Abstract

Security is a State where free from danger. because with good security, everyone will feel comfortable and serene setting, so that it became one of the priorities that take precedence. In this research, we will discuss about the facial image recognition systems using Histogram of Oriented Gradient is applied to the face detection system to identify the perpetrators of the crimes.  Histogram Of Oriented Gradients is one of the algorithms used to extract object features in the image using the human object, its application in this research is used to detect any pattern of the face. The existence of this system is expected to help law enforcement authorities to identify the perpetrators of crime, face can then be caught in the end the number of crime cases is reduced.

Abstract

The introduction of the object (object recognition) is one of image processing to identify objects that will be identified for further processing in order to obtain an information data with the existence of the object recognition process. The purpose of this research is to develop intelligent system modules on NAO Robot to build applications that can detect objects around. Testing the accuracy of detection of the algorithm Feature Descriptor Histogram of Oriented Gradient used in building applications for the object detection intelligent system modules on NAO Robot. Results of Design Application Object Detection using the Histogram of Oriented Gradient algorithm can be used to add intelligent system modules on NAO Robot in because of the test results produce a test model tests show a success rate reached 99.10% in identifying the test image. On testingpositive test image, the amount of training data usage greatly affect the object detection process becomes more accurate. In testing the combined image (image test positive and negative) the success rate rose 98.23% to 99.10%.

Abstract

In the digital age that is increasingly sophisticated, that have an impact on all aspects of our daily lives, one of them is on the filing system on the experience the more effective and efficient, which previously used the closet as storage media, we can now utilize electronics as the storage media archives. Application of the method of filing electronically in an institution is required to support the activities of archiving that achieved effectiveness and efficiency in the management, as well as being able to secure the archives that have important information or value for its users. In the implementation of an electronic archive, type of media used all kinds such as E-mail, DVD 's, microfilm and other electronic media. To support the activities of the application required a good infrastructure and facilities for monitoring and maintenance so that the planned goals are achieved. It also needed a system that is appropriate for the application that is executed is supported by personnel competent in the field of archiving, as well as having the skills and capabilities that support the implementation of electronic filing.

Abstract

Pernikahan diibaratkan seperti lembaran baru ketika kedua mempelai mulai menapaki kehidupan baru. Proses perencanaan pernikahan memang cukup kompleks. Tak jarang banyak calon pengantin yang memilih untuk menyewa jasa Wedding Organizer (WO) demi kelancaran resepsi pernikahan. Munculnya penyelenggara WO di satu sisi membawa keuntungan tersendiri, namun di sisi lain dengan banyaknya alternatif pilihan membuat bingung dan sulit menentukan WO yang memenuhi kriteria persyaratan. Metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) sendiri diperlukan untuk mencari bobot evaluasi kinerja untuk setiap pemilihan semua atribut. Beberapa kriteria dihitung menggunakan metode SAW untuk memberikan rekomendasi WO yang diinginkan. Penelitian ini mengimplementasi metode SAW pada sistem rekomendasi berbasis e-marketplace yang diberi nama Shine Moments Mobile App untuk membuat WO kompatibel dengan aplikasi dan membuat sistem korelasi simbiosis antara penyelenggara WO dan pelanggan. Hal ini memudahkan pelanggan untuk mengidentifikasi, memilih dan memesan paket layanan secara langsung. Hal ini didasarkan pada hasil yang diperoleh dari anggaran, penilaian, pengalaman, kecepatan, kolaborasi, kebersihan, dan detail pekerjaan. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian, sistem rekomendasi WO menggunakan metode SAW ini berfungsi dengan baik dan dapat digunakan untuk menjalankan pencarian WO tanpa harus datang langsung ke tempat.[Marriage is like a new page when the bride and groom begin to walk a new life. The wedding planning process is quite complex. Not infrequently many brides and grooms choose to hire the services of a Wedding Organizer (WO) for a smooth wedding reception. The emergence of WO organizers on the one hand brings its own advantages, but on the other hand, the many alternative choices make it confusing and difficult to determine the WO that meets the requirements criteria. The Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method itself is needed to find the performance evaluation weights for each selection of all attributes. Several criteria were calculated using the SAW method to provide the desired WO recommendation. This study implements the SAW method on an e-marketplace-based recommendation system called Shine Moments Mobile App to make WO compatible with the application and create a symbiotic correlation system between WO organizers and customers. This makes it easier for customers to identify, select and order service packages directly. It is based on the results obtained from the budget, assessment, experience, speed, collaboration, cleanliness, and work details. Based on the test results, the WO recommendation system using the SAW method works well and can be used to carry out WO searches without having to come directly to the place.]

