Abstract

From this aims to ditermine the effect of professional kompetence (X1) to work kepuasan (Y1), Organizational commitment (X2) on job satisfaction (Y1), professional competence (X1) to kinerjaguru (Y2), organizational commitment (X2) on the performance teacher (Y2) and job satisfaction on teacher performance (Y2) are mediated by job satisfaction. The population in this study was a Junior High School teachers sekecamatan Kedungwuni Pekalongan in 2014, including a number of 100 respondents and population studies. The method of analysis used qualitative and quantitative methods. Quantitative analysis is performed using multiple regression testing and test hypotheses on the significance set at 5%. To analyze the models with SPSS 19.0. From the results of this study showed that no significant influence of professional competence, then it implies that job satisfaction does not mediate the professional competence of the teachers performance. The organizational commitment both directly and indirectly positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and teacher performance. The results of this study can be used by subsequent researchers as reference material in the field of Science studies the like. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Influence Work Discipline, Work Motivation, Organizational Commitment and Job Satisfactionon to Teacher Performance in MTs Ministry of Religius at Kedungwuni District of Pekalongan.In this study population of all primary school teachers in MTs Ministry of Religius at Kedungwuni District of Pekalongan  civil servants, while the samples used as many as 141 people as respondents to the census technique. With a respondent criteria PNS Elementary Teacher in MTs Ministry of Religius at Kedungwuni District of Pekalongan. the District Education Office.Measure mentsusing 5 Likert scale ( five ) alternative answers.Test instrumentsused are validity and reliability. While the test model used is the coefficient of determinationand F test ( goodnes of Fit ). Test this hypothesisusing regression analysis.Based on the results of the study can be summarized asfollows: (i) Discipline positive and significant impact on teacher performance, (ii) Motivation  positive and significant impact on teacher performance, (iii) Organizational Commitment positive and significant impact on teacher performance and (iv) Job Satisfaction has negative effect against Teacher’s Performance. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence Influence of Work Motivation and Discipline Supervision on Teacher Performance Moderated Elementary Principal at one-District of Batang. In this study population of all primary school teachers in the District of Batang PNS, whereas the sample used was 126 persons as respondents to the census technique. With a respondent criteria PNS Elementary Teachers in the District Education Office Trunk Unit. Measurements using a Likert scale of 7 (seven) alternative answers. Test instruments used are validity and reliability. While the test model used is the coefficient of determination and F test (goodnes of Fit). Test this hypothesis using regression analysis. Based on the results of the study can be summarized as follows: (i) Motivation no impact on teacher performance, (ii) Work Discipline has no effect on teacher performance, (iii) (ii) Supervising Principal has no effect on teacher performance, (iv)Supervising Principal does not moderate the effect of motivation on teacher performance, and (v) Principal supervision Work Discipline does not moderate the influence of the Teacher Performance Keywords:  Work Motivation, Work Discipline, Supervising Principal, and Teacher Performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of teachers’ competence and organizational commitment to the performance of primary school teachers that are moderated by transformational leadership. Sources of data are primary data collected directly trough questionnaires from respondents. Measurement of variables using five alternative answers of Likert scale. Based on research result can be summarized that teachers’ competence, organizational commitment, and transformational leadership variables have positive and significant influence towards teachers’ performance. The variable of transformational leadership is not moderating variable of teachers’ competence towards their performance and the variable of transformational leadership is not moderating variable of  organizational commitmet towards teachers’ performance. Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of the principal leadership in moderating the influence of motivation and job satisfaction of the teachers performance. Population and sample are teachers of elementary schools in the Kandeman district.The data were obtained by distributing 147 pieces questionnairs,but only 144 are processed because 3 questionnairs were not returned by the respondents.Statistical testing  data include:: validity test with factor analysis techniques, normality test, hyterokesdastisitas test, reliability test using Cronbachs alpha formula, determination test,  F test, statistical t test and effect moderation test.The results of this study states that: (1) motivation has significant effect on teacher performance (2) job satisfaction has significant effect on teacher performance (3) Principals Leadership has significant role, in moderating the motivation on the teacher performance and (4) the principal leadership has significant role, in moderating the job satisfaction effect on the teacher performance. Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of labor discipline and competence of the teachers performance in the organizational commitment mediated SMP at Pati District. Selection of respondents who performed with proportionale stratified random sampling of 179 people.Data were collected using a questionnaire, after which the data were processed using SPSS 19th disipin results showed a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, competence and a significant positive effect on organizational commitment, discipline and no significant positive effect on teacher performance, competencies influence positively and significant impact on teacher performance, organizational commitment and no significant positive effect on teacher performance. Abstract

