Abstract

In the global era, development of the retail industry in Indonesia is so fast, the development of the retail industry in Indonesia has increased over the last 10 years, both retail supermarkets and retail non-self-service, with the rapid development of the retail business, then competition in the field of retail marketing or retail are increasingly increased. This study aimed to analyze the effect of customer service, merchandise assortments, perceived price, and store atmosphere on purchasing decisions in Matahari Department Store Semarang. The population is all consumers who ever bought at Matahari Department Store Semarang. Samples in this study were 100 respondents to the sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique. Analysis tool used to test the hypothesis in this study is t-test and f-test. In this study using a test instrument to test the validity by factor analysis (KMO) and reliable test. The results showed that customer service, merchandise assortments, perceived price, and store atmosphere had positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Abstract

The objective of the study is to examine the effect of Firm Size, Debt Policy, Dividend Policy and Profitability of the Firm Value. The research was conducted on an industrial manufacturing company that went public in Indonesia Stock Exchange.The sampling method in this study using purposive sampling method with the research period 2010 to 2013. The data used in this study is data from manufacturing companies that met the selection criteria. The analytical method used in this research was multiple regression analysis.The research proves that the firm size, dividend policies and profitability is significant positive effect on firm value, while the dept policy is unsignificant negative effect on firm value. Adjusted R square value is 0.938 it explains 93.8% of dependent variable can be explained by the independent variable, while the remaining 6.2% is explained by other causes outside the model. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of Total Assets Turnover, Return on Assets, Earning Per Share and Price Earning Ratio of share price on publicly traded companies incorporated in LQ45 Index in 2012-2014. This research was conducted using secondary data. The population in this study are all publicly traded companies incorporated in LQ45 Index in 2012-2014. The sample in this study using purposive sampling method. The analytical method used in this research is multiple regression analysis. The research proves that, EPS and PER positive and significant impact on stock prices, ROA significant negative effect on stock prices and TATO and not significant positive effect on stock prices. Adjusted R Square value is 0,999 this means that 99.9% of the dependent variable can be explained by the independent variable, while the remaining 0.1% is explained by other causes outside the model. Abstract

The objective of the study is to examine the effect of current ratio, Return On E quity, Debt to Equity Ratio, and size to the stock price. The research was conducted on a manufacturing company have listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange periodic 2011-2013. The sampling method in this study using purposive sampling method. The data used in this research is data from  manufacturing companies that meet the selection criteria . The analytical method used in this studyis multiple regression analysis.  The multiple regression shows thatCR, ROE and Size have positive and significant impact on stock prices, while DER has positive and not significant on stock prices. Adjusted R Square is 0,689 this means 68,9% of the dependent variable can be explained by the independent variable, while the remaining 31,1% is explained by other causes outside the model Keywords: Stock Price, Return On Equity, Debt to Equity Ratio and Size

Abstract

This research is intended to discover the influences of work motivation, leadership and compensation on the employees' performance in the credit union of "CU Lestari" Wonosobo. It worked on population and samples of 30-employees CU Lestari Wonosobo, with the measured variables including : work motivation, leadership, and compensation as a set of independent variables as well as employees' performance as a dependent variable. The data was obtained by mean of questionnaires and analyzed with a double regression. The reasearch suggested that work motivation positively and significantly influences on the employees' performance of CU Lestari Wonosobo. Work motivation resulted by appreciation, challenging job, persistence and ecouragement to gain achievement become the aspects of well-done assigments. Leadership, in the other hand, positively and significantly influences on the employees' performance of CU Lestari. In the light of the employees' preview, the leader in CU Lestari is capable for building up the natures of democratic leadership, such as being consultative, making collective decision, delegating assignment equitably and fairly, and so that this ecourages the employees to perform properly. Compensation positively and significantly influences on the employees' performance of CU Lestari. Compensation in terms of salary, promotion and reward are the aspects of those encouraging work performance as well as maintaining employee loyalty. Work motivation, leadership and appreciation simultaneously influence on the employees' performance in CU Lestari. The value of work motivation, leadership and compensation of the employees' work performance reaches 83,7%. It is concluded that work motivation, leadership and compensation result in highly impacts on the work performance of CU Lestari. Key Words : Work motivation, leadership, compensation, performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of brand image and relationship marketing to customer satisfaction in improving customer loyalty Tupperware in Semarang. The population in this study are customers that buy Tupperware in Semarang. The sample in this study as many as 100 people. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The analysis tool used is multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis can be concluded that: brand image positively affects customer satisfaction. Relational marketing positively affects customer satisfaction. Brand image positively affects customer loyalty. Relational marketing a positive effect on customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction has positive effect on customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction does not mediate the effect of brand image on customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction does not mediate the effect of relationship marketing on customer loyalty.Keywords:     brand image, relationship marketing, customer satisfaction and customer loyalty
