Abstract

Keberhasilan pencapaian tujuan organisasi sangat tergantung beberapa faktor yang diantaranya adalah pemberdayaan pegawai, kualitas kehidupan kerja dan komitmen organisasional serta organizational citizenship behavior, pemberdayaan pegawai dapat mempengaruhi beberapa factor antara lain kualitas kehidupan kerja maupun komitmen organisasional dan lain sebagainya. Dalam pencapaian tujuannya perusahaan diperlukan komitmen yang tinggi dari segenap anggota organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Pemberdayaan pegawai terhadap kualitas kehidupan kerja dan terhadak komitmen organisasional serta pengaruhnya terhadap organizational citizenship behavior, dengan obyek penelitian PT. Bank Jateng Kantor Pusat Semarang. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini memenuhi syarat validitas maupun reliabilitas. Pengukuran validitas dengan analisis faktor menunjukkan semua indicator dalan intrumen penelitian mempunyai Loading Faktor diatas 0,4 dengan nilai KMO atau syarat kecukupan sampel sudah diatas 0,5. Uji reliabilitas terhadap variabel yang ditelititelah teruji keandalannya atau konsistensiya, karena mempunyai Alpha Cronbach lebih besar dari 0.6. Penelitian ini menggunakan tiga model pendekatan regresi berganda. Dari hasil penelitian ternyata ketiga model persamaan yang digunakan untuk penelitian ini adalah memenuhi syarat goodness of fit, dengan nilai koefisien determinasi (Adjusted R2) mendekati angka 1 yaitu diatas 90%; dengan hasil uji F masing-masing persamaannya sangat signifikan. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa pemberdayaan pegawai berpengaruh positif terhadap kualitas kehidupan kerja dan komitmen organisasional dengan signifikansi  kurang dari 5%; demikian juga pengaruh kualitas kehidupan kerja dan komitmen organisasional terhadap  organizational citizenship behavior  suga berpengaruh sangat signifikan. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa ternyata kualitas kehidupan kerja dan komitmen organisasional bukan berupakan faktor memediasi pengaruh pemberdayaan dan kualitas kehidupan kerja terhadap organizational citizenship behavior, tetapi kedua variable tersebut mempunyai kecenderungan memperkuat pengaruhnya  terhadap komitmen organisasional maupun organizational citizenship behavior Kata kunci : pemberdayaan pegawai, kualitas kehidupan kerja, komitmen organisasional dan organizational citizenship behavior.

Abstract

This study was conducted to examine the interdepedensi between financial leverage and the dividend payout ratio and the factors affecting them such as investment, profitability, growth and variability of earnings. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling in companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange unless the banks for the period 2008 to 2010. Total sample of 226 acquired firms. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression equation least squares and test hypotheses using t-statistics for testing the partial regression coefficients and F-statistics to test the significance effect together with the level of significance of 5%. From the results of the analysis indicate that there is no relationship between financial leverage with a dividend payout ratio, profitability significant positive effect on financial leverage and the dividend payout ratio, while investment, growth and variability of earnings does not have a significant effect on both. Level of predictive capability of the five variables are the financial leverage of 6.1% while the remaining 93.9% is influenced by other factors not included in the research model, and the level of predictability of the five variables are the dividend payout ratio of 2.9%, while the remaining 97.1% is influenced by other factors not included in the research model. Abstract

RSUD Kardinah as public department service having accreditation of ISO always give attention satisfaction of employees activity which in this Medical Civil  Nurse case of RSUD Kardinah.This research is expected will be able to see efficacy of reduction stres hooked;correlated by quality of work life  to satisfaction through motivation as intervening variables The Method of this research used Linear Regretion Methode, wiyh result of that work stres having not negative motivation influence and also work satisfaction. Motivation having positive job satisfaction. Abstract

Banking institution has important role for economic growth which one of it as an intermediary institution between party that has excess fund and party that needs fund. From its role as a financial intermediary, bank with healthy financial performance is needed to make intermediary function running well. Intermediary problems is not only happen in domestic bank but also foreign bank with speculative activity that cause Rupiah’s fluctuation. Since banks are the major source of financing especially in South East Asia, the level of credit growth is an important policy variable for it indicates how efficiently banks perform their intermediary roles of collecting savings and allocating fund. This research has a purpose to provide empirical evident about factors that affect credit growth, also influences to performance banks. Variables that tested are credit sensitivity to interest rate, credit sensitivity to inflation, credit sensitivity to GDP, credit growth, and performance banks. The samples consist of 25 banks. The statistic method used to test on the research hypothesis is regression analysis. The result show that credit sensitivity to interest rate, credit sensitivity to inflation and credit sensitivity to GDP can predict credit growth and credit growth can predict performance banks. Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of empowerment and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on employee performance within moderating variable of  organizational culture at the Secretariat of Batang Regency. Technique of data examination used in this research include test validity, test reliability, multiple regression analysis, Model Test (Test F and R2) and moderation tests to prove the research hypothesis. Tested the validity of the data collected by the method of factor analysis and tested for reliability with coefficient alpha (Cronbach Alpha). The data are valid and reliability test results show the number 0,7205 for empowerment variables, 0,7755 for the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) variables, 0,8204 for the variable of organizational culture and 0,6111 for the variable of employee performance. Results of the analysis and discussion show that empowerment and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) has positive influence on employee performance, proven organizational culture moderates the influence of empowerment on employee performance, proven organizational culture moderates the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on employee performance. Abstract

