Bekasi city has business opportunities, for example culinary business, that has already spread around Bekasi city. The number of culinary places can cause problems when visitors determine culinary places that fit their criteria. Many visitors usually rely on information from relatives in determine culinary places, so this allows a mismatch between the recommendations of relatives and the criteria they want. Based on the problem, one of the proposed solutions needs to be made a method to support decisions that can provide recommendations in determining culinary places for visitors. The method used in determining the recommendation of culinary places is Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). In the process of calculating the method there are alternatives and assessment criteria used, there are several assessment criteria, namely price, number of menus, rating, and distance. The result shows the recommended alternative culinary place is the eighth alternative (A8) since the alternative has the highest preference value of 0.85. Therefore, the proposed system can be integrated in the culinary website to support user in choosing the culinary place.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Identify the type of plant leaves hypertension drug necessary to distinguish between types of leaves that are still difficult to distinguish from the cloud or do not understand the herbal medicine. How to distinguish the types of leaves there is one way for people to understand first by using direct eye. This study aims to make identification of the type of plant leaves hypertension drug based RGB image using Artificial Neural Networks. The first extraction into RGB image data, further training to the training data. Weights obtained were tested using the test data. The experiment resulted in recognition capabilities of each leaf that leaves 100%, 80% cat whiskers leaves, celery leaves 100%, 40% avocado leaves, soursop leaves 60%. ABSTRAK Identifikasi daun tanaman obat hipertensi diperlukan untuk membedakan jenis daun yang masih menjadi kesulitan bagi m dibedakan orang awan atau tidak mengerti obat herbal. Cara membedakan jenis daun pada umumnya dilakukan dengan cara pengamatan visual secara langsung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan identifikasi jenis daun tanaman obat hipertensi berdasarkan citra RGB menggunakan jaringan syaraf tiruan. Jenis daun yang digunakan adalah daun salam,daun kumis kucing,daun seledri,daun alpukat dan daun sirsak. Pertama kali dilakukan ekstraksi data citra menjadi RGB, selanjutnya dilakukan training terhadap data training. Bobot yang didapatkan diuji menggunakan data uji. Percobaan menghasilkan kemampuan pengenalan dari masing-masing daun yaitu daun salam 100%, daun kumis kucing 80%, daun seledri 100%, daun alpukat 40%, daun sirsak 60%. Abstract

ABSTRACT Mangifera indica (Mangga Gedong Gincu Cirebon) has good prospects for development because it has characteristics in accordance with market demand, which has the mango skin is red, fiber component in the flesh is quite a lot and have a very pungent aroma. This research aims to create a system of identification of Mangifera indica Cirebon based RGB image using adaptive neuro fuzzy inference system (ANFIS). Data used were 90 images of Mangifera indica will be divided into training data amounted to 75 data consisting of 25 acid class data, class data 25 and 25 class data being sweet. Data testing amounted to 15 data consisted of 5 acid class data, class data 5 medium and 5 class data sweet. In ANFIS training algorithm using hybrid methods Recursive Least Square Estimator (RLSE), and the number of epoch 1000, the error value 0.5220 and is able to identify the class of fruit Mangifera indica with an accuracy rate of 66.6%. Keyword : identification of Mangifera indica, rgb, adaptive neuro fuzzy inference system ABSTRAK Mangga Gedong Gincu Cirebon mempunyai prospek baik untuk dikembangkan karena mempunyai karakteristik yang sesuai dengan permintaan pasar, yaitu mempunyai kulit mangga berwarna merah, komponen serat pada daging buah cukup banyak dan mempunyai aroma sangat tajam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat sistem identifikasi buah mangga gedong gincu cirebon berdasarkan citra RGB menggunakan adaptif neuro fuzzy inference system (ANFIS). Data yang digunakan berjumlah 90 citra buah mangga gedong gincu akan dibagi menjadi data training berjumlah 75 data yang terdiri dari 25 data kelas asam, 25 data kelas sedang dan 25 data kelas manis. Data testing berjumlah 15 data yang terdiri dari 5 data kelas asam, 5 data kelas sedang dan 5 data kelas manis. Pada pelatihan ANFIS menggunakan algoritma hybrid dengan metode Recursive Least Square Estimator ( RLSE), dan jumlah epoch sebanyak 1000, nilai error 0.5220 dan mampu mengidentifikasi kelas buah Mangga Gedong Gincu dengan tingkat akurasi sebesar 66,6%. Abstract

