Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the role of school leadership and competence moderate the influence of motivation on teacher performance studies at SMK in the town of Pekalongan. Research methods with quantitative approaches questionnaire data collection techniques using questionnaires, system surveys, questionnaires, observation, interviews and dokumentasi.Populasi in this study were all teachers SMK bersatatus Pekalongan city and civil servants are already certified in Pekalongan city amounted to 140 teachers. The analysis used in this study is a regression technique (regression) to test the hypothesis t - test at the 5% level of significance (α = 0.05). The results showed no effect of motivation on teacher performance, the existence of positive and significant impact on the performance of the competence of teachers, the leadership role of the principal has no effect on teacher performance, the role of school leadership motivation moderate the significant effect on the performance of teachers and the lack of effect of leadership role moderate the principal competency on teacher performance.Keywords: Leadership principals moderate the motivation and competence of the teacher performance

Abstract

This study was to investigate the efficacy of motivation and the performance of teachers. The specific objectives of this study is to examine and analyze whether work motivation and self-efficacy moderated by organizational culture. The research data is primary data collected directly from the respondents to the questionnaire. The method of data analysis using Moderation Regression Analisys (MRA)-type quasi moderator. The results showed that motivation, self-efficacy and organizational culture significantly influence the performance of teachers. In addition to the organizational culture does not moderate the effect of teacher performance and motivation with organizational culture did not moderate the effect of self-efficacy with the teachers performance. Abstract

The objektive of research to: 1) Know the effect of job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior; 2) Determine the influence of organizational  commitment on organizational citizenship behavior; 3) Analyze the role of percieved organizational support moderates the effect of job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior; 4) Analyze the role of percieved organizational support moderates the effect of organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior. The results of this study can contribute to development of models organizational citizenship behavior, making it useful for academics and practitioners. This study is a correlational study to examine the relationship between variables. The samples in this study were employees of the Dinas Kelautan dan Perikanan Kendal, and the data of this research is primary data derived from the question naire. The results of this study indicate that: 1) The variable job satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on organizational citizenship behavior variables, with a coefficient of 0.580 and significant at 0.000; 2) Variable of organizational commitment has a positive and  significant influence on organizational citizenship behavior variables, with a coefficient of 0.370 and significant at 0.039; 3) Percieved organizational support as a moderating variable has a significant positive effect between job satisfaction with organizational citizenship behavior, with a coefficient of 2.072 and significant at 0.006; 4) Percieved organizational support as a moderating variable has no significant effect between organizational commitment with organizational citizenship behavior, because significant at 0.210. Abstract

Smartphone market is saturated and more competitive level of competition, making it difficult for companies to apply superior strategy than its competitors. Smartphone Smartfren brand was first marketed in June 2013, and was already able to occupy the second rank and the only local vendor in the top five for smartphone sales in Indonesia in the Year 2013 to Quarter IV. Smartfren use strategies in order to create sustainable competitive advantage of customer loyalty. This strategy involves creating a product that can deliver superior customer value and low price. Research on the influence of superior customer value and price perception towards sustainable competitive advantage and its impact on customer loyalty is still relatively limited and inconsistent results. Therefore, this study aimed to analyze the influence of superior customer value and price perception towards sustainable competitive advantage and customer loyalty The research sample set of 100 people Smartfren brand smartphone customers in the city of Semarang. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. Data obtained by using a questionnaire, and then analyzed using path analysis. The results showed that superior customer value and price perceptions directly influence customer loyalty. Superior customer value and price perceptions indirect effect on customer loyalty through sustainable competitive advantage. Sustainable competitive advantage influence on customer loyalty. Abstract

This study was to investigate the perceptions of fairness moderate the effect of compensation on performance and job satisfaction . The specific objectives of this study is to examine and analyze whether the role of justice perceptions moderate the effect of compensation on performance and job satisfaction . Usefulness of the research is to explain and extend previous research on the effect of compensation , job satisfaction and perceptions of fairness on performance . Population and study sample was Bendan City Hospital employees pekalongan of 120 people . The research data is primary data collected directly from the respondents to the questionnaire . The research method approach with computer software SPSS for Windows version 17. The method of data analysis using Moderation Regression Analisys ( MRA ) -type quasi moderator . The results showed that perceptions of fairness weaken the influence of job satisfaction on performance , as well as perceptions of fairness does not moderate the effect of compensation on performance . Abstract

