Abstract

This study aims to measure the level of customer satisfaction and loyalty by examining variable that effect the identification of customer satisfaction and loyalty with Bank BRI Unit Balapulang. After a review of related literature, in this study determined significant variables that allegedly effect customer satisfaction and loyalty, which is variables quality of service that includes dimensions of of physical evidence, reliability, security, responsiviness and empathy and variable customer value can be seen as a basis for the development strategy of customer satisfaction leads to loyalty. Respondents were selected using purposive sampling technique. With a total sample of 100 customer Bank BRI Unit Balapulang. The data were analyzed using factor analysis to tes validity of the item in question, and the formula Croanbach’s Alpha to test the reliability of the instrumen. The data analysis technique used in this study was SPSS 19. Which is used to test the 3 (three) hypotheses that have been developed. The test results showed that the (1) quality of service to customer satisfaction showed a positive and significant, (2) the value to customers satisfaction showed a positive and significant influence, (3) customer satisfaction on customer loyalty showed positive and significant influence. Abstract

Sports shoesare an important partin supportingsportsactivities. Of the manybrands ofsports shoes, NIKEis a brandsports shoesthat have beenrecognizedby the publicorreliabilitycan beexpected to meetthe needs ofthe communitythatis growing in linewith thecompetitionof sports shoeswitha variety ofother brands. This study about the effects of product quality, price perception and brand image on purchase decisions was done to analyze the consumers purchasing decisions at Sport Icon Shoesstore in Semarang. Data used in this study is primary data and secondary data. While the techniques used for data collection using questionaire by asking a number of written questions used to obtain informations from the respondents. The population in this study were consumers who made purchases decising making NIKE sports shoes at the Sport Icon Shoesstore in Semarang. Were who make purchases NIKE sports shoes at the Sport Icon store in Semarang. The sampling techniqueis donewiththe technique of "accidental sampling", with thenumber of samples takenis100 respondents.The data were analyzed using factor analysis to test the validity of the statement items, Cronbach alpha formula to test the reliability of the instrument. Regression analysis to examine the effect of partially each independent variable were tested to purchase decision, and coefficient determinationto measure howfarthe ability ofthe modelvariations ofthe changesto the dependent variable.shoes at the Sport Icon Shoesstore in Semarang. Abstract

This study was to examine and analyze on the effect of work experience, job satisfaction and work stress on employee performance. The object of this study were all employees of PT. RB Gunung Kawi Semarang. The sampling technique in this research is to use the census method, using the whole population is numbered 52 employees using the techniques of data collection questionnaire (questionnaire) by distributing a list of statements to the respondent for information. Data were analyzed using factor analysis to test the validity of the statement items, Cronbach alpha formula to test the reliability of each - each independent variable was tested using regression analysis. Results of this study are: (1) Work experience positive and significant effect on employee performance. (2) Job satisfaction and significant positive effect on employee performance. Abstract

The research is done in PT. Mas Sumbiri that located in Campurejo Village, Boja District, Kendal Regency on September untill October 2014. The research has purpose to know about the influence of work satisfaction, work environment, and organization culture to employee’s working in PT. Mas Sumbiri A method of taking samples using purposive sampling with  the total sample used are 100 employees. As independent variabels are work satisfaction, work environment, and organization culture, meanwhile dependent variabel is employee’s working. Relation and or influence between each variabel explained by  multiple regression analysis. The results of research show that work satisfaction has positive influence and significant of employee’s working, it’s be proven from the t-count value is 2,148 and by using the level of significant for 5% obtained t-table value 1,671, which means that t-count value more than t-table value, they are 2,148 > 1,671 and the significant 0,034 < 0,05. Work environment has positive influence and significant of employee’s working, it’s be proven from the t-count value is 4,513 by using the level of significant for 5% obtained t-table value 1,671, which means that t-count value more than t-table value, they are 4,513 > 1,671 and the significant 0,000 < 0,05. And organization culture has positive influence and significant of employee’s working, it’s be proven from the t-count value is 3,388 by using the level of significant for 5% obtained t-table value 1,671, which means that t-count value more than t-table value, they are 3,388  > 1,671 and the significant 0,001 < 0,05. All variable also have positive influence and significant of employee’s working in PT. Mas Sumbiri simultantly. It’s be proven from the F-test value is 74,894 and the significant is 0,000. Beside that, from the determination analysis get output that work satisfaction, work environment, and organization culture, can explain dependent variabel or employee’s working amounted to 69,1%, meanwhile for 30,9% be influenced by other variabels outside of variabels to be researched. Abstract