ABSTRACT Along with the times the community's understanding of the batik increasingly diverse and many are starting to think with the logic of modern, while today a lot of the general public who do not know how to distinguish because of batik motives and characteristics of batik. The purpose of this final project is to build an expert system that can identify the characteristics of batik correctly based on the manufacturing process and physical characteristics batik. This expert system developed using forward chaining method with the programming language PHP and MySQL. Batik expert system identification characteristics showing identification results based on searches made by the user to do a question and answer session with the system. This expert system is able to identify batik based production if-then rules (if-then) and decision tree diagram has three kinds of data batik and 14 data is the process of making and physical characteristics. ABSTRAK Seiring dengan perkembangan zaman pemahaman masyarakat mengenai batik semakin beragam dan banyak yang mulai berfikir dengan logika modern, adapun hingga saat ini banyak masyarakat umum yang belum mengetahui cara membedakan batik karena banyaknya motif dan ciri-ciri dari batik tersebut. Tujuan dari Tugas Akhir ini adalah membangun sistem pakar yang dapat mengidentifikasi ciri batik dengan benar berdasarkan proses pembuatan dan ciri fisik batik. Sistem pakar ini dibangun menggunakan metode inferensi forward chaining dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan MySQL. Sistem pakar identifikasi ciri batik ini menampilkan hasil identifikasi berdasarkan penelusuran yang dilakukan oleh pengguna dengan melakukan tanya jawab dengan sistem. Sistem pakar ini mampu mengidentifikasi ciri batik berdasarkan kaidah produksi jika-maka (if-then) dan diagram pohon keputusan yang memiliki 3 jenis data batik dan 14 data proses pembuatan dan ciri fisik. Kata Kunci : batik, sistem pakar, forward chaining, kaidah produksi.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Owncloud is one of application sharing data and free editions also accompanied the business and Enterprise Edition, provides good security. Implementation of mobile syncing with the concept of onwcloud is required because the Exchange or sharing of data like images, video, and other files more accessible and practical. Then the confidentiality of data between employees, was more assured because owncloud-based. The research was carried out using the method of mobile syncing. Mobile syncing allows for storage of two or more versions of the same file, stored on your computer and on the network folder, identical to each other. These methods through the stages of implementation, configuration and data synchronization. From the application of the mind that this support owncloud software data storage both in the application that has been synchronized so owncloud owncloud can run in well and smoothly when used, such as in the form of a video, image, text to be accessible on the intranet or the internet. ABSTRAK Owncloud merupakan salah satu aplikasi sharing data gratis dan bebas disertai juga edisi bisnis dan edisi perusahaan, menyediakan pengamanan yang baik. Implementasi mobile syncing dengan konsep onwcloud ini dibutuhkan karena pertukaran atau sharing data seperti gambar, video, dan file lainnya lebih mudah diakses dan praktis. Kemudian kerahasiaan data antar karyawan, lebih terjamin karena berbasis owncloud. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode mobile syncing. Mobile syncing mengijinkan untuk penyimpanan dua atau lebih versi dari file yang sama, yang tersimpan pada komputer dan pada jaringan folder, identik satu sama lain. Metode tersebut melalui tahapan-tahapan antara lain: implementasi, konfigurasi dan sinkronisasi data. Dari penerapan tersebut diketahui bahwa perangkat lunak owncloud ini menunjang penyimpanan data baik, yaitu pada aplikasi owncloud yang telah disinkronisasi sehingga owncloud tersebut bisa berjalan secara baik dan lancar ketika digunakan, seperti berupa video, image, teks agar dapat diakses di jaringan intranet maupun internet.
