Abstract

This study aimed to examine the influence of organizational commitment and emotional intteligence to the teacher’s performence of Public Senior High School with moderation of transformasional leadership. The specific study of this study is to examine the role of transformasional leadership moderates the influence of organizational commitment and emotional intteligence to the teacher’s performance. The usefulness of this study is to  explain and  extebnd previous study on the role of transformasional leadership moderate the influence of organizational commitment and emotional intteligence to the teacher’s performance.This study used a population of high school teachers in Pati district, Pati regency were 116 teachers. Sampling techniques in this study is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling method. The analysis technique used is the regression model of quasi moderation. Based on the result  the writer can summarize as follows:The organizational commitment influents the teacher’s performance positively, the emotional inteligence influents the teacher’s performanec positively, the transformational leadership also influents the teacher’s performance positively, the transformational leadership does not moderate the influence of  organizazional commitment to the teacher’s performance, the transformational leadership strengthen the influence  of emotional inteligence to the teacher’s performance.Keywords: Organizational Commitment, Emotional Inttelligence, Transformational Leadership and Teacher’s Performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the relationship of teacher competence, discipline and supervision of principals on teacher performance. Research questions posed in this study are (1) how competence affect the performance of teachers, (2) how disiplini affect the performance of teachers (3) How supervising the principal influence on the performance of teachers (4) Is the principal's supervision moderating influence on the performance of competence teacher (5) Is the principal moderate supervision disciplinary influence on teacher performance. The study population was a teacher at SMK SMK sub rayon 01 Semarang as much as 234. The samples using purposive sampling, in order to get a sample of 113 respondents. The method of data collection is by using a questionnaire. Technical analysis of data using multiple regression. The results showed that the effect on the performance of teacher competence, discipline and significant positive effect on teacher performance. supervision of the principal influence on teacher performance. supervision of the principal does not memodersi relation to the performance of teacher competence.Keywords: Competence of Teachers, Discipline, Teacher Performance and Supervision of The Principal

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of job characteristics and competence of the teacher's performance with the mediation of job satisfaction in SMP Muhammadiyah of Pati regency. Sampling was done by census method so that all teachers who work in SMP Muhammadiyah of Pati regency, amounting to 99 people as respondents. Data collected by distributing questionnaires to the respondents and all questionnaires were returned with complete. Mechanical testing data used include test validity by factor analysis, reliability testing with Cronbach’s alpha formula, multiple regression analysis, and the significance test, the coefficient of determination to prove the truth of the research hypothesis and test mediation. The results showed that; job characteristics and competencies of teachers has positive and significant impact on job satisfaction, job characteristics and competencies of teachers has positive and significant impact on teacher performance, job satisfaction is not able to mediate the effect of job characteristics on teacher performance, and job satisfaction is able to mediate the effect of the influence on the performance of teachers' competence.Keywords: Job Characteristics, Competencies, Job Satisfaction, Teacher Performance

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the influence of personality and motivation on the performance of teachers in non-government Islamic Junior High School (MTs Swasta)  Winong district Pati regency with organizational culture moderated. The specific objectives of this study was to explain and to enlarge the previuos study about the influence of personality and motivation on the performance of teachers with organizational culture moderated. This study used a population of teachers in non-government Islamic Junior High School (MTs Swasta)  Winong District Pati Regency totally 102 teachers. Sampling techniques in this study is sampling jenuh. This method used is regression with absolute difference moderation. Based on the results of the study can be summarized as follows:   personality has  a significant and positive influence on the teacher performance, motivation has  a significant and positive influence on the teacher performance, organizational culture has  a significant and positive influence on the teacher performance, but organizational culture do not moderate the influence of personality and motivation on the teacher’s performance.Keywords: Personality, Motivation, Organizational Culture, Teacher Performance

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of Competence and Motivation on Teacher Performance moderated Principal Leadership (Studies in Teacher Private MTs Winong District of Pati regency). This study included in the quantitative research using survey method through descriptive analysis approach. This study whit a census tehnic where the sample size is equal to the population of as many as 115 teachers, while the data is processed as many as 102 teachers. Measurements using a Likert scale with 5 (five) alternative answers. Test instruments used are validity and reliability. Normality Test (1 Sample-KS) Classical Assumption Test (test heterokedastisitas) The test model used is the coefficient of determination (R2) and the F test (Goodness of Fit). Test this hypothesis using regression analysis. Based on the results of the study can be summarized as follows: (i) Competence positive and significant impact on teacher performance, (ii) Motivation positive and significant impact on teacher performance, (iii) Leadership Principal positive and significant impact on teacher performance, (iv) Effect Competence of the Teacher Performance is not moderated Leadership Principal, (iv) Effect of Motivation on teacher performance is not moderated Leadership PrincipalKeywords: Competence, Motivation, Leadership Principal and Teacher Performance