With the criteria of the respondents are civil servants Teachers in Secondary Schools Kecematan Batang, Batang. Measurements using a Likert scale with 5 (five) alternative answers. Test instrument used is the validation and reliability. While the test model used is the coefficient of determination and F test (goodnes of Fit). Test this hypothesis using regression analysis. Based on the results of the study can be summarized as follows: (i) Motivation positive and significant impact on teacher performance, (ii) Work Discipline positive and significant impact on teacher performance, (iii) the principals leadership style has no effect on teacher performance, (iv) Style Principal leadership has no effect on work motivation against performance Teachers, (v) the principals leadership style had no effect on performance erhadap Work Discipline Master. Abstract

This study aims to analize the influence of commitment and competence on teacher performance  moderated by headmaster supervision. Testing instrument using validity and reliability,normality test,asumption test using heteroskedastisitas, are testing a model using the coefficient of determination and the F test (Goodness of Fit). The results of hypotheses testing obtained the results that competence of teacher positively and significance effect of the teacher performance,  organizational commitment unsignifiance effect of the teacher performance, headmaster supervision positively and significance effect of the teacher performance, headmaster supervision weakness then the influence competence on teacher performance and headmaster supervision don’t  influence on commitment with  teacher performance Keywords: competence, commitment, supervision, teacher performance.

Abstract

The success of teachers in performing their duties as well as an indicator of teacher performance can be known from student’s learning achievement. The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the effect of teachers discipline on job satisfaction in all Pemalang SMK, test and analyze the effect of motivation on job satisfaction of teachers in all Pemalang SMK, test and analyze the effect of teacher discipline on the performance in all Pemalang SMK, test and analyze the effect of motivation on teacher performance in all Pemalang SMK The method used in this research is descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The population of this study was all Pemalang SMK teachers as many as 314 people. The sample was 176 people that were taken proportionally in each school. To determine the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable multiple linear regression analysis were used. Based on the analysis of data it can be concluded that the discipline has positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of teachers in all Pemalang SMK. Motivation has positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of teachers in all Pemalang SMK. Discipline positive and significant impact on teacher performance in all Pemalang SMK. Motivation has positive and significant impact on teacher in all Pemalang SMK. Satisfaction has positive and a significant effect on teacher performance in all Pemalang SMK. Job satisfaction does not mediate the effect on performance of work discipline. Abstract

This study examined the Effects of Competence and Intrinsic Motivation  on Performance Teacher intervened by job satisfaction (Case study in SMA Negeri in  Pemalang ). The specific objectives of the study is to examine how the the effects of Competence and Intrinsic Motivation  on Performance Teacher intervened by job satisfaction (Case study in SMA Negeri in  Pemalang) . The purpose of this study is to explain and extend previous research on the Effects of Competence and Intrinsic Motivation  on Performance Teacher intervened by job satisfaction. The population in this study were high school teachers in Pemalang. The samples of 116 teachers were determined using the Slovin formula and Proportional Random Sampling technique. In this study used primary data obtained by questionnaire. The research using questionnaire in a question form of high school teachers in Pemalang. This method research using computerized approach to the statistical program SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science). The method of data analysis used linear regression to test an intervening. The results shows that competence has a positive and significant impact on teacher performance. Intrinsic motivation has not significant effect on job satisfaction. Competence has a positive and significant impact on  performance of teachers. intrinsic motivation is not significant  on teachers performance. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant on teacher s performance . Keywords : competence, intrinsic motivation, job satisfaction and mediation .
