Abstract

Abstract: Problems as well as a goal of this study was to determine how much influence the morale and discipline of the productivity of employees working at PT. Sinar Pratama Galesong Malalayang. Respondents involved in this study were the number of employees is 30 people. Data were collected using questionnaires techniques and then analyzed by using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 14. The results showed that both variables Morale and Discipline Work has a very strong relationship at all to the Work Productivity in the Primary Galesong PTSinar employees Malalayang. Based on these results, it is suggested to the Chairman at PT. Primary Galesong rays should maintain discipline in particular work to employees in terms of timeliness, the ability to do a good job and have a high responsibility in work. With the increased labor discipline as mentioned above is expected that employees will be able to work well and vigorously so that the objectives of the company can be achieved. Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study to determine the effect on Quality of Life Leadership Styles on Employees' Pawnshop Regional Office V Manado. This study uses a quantitative approach to the type of research that emphasizes the statistical analysis. Variables examined in this study consists of two variables, namely: (1). leadership style as an independent variable and (2) Quality of Work Life as a dependent variable. The results showed that the effect of leadership styles on employees' quality of work life in Pawnshop Regional Office V Manado. The results of this research can be used as information for particular Pawnshop Pawnshop Headquarters Manado Region V, to know the things that should get attention, or to be a priority to improve the quality of working life of employees, as well as trying to better understand the needs of employees in the work . Abstract

Abstracts: This study moved from the indication of poor performance on the bureaucratic apparatus of the Regional Secretariat Talaud Islands. This condition is thought to be related to cultural factors and paternalistic leadership as a factor in the performance improvement pengambat. Thus, this study seeks to answer these problems in addition to simultaneously aims to assess and understand the performance of the bureaucratic apparatus adapted to the duties and functions in line with the achievement of the vision, mission and goals of the organization as well as to identify and analyze whether the leadership and culture are factors supporting or inhibiting the achievement of performance bureaucracy at the Regional Secretariat Talaud Islands. The results of the data analysis showed that the application of leadership and organizational culture at the Regional Secretariat Talaud Islands cendering paternalistic still characterized by a significant degree of dependence of the subordinates (employees) to the supervisor (leader), however, the pattern of visionary and transformative leadership and organizational culture modern began to appear in the process of implementation of the tasks and functions of the organization. Abstracts: Problem lifted in this skripsi is position mount the bank health at PT of Savings Bank of Pensiunan of National Tbk. As for intention of penelitian ini is to know how storey;level of health of PT of Savings Bank of National Pensioner (BTPN), Tbk of pursuant to method CAMEL. Benefit from this research is can become the consideration for PT of Savings Bank of Pensioner of State Tbk to know the storey;level of bank health of at year period 2010 up to 2012 till can memprediksi repair for the period of hereinafter. Research method used in this research is descriptive method, where this research is out for determine the existing problems now pursuant to data that is Financial Statement got from PT of Savings Bank of Pensioner of State Tbk. Appliance Analisi weared in this research is method CAMEL by Kuncoro Mudrajat, dkk (2002:526), with the result got by that is during three year from year 2010 up to year 2012 PT of Savings Bank of Pensioner of State Tbk obtain;get the heralthy predikat with the achievement which good semaikin from year ketahun. However control to financial position require to be conducted by because finance activity is unstable or erratic.  Therefore, suggested at PT of Savings Bank of Pensioner of State Tbk of to be conducting internal control by figuring in assessment of pursuant to ratio CAMEL of so that can measure the achievement storey;level and detect the problem which possible whereas there is in management which walk till the problem can be overcome by before generating loss of larger ones or result of goodness from penilain of ratio CAMEL can be used by a management to determine the development strategy of at next period.    Keywords : Analyse the CAMEL Bank

Abstract

Abstracts: Each employee would want advancement in their careers. This is supported by the company how to implement career development decisions must be exact. There are many factors that influence the decision making process of one's career development, but in this study focused on Information Systems Human Resource Management. How and how much influence Information Systems Human Resource Management for making decisions on career development. This study was conducted at PT. National Pension Savings Bank, Tbk Branch Manado, the hope can be input to the management and employees of the Bank, PT Bank Manado in solving problems for the progress of the company and the existing Human Resource Management. Data collection using field research, and a library research by using the techniques of interview, observation and questionnaire. This study used quantitative methods with simple correlation and regression approach. The answer to the hypothesis can be seen from these results, there is a significant relationship with the value of the correlation (r) 0.76 0.762 the results of determination r2 = 0.5776 which means the variable contribution of human resource management information system in decision-making and career development 57.76% 43.24% influenced by other variables. and test results thit 8.2082.  Keywords: Information Systems, Human Resource Management, Decision Making Career Development.