This research is to analyze and test of the influence of socio-economic, lifestyle, consumer psychology, reference groups for blackberry mobile phone purchasing decisions. Object of study in this paper is SMA Kesatrian 1 Semarang. The sampling technique in this research is the use of sample random sampling (random) of the 100 respondents in the sample data collection method using a questionnaire (questionnaire) by distributing a list of questions to the respondent in order to obtain information. The data were analyzed using factor analysis to test the validity of the question items, Cronbach alpha formula to test the reliability of each of the independent variables were tested by regression analysis. The results of the research are: (1) Social economy has a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions. (2) Lifestyle has a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions. (3) Psychological consumer has a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions. (4) The reference group has a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions. Abstract

This study analyzed the effects of work leadership, motivation, job satisfaction, work-family conflict on employee performance. The research object in this paper is PT.Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Tengah Cabang Utama Semarang. Sampling technique was used in this study or the overall employee population data totaling 100 respondents to the method of data collection using a questionnaire (questionnaire) by spreading the list of statements to the respondents in order to obtain information. The research objective was formulated to seek answers to the flow that affect employee performance. The data were analyzed using factor analysis to test the validity of the question items with loading factor > 0,4, Cronbach alpha formula to test the reliability of the instrument with reliability coeficients > 0,7 , regression analysis, to examine the influence of each partial independent variables were tested by regression analysis. The results of the research are: (1) Leadership has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. (2) Motivation has an influence on employee performance. (3) Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. (4) Work-Family Conflict has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Abstract

This study analyzed the effect of labor discipline, motivation, organizational culture on employee performance. The research object in this paper is the Office of Manpower, Transmigration and Population Central Java. The sampling technique used purposive sampling amounted to 105 respondents in the sample data collection method using a questionnaire by distributing a list of statements to the respondents in order to obtain information. The research objective was formulated to determine the effect of work discipline, motivation, organizational culture on employee performance. File were collected and analyzed using factor analysis to test the validity of the question items, Cronbach alpha formula to test the reliability of each of the independent variables were tested by regression analysis. The results of the research are: (1) Work Discipline, Motivation and Work Environment has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Abstract

This research is a study that evaluated the effects of supply, pricing and incentives to the agent satisfaction PT. Coca - Cola West Semarang. The samples used in this study were 44 respondents. The sampling technique used in the form of a random sample, or by selecting a portion of the total population and scrambled it to be sampled. Data collected was tested first using validity and reliability in order to obtain valid and reliable results that can be used in subsequent testing. Subsequent analysis the authors use multiple linear regression testing to clarify the relationship between the independent and dependent variables. The result is a variable supply, pricing, and incentives positive and significant impact on satisfaction agents. Variables that have the greatest influence is variable pricing of this was due to the variable pricing has the largest beta value when compared with variable supply and incentives. Abstract

The Purpose of this reseach was to determine the effect of competence, leadership, discipline, and compensation, jointly or partially on employee performance. The data used in this study is primary data, with the questionnaire as a research instrument, which is then processed by calculation SPSS (Statistical Product and Solutions) version 19. The population in this study are employees of the Office of Manpower and Transmigration and Population of Central Java Province, which totaling 416 employees. The sampling technique in this research using random sampling using Slovin formula, so the respondents amounted to 81 respondents. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that there was a significant positive effect on employee performance between competence. There was a significant positive effect between leadership on employee performance. There was a significant positive effect on employee performance between disciplines. There was a significant positive effect between compensation on employee performance. Abstract

Toshiba is a world leader in high technology. The problem in this research is the shift in market share brand notebook toshiba is indicative of consumer distrust of the brand, quality products that are not durable and the perception of expensive prices. The aim of this study was to analyze the influence of brand image, product quality and price perception of the Toshiba brand laptop purchase decision on the students of the Faculty of Economics and Business Unisbank Semarang. Population in this research is the students of the Faculty of Economics and Business Unisbank Semarang. The sample in this study as many as 100 people. The sampling technique uses accidental sampling. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression. Results of the analysis can be concluded that: Brand image has positive influence on purchase decisions. Product quality has positive influence on purchase decisions. Perception price positive influence on purchasing decisions. The most dominant variable in influencing the purchasing decision is the quality of the product, followed by brand image and perception of price.
