Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of liquidity , solvency , and profitability of the Stock Return. Sample using purposive sampling method with criteria manufacturing company that has complete data for the population and the company for 3 years ( 2011-2013 ) obtained 240 samples .Analysis techniques using multiple linear regression method previously normality test , the classical assumption includes multicollinearity , autocorrelation , and heteroscedasticity . In addition , this study also uses statistical test t and F as well as the coefficient of determination . The test results normal distribution of data , and all the classical assumptions are met .The results showed that the liquidity and solvency has no effect on stock returns . While profitability and significant positive effect on stock returns .Keywords : Liquidity , Solvency and Stock Return .

Abstract

Buying interest is the tendency of consumers to buy a brand or take action relating to the purchase of which is measured by the degree of likelihood that consumers make purchases. Basically interest is an attitude that can make a person feel happy to objects or situations or certain ideas which are usually followed by a sense of excitement and a tendency to look for the favored object. A person of interest in both permanent or temporary, and the various systems of the dominant motivation is internal determinants that truly fundamental in influencing his attention. Consumer interest can be affected by many factors, such as brand image, product quality and price. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of brand image, product quality and price on the buying interest. The population in this study is the consumer brand of isotonic drinks Mizone in Semarang City. The sample in this study was 100 consumers. The sampling technique used purposive sampling (sampling with the goal). The type of data and data collection techniques used are primary. The analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that: (1). Brand image affect on buying interest. (2). Product quality affect on buying interest. (3). Price affect on buying interest.Keyword :  Brand Image, Quality Products, Price, Buying Interes

Abstract

This study examined two independent variables, namely the quality of products, and the perception that prices could affect the value and customer satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of the two independent variables on the value and customer satisfaction distributions Modesto Sampangan Semarang This study was conducted by questionnaire to 100 customers Modesto Sampangan Semarang distributions obtained by using purposive sampling method, where researchers have criteria or specific objectives of the sample to be studied. The sample in this study is that consumers who have bought clothes in Modesto distributions Sampangan Semarang Testing in this study using validity (KMO) product moment and loading factors, reliability testing with Alpha Croanbrach, multiple linear regression analysis, t test to test and prove the research hypothesis. The results of this study stated that the quality of the product and price perception positive and significant impact on customer value and customer value and significant positive effect on customer satisfaction, whereas for product quality and price perception has no effect and no significant effect on customer satisfaction Keywords: Variable Quality Product, Price Perception, Customer Value, Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

This study analyzed the quality of service (X1), the image of the company (X2), and the perception of the price (X3) on consumer satisfaction (Y). The population in this study is the great customer service yamaha motor using quality of service, corporate image, and price. The samples made with the technique of "accidental sampling" and the number of samples taken as many as 100 people. The analysis model is a linear regression. The results of the research are: (1) The results of the statistical calculation with multiple linear analysis can be seen that the quality of service does not exist a positive and significant effect, while the image of the company, and the perception that prices have a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction. (2) The calculation of the coefficient of determination shows that the quality of service, corporate image, and perception can explain the variable price of consumer satisfaction. (3) The hypothesis that has been done in this study are: A) There is no positive and significant effect of service quality on customer satisfaction. B) There is a positive and significant influence of corporate image on customer satisfaction. C) There is a positive and significant influence perceptions of price on customer satisfaction. Abstract

This study takes an object on the regional water company Ciebon. The reason for the selection of object based researchwant to know the performance of the employee. From these gaps it is necessary to empand  research to analyze the effect of traning, wrk environment, and communication to employees perfomance. The research sample is purposive sampling method. Sample taken 100 people from a population of 268 people. Methods of data analyze using linear regression and methods of data collection using questionnaires. test results showed that (1) the training effect on the performance of employees showed a positive and significant effect (2) work environment affect the performance of the employees showed a positive and significant effect (3) communication skills affect the employees performance showed a positive and significant. Abstract

The purpose of this study to analyze the effect of service and brand image on customer loyalty distributions House of Smith Semarang. The population of this study is that consumers on the distributions House of Smith Semarang who never made a purchase of at least 3 period. The sampling technique used in this study is purposive sampling with a sample of 80 respondents. Analysis of this data using multiple regression. The results showed that the quality of service and a positive brand image and significantly influential on customer loyalty. Keywords: Service Quality, Brand Image, Customer Loyalty

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence of dicipline, motivation, and job satisfaction with employee performance on perum perhutani kbm komersial kayu 1 jawa tengah. The method used in sample collection in this study was purposive sampling. Instrument tests used are validity and reliability test, with the criteria of KMO > 0.5, Loading Factor > 0.4 and Cronbach alpha > 0.7, while the model test used is Adj-R2 (coefficient of determination) and F-test (Goodness of Fit). Hypothesis test in this study is regression analysis using the t-test. Hypothesis testing is using t-value of frequency distribution at significance level (α) of 5%. Based on the results, the study can be summarized as follows: (1) dicipline has positive significant influence on employee performance, (2) motivation has positive significant influence on employee performance, (3) job satisfaction has positive significant influence on employee performance. Abstract

The aim of this study was to determine the influence of variables COMPENSATION SATISFACTION BEHAVIOUR SERVE against PERFORMANCE. Periods of research used in this study ranging from September 28 until October 23, 2014, with the object of research is the employe of PDAM Tirta Moedal Semarang. The sampling technique in this research is to use the entire employee population data or data collection method using a questionnaire by distributing questionnaires to the respondents in order to obtain information. The research objective was formulated to find answere whichis affect employee performance. Data were analyzed using normality test data for testing the regression model confounding variables or residuals have a normal distribution, the classical assumption of test multicoloniarity to test correlation between the independent variables, factor analysis to test the validity of the question items, Cronbach alpha for testing the reliability of the instrument, analysis regression, to be tested with a coefficient of determination (R ²), F test and t test models to test and prove the partial effect of each independent variable. The results of the research are: (1) Compensation Satisfaction have the positive and significant influence on employee performance. (2) Compensation Satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on the behavior of serving. (3) Compensation Satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on employee performance through serving behavior. Keywords: variable Compensation Satisfaction, Serving Behavior and Performance

Abstract

This study takes an object on University Stikubank Semarang. This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of price perception, brand image, promotion, product quality and customer satisfaction on consumer loyalty in using Vaseline Hand and Body Lotion. Respondents of this study is the students University Stikubank Semarang who use the product Vaseline Handbodylotion numbered as many as 100 people. The sampling technique using purposive sampling, then analyzed using linear regression and methods of data collection using the questionnaire. The test results showed that: (1) price perception, brand image, promotion, product quality and significant positive effect on customer satisfaction, (2) price perception, brand image, promotion, product quality and significant positive effect on customer loyalty, (3) price, brand image, promotion, product quality and significant positive effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction.
