Abstract

Knowledge management and knowledge sharing activities in management of infak and sedekah need to be developed using a knowledge management system and utilize the technology and equity knowledge of managers as well as proper solution retrieval for cases in the field. In this research, Case Based Reasoning (CBR) with Nearest Neighbor algorithm is implemented to support problem and knowledge solution management based on retrieve, reuse, revise and retain approach to solution of infak and sedekah management problem. The result found that CBR application on knowledge management system based on web based infak and sedekah can support problem solution management based on retrieve, reuse, revise and retain approach to knowledge data, problems and solutions that exist in knowledge base for web based management of infak and sedekah. Abstract

Abstract Website Department of Information System under the name www.si.ilkom.unsri.ac.id is currently active in the delivery of information, announcements and news. However, for operations such as meeting agenda (invitations and minutes), the repositories of accreditation documents and promotional media for majors are still in the form of paperbase. While currently to implement accreditation, documentation should be in the form of digital documents and online data. Therefore developed an existing system by adding the repository feature of accreditation form document, agenda and promotion to web majors using SDLC (Systems Development Life Cycle) method with planning stage, analysis phase, design stage, implementation and maintenance. Abstract

eLearning offers many opportunities for improving university’s learning process. However, it is necessary to understand the maturity of university’s interaction system to assure this technology will not worsen the interaction between the system entities. This research aims to measure the learning interaction system maturity of Faculty of Computer Science Universitas Esa Unggul (Fasilkom) and propose recommendations for improving its maturity level. We modify the eLearning Maturity Model (eMM) in accordance with the characteristic of Fasilkom learning environment to get more generic model of learning system, with or without the technology. The result shows there are two main aspects that need to be improved at Fasilkom UEU learning system: (a) Academic Organization and Management, and (b) Curriculum and Learning Content Planning and Development.Keywords: maturity, system, interaction, elearning, eMMAbstrakPeluang penerapan sistem eLearning menawarkan banyak manfaat dalam mendukung proses pembelajaran di perguruan tinggi. Namun demikian, diperlukan pemahaman terhadap kesiapan kesiapan sistem interaksi pembelajaran yang ada agar penerapan teknologi ini tidak memperburuk hubungan antar entitas dalam sistem. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur kematangan dan mengusulkan rekomendasi bagi perbaikan sistem interaksi pembelajaran di Fakultas Ilmu Komputer Universitas Esa Unggul (Fasilkom). Pengukuran kematangan sistem interaksi pembelajaran dilakukan dengan mengadopsi model kematangan eLearning yang disesuaikan dengan sistem interaksi pembelajaran di lingkungan Fasilkom untuk mendapatkan model kematangan sistem pembelajaran yang lebih generik, dengan ataupun tanpa teknologi. Berdasarkan hasil studi, diusulkan rekomendasi peningkatan kematangan sistem interaksi pembelajaran di Fasilkom UEU dalam dua aspek, yaitu (a) Organisasi dan Manajemen Akademik, dan (b) Perencanaan dan Pengembangan Kurikulum dan Konten Pembelajaran.Kata Kunci: kematangan, sistem, interaksi, elearning, eMM

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis Paper try to develop a traffic dashboard web using GPX file in R programming language. GPX files be used in this research are files be collected from traffic journey of Palembang – Inderalaya for 3 months which are consist of longitude, latitude, and timestamp data. This data are cleaned dan proccesed using R programming language to get spatial information in form of map that is be presented in a website.Keywords: GPX; R; Map; WebABSTRAKTulisan ini mencoba mengembangkan web dashboard lalu lintas menggunakan file GPX dengan bahasa pemrograman R. Abstract

ABSTRACTThe utilization and existence of centrifugal machine pumps in the industrial world is very important to assist the production process, at least almost 75% of industries use this type of machine pump. As an operational tool in the industry, centrifugal pumps must be able to be used and maintained properly because the damage to the pumping machine causes the operational or production process to be not maximal even can lead to cessation of the production process, and the impact on financial losses are not small. This study aims to create a knowledge management design to assist in the manufacture of software so that ultimately can facilitate the users (technicians) centrifugal pump machine do maintenance and repair the machine. To achieve the purpose of the research the researcher uses the stages of research consisting of three stages, namely: Phase 1. Preparation and Identification of knowledge; Phase 2. Analysis and Design of Knowledge Management and Phase 3. Design of Knowledge Management Prototype. Meanwhile, to manage the knowledge and explicit knowledge of the researcher using Case-Based Reasoning (CBR) method by using Nearest Neighbor Retrieval algorithm to find the best solution in maintaining and repairing centrifugal pump machine by calculating the proximity between new technical constraints and the old technical obstacle already in the database. This study resulted in a knowledge management design consisting of functional requirements and flow and software algorithms to assist application developers in the creation of knowledge management software interfaces to maintain and repair centrifugal pump machines.Keywords: Centrifugal Pump Machine, Knowledge Management, Case-Based Reasoning