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of Empowerment and, Quality of Work Life on the Performance of mediation Organizational Citizenship Behavior at Biro Umum of Central Java. The population is an employee of the agency as much as 305 employees, while the samples to be taken in this study of 173 respondents with a sampling method using proportional sampling. Research instrument used by questionnaire using Likert scale. The technique test data in this study includes testing instruments, test models, test hypotheses and test mediation. Based on the research that has been done, it can be seen that the empowerment of a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Quality of work life of a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Empowerment of a positive and significant effect on performance. Quality of work life of a positive and significant effect on performance. Organizational Citizenship Behavior of a positive and significant effect on performance. Mediation test results of Organizational Citizenship Behavior didn’t mediated the effect of empowerment on the performance and also Organizational Citizenship Behavior didn’t mediated the effect of quality of work life on the performance.Keywords: Empowerment, Quality of Work Life, Organizational Citizenship Behavior and Performance

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze Servant leadership and influence the working climate of the performance through motivation District Department of Transportation in Kendal. This research uses field research (field research ) , with a quantitative approach . The population in this reserach was the employees of Dinas Perhubungan, it’s about 76 employees. The sample used in this study is the total population of of Dinas Perhubungan totaling 74 respondents  ( the leader and researcher are not as respondents ) . this analysis technique used linear analysis model testing , Test R2 , F-test , testing the hypothesis used the t test. The results showed that, (1) the servant leadership positive effect on the motivation of employees  (2) Work climate positive effect on motivation,(3) the servant leadership does’t  positive effect on employee performance, (4) Work climate positive effect on the performance of employee 5) Motivation has positive effect on the performance of employee.Keywords: Servant Leadership, Work Climate, Motivation, and Performance of Employee

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of motivation and work dicipline on the performance of Kesatrian  senior high school teachers Semarang under the principals leadership as a moderation variable. In this research, the population is about 101 respondents and uses explanatory research with the criteria of Kesatrian 2 Senior High School’s teachers Semarang. The measurement use a likert scale of five alternative answers. Test instruments being used are validity and reliability, while normality test uses Kolmogorov Smirnov Statistic Test. Heteroskedasrisitas Test using Glejser method, the test model use the coefficient of determination (Adjust R Square) and F test (Good ness of Fit), whereas hypothesis test uses regression analyze with t-test on significant rate 0f 0,05. Based on the results of the study, it can be summarized as follows:  Motivation has positif and signification effect on teacher performance, Work Discipline has positif and signification effect on teacher performance, The principal leadership doesn’t have  effect on teacher performance, The principal leadership role doesn’t moderate  influence of motivation on teacher performance, and  The principals leadership role doesn’t moderate  influence work discipline on teacher performance Keywords: Principal Leadership, Motivation, Discipline, and  Teachers   Performance

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the factors that cause  stacking of utilization and impact caused by the stacking of budget utilization as well as to find a solution that must be done so that budget utilization in Central Java province SKPDs (local government working units) more effectively. Research technique used is quantitative descriptive method. The sample was 50 SKPDs  in the Regional Government of Central Java Province. The data was collected using a Likert scale questionnaire 1-5. The data testing method used is validity testing by factor analysis, reliability test with Cronbach Alpha, and statistical description of the variables. The Results of the analysis and discussion showed that the most important factors causing the low budget utilization in SKPDs in Central Java province is the procurement of goods and services, including: 1) officials of procurement of goods and services that was too cautious in taking action led to extending the processing time; 2) the reluctance to become officials of the procurement of goods and services that is considered high risk concerning legal proceedings. Suggestions can be submitted to the Government of Central Java Province are: to distribute employees who have a certificate of  the procurement of goods and services evenly to all departments; speed up the procurement process, and conduct procurement certification training in the earlier of  year. Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the impact of leadership and motivation towards Bank Jateng employees performance in Semarang, and job satisfaction as an intervening variable. This research is a quantitative research using analytical survey approach. The Population of this research are Bank Jateng employees in the city of Semarang, Central Java. The sampling method used in this research is purposive sampling technique, and the obtained sample was 134. Data collection using Likert scale 1-5 closed questionnaire. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression and path analysis. The results showed that: leadership and motivation have significant positive impact on job satisfaction of employees at the Bank Jateng in Semarang. Leadership, motivation and job satisfaction have significant positive effect on the performance of employees at the Bank Jateng in Semarang. Job satisfaction is not as an intervening variable in the relationship between leadership and motivation towards Bank Jateng employees performance in Semarang.
