Abstract

Menopause is  a  natural phase  that  will be  faced  by  women over  the age of  40years.  Where does this  mark the end of  a womans  fertile period.  Menopausal syndromeexperienced by many women because it takes an understanding. The purpose of this studywas to determine  the presence or absence  of  knowledge about  the effects of  menopausewith  anxiety  facing  menopause  in women.  The population  in this study were  all  women aged  40  years  -  65  years  in the Village  Source  Surakarta.  The sampling technique usedwas  simple  random  sampling.  The  study  was  conducted  using  primary  data  andsecondary data. Analysis of  the data  in this study consists  of  two  parts: a descriptive  andcorrelational analysis. Based on the data analysis it can be concluded  that there is a  significant positive relationship  between  knowledge  of menopause in  women  with  anxiety  is r  =  0.729;  p  =0.000  (p  <0.05),  which  means  that  the higher the level  of knowledge  about  menopause, the lower the  anxiety levels  of women  in the  Source  Surakarta.  Effective contribution  tothe  variable  knowledge  about  menopause  anxiety  by  53.1%  indicated  the  determinant coefficient  (r2)  of  0.531.  Meanwhile,  46.9%  influenced  by  other  factors  such as  family support, social-economic, cultural and lifestyle characteristics.

Abstract

This  research  purpose  to  knowing  the  correlation  between  conformity withsmoking behavior at girl adolescent in Surakarta, to knowing the correlationbetween self  control  with  smoking  behavior  at  girl  adolescent  in  Surakarta  and  toknowing  the correlation between conformity and self control with smoking behaviorat girl adolescent in Surakarta.This research used quantitative correlation approach with using scale ascollector of  research  data  which  is  in  conformity  scale  form,  self  control  scale  andsmoking behavior scale. Population in this research is girl adolescent in Surakartawith sample as much as 55 persons are taken by incidental sampling. The dataanalyze technique in this research use the double linear regression analysis assisteduse SPPS Statistical Package for Social Sciences) for Windows Release 21,0program.The double linier regression analysis result that there is significancecorrelation between conformity with smoking behavior at girl adolescent inSurakarta get obtained ρ value equal to 0,039 < 0,05. So also there is significancecorrelation between self control with smoking behavior at girl adolescent inSurakarta, proofed to be obtain ρ value equal to 0,000 < 0,05. By together is alsoknown that there is significance correlation between conformity and self control withsmoking behavior at girl adolescent in Surakarta, proof ρ value equal to 0,000 <0,05. Excelsior conformity so higher the girl adolescent smoking behavior  andprogressively  goodness  self  control  of  hence  progressively  lower  the  girl adolescentsmoking behavior in Surakarta.Key word: smoking behavior, conformity, self control

Abstract

The problems of violence in the school environment or education has showed a very alarming, 16% of the final grade students said that they had been threatened with a weapon at school, 7% said they had been injured with a weapon (Santrock, 2007). Handling bullyingbehavior requires a lot of time and supervision so that in some cases need to be addressed by means of a multidisciplinary (Balhaqi and Sugiarmin, 2008).Data analysis techniques are used to study the behavior of bullyingbased on gender by using Anova one lane while to figure out the dynamics between variables using multiple regression.Results of the data analysis states that: There was a significant relationship between self-esteem and school discipline with bullyingbehavior. Bullyingbehavior in adolescents in schools is dominated by male students than female. Male subjects involved bullyingbehavior as much as 30.30% and female subjects as much as 24.97%. The reason why boys tend to be more aggressive psychologically explained this is related to their need to demonstrate physical strength, but also biological factors must still be considered (Obrdalj and Rumboltd, 2008).Discipline functions can individually adjust socially at school became a regular, nothing behave and act their own way. the formation of high school discipline for students to take responsibility for any problems that exist, so that any student can judge for itself the extent to which students have the potential to excel with multidisciplinary applied. This will lessen the intensity of the bullyingbehavior.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship is a supporting factor that determines the reciprocation of the economy of a country. For college graduates be given with knowledge and skills should dare to create their own jobs to take advantage of its knowledge and skills in accordance with their respective fields. By teaches entrepreneurship at each vocational field, the students are expected after graduation is able to develop the business world to create their own jobs in accordance with their skills, thus the interest in entrepreneurship in students need is grown. Interest in entrepreneurship include: willingness to work hard and diligently to achieve its business progress, the willingness to bear the various risks associated with the action sought is doing, willing to take the path and a new way, a willingness to live frugally, a willingness to learn from failures. The ability of existing skills and learning achievement that will either be able to create an interest in entrepreneurship.