Pengumpulan data denganmetodesensusdari 137 orang guru respoden di SMA NegeriKecamatanDemakKabupatenDemak.Tehnikpenelitian yang dipakaiadalahmetodepopulasi .Tehnikpengujian data yang digunakandalampenelitianinimeliputiujivaliditas, ujireliabilitas, analisisregresiberganda, uji model, uji t danujimoderasiuntukmengujidanmembuktikanhipotesispenelitian. Hasilujivaliditasmenunjukkannilai KMO variabelkedisiplinan 0,759 untukvariabelkompetensiprofesional 0,703 untukvariabelkepemimpinan 0, 720  ,  maka data tersebutdinyatakan valid karena KMO nilainya di atas 0,5. HasilujireliabilitasnyamenunjukkanangkaAlpha Cronbachuntuk fariabel kedisiplinan 0,786 , untukvariabelkompetensiprofesional 0,933, untukvariabelkepemimpinan 0,947 untukvariabelkinerja 0, 883, maka data tersebutdinyatakanreliabelkarenaAlpha Cronbachnilainya di atas 0,7. Berdasarkan hasil dari analisis dan pembahasan menunjukkan bahwa kedisiplinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru , kompetensi profesional  berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, kepemimpinan memoderasi pengaruh kedisiplinan terhadap kinerja signifikasinya 0,094 melebihi dari 0,05 sehingga memperlemah. Kepemimpinan memoderasi pengaruh Kompetensi profesional terhadap kinerja signifikasinya 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05.sehingga memperkuat Kata Kunci : Kedisiplinan,KompetensiProfesional, KepemimpinanKepalasekolah , danKinerja

Abstract

The general objective to be achieved in this research is to examine the professional competence and discipline against the performance of teacher motivation, while the goals are mediated in particular is a professional competence test influence of motivation, test the influence of the discipline of a professional test the motivation, competence of the teachers performance, test the influence of discipline against the performance of teachers and test the effects of motivation on performance of teachers. This study examines the influence of professional competence and discipline on performance teacher mediated motivation. In this study involved 152 people respondents, all of whom is father/mother teacher PNS and GTT JUNIOR Country Se-Town garden, Pemalang. The benefits of this research there are two (2), namely: teoristis benefits can serve as a study material to enrich, broaden and deepen the concept and theory of professional competence, discipline, motivation and performance of teachers, while the practical benefits as 1. the Foundation for similar researchers with regard to professional competence, discipline, motivation and performance of teachers. 2. become inputs to the school, academia, Government, and education service district/city and Government in an attempt to improve the performance of teachers.Keywords: Kompetensi Profesional, discipline, motivasi and teacher performance.

Abstract

This study examined the role of the Moderating Effect of Organizational Culture Intrinsic Motivation, Emotional Intelligence and competence professionel on Performance of State High School Teachers in District Taman. The specific objectives of the study is to examine how the Moderating Role of Organizational Culture Influence Intrinsic Motivation , Emotional Intelligence and competence professionel on Performance Teachers in District Taman. This study describes the usability and extend previous research on the Effect of Intrinsic Motivation Emotional Intelligence and competence professionel on Performance Master. The population in this study were high school teachers in the district Taman  State totaling 156 people. In this study using primary data obtained by questionnaire. The research method using a computerized approach to the statistical program SPSS ( Statistical Package for Social Science ). The method of data analysis used linear regression to test the moderating effects. The results showed that intrinsic motivation has a positive and significant impact on performance. Emotional intelligence has is not positive and not significant impact on performance. Competence Professionel has a positive and significant impact on performance .. Organizational culture moderates the effect of intrinsic motivation has an effect on performance is not positive and not significant. While organizational culture moderates the influence of emotional intelligence is not significant to the performance of teachers. Organizational culture moderates the effec of competence professional is not significant to the performance of theachers..Keywords : organizational culture, intrinsic motivation, emotional intelligence, competence professional, performance and moderation.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the moderating influence of the principal supervision of organizational commitment and personal competence of the teacher's performance in MTs.N Pati . The research was conducted on the teacher at MTs in Pati as many as 109 respondents , using the data collected by the census technique . A statistical technique is used to test the validity of the component matrix , Cronbach alpha reliability test , test with the adjusted r ² r square and t tests .   Test results obtained hypothesized that 1 ) no significant effect of organizational commitment on teacher performance , 2 ) the competence of the teacher 's personality and a significant positive effect on teacher performance , 3 ) supervision of the principal positive and significant effect on the performance of teachers , 4 ) Supervision of the principal does not moderate the effect of commitment to teacher performance , and 5 ) the principal supervision does not moderate the effect of teacher competence on teacher performance in MTs N Pati .
