Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penambahan limbah cangkang rajungan pada pakan terhadap intensitas warna ikan mas koi Kohaku (Cyprinus carpio L.). Media yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah aquarium yang berukuran 60x45x50 cm dengan kepadatan 5 ekor/aquarium, pemberian pakan dilakukan dan menggunakan pakan sesuai dengan perlakuan. Rancangan yang digunakan untuk dua hewan uji yang berukuran 5 cm sampai 13 cm adalah rancangan acak lengkap yaitu 4 perlakuan dan 5 ulangan. Hasil dari penelitian ini diperoleh bahwa penambahan tepung rajungan pada pakan dapat meningkatkan kecerahan warna pada ikan mas koi dengan tingkat pertumbuhan mutlak bobot dan panjang ukuran ikan koi bertambah secara signifikan. This study aims to determine the effect of adding crab shell waste to feed on the color intensity of the Kohaku koi carp (Cyprinus carpio L.). The media used in this study was an aquarium measuring 60x45x50 cm with a density of 5 fish / aquarium, feeding was carried out and using feed according to treatment. The design used for two test animals measuring 5 cm to 13 cm was a complete random design, 4 treatments and 5 replications. The results of this study found that the addition of small crab flour to the feed can increase the brightness of the color of the koi carp with an absolute growth rate of weight and length of the koi fish size significantly increased. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan tepung ubi jalar (Ipomea batatas) dengan penambahan rumput laut K. alvarezii terhadap karakteristik gizi roti manis. Percobaan yang dipakai menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dua ulangan. Parameter yang uji adalah karakteristik kimia/gizi yang terdiri atas kadar air, abu, protein, lemak, karbohidrat dan serat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penambahan bubur rumput laut memberikan pengaruh nyata pada kadar air, protein, lemak dankarbohidrat tetapi tidak memberikan pengaruh nyata pada kadar abu dan serat. Nilai gizi pada produk berkisar antarayaitu kadar air 23,22-26,93%; abu 2,25%-2,30%; protein 3,84-5,66%; lemak 11,18-12,58%; karbohidrat 50,66-56,33% dan serat 2,49-3,15%. This study aims to determine the effect of using sweet potato flour (Ipomea batatas) with the addition of K. alvarezii seaweed to the nutritional characteristics of sweet bread. The experiment used a completely randomized design (CRD) of two replications. The test parameters are chemical / nutritional characteristics consisting of water, ash, protein, fat, carbohydrate and fiber content. The results showed the addition of seaweed porridge had a significant effect on water content, protein, fat and carbohydrate but did not have a significant effect on ash and fiber content. The nutritional value of the product ranges from water content 23.22-26.93%; ash 2.25% -2.30%; protein 3.84-5.66%; fat 11.18-12.58%; carbohydrates 50.66-56.33% and fiber 2.49-3.15%. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh intensitas cahaya terhadap daya tetas telur ikan mas (Cyprinus carpio). Metode penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 4 perlakuan dan 3 ulangan. Hasil BNT (beda nyata terkecil) menunjukan perlakuan A, B dan D berpengaruh terhadap perlakuan C, perlakuan A, B dan D tidak berpengaruh. Tingkat penetasan telur yang optimal atau yang terbaik perlakuan C 18 watt dengan daya tetas 94% kemudian disusul perlakuan B 11 watt 68,67 % dan perlakuan D kontrol 65,33 % ,serta penetasan yang terendah ada pada perlakuan A 62,67 %. This study aims to determine the effect of light intensity on the hatchability of carp (Cyprinus carpio) eggs. This research method uses a completely randomized design (CRD) with 4 treatments and 3 replications. BNT results (the smallest significant difference) showed that treatments A, B and D had an effect on treatment C, treatments A, B and D had no effect. The optimal egg hatching rate or the best 18 watts C treatment with hatching power 94% then followed by the 11 watts B treatment 68.67% and 65.33% control D treatments, and the lowest hatching is in treatment A 62.67%. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jenis-jenis dan struktur komunitas gastropoda khususnya yang berkaitan dengan keanekaragaman, keseragaman, dan kesamaan komunitas gastropoda pada ekosistem lamun di Desa Dudepo Kecamatan Anggrek Kabupaten Gorontalo Utara. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Agustus 2015 sampai Agustus 2016. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode line transek dengan menggunakan kuadran ukuran 1x1 m. Analisis data meliputi indeks keanekaragaman, indeks keseragaman, dan kesamaan komunitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gastropoda yang ditemukan di Desa Dudepo terdiri dari 14 jenis nilai keanekaragaman tertinggi terdapat pada Stasiun II yaitu 0,76 dan nilai keanekaragamn terendah terdapat pada Stasiun III yaitu 0,49. Indeks keseragaman gastropoda di lokasi penelitian memiliki keseragaman yang rendah. Tingkat kesamaan gastropoda tertinggi terdapat pada Stasiun II dan III yaitu 76 % dan terendah terdapat pada Stasiun I dan II yaitu 63 %. This study aims to determine the types and structure of the gastropod community, especially those related to diversity, uniformity, and similarity of the gastropod community in the seagrass ecosystem in Dudepo Village, Anggrek District, North Gorontalo Regency. This research was conducted in August 2015 until August 2016. The method used in this study is the line transect method using a quadrant of size 1x1 m. Data analysis includes diversity index, uniformity index, and community similarity. The results showed that the gastropods found in Dudepo Village consisted of 14 types of the highest diversity values found in Station II, which was 0.76 and the lowest diversity values were found in Station III, which was 0.49. Gastropod uniformity index at the study site has a low uniformity. The highest level of gastropod similarity was found in Stations II and III at 76% and the lowest was at Stations I and II at 63%. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan panjang - berat, pertumbuhan dan kelompok umur ikan cakalang (Katsuwonus pelamis) yang tertangkap diperairan Teluk Tomini dan didaratkan di Pangkalan Pendaratan Ikan Kelurahan Tenda Kota Gorontalo. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode random sampling. Hasil analisis hubungan panjang berat menunjukkan bahwa pola pertumbuhan ikan cakalang bersifat allometrik negatif, estimasi nilai parameter pertumbuhan dengan metode Von Bertalanffy diketahui nilai L∞ 50,2268, K 0,5891, t0 -0,0409. Terdiri dari tiga kelompok umur dengan panjang rata-rata (L1) 30,8578, (L2) 36,2150, (L3) 46,0463. Persamaan Von Bertalanffy untuk ikan cakalang Lt = 50,2268 (1-exp-0,5891(t-(-0,0409)). This study aims to determine the length-weight relationship, growth and age groups of skipjack (Katsuwonus pelamis) caught in the waters of Tomini Bay and landed at the Fish Landing Base Tenda of Gorontalo City. The method used in this study is the random sampling method. The results of the analysis of the weight length relationship show that the growth pattern of skipjack is negative allometric, the estimated value of growth parameters using the Von Bertalanffy method is known to be L∞ 50.22268, K 0.5891, t0 -0.0409. Consists of three age groups with an average length (L1) 30.8578, (L2) 36.22150, (L3) 46.0463. Von Bertalanffy's equation for skipjack Lt = 50.2268 (1-exp-0,5891(t-(-0,0409)).