This research aimed to analyze the effect of job characteristics and Empowerment on Job Performance with Organizational Commitment as mediation. Population in this research is 134 person and all of the population being respondents with census methode. Test instruments use validity and reliability, while the model test use R2 test (coefficient of determination), F test (Goodness of Fit) and t-test (t-test). Hypothesis Testing in this research use the regression analysis with t count criteria. Hypothesis testing is used t count frequency distribution test at significance level (α) of 5%. The results showed (1) Job Characteristics has positive and significant impact on Organizational Commitment, (2) Empowerment has positive and significant impact on Organizational Commitment, (3) Job Characteristics has positive and significant impact on Job Performance, (4) Empowerment influential positive and significant impact on Job Performance, while (5) The Organizational Commitment does not mediate the effect of Job Characteristics and Empowerment to Job Performance.   Keywords: Job Characteristics, Empowerment, Organizational Commitment, and Job Performance

Abstract

This study aims to identify and examine  the influence of disciplinary, work ethic on the performance by moderation oragization commitment that takes an objectof primary school teachers in Kudus Regencyict. Sampling was done by purposive sampling technique. From the result of purposive sampling, the sample was used in this study, totaling 135 people. Testing data technique which is used in this study include validity test by factor analysis, reliability test by Cronbach alpha formula, multiple regression analysis, and significance  tests, the coeffisien of determination to prove the hypothesis and mediation test. The result showed that the variables of Culture 0rganizational commitment proved to moderating the effect of motivition and work ethic on the performance of elementary school teachers in Kudus  regency. Motivation and work ethic has a positive and significant effect on performance. Motivition variable, work ethic and organization commitment to the performance influenced. The remaining  is influence by other variables which is not included in the study. Key word : Motivition, work ethic , school  culture, performance

Abstract

Organizational commitment as a condition that is perceived by the employees who may cause a strong positive attitudes towards work organization owned, positive behavior was influenced among others by job satisfaction, job characteristics also work discipline. Furthermore, this study aimed to analyze the influence of job characteristics and work discipline of organizational commitment to the mediation of job satisfaction nurses in RSUD of Sub Province of Temanggung. Data collection using questionnaires, sampling using purposive sampling criteria respondents tenure of more than five years. Test instruments use validity and reliability, while the model test use R2 test (coefficient of determination), F test (Goodness of Fit) and t-test (t-test). Hypothesis Testing in this research use the regression analysis with t count criteria. Hypothesis testing is used t count frequency distribution test at significance level (α) of 5%. The results showed that no significant job characteristics on job satisfaction and organizational commitment, work discipline is significantly positive effect on job satisfaction but did not significantly affect organizational commitment, job satisfaction, while significant positive effect on organizational commitment and an intervening variable (mediation) which mediates work discipline organizational commitment. Abstract

An organization should have wanted for each employee can get the optimal job satisfaction, therefore, it is necessary to improve organizational commitment because of the fact that the organizational commitment can influence job satisfaction. Furthermore, the organizations need to motivate employees and create an environment conducive to reduce job stress as these two variables are really important to reach job satisfaction. This study takes an object of research to employee in PP PAUDNI Regional II Semarang. This research aimed to analyze the effect of motivation to organizational commitment, to analyze the effect of job stress to organizational commitment, to analyze the effect of motivation to job satisfaction, to analyze the effect of job stress to job satisfaction and the last is to analyze the effect of organizational commitment to satisfaction of the employee of PP PAUDNI Regional II Semarang. This study takes an explanatory survey as a method in doing its research. The research sample takes about 112 respondents. The data analysis technique uses descriptive analysis, instrument analysis (validity and reliability), examining the model (regression, F-test, Coefficient of Determination Test), examining the hypothesis (T-test) and examining the mediation effects. The test results in partial motivation give negative influence to organizational commitment. There is an effect of job stress to organizational commitment, motivation gives negative effect to job satisfaction, and job stress gives negative effect to job satisfaction. There is also an effect of organizational commitment to job satisfaction. Mediation results indicate that organizational commitment does not mediate motivation to job satisfaction, but organizational commitment can mediate stress job to job satisfaction.   Keywords: motivation, job stress, organizational commitment, job satisfaction

Abstract

This study is intended to analyze the effect of service quality on satisfaction and loyalty of members of KUD Plongkowati Timur Godong. The object of this research is KUD Plongkowati Timur members. Determination of the sample using purposive sampling method. the data processing using the application SPSS. The method of data analysis using the validity and reliability. Further analysis using multiple linear regression research and testing mediation to explain the relationship between variables. There are three result of the multiple linear regression. First, service quality has positive and significant impact on satisfaction. It can be seen from the result of the regression coefficient service quality is positive (0,765) with significant 0,000 <0,05. It mean that if the service quality better will increase satisfaction. Second, service quality has positive and significant impact on loyalty. It can be seen from the result of the regression coefficient service quality is positive (0,331) with significant 0,000 <0,05. It mean that if the service quality better will increase loyalty. Third, satisfaction has positive and significant impact on loyalty. It can be seen from the result of the regression coefficient satisfaction is positive (0,539) with significant 0,000 <0,05. It mean that if the satisfaction better will increase loyalty.Keywords: service quality, satisfaction, loyalty
