Abstract

Cloud computing are distributed processing, parallel processing and the development of grid computing, the concept was jointly proposed by Google and IBM in 2007. Cloud computing refers to a network that distributes processing power, applications, and large systems among many computers. Social media channels and many other applications use cloud computing as their platform. Cloud computing, the aim is to hide the complexity of IT infrastructure management from its users. At the same time, cloud computing platforms provide massive scalability, 99.999% reliability, high performance, and specifiable configurability. These capabilities are provided at relatively low costs compared to dedicated infrastructures. Cloud computing is a complex infrastructure of software, hardware, processing, and storage that is available as a service. This paper discuss regarding the study of the basic concepts of cloud computing technology, core technology, several different types of clouds services, target dimensionand challenges  of cloud computing in current and future.

Abstract

Motorcycles in traffic mix on the 4 lane one-way road with no median dividers berpootensi an impact on the performance of the particular traffic volume of traffic, especially if the number of vehicles is very large motorcycle. This happens in the corridors of Bandar Lampung particularly traffic from the south or from the Gulf Betung.Studi done in the way of Kartini Bandar Lampung, ie after Kartini Mall and right in front lembga technocrat education. Survey conducted on Tuesday and Wednesday morning at peak hour, peak hour lunch, and afternoon peak hours by using a video camera. Results of analysis of the proportion of motorcycles acquired: On Tuesday, at 67.91% of the total volume of traffic, and Wednesdays at 69.73% of the total traffic volume, so that the average proportion was 68.82%, which shows that the growth of motorcycle high enough , the average value exceeds the normal composition according MKJI 1997 is 38%. Due to the growth of the motorcycle vehicle large enough for the volume of traffic, it is necessary to review the value of PCE for motorcycles as part of the traffic. Analysis is used to determine the value of PCE is to use the base capacity. The capacity of the base using multiple linear regression model. The results of the analysis obtained niali emp for motorcycles on the road Kartini is emp MC = 0.564, and emp HV = 1.347. Recommended for 4 lane road with no median one-way lane that has not been facilitated by special motor bike, then you should apply the separation column in order to reduce the level of accidents and provide security and comfort for pedestrians to cross the road.

Abstract

Along with the increasing mobility of the population, then the users are demanding the availability of inter-city transportation are eligible smoothness, comfort and safety. It is also worth noting that the operator provides services angkutan.Operator certainly will not be able to serve well if not achieving the target of economic benefits. This is closely connected with the passenger load factor on a given route. To get a load factor (load factor) are known methods of static and dynamic methods. Each of these methods have shortcomings and kelebihannya.Trayek Rajabasa - Bakauheni AKDP bus served an important tool in making the transportation of passengers from Sumatra towards Java. So for performance that will be investigated how the operator is indicated by factors muatnya.Penelitian intends to see bus load factors, by comparing the static method with dynamic survey methods on the route that serve transportation between cities in the province that connects the city of Bandar Lampung in the South Lampung is also the gateway to the island Jawa.Dari analysis and calculations obtained by the method of static load factor LF values obtained Sunday morning at 45.33%, while the evening LF obtained a value of 24.44%. LF Monday morning at 39.11%, while the LF night obtained a value of 35.11%. From the analysis and calculation of Dynamic Methods for directions Rajabasa - Bakauheni obtained Load Factor on Sunday morning at 57.09%, while the evening LF obtained a value of 31.70%. LF Monday morning at 55.98%, while the LF night obtained a value of 46.98%. For directions Bakauheni - Rajabasa obtained Load Factor on Sunday morning at 63.31%, while the evening LF obtained a value of 36.35%. LF Monday morning at 61.50%, while the LF night obtained a value of 53.95%. Regression analysis of the results obtained equations that represent relationships Static and Dynamic Load Factor direction Rajabasa - Bakauheni is: y = -3.859 + 3.955 x x2 - 0.422, the value of coefficient of determination, R ² = 0,972. As for the direction of Bakauheni - Rajabasa equation: y = -4.677 + 4.585 x x2 - .479, with a value of R ² = 0.988

Abstract

This research was done to analyze the characteristic of rainfall based the short term duration of rainfall data at BMG Maritim Lampung station, BMG Raden Inten II Bandar Lampung station, Masgar Tegineneng Climatology station and Kotabumi Geophysical station. From the results of the research intensity duration frequency (IDF) curve will be made based on: (1) Analysis of rain distribution frequency of short term rainfall data from each statios. (2) Analysis of rainfall intensity for every rain duration in particular measurement uses Van breen intensity method and Hasper der weduwen intensity method then least square (kuadrat kecil) is used to calculate rainfall intensity approach by Talbot, Sherman and Ishiguro formula’s, the purpose is to determine the equality of rainfall intensity to targeted region. From the result of the research, it could be summarized as follows ;(1) The data of rainfall used is short term rainfall data (5, 10, 15, 30, 45, 60, 120 minutes, 3 hours, 6 hours and 12 hours) and as annual maximum series, (2) Type of distribution that appropriate with all observation station is Log Pearson Type III Distribution, (3) The rainfall intensity of Van Breen method used Talbot equality, it is used as reference to form IDF curve. The intensity equality was valid only to data of rain in all observation year at every station. (4) The IDF Curve showed that high rainfall intensity happen in short duration (5) the IDF curve can be used to determine planning flood by using rational method.

Abstract

Policy development of urban transport system development should be directed to the realization of an integrated national transportation system, orderly, safe and comfortable, and efficient in supporting the mobility of people, goods and services, and supporting regional development, to be laid out and kept adjusted to economic development, the rate of technological progress , spatial policy, environment conservation, and national energy policy that will always be able to meet the needs and demands of community development. For the realization of a sustainable transport system, the following research as a basis for writing the policy in this regard goverment city bus transport Damri, who has made a regulation will be the availability of means of transport. Due to the limited fleet as well as distance and time long enough to reach into the study area, Damri bus used only for certain people only, so that people are not too dependent on this transport. Other reasons, communities average has had a personal vehicle. While people outside the study area not many people know. They use a private vehicle. The reason, many of them are not aware of the existence Damri bus transportation routes that pass, long wait, as well as other reasons.

Abstract

The Multi Period Degree Constrained Minimum Spanning Tree Problem (MPDCMST) concerns of finding the total minimum cost of networks installation, where the installation process is divided into some periods. In the beginning of installation process, thecenter of the networks already set (as server, reservoir, etc). The installation process is divided into some period due to some factors, usually fund limitation. During the installation process, the networks is supposed to be maintained its reliability by restrict the numbers of links that can be connected to the node that already in the networks. In this paper we will discuss and improve the performance of WADR1 and WADR2 algorithms by setting the number of elements in the set of vertices that must be in installed in a certain period as a fix number and adding the length of the path in DFS. The result shows that the modifications works better.