Abstract

There were many database methods for managing data. They were widespread industries that had a huge success. The method used in this study was the relational database method and the graph database. The relational database method was considered as the standard for over thirty years. The graph database consisted of several components e.g., nodes, edges, and properties that represented the data storage. The graph database provided index-free adjacency, which meant that each element contained a direct pointer which was adjacent to the elements and no longer required an index lookup. These databases can be more scaled to the larger datasets as they generally did not require a "joint" operation. Abstract

Plagiarism was considered to violate the law because it copied of other people's works. To prevent plagiarism in terms of scientific writing, every word or sentence of scientific texts had to be detected through word-matching algorithm in the written text. The objective of this study was to compare the accuracy of values between the Rabin Karp Algorithm and the Winnowing Algorithm. The accuracy of values of these algorithms was compared with that of the values of Turnitin application. The data analysis used in this study was Hypothesis T-test. The result of this study was that the value of Rabin Karp Algorithm was higher than that of the Winnowing Algorithm and the Turnitin Application.Keywords: Plagiarisme, Turnitin, Rabin Karp Algorithm, Winnowing Algorithm

Abstract

Sesuai aturan dari Permenkes 82 tahun 2013 pasal 5 ayat 3, SIMRS harus dapat mengkomunikasikan data (interopabilitas) dengan aplikasi yang dikembangkan oleh pemerintah dan sistem informasi manajemen fasilitas layanan kesehatan lainnya. Dalam penguasaan teknis interopabilitas tentunya dibutuhkan kemampuan programming dan penguasaan pembuatan skema basis data serta pembuatan format data JSON, JSON (Javascript Object Notation) adalah format pertukaran data yang ringan, mudah dibaca dan ditulis oleh manusa, serta mudah diterjemahkan dan dibuat (generate) oleh komputer, pelatihan ini diikuti oleh 5 pegawai IT Rumah Sakit Advent Bandar Lampung. Berdasarkan observasi dan informasi yang dilakukan dan diperoleh oleh Penulis, para pegawai IT Rumah Sakit Advent tersebut belum mengenal teknik interopabilty dan belum dapat membangun sistem yang dapat di komunikasikan dengan BPJS atau bridging data sistem yang dimana proses bridging tersebut wajib bagi rumah sakit yang bermitra dengan BPJS.

Abstract

Masalah plagiarisme di saat ini dapat diselesaikan. Penelitian ini dilakukan analisis kinerja Algoritma Winnowing pada pendeteksian plagiarisme. Pemilihan Algoritma Winnowing karena dengan menghitung nilai hash dari k-gram, fungsi hash bergulir dipakai mencari nilai hash, setelah itu sebuah window dibentuk dari nilai hash. Di tiap window, nilai hash terkecil dipilih. Ketika lebih dari satu hash nilai terendah, nilai hash paling kanan dipilih. Kemudian semua nilai hash yang dipilih disimpan untuk digunakan sebagai fingerprint dokumen. Fingerprint ini berfungsi sebagai dasar untuk membandingkan kesamaan teks yang disematkan. Hasil penelitian analisis kinerja Algoritma Winnowing ini menunjukan bahwa algoritma ini cukup baik dalam pendeteksian kemiripan teks atau plagiarisme dengan hasil nilai persentase terkecil dari 10 kali pengujian yang ditunjukan pada pengujian ke-10 dengan nilai n-gram n=10, window w=3, waktu proses sec=0.0094 dengan hasil kemiripan teks 47 persen. Hasil ini lebih baik dari hasil kemiripan Algoritma Rabin Karp dari hasil penelitian sebelumnya.

Abstract

Implementation of Rabin-Karp Algorithm in Plagiarism Detection - Plagiarism is a crime and a scourge of science. To avoid plagiarism in scientific articles, as in the case of this research, string-matching methods can be used. This study aims to implement the Rabin-Karp Algorithm in detecting plagiarism in scientific writing based on the level of text similarity. The Rabin-Karp algorithm was chosen for this research problem because previous studies revealed that the Rabin-Karp premise is to separate the hash value of the input string from the text substring. Assuming they are the same, the character check is performed one more time, and if not, moves the substring aside. The main part of this computation exhibit is successfully calculating the hash of the substring when applied. This research is quantitative. The stages of this research flow were carried out by testing the implementation of the Rabin-Karp algorithm. Based on the calculation above, the percentage of similarity between Test Sentence 1 and Test Sentence 2 is 77.96%. Referring to previous studies, the Winnowing algorithm was found to be better at detecting text similarities than the Rabin-Karp algorithm. This is shown in the results of the similarity detection test of 30 paper documents as test data with the results of the average percentage value. Rabin-Karp Algorithm 41.41% and Winnowing Algorithm 35.15%. This study shows that the Rabin-Karp Algorithm does not work optimally in detecting text similarity, so further research needs additional methods to calculate a good level of similarity to optimize the performance of the Rabin-Karp Algorithm.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang muncul adalah pengelolaan data BANSOS dari APBD mempunyai jenis pendukung dan atribut yang berbeda-beda, sehingga perlu adanya tata kelola data yang dapat memantau dan mengelola data terkini yang menghasilkan informasi yang relevan, berharga dan terpercaya, sehingga dalam pengambilan keputusan dapat dilakukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kematangan tata kelola data BANSOS dari APBD dengan menggunakan domain tata kelola data dalam kerangka DAMA-DMBOK. Proses perhitungan analisis GAP menggunakan kuesioner untuk mengumpulkan data. Berdasarkan hasil pengukuran tingkat kematangan pengelolaan data BANSOS dengan menggunakan domain tata kelola data, diperoleh hasil secara umum pengelolaan data BANSOS ada pada level 3 atau defined, berarti organisasi memiliki standar proses yang diterapkan secara pasti. Di semua lini. organisasi tetapi tidak menetapkan sasaran kualitas untuk implementasi seluruh tahapantahapan. Temuan-temuan ini memberikan dasar untuk mengidentifikasi analisis kesenjangan dan rekomendasi yang diperlukan untuk desain dan implementasi tata kelola data BANSOS berdasarkan kerangka DAMA-DMBOK di pemerintah tingkat kabupaten
