Abstract

Virtual reality (VR) is a technology that enables users to interact with a computersimulated environment, an actual environment that is imitated or truly an environment that exists only in imagination. The latest virtual reality environment generally presents a visual experience, displayed on a computer screen or via a stereo couple viewer, but some simulations include additional sensing information, such as sound through speakers or headphones. The emergence of virtual reality technology is pushing new changes in the field of design. Virtual reality in this case can reduce the many miss-communications that occur between the planner and the user when compared to using 2D media. The method used by discussing the phenomenon of virtual technology effects that are beneficial to the design process, by comparing the results of the real design embodied the idea of the initial idea. Where the comparison between the design results built from the designer's intuition compared with the results of virtual reality simulation test. Object of study used in the form of function of residential building to know suit owner desire which poured in the form of design and reality of field

Abstract

The issue of transportation in various forms is one of the main problems faced by the world's cities, including cities in Indonesia. Vehicle growth, increased traffic intensity of goods and services as well as increased user population associated disproportionate availability of roads and supporting facilities resulted in a wide range of crucial issues. Where lead to reduced effectiveness and efficiency of the transportation system in support of the mobility of society. Traffic congestion is one of the main problems in the transportation system. Based Data Transport Statistics 2013 & 2014 are sourced from statistics Indonesia (BPS Catalog: 8301007) cite an increase in the number of vehicles is high at 10.39 per cent per year on all types of vehicles. Coupled with the specific transportation community awareness so that adds a level of congestion becomes worse. Signs and traffic lights play an important role in regulating the traffic lane so that the public transport can be wise in using the road, especially in the port city of Lampung.

Abstract

Vehicles in Bandar Lampung its rapid growth, this time a lot of private vehicles filled the streets in the city of Bandar Lampung, this situation would further lead to congestion, one of the ways the government to address congestion in the city of Bandar Lampung is to facilitatepublic transport for the public, but as far as public transportation in the city of Bandar Lampung can not give comfort to the people. Viewed from a phenomenon that exists today some firms have sought to exploit the situation, but the company is only concerned with his or her business or for-profit are not concerned with the public interest, it can not help the government to deal with the public, such as the case of his company Gojek, Uber, and Grabthey drove his passengers did not use mass transportation, the results obtained less than the maximum they can not handle the existing congestion. We make onlinesystem gps tracker which utilizestechnology of theGlobalPositioning System available today, can provide precise and accurate information, the public is more in make it easy and get better service. GPS is a satellitebased navigation system developed by the US Department of Defense (US Department of Defense  DoD) in early 1970. GPS was originally developed for military purposes in the United States, then in the 1980s opened GPS access also for civilian purposes so that the current GPS can be used both for military and civilian users. At that time in 1973 there are 31 GPS satellites that orbit the Earth (source: http://www.gps.gov,Official US Government information about the Global Positioning System andrelated topics). These satellites transmit the coordinates to a receiver on the ground. The GPS system can monitor and determine the location of an object that wants to be known almost anywhere in the surface of the earth. GPS will capture the satellite signal from the surface of the earth to be translated into a coordinate point. The coordinates of the point we can integrate digital maps to findthe position of an object.

Abstract

Over the rapid technological developments in the field of business especially now a lot of companies that create delivery services goods. With various bustle owned, service users delivery of goods more want something practical, fast, and economical especially for local communities urban areas. In perform delivery services goods  main concern is the time and cost efficiency, by sending goods via freight, of course we expect the optimal route in order to arrive on time and do not takes a lot of travel expenses such as gasoline. The shortest route problem is a classic problem often encountered in daily life in various sectors of life, including in the field of transportation. This problem becomes an important issue because it deals with the problem minimizing the cost and time required efficiency. Shortest path is the search for the shortest route or path between nodes that exist in graph. Cost generated is minimum. the shortest path is one problem that can be solved by using graph. if given a weighted graph, the shortest path problem is how do we seek a path in the graph that minimizes the weighted sum forming the side of the track. (arix oyouz: 2013). Transport is one of the most important part in our daily lives that will enable us to reach the place of destination faster and eficient. Transport users in his journey would require so much faster shortest path to the place of destination and it takes a lot of time and transport costs

Abstract

Sunlight is a natural resource that as renewable energy. Exploiting sunlight as a natural lighting in the library can reduce the electrical energy in the library and can provide visual comfort of the library users. This study aims to: determine the effect of opening vast library to the library lighting quality, knowing the condition of natural lighting intensity in the room of the library, know the level of users comfort of the natural lighting; and know how to optimize natural lighting in the library. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Performing two approaches, namely the study of literature and case studies. The study of literature includes a review of the theory of natural lighting, visual comfort theory and the theory of the campus library standards. The case study consists of two data, that is primary data and secondary data. Primary data is data from the measurement results on the two objects. Secondary data consists of literature, the Indonesian National Standarddata and questionnaire results to the user. The result is that the size of the aperture affects the natural lighting in buildings, as happened in Universitas Bandar Lampung library, the library is located on the 2nd floor in the direction of many building facing east and west so that the sun in the morning and afternoon very high. Unlike the library, Universitas Teknokrat Indonesia although this library also has a large opening, but the design of window boxes with lines and coated wood material iron bars on the windows to reduce light entering the building. The intensity of natural light in the library of the Universitas Bandar Lampung better than Universitas Teknokrat Indonesia. Because of the results of the data visible number of dots that already meet or approach the Indonesian national standards Daylighting. In addition to the openings possessed direction toward the building, the library of the Universitas Bandar Lampung intensity of light coming into the building lot. The comfort level of library users against natural lighting in the library of Universitas Bandar Lampung higher than at the library Universitas Teknokrat Indonesia. The intensity of light in the library of the Universitas Bandar Lampung is better and the results of the measurement was up to standard. As for the Universitas Teknokrat Indonesia library user comfort at lower use of natural lighting for the room A does not get direct sunlight while room B is more convenient for getting direct sun light makes the room brighter. To optimize the light intensity at the Universitas Bandar Lampung library should use the furniture with bright colors and the walls a lighter color (yellow, lightgreen, pink, lightblue), which can reflect more light. Thus increasing the intensity of light in the room. Libraries should replace the main door leaves with transparent doors (glass). The reading room should use the furniture with a lighter color. With the limited size of the room that you should use a more minimalist furniture and colors are brighter and give a lot of openings to not obstruct Natural illuminatiom. To provide more convenience in library should provide more artificial lighting so that the light intensity in the room can meet the standards