Abstract

Abstracts: This study aims to analyze the influence and relationship Assets Quality and Profitability NPL against PT. National Savings Bank (BTPN), Tbk Quarter Year during the period 2010-2012. NPL is the amount of credit that are not collectible in the classification of loans classified as substandard, doubtful and loss, penilaianya by using the ratio of non-performing loans (NPL). Both of these variables is a key indicator of PT. BTPN, Tbk in gaining profit. Profitability can be measured by using the ratio of Return on Assets (ROA). In penilaianya KAP and NPL showed that the lower the company's financial performance is getting better and the effect on Increased ROA, ROA ratio the higher the value the more profitable the company. The results of the data analysis show the value of the firm and NPL PT. BTPN, Tbk is able to be compressed quite low in accordance with the provisions stipulated by Bank Indonesia (BI), KAP and NPL PT. BTPN, Tbk capable suppressed resulting in increased company profits. Test Results of Multiple Regression Statistics show that the simultaneous Assets Quality and Non Performing Loans (NPL) have a significant effect on the profitability (ROA), amounting to 90.5% Profitability is affected by the variables studied and the remaining 9.5% is influenced by variables that are not diteleti. Partial regression test results showed NPL effect on ROA of 1.46%, while the firm is very strong in the amount of 89.04% on ROA. If the variable KAP and NPL bernilan 0% (zero) then the variable ROA is worth 6%, every 1% decrease in NPL variable will increase ROA of 0.62% and each 1% decrease in KAP variables will increase by 1.235% ROA. Overall the results of the data analysis in this study PT. BTPN, Tbk showed positive financial performance and profitable.  Keywords: earning assets, non-performing loans, return on assets

Abstract

Abstract: This work is to show how the role of social network in industrial cluster of ceramic craft art in Kasongan, Yogyakarta. This work based on research that making use of qualitative method. The research interviewed informans such as entrepreneurs, craftman, artists, and governmental officials. The result shows that there are many social networks in which entrepreneurs and craftman become its members. Bases of the social networks are various group activities related to residential territory and rite of passage of personal life of family members. The social network in cluster are able facilitate information spreading amongst entrepreneur and craftman in such a way so that the cooperation are easy to built. The social network also facilitates economic transaction between producers and buyers and cooperative formation. Vertical disaggregation and subcontract relation is to adapt to free market are supported by social network. Institutional context that influence vertical disaggregation, subcontract relation, and cooperative formation is development policy of government and regulations of export. Abstracts: The purpose of this study to determine the implementation of the regional inspectorate functions of supervision by the city of Manado. Inspectorate areas as institutional oversight duties have an important role to prevent irregularities governance. In this study using the technique of triangulation analysis. Based on the analysis of the implementation of the monitoring function, especially the Inspectorate office of Manado City, it can be concluded that the implementation of good supervision visits of inspection, testing to the investigation, it has not been effective, this is due to the inaccuracy of the time in monitoring, the data is not accurate deviations found for supervisory personnel in the office of the Inspectorate of the city of Manado. Factors affecting the implementation of the implementation of the monitoring functions of governance in the city of Manado is the apparatus includes officers who have skills, knowledge in handling jobs and besides availability of infrastructure, which supports the implementation of the monitoring carried out by the Inspectorate Office of the city of Manado.   Keywords: Functionality, Implementation, Monitoring.

Abstract

Abstracts. This study aims to determine the employee's perception of the assessment of individual performance based on indicators developed from the list of assessment implementation work. The method used is descriptive qualitative judgment sampling with sampling which is representative of the leadership and staff of the Regional Employment Board of Malang. The results show the model is fairly good assessment to assess the performance of public servants since been standardized and easy for top decision makers in the field of national personnel to evaluate and make policy. However, each type of job has a different assessment dimensions, so that a good assessment should be based on factual work of each individual. Especially in the era of autonomous forms of assessment using the DP3 is irrelevant because the system of government has changed. It seems unfair if the employee performance appraisal conducted uniformly throughout Indonesia. All you need do is to integrate the existing appraisal system for civil servants with other relevant assessment system and accommodate the situation and condition of the local government.  Keywords: Performance Assessment, Individual Employee

Abstracts: This research background by the problem in organization life, private although government not attention the aspects from the Human Relationship, especially be related to with needless problem the have quality psychology, society and spiritual. This research direction to analyze the influence Human Relationship to increasing employee performance in sub district Lolak. The method used in this research is survey research with the object of research population in this research is the all be related to with Human Relationship application and increasing employee performance in organization at environment sub district Lolak Bolaang Mongondow Regency. The sample taken in this research as much as 65 people employee taken from some office in the sub district Lolak the vertical instance although autonomy instance. Research result to show happen increasing employee performance the consequence from presence Human Relationship as much as 71 % with the other words, that every increase or added 100 scale in variable Human Relationship that increasing employee performance  can experience  big increase 71%.
