Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of workload and competence to employee performance with organizational commitment as a moderation in the Regional Secretariat of Rembang Region. The population in this study was a civil servant at the Regional Secretariat of Rembang Region, amounting to 168 people. Sampling by using the "census method" Data obtained by questionnaire to 168 employees.The result of this studi correctly proved that model’s ability to explain the effect of variable workload, competence is equal to 9.1% of the employee's performance. While others at 80.9% is explained by variables outside the model. The results of hypothesis, the effects of workload is negative and significant to employee performance, competency positive and significant to the performance of employees, organizational commitment proved to be a moderation (strengthen) the effect of workload on employee performance and organizational commitment is not proved to be a moderating effect of competence on employee performance.. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kepribadian dan quality of work life terhadap kinerja dengan mediasi kepuasan kerja Jumlah populasi Petugas Lapangan Keluarga Berencana sebanyak 119 orang dan jumlah sampel sebanyak 86 orang. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Pengujian menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas dan uji regresi. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa Kepribadian terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Quality of work life terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadapkepuasan kerja Kepribadian terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja Quality of work life terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja Kepuasan kerja terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja PLKB, Dari perhitungan jalur Path menunjukkan bahwa Kepuasan kerja terbukti tidak memediasi terhadap kinerja PLKB.   Kata Kunci :Kepribadian, Quality of Work Life, Kinerja, dan Kepuasan Kerja

Abstract

This study examines the effect of discipline and competence to the performance of techers with academic supervision moderated. Popilation in this study were the teachers PNS SD UPTD Pamotan Distric, Rembang Distric as many as 196 people with a data sample of 132 people based on the formula SLOVIN. Data were collected using questionnaires then processed using SPSS 19. The results showed positive and significant discipline on teacher performance, competency pedagogic negative and no significant impact on the teacher performace, discipline moderated academic supervisiont negative and significant impact on teacher performance, competence moderated academic supervision negative and no significant effect on the performace of teachers. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyse, experimentally, the relationships between motivation and competencies to teacher performance with school commitments as mediating. Participants compriseed 114 teacher from SMK N in the whole district Gunem (SMK N  and SMK  Gunem). Data were collected using a questionnaire, after which the data were processed using SPSS 17. Test instruments used are validity and reliability . While ui model used is the coefficient of determination and test F  . Test this hypothesis using regression analysis. Result of research analysis express that motivation and competence has positive influence and significant toorganizational commitment, motivation hasn’t influence and significant to teacher performance, competence has positive influence and significant to teacher performance, organizational commitment hasn’t  positive influence and significant to teacher performance. Key Words:     motivation, competencies, teacher performance and organisasion commitmen.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the relationship between job characteristics, job satisfaction, employee psychological capital and OCB the performance of employees of BPRS Artha Surya Barokah ltd. samples that taken for this study are employees of BPRS Artha Surya Barokah ltd who have minimum term of 1 years, in job it is about 82 people. Samples were taken by using purposive sampling method. The research instrument was a questionnaire. The collected data was processed using a technique of multiple regression analysis with SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science). The analysis showed 1) the characteristics of the work does not affect the OCB, 2) job satisfaction affect on OCB, 3) capital of the psychology of the employees do not influence OCB, 4) job characteristics affect the work positively, 5) job satisfaction does not affect the performance, job satisfaction does not affect the performance Keywords: job characteristics, job satisfaction, employee psychological capital, OCB, performance

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze whether there is influence psychological capital and organizational commitment influence on the performance of the resistance changes as moderation. Sampling was done by purposive sampling method the employees of the Bureau of the General Secretariat of Central Java province which amounted to 102 as a sample. Engineering test data used in this study include test validity by factor analysis, reliability testing with Cronbach alpha formula, regression analysis, and the significance test, the coefficient of determination to prove the research hypothesis and test moderation. The results showed that; psychological capital have a significant effect on performance. Organizationalcommitment significantly influence performance. Psychology capital on performance weakened by resistance changes. Organizational commitment has no significant effect on the performance moderated by the resistance change. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the influence of supervisor support and empowerment to employee performance of Villages throughout Semarang Regencymoderated organizational climate. This research is an explanatory research (explanatory research) with a qualitative approach. The research population is all employees of the Villages in Semarang Regency with the status of Civil Servants (PNS). The number of population of 131 people. Sampling was done using census techniques. The results showed that: (1) Support superiors positive and significant effect on employee performance. (2) Empowerment and significant positive effect on employee performance. (3) Organization climate moderate strengthen the support supervisor influence on employee performance. (4) Organization climate moderate strengthens empowerment influence on employee performance of Villages throughout Semarang Regency Keywords: supervisor support, empowerment, organizational climate and employee performance

Abstract

The purpose of this current research is to examine the effect of job characteristics and performance appraisal on motivation and employee performance. In addition, the research aims to know the role of motivation in mediating the relationship between job characteristics and performance appraisal on employee performance. Data analysis using regression analysis and mediated effect analysis. Result concluded that only job characteristics that has not significant effect on employee performance. Furthermore, result also proved that motivation has a mediating role in influencing the relationship between job characteristics and employee performance, but not for the relationship between performance appraisal and employee performance. Based on research results, efforts to increase employee performance through job characteristics cannot ignore the motivation aspect. The results implied that performance appraisal was faster to improve the employee perfomance than job characteristics. Abstract

This research is addressed to see how job characteristic, organizational culture and Organizational Citizenship Behavior ( OCB) on performance have impact to organization as a whole and influence performance all employees which is on finally will improve image an organization. Proportional  Random  Sampling  was  used  as  sampling  technique  with  sample  of 150 participants. Technique Analysis which is used in this research is examination of validity, and reliability examination of hypothesis by using program SPSS for Windows release 16.0. Results of this study  indicate  that  organizational  culture  and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) effect on performance. Job characteristic no effect to performance.Pursuant to used empirik model can be explained that influence job characteristic to performance more effective passing OCB. While  influence organizational culture to performance more effective directly from passing OCB. Keywords :job characteristic, organizational culture, OCB and performance.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of innovation and creativity influence marketing to performance marketing program mediated by a business networking capabilities. This research was conducted Youth Entrepreneurial Group (KWP) Patronage Department of Youth and Sports in Central Java province with the sample used in the study amounted to 104 respondents. Engineering test data used in this study include testing the validity of the factor analysis, Cronbach alpha reliability test, multiple regression analysis, and t test and the coefficient of determination to prove the truth of the hypothesis. Statistical analysis showed that the results of F test with a significance value of 0.000, which means that innovation, creative marketing programs and business networking capabilities are the right variables / feasible to explain variations in performance variables of marketing. The test results influence between the variables with t test showed that the innovation and creativity of marketing programs proven significant positive effect on the business networking capability and innovation, creative marketing programs and business networking capabilities proved positive and significant impact on the performance of marketing. Can also be shown that the coefficient of determination of test variables of innovation, creative marketing programs and business networking capabilities of the performance marketing has a coefficient of determination of 0.616 or 61.6%. This means that the variables of innovation, creative marketing programs and business networking capabilities together have contributed 61.6% to the marketing performance. While the remaining 38.4% is influenced by other variables not included in this study. From the test results of mediation can be proved that the business networking capability is not a mediating variables that can explain the effect of indirectly from the innovation and creativity of the marketing program for marketing performance.
