Abstract

PT TL is a company engaged in metal roof manufacturing. This research aims to determine the condition of e-marketing run by PT TL. By knowing the condition of e-marketing running, it will be developed emarketing of web-based in accordance to PT TL. To support the research, this study uses the Porter analysis to see the condition of the companys business environment and combine two methods of analysis, namely: (1) Seven Stages of Internet Marketing that is used for the analysis of the needs for the company and customers to see business opportunities existing and to develop appropriate marketing strategies with corporate goals. (2) Quality Function Deployment (QFD) which is used to design the customer experience in order to get the customer needs to be prioritized and to know what kind of website development according to customer requirements. In this case, it is measured the degree of importance of each website aspect and done a comparison between PT TL’s website with a competitors website. From the analysis it needs to be designed an e-marketing website developed based on customers’ requirements to outperform similar competitors.

Abstract

The research has aimed to assess the performance of unsignalised intersection. The intersections are Tunjung intersection (Jl. Dr.Sutomo/Jl. Tunjung) and Timoho intersection (Jl. Ipda Tut Harsono/Jl. Bale Rejo/Jl. Timoho). The data collection used video camera and then the data extraction has been conducted in laboratory by monitor viewing. The performance analysis of unsignalised intersection by Indonesia Highway Capacity Manual 1997, the critical lag analysis by Raff method, and the potential capacity of minor road refer to United States Highway Capacity Manual 1994. Degree of saturation on both intersections are greater than 1, and average delays and queue probabilities are high. These indicated that the performance of both intersections in bad condition. The critical lag in Timoho intersection is 2.94 sec. and in Tunjung intersection is 2.70 sec., so the research concluded that  driver’s behavior are aggressive and they ignored the gap acceptance. Potential capacity on minor road in Timoho intersection is 4.36 - 20.95% for western approach and 7.51 - 34.56% for  eastern approach, and in Tunjung intersection is 0.78 - 16.32%. Keywords: unsignalised, intersection, performance, critical lag, potential capacity.   ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan menilai kinerja simpang tak bersinyal dan dilakukan di simpang tak bersinyal tiga lengan (simpang Tunjung : Jl. dr. Sutomo/Jl. Tunjung) dan simpang tak bersinyal empat lengan (simpang Timoho : Jl. IPDA Tut Harsono/Jl. Bale Rejo/Jl. Timoho). Pengumpulan data menggunakan kamera video yang selanjutnya dilakukan ekstrak data menggunakan layar monitor di laboratorium. Analisis kinerja simpang tak bersinyal menggunakan Manual Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia 1997, analisis lag kritis menggunakan metode Raff, dan analisis kapasitas potensial jalan minor terhadap volum simpang mengacu pada US HCM 1994. Kinerja kedua simpang menghasilkan derajat kejenuhan melebihi 1,00 dan tundaan rata-rata serta peluang antrian relatif tinggi. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa saat ini kondisi kedua simpang tersebut buruk. Nilai lag kritis simpang Timoho 2,94 detik dan simpang Tunjung 2,70 detik, berarti perilaku pengemudi relatif agresif dan tidak menunggu celah. Abstract

Jalan Lettu Hamid merupakan salah satu jalan yang membutuhkan peningkatan fasilitas pembangunan infrastruktur jalan.Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pengumpulan data jumlah penduduk kota pagar alam dan survey lalu lintas pada ruas jalan lettu hamid. Berdasarkan hasil Tinjuan lapangan di dapat jam puncak kepadatan lalu lintas nilai Q Total mencapai 759,7 Smp/Jam. Hambatan samping pada ruas jalan lettu nilai hambatan samping 351,8 dengan kategori sedang. Dari hasil analisis yang dilakukan menggunakan Pedoman Kinerja Jalan Indonesia (PKJI 2014) di dapat nilai kapasitas C = 2225,286 skr/jam, Kecepatan Arus Bebas VB = 35,9073, dengan nilai Derajat Kejenuhan DJ = 0,34 . setelah dilakukan penerapan pagar pejalan kaki di dapat nilai hambatan samping 254,8 (hambatan samping rendah), C = 2270,7 skr/jam, VB = 36,27 Km/Jam, dengan nilai DJ = 0,33. Penerapan pagar pejalan kaki dan dilarang parkir di dapat nilai hambatan samping 109,8 rendah sama dengan penerapan pagar pejalan kaki. Kesimpulan yang di dapat dari Hasil Penelitian pada jalan Lettu hamid kota pagar alam dapat dilakukan penerapan pagar pejalan kaki dapat mengurangi hambatan samping yang terjadi dari sedang menjadi rendah dengan tingkat pelayanan B dan kecepatan arus bebas mencapai 36,27 km/jam.