Abstract

ABSTRACTPT. Bank Central Asia is the biggest private bank in Indonesia that always offer various banking solutions which address customers’ financial needs. Through various high quality and targeted products and services, BCA financial solution supports personal financial planning and customers’ business development. KlikBCA Individual (KBI) is one of the services that BCA offers to enable cutomers required to have a thorough measurement of Information System / Information Technology application performance from several aspects. The methodology used in this research is IT Balanced Scorecard. The result of IS/IT performance analysis at PT. Bank Central Asia using IT Balance Scorecard Framework shows that the highest perspective is the company contribution as much as 19.33%, followed by the future perspective as much as 19%, the user orientation perspective as much as 18.8%, and the last is operationalization perspective as much as 14.58%. The final result is 71.71% which indicates that it has reached a good level.Keywords: IS / IT Performance, IT Balanced Scorecard, KlikBCA Individual.ABSTRAKPT. Bank Central Asia merupakan bank swasta terbesar di Indonesia yang selalu menawarkan beragam solusi perbankan yang menjawab kebutuhan finansial nasabah. Melalui beragam produk dan layanan yang berkualitas dan tepat sasaran, solusi finansial BCA mendukung perencanaan keuangan pribadi dan perkembangan nasabah bisnis. KlikBCA Individual (KBI) adalah salah satu layanan yang diberikan BCA kepada nasabah agar dapat melakukan transaksi perbankan dengan praktis, aman dan mudah. Untuk itu diperlukan sebuah pengukuran kinerja aplikasi Sistem Informasi / Teknologi Informasi secara menyeluruh dari beberapa aspek. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah IT Balanced Scorecard. Hasil analisa kinerja SI/TI pada PT. Bank Central Asia menggunakan Kerangka IT Balanced Scorecard menunjukkan hasil tertinggi pada perspektif kontribusi perusahaan sebesar 19,33%, lalu perspektif masa depan dengan nilai 19%, yang ketiga adalah perspektif orientasi pengguna sebesar 18,8% dan yang terakhir adalah perspektif operasionalisasi dengan nilai 14,58%. Hasil akhir pencapaian adalah 71,71%, yang berarti sudah berada pada level baik.Kata kunci: Kinerja SI/TI, IT Balanced Scorecard, KlikBCA Individual.

Abstract

ABSTRAKAktivitas pengelolaan pengetahuan dan berbagi pengetahuan dalam pengelolaan infak dan sedekah perlu dikembangkan dengan menggunakan sistem manajemen pengetahuan dan memanfaatkan teknologi dengan tujuan untuk pemerataan pengetahuan pengelola serta pengambilan solusi yang tepat atas kasus-kasus yang ada di lapangan. Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan penerapan Case Based Reasoning (CBR) dengan algoritma Nearest Neighbor untuk mendukung pengelolaan masalah dan solusi pengetahuan berdasarkan pendekatan retrieve, reuse, revise dan retain atas solusi atas masalah pengelolaan infak dan sedekah. Abstract

