Abstract

This research aim to examined the effect of transformational leadership, motivation, career development and work discipline on employee performance. In this study, researchers used a sample of 102 respondents employees of PT. Luxindo Nusantara Semarang, the data obtained from the questionnaire. Questionnaire data were then tested with the validity and reliability, having obtained a valid result, then studies using multiple linear regression to describe the relationship between these variables. The result is a hypothesis that transformational leadership, motivation and working discipline of positive on employee performance, but career development does not significantly on the performance of employees.Keywords: Transformational Leadership, Motivation, Career Development, Work Discipline and Employee Performance.

Abstract

This research is a study that tested the effect of leadership, workplace environment and organizational culture on job satisfaction. This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of leadership, workplace environment and organizational culture on employee job satisfaction and simultaneous partial.In this study, researchers used a sample of 100 respondents employee Politeknik Ilmu Pelayaran Semarang, the data obtained from the questionnaire. Then tested with questionnaire data validity and reliability, having obtained a valid result, then studies using multiple linear regression to describe the relationship between the variables.The result of leadership, workplace environment and organizational culture has an influence individually and collectively against employee job satisfaction. Thus, the better the leadership, work environment and organizational culture to further improve employee job satisfaction Politeknik Ilmu Pelayaran Semarang.Keywords: Leadership, Work Environment, Organizational Culture and Employee Job Satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of leadership, labor discipline, and organizational culture on employee performance and simultaneous partial.In this study, researchers used a sample of 100 respondents employee Politeknik Ilmu Pelayaran Semarang, the data obtained from the questionnaire. Abstract

Penelitian ini menguji tentang pengaruh brand image, kualitas produk serta layanan purna jual terhadap keputusan pembelian Sepeda Motor Honda di Kabupaten Blora. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan explanatory research terhadap 80 responden. Tehnik sampling dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Purposive sampling. yang merupakan teknik pengambilan sampel yang pengambilan objeknya sesuai dengan kriteria yang telah ditentukan dengan menggunakan kriteria pemilihan sampel yaitu masyarakat Kab. Blora yang telah membeli dan memakai sepeda motor Honda, masyarakat Kab. Blora yang membeli sepeda motor Honda yang diproduksi di atas tahun 2010 dan sampai saat ini masih diproduksi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data diketahui bahwa ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara brand image terhadap keputusan pembelian, ada pengaruhpositif dan signifikan antara kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian, ada pengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan antara layanan purna jual terhadap keputusan pembelian.Kata Kunci : brand image, kualitas produk, layanan purna jual, keputusan pembelian

Abstract

The purpose of the study to examine the influence of leadership, motivation, and work environment on employee performance on local water companies Semarang. The sample used in this study were 90 respondents to the data collection methods used in this study by distributing a questionnaire to the respondent in order to obtain information. The data were analyzed using analysis to test the validity of the question items using the product moment, and reliability of the instrument, regression analysis, to examine the effect of partially magnitude of each independent variable as follows Y = .0,231. X1-0.223. X2 +0.578. X3 of regression equation is known that the regression coefficient (β) leadership (X1) = 0.231, perceptions of motivation (X2) = 0.223 work environment (X3) = 0.578. The results of the study indicate that the independent variables that have a dominant influence on performance is variable and the work environment that have the smallest influence is motivation. Results of calculation of the coefficient of determination Adjusted R Square is equal to 0645 or by 64.5% means that 64.5% change in the dependent variable Y (employee performance) can be explained by the influence of leadership variables (X1), motivation (X2) and work environment (X3 ), while the remaining 36.5% dipengaruh by other variables that are not tested or described in this research model Keywords: Leadership, Motivation, Work Environment and employee performance