Abstract

The most visible role of the informal sector is its ability to provide job opportunities for people from economically weak groups. With the large number of workers absorbed in the informal sector, especially street vendors around Tebas District, they can indirectly overcome the problem of unemployment in Tebas Kuala Village, especially Tebas District and have an impact on the level of welfare with additional income received by the community around the Morning Market ofTebas Kuala Village and other strategic places as a place of business. Meanwhile, the role played by street vendors is to improve the economy of the people of Tebas District. The focus of this research are: 1) How is the effectiveness of street vendors at the Morning Market in Tebas Kuala Village? 2) What is the Role of Street Vendors in the Morning Market of Tebas Kuala Village from an Islamic Economic Perspective? This study uses a qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Techniques and data collection tools through interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis using qualitative research includes data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the effectiveness carried out by street vendors at the Morning Market in Tebas Kuala Village is very effective because the goods sold are very cheap and can meet the needs of the community. As for the role of street vendors, namely 1) Paying retribution to the Tebas Kuala Village Government which will be used as a source of Village Original Income (PADes) but this is not significant, because there are some traders who complain about the management of the Morning Market so they do not pay the retribution. 2) Can help the needs and improve the community's economy but has not been supported by rules that are profitable for the traders of Pasar Pagi Tebas Kuala Village so that our aspirations have not been heard by the Village Government because we have conveyed this through the street vendor community. 3) Can reduce unemployment by opening up employment opportunities with their own business.

Abstract

PT. XYZ merupakan perusahaan yang sudah cukup lama beroprasi. Tetapi pada bagian absensi dan keuangan, dalam mengolah data gaji karyawan baik menghitung atau membuat laporan gaji masih menggunakan Ms. Excel serta belum terintegrasi antara absensi dan penggajian sehingga kurang maksimal dalam pengolahan data. Hal ini menyebabkan dalam proses evaluasi karyawan sangat rentan terjadi kesalahan. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan sistem informasi yang mendukung proses absensi dan penggajian. Untuk dapat merancang sistem diperlukan sebuah model arsitektur enterprise sistem absensi dan penggajian agar dapat meminimalisir kegagalan sekaligus dapat menerapkan sistem sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Pengembangan sistem informasi menggunakan Zachman Framework karena mampu memberikan aspek dan sudut pandang yang mampu membantu proses pengembangan sistem informasi. Kata Kunci: Absensi, Penggajian, Arsitektur Enterprise.

Abstract

The research entitled the effectiveness of Role Playing Game (RPG) examined in this research was how the effect of using Role playing game (RPG) to increase the second grade students reading comprehension at MAN 2 Lombok Tengah. This research was aimed to find out whether the use of Role-Playing Game (RPG) was effective or not to increase the second-grade students’ reading comprehension at MAN 2 Lombok Tengah. This research uses quantitative research methods with a pre-experimental approach in one group pre test and post test. This research was conducted at MAN 2 Lombok Tengah which consist of 112 second grade students in total and Class XI IBB was chosen as a sample with total of 17 students. The instruments used were a test of narrative that consist of 20 multiple choices. The research findings showed that the students’ difference before and after using Role Playing Game (RPG) was significantly effective. The results showed that students' pre-test scores were smaller than post test with mean score of pre test was 60.59. While the scores of post-test after treatment got better score than pre test, with mean score of 77.6. After that, 2 paired sample T-test was applied with a significance value of sig. (2 paired) was 0.001. Because the results obtained are Sig < a or 0.001 < 0.05. Then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Therefore, based of the findings it can be concluded that the use of Role Playing Games (RPG) is effective to increase students' reading comprehension.

Abstract

Sumber pakan peternakan selama ini adalah berasal dari pemanfaatan limbah pertanian, seperti jerami, rumput dan daun-daun pepohonan. Proses pengumpulan pakan ternak masih dilakukan secara konvensional seperti mengarit, pengumpulan dedaunan hijau dan sebagainya. Tujuan penelitian yang dilakukan adalah menjelaskan hasil perbandingan perhitungan secara teori dan hasil pengukuran  daya yang dihasilkan oleh alat hidroponik untuk fodder jagung berbasis panel surya melengkung. Menjelaskan hasil uji fungsional alat hidroponik untuk fodder jagung berbasis panel surya melengkung. Perbedaan laju pertumbuhan kecambah jagung ini dipengaruhi oleh perbedaan perlakukan yang diberikan pada setiap kelompok. Pada kelompok eksperimen jagung disiram empat kali sehari. Berdasarkan hasil ekpserimen diperoleh data bahwa alat hidroponik hasil rancangan bangun mampu menghasilkan daya listrik rata-rata 5,9 Watt. Daya yang dihasilkan alat sudah lebih tinggi daripada kebutuhan teoritis. Selama lima hari massa percobaan, tinggi rata-rata pertumbuhan fodder jagung adalah 55,59 mm tinggi rata-rata fodder jagung yang ditanam secara kontrol adalah 44,88 mm. Massa akhir jagung yang ditumbuhkan dengan menggunakan alat hidroponik adalah 559,25g sedangkan secara kontrol adalah 360,75g.

Abstract

Introduction: This research aims to determine the use of peer mentoring as a means of reproductive health education for adolescents in Palu City. Method: The research is This research is quantitative research involving secondary school students by developing reproductive health education methods that are more appropriate and effective in increasing adolescents' knowledge and attitudes towards reproductive health in the Palu city. Results: This research shows that peer tutoring is effective in increasing students' knowledge, but is not yet effective in improving students' attitudes about reproductive health. Research Implications: Peer mentoring can be used as an alternative method for reproductive health education in schools and has the potential to be further developed and researched to achieve long-term effects on student behavior. Conclusion:Peer conversation can be used as an educational means to increase students' knowledge about reproductive health.