ABSTRACT Prospective new students are groups of children who want to learn or want to know the science of religion and science, The decision support system of new students is part of computer-based information systems used to support decision making in an organization or company The problem of this study is that every new school year, pesantren receives acceptance and selection of new santri candidates, to know the process of selection of students at Pondok Mondern Al-Islam, this selection process often causes problems such as limited selection committee, duration of assessment, and sometimes subjective assessment causing mistakes analyzing prospective santri accepted or rejected. Therefore, research decision support system (SPK) is done. This research will point to a case that seeks the best alternative based on predetermined criteria using the method of Booking Preference Technique with Similarity with Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). The research is done by finding the weight value for each attribute, then done the ranking process that will determine the optimal alternative, that is the best santri. The purpose of this study is to facilitate users of information systems decision-making, the method used in this system is by Method method Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). to provide appropriate references with appropriate criteria, with delphi programming language and software, support used is Delphi Data collection methods using observation. The conclusion reached by the existence of this created system is expected to help and facilitate in giving reference.Keywords: The decision support system, TOPSIS, the new santri for the boarding school.ABSTRAKCalon santri baru adalah sekumpulan anak - anak yang ingin mempelajari atau ingin mengetahui ilmu agama maupun ilmu pengetahuan, Sistem pendukung keputusan penerimaan santri baru adalah bagian dari sistem informasi berbasis komputer yang dipakai untuk mendukung pengambilan keputusan dalam suatu organisasi atau perusahaan. Masalah pada penelitian ini adalah setiap tahun ajaran baru, Pesantren mengadakan penerimaan dan penyeleksian calon santri baru, untuk menentukan proses penyeleksian santri di Pondok Mondern Al-Islam, proses penyeleksian ini sering timbul permasalahan seperti terbatasnya panitia seleksi, lamanya penilaian, serta penilaian yang terkadang subyektif yang menyebabkan kesalahan menganalisis calon santri yang diterima atau ditolak., Oleh sebab itu dilakukan penelitian sistem penunjang keputusan (SPK). Penelitian ini akan diangkat suatu kasus yaitu mencari alternative terbaik bedasarkan kriteria-kriteria yang telah ditentukan dengan menggunakan metode Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). Penelitian dilakukan dengan mencari nilai bobot untuk setiap atribut, kemudian dilakukan proses perankingan yang akan menentukan alternatif yang optimal, yaitu santri terbaik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memudahkan pengguna terhadap sistem informasi pengambilan keputusan, metode yang digunakan dalam sistem ini yaitu dengan Metode metode Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). untuk memberi referensi yang tepat dengan kriteria yang sesuai, dengan bahasa pemrograman delphi dan perangkat lunak, pendukung yang digunakan adalah Delphi Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi. Kesimpulan yang dicapai dengan adanya sistem yang diciptakan ini diharapkan dapat membantu dan mempermudah dalam memberi referensi.

Abstract

ABSTRACTIn their daily life, humans usually use hands for the interaction between humans and machines or humans andhuman so that the human-computer interaction and computer-based Computer Vision using fingers has more valuethan using other objects. Many techniques are developed based on the Computer Vision model, one of the techniquethat is implemented in this field is Hand Tracking. The use of such techniques uses certain algorithms to improveperformance, one of which is the filter algorithm. Kalman Filter is an estimator algorithm in which informationfrom an object is detected in a frame and the status of the object in the previous frame to create an approximatestatus of the new state of the object so that the process of unstable object movements in the tracking process thatoccurs due to noise can be minimized by the kalman filter. The use of Hand Tracking techniques and Kalman Filteralgorithm is expected to meet the needs of more advanced human and computer interactions. The results of thisstudy are expected to be useful as a means of scientific development in the field of informatics engineering and theability to build software in the field of Hand Tracking techniques and Kalman Filter algorithm as well as expectedThis application can be used for personal or public interest.Keywords: Computer Vision, Hand Tracking, kalman FilterABSTRAKDalam kesehariannya, manusia seringkali menggunakan tangan untuk interaksi antara manusia dan mesin ataupunmanusia dengan manusia sehingga interaksi manusia dan komputer berbasis Computer Vision mengunakan jaritangan memiliki nilai lebih dibandingkan menggunakan objek lain. Banyak teknik yang dikembangkan berdasarkanmodel Computer Vision, salah satu teknik yang sering diimplementasikan dalam bidang ini adalah Hand Tracking.Sering kali penggunaan teknik tersebut menggunakan algoritma tertentu untuk meningkatkan kinerjanya, salahsatunya adalah algoritma kalman filter. Kalman Filter adalah sebuah algoritma estimator yang dimana informasidari objek terdeteksi di suatu frame dan status objek tersebut pada frame sebelumnya untuk membuat statusperkiraan dari status baru objek tersebut sehingga proses pergerakan objek yang tidak stabil pada proses trackingyang terjadi karena noise dapat diminimalkan oleh kalman filter. Penggunaan teknik Hand Tracking dan algoritmaKalman Filter diharapkan mampu memenuhi kebutuhan interaksi manusia dan komputer yang lebih maju. Hasilpenelitian ini diharapkan berguna sebagai sarana pengembangan keilmuan dalam bidang teknik informatikadan kemampuan dalam membangun perangkat lunak pada bidang teknik Hand Tracking dan algorita KalmanFilter serta diharapkan Aplikasi ini dapat digunakan untuk kepentingan pribadi maupun umum.Kata Kunci : Computer Vision, Hand Tracking, kalman Filter
