Abstract

Learning achievement which is influenced by the emotional level and learning activities of students makes researchers want to examine whether there is a relationship between aggressiveness and student achievement. There are negative and positive influences that arise at school, not all children who enter school are of good character, on the other hand there are children who attend school who come from families who pay less attention to children's interests in learning which often affect other friends. In education, aggressive behavior not only harms others but also harms oneself. This behavior can lead to bad character of students, especially in the subject of Islamic Religious Education that has been learned about the morals of fellow friends. The results showed a strong suspicion that there was a negative relationship between student aggressiveness and cognitive achievement, so it could be concluded that the higher the student's aggressiveness the lower the student's cognitive achievement

Abstract

The background of this research is related to the most basic issues and has become the discourse among legal practitioners and academics so far, regarding how the rights of women and children that have been imposed by judges through their decisions can be implemented properly by ex-husbands voluntarily. In reality, in practice, many judges' decisions relating to women's rights are not carried out by ex-husbands. In addition, there is no mechanism that is able to ensure the payment of child and / or financial support by the defendant after divorce, ex-husbands are often absent from their obligations to pay for the rights of ex-wives and children after divorce. The results of this study indicate that: The position of guarantee for the rights of women and children after divorce is very weak, therefore the issue of living for wives who have been divorced by husbands and children still does not fully provide legal protection to wives. Judges' considerations in the decision of the Religious Court in the DKI Jakarta High Religious Court area in providing the rights of women and children in their development have attempted to provide protection in the form of charging fees as a result of divorce submitted by husbands to the Religious Court in the form of iddah, mut'ah, and livelihoods. children, common property

The word al-Ba'i in Arabic is sometimes used for the understanding of his opponent, namely the word al-Syira (buy). Thus, the word al-Ba'i means selling, but also means buying. In terminology, buying and selling is an agreement to exchange objects or goods that have a good value between the two parties, one receives objects and the other receives them in accordance with an agreement or provision that has been justified and agreed upon. In the Qur'an, there are many statements that describe the life of the Arabs, including trade problems. Islam is very concerned about the problem of trade in this Arab nation by setting for them what they need. Many of the Prophet's hadith mention the legal issues of buying and selling, monopoly, accounts payable, profits, etc. Jahiliyah Arabs have a market as a center of trade. Usury is one type of economic transaction that is actually carried out and developed in Arab society. In Islam, buying and selling if it contains usury, illicit goods, reduces scales, and by force.

Abstract

The outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia is attacking not only public health but also the economy. The presence of Covid-19 has many important impacts on developed countries. There are at least four industries most impacted by this pandemic, including households, MSMEs, companies and the financial industry. However, the halal industry is believed to be more resilient to the Covid-19 pandemic. This durability is because of the principles attributed to the halal sector, namely the importance of fairness, balance and openness. The author’s goal is therefore to carry out more in-depth research on the role of the halal industry in supporting the national economy, which is under pressure because of the COVID-19 pandemic. This type of study is a literature review with a material analysis approach that explores the conditions of the halal industry in Indonesia in depth. The material received is as books, published information, and online news. The findings of this study reveal that there are three halal business sectors that are believed to be more vulnerable to the Covid-19 pandemic in order to facilitate national economic recovery. Halal finance, halal food and halal fashion industries are among them. Halal finance from both the banking sector and the Islamic stock market has proved to be more robust than the mainstream financial sector. Besides guaranteed halal food, its wellbeing is also guaranteed, and halal fashion is now on the rise as Muslim fashion is increasingly innovative and global. We believe the three of them to have experienced vigorous growth, and also to continue to draw customers. And also after the Covid-19 pandemic, these three sectors could survive. Thus the halal industry also contributes to Indonesian economy.

Abstract

With regard to marriage problems in Indonesia, the age limit of marriage is regulated in positive law contained in Law Number 1 of 1974 and KHI, namely Marriage is only permitted if the male has reached the age of 19 (nineteen) years and the woman has reached the age 16 (sixteen) years, which was later revised in Law Number 16 of 2019 which states that marriage is only permitted if a man and woman have reached the age of 19 (nineteen) years, then if seen from the maslahah concept this determination is at the daruriyyah level, namely maintaining the safety of the soul (hifzu al-nafs), maintaining the safety of the mind (hifzu al-'aql), and maintaining the safety of the offspring (hifzu al-nasl). The change in the minimum age of marriage that occurs in the Marriage Law Article 7 paragraph (1) No. 1 of 1974 contains more maslahah and is more in accordance with maqasid sharia. Because at the age of 19, it is hoped that the ideal marriage can be accomplished and be able to realize the goals of marriage, such as maintaining offspring, creating a sakinah mawaddah wa rahmah family, maintaining lineages, creating patterns of family relationships, maintaining diversity in the family and preparing for economic aspects.