Abstract

Purpose of the implementation of this study is to examine and analyze the effect of job satisfaction, organizational commitment and work discipline to performance Dalmas Member. The research was conducted at the Central Java Police Sub Dalmas Members who totaled 135 pirposive using the criteria of the lowest rank of Brigadier. Results of regression testing obtained results Adjusted R Square of 0.741, meaning that the change of variable performance can be explained by the variables of job satisfaction, work discipline, and organizational commitment of 74.1%. whereas for the F test show that jointly job satisfaction, work discipline and organizational commitment affect the performance.Based on the known partial regression testing job satisfaction affects the performance with significance 0.000 <0.05, the performance of the work discipline of significance 0.012 <0.05 and organizational commitment affect the performance of the 0.000 significance. <0.05. It is identified that all the hypotheses accepted or proven.Keywords: work satisfaction, organizational commitment and performance

Abstract

Development of insurance industry in Indonesia increasingly moving rapidly. It is characterized by the increasing number of insurance companies that stand, which means the level of competition is gettingsharper peers. Success is not obtained because of the support of human resources (employees) who qualified for a major asset in helping the company achieve its goals. This research was conducted at PT Prudential Life Assurance Yogyakarta by using all census population sampled as many as 63 people and decent questionnaires processed sebantak 63 questionnaire. Results of regression testing obtained results Adjusted R Square of 0.836 means that the change of variables can be explained by the variable performance of work ability, work motivation and job satisfaction was 83.6%. As for the F test showed that the ability to work together, work motivation and job satisfaction affect the performance. Based on the partial regression testing signifinasi kemapuan known work on performance is 0.047 <0.05, significance of work motivation on performance is 0.000 <0.05, significance of job satisfaction on performance is 0.000. < 0.05. It is identified that all the hypotheses accepted or proven.

Abstract

The Purpose of this reseach is to analyze the influence ofconsumer motivation, perceived quality and consumer attitudes are shared or partially on purchasing decisions and to analyze which variables are the most dominant in influencing purchasing decisions. The data used in this study is primary data, the questionnaire as a research instrument, which is then processed by the calculation SPSS (Statistical Product and Solutions) version 16. The population in this study were all purchasers and users of consumer products online shop Noval @ thulputhul Semarang. Samples taken are consumers who buy in the online shop Noval @ thulputhul Semarang totaling 100 respondents. Sampling technique in this study using a convenience sampling, ie sampling in accordance with the willingness of respondents to the questionnaire were interviewed. Analysis tool used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that there is a significant positive effect on the motivation of consumers purchasing decisions. There is a significant positive effect between perceived quality on purchase decisions. There is a significant positive effect between a good attitude towards consumer purchasing decisions. Abstract

This study analyzes the relationship between service quality and  corporate image on satisfaction and its consequences on customer loyalty. The object of this study is the Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPR) Artomoro Semarang. Problems in the study refer to the phenomenon of costumer decreasing BPRs of Central Java in the period 2008 – 2012. Models that were formulated in this study aim to provide a critical understanding of the concept and measurement of customer loyalty. The results of this study indicate that the quality of service has a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction. Corporate image has a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction. The effect of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty is positive and significant. While the development of hypotheses influence of service quality and corporate image were not had direct effect on loyalty. Abstract

This study aims to measure the level of customer satisfaction and loyalty by examining variables that affect the identification of customer satisfaction and loyalty with Bank BRI Penaruban Kendal. After a review of related literature, in this study determined significant variables that allegedly affects customer satisfaction and loyalty, which is the variable quality of service that includes dimensions of physical evidence, reliability, security, responsiveness, and empathy and variable customer value can be seen as a basis for the development strategy of customer satisfaction leads to loyalty.Respondents were selected using purposive sampling technique. With a total sample of 100 customers of Bank BRI Unit Penaruban Kendal. The data were analyzed using factor analysis to test the validity of the item in question, and the formula Croanbach 's Alpha to test the reliability of the instrument. The data analysis technique used in this study was SPSS for Windows 13.0, which is used to test the 5 hypotheses that have been developed.Hypothesis testing results showed a positive and significant relationship between the quality of services that include physical evidence, reliability, security, responsiveness, and empathy, on customer loyalty with customer satisfaction mediated. Also found a direct relationship between the positive and significant customer value with customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. The results of calculations for model testing showed acceptable results using Regression Analysis and Path Analysis.
