Abstract

AbstrakRumah Sakit Pendidikan adalah rumah sakit yang berfungsi sebagai tempat pendidikan, penelitian, dan pelayanan kesehatan secara terpadu dan multiprofesional. Salah satu bagian dari pelayanan rumah sakit adalah ruang operasi. Di ruang operasi ada prosedur pembedahan dan ada beberapa tim terkait. Kesatuan tim yang saling ketergantungan dalam tim ruang operasi merupakan bentuk kerjasama yang solid. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui profil Tim Interdependence pada tim bedah, dimana seluruh anggota tim merupakan Guru Klinis pada pendidikan kedokteran calon spesialis, kepaniteraan klinik, pendidikan keperawatan, dan pendidikan kesehatan lainnya secara terpadu dan multi profesi.. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif terhadap survei yang diakukan di Kamar Operasi Rumah Sakit Pendidikan Satelit di Jakarta Utara. Kuisioner di adaptasi dari Relation between Work Team Characteristics and Effectivenes : A Replication and Extention. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari ke 64 responden, paling banyak berusia < 30 tahun (32,8 %), berjenis kelamin laki-laki (46,9%), dengan lama bekerja paling banyak 5-10 tahun (40,6%), dan terbanyak pendidikan D3 (50%) dan dalam Tim berperan sebagai Perawat/asisten/instrumen (44,4%). Nilai dari 64 responden menunjukkan nilai Task Interdependence: 15,49,  Goal Interdependence: 15,33, serta Outcome Interdependence: 16,34 yang membuktikan Tim berada diatas rata rata. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah semua anggota tim tidak bisa bekerja sendiri tetapi merupakan unit tim dengan tugasnya masing-masing. Saling ketergantungan tugas mengacu pada bagaimana anggota tim berinteraksi dan bergantung pada anggota tim lain untuk informasi, bahan, dan sumber daya yang dibutuhkan untuk menyelesaikan kerja tim.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of resilience in workers' work life balance during the Covid-19 pandemic. Respondents amounted to 73 respondents who had an age range 25-40 years and have been married status. The instrument in this study used the Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale-10 with 10 question items and the work life balance from Fisher, Bulger and Smith with 16 question items. Sampling technique used is random sampling. The data analysis technique in this research uses simple regression analysis. The results obtained indicate that there is a positive contribution of resilience as a predictor to work life balance of 24.3% with a correlation coefficient of 0.493.

Abstract

Humans as social beings cannot live alone, humans are social creatures who in their daily life always need communication or interaction, since humans have lived in the world for centuries, they must have communicated symbolically, until the time when humans have entered the digital era. which in this era is marked by communication through advanced technology, so that the interaction symbols are increasingly diverse and are applied in the form of emoticons. Verbal communication is communication that uses oral and written, communication that uses words in both oral and written form. Talking face to face, talking using a cellphone is verbal communication while non-verbal is communication through automatic body movements and gestures. Communication that takes place in a reciprocal face-to-face dialogue interpersonal order is called symbolic interaction, interaction is a sociological term while symbolic is a communication term or communication science. The interaction process that is formed involves the use of language symbols, provisions of customs, religion and other views. This research method is descriptive qualitative where interviews are conducted on selected informants because they are considered credible in terms of the information we can get. The research location is in Wayori Village, Supiori Barat District, Supiori Regency. The results of this study indicate that the Supiori community is the dominant community in using oral communication, they are very very good at telling stories, but have a bit of difficulty in using writing as a communication product, so it is difficult to find stories. - stories in written form as historical relics.
