Abstract

This study aims to determine the suitability of recreational tourism in Libuo Beach, District of Paguat, Pohuwato Regency based on biophysical parameters. The research was conducted from January to December 2015. The method used is descriptive method using direct observation and measurement in the field. The data used are primary data obtained from observations and direct measurements in the field includes the parameters depth, type of beach, wide beaches, seabed material, current speed, water transparency, harmful biota, and the availability of fresh water. Analysis travel suitability index is calculated according Yulianda travel (2007). The analysis showed that the three research stations in Libuo Beach are in “appropriate” category (SI) with values ranging between 88-93%, making it feasible as a location for leisure travel. Abstract

This study aims to determine the economic impact on the income of nautical tourism village community Olele District of Kabila Bone Bone Bolango District. This research was conducted in July-November 2015. The respondents rating determined non-probality sampling, are selected by convenience sampling method. Researchers chose rating arbitrary or accidental encounter. The data collection was done by direct observation using questionnaires. The economic impact was analyzed by using Keynesian Income Multiplier. The results showed that the impact on revenues of maritime tourism Olele village communities are in the category of low and have not been felt evenly. Income Keynesian Multiplier value is 0.99, Type 1 Income Multiplier Ratio is 1.21 and Type 2 Income Multiplier Ratio is 1.67. Direct economic impact in the form of income owners of business units that is equal to 66.27%. While the indirect impact in the form of labor income is still very low at 2.81%. Further impact in the form of labor expenditures amounted to 48.76% is used for food. Keywords: Marine tourism; Keynesian Income Multiplier; economic impact

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine Escherichia coli bacterial content in chunks of yellowfin tuna (Thunnus albacores) sold in Central Market Gorontalo. This study uses descriptive analysis method which gives an idea as carefully as possible about an individual, state, symptom, or a particular group. Based on observations of the total MPN Coliform samples A, B and C have MPN coliform exceed ISO standards for quality and food safety requirements of fresh fish, ie 24.00 MPN / g. Test EMBA (Eosin Methylene Blue Agar (EMBA) indicates that the Tuna Yellowfin positive for the bacterium Escherichia coli with colors that are characterized by green metalic. Pieces of tuna sold in the central market town Gorontalo safe to eat at 08:00 am, while at 10:00 am and 12:00 am bacterial content becomes a lot more. The longer the fish are displayed at table without any effort to maintain the quality of the fish, the more the bacteria contained in the fish. Abstract

This research was conducted in the village of Limbatihu which runs from January to March 2015 with the aim of this study was to determine the success of the program of rehabilitation of mangrove ecosystems in the District Limbatihu village district was Paguyaman Pantai.The method used is a survey method, interviews, and collecting secondary and primary data to support research conducted by the researchers.The data analysis used descriptive analysis to look at the program of rehabilitation of mangrove ecosystems.The results of this study address that the program of rehabilitation of mangrove ecosystems in the village Limbatihu known to succeed because with the support of local communities and government local village, the successful rehabilitation of the mangrove ecosystem can be seen the value of the participation of the government and local communities to support the implementation of rehabilitation activities carried out by Japesda.
