Abstract

ABSTRACTo The problem that occurred in Saba Village as a location in this study was the lack of competency and professionalism of existing human resources in managing village funds. This study aims to analyze the accountability of planning, implementation and accountability of Village Funds in Saba Village. This study uses qualitative methods with descriptive methods. The results of this study indicate that village fund management planning has implemented accountable, transparent and participatory principles that are open to the community. Implementation has implemented the principles of transparency, accountability and participation by involving the public in supervision and providing criticism and suggestions. Accountability in reporting and accountability of village funds is carried out in accordance with the mechanism based on the provisions even though there are still negligence from village government officials and the activity management team (TPK). Abstract

ABSTRACT namely the Cheap Sale and Cheap Buy Program (BIMAJUARA). The government through the agricultural service cooperates with the KUD to buy more expensive grain from the market. In this study the researcher used the measurement of the effectiveness of Richard M Steers in Sutrisno with 3 indicators, namely goal optimization, system perspective and human behavior pressure.The data analysis technique used in this study is a descriptive qualitative analysis technique. The results of this study indicate that in the implementation of the BIMAJUARA program it has not run properly. Absorption of grain that is still very minimal is also one of the causes so that the implementation of the BIMAJUARA Program carried out by the Agriculture Service becomes less effective. Penyerapan gabah yang masih sangat minim juga menjadi salah satu penyebab sehingga penerapan Program BIMAJUARA yang dilakukan oleh Dinas Pertanian menjadi kurang oefektiv. This research measures how the Strategy of the Office of Cooperatives, Smallpand MediumpEnterprisesin Increasing the Competitiveness of Smallpand MediumpEnterprises(UKM) in Silver Crafts in Gianyar Regency by measuring product competitiveness according to Todarjo (2000).The study uses SWOT analysis according to Rangkuti (2015). The results of this study indicate that the strategy of the Office of Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises in Increasing the Competitiveness of Smallpand MediumpEnterprises(UKM) in Silver Crafts in Gianyar Regency is not maximal. Abstract

ABSTRACT KawiSmara is a public service innovation program carried out by the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Klungkung Regency in the field of marriage certificate services. KawiSmara is a program of giving marriage certificates to the bride during the wedding ceremony. KawiSmara was carried out with the aim of increasing the coverage of ownership of population documents especially marriage certificates. The problem examined in this study is how the implementation of the KawiSmara program in Klungkung Regency covers four sub-districts, so that later it will create a population that is population discipline. Abstract

ABSTRACT Program Gerakan Membangun Desa Sistem Gotong Royong (Gerbangdessigot) is a program from Bangli District Govement in an effort to accelerate village development. The gerbangdessigot program has been implemented in Bangli District in 2010. The purpose of this study was to find out more about the Implementationn of the Program Gerbangdesisigot (Gerakan Membangun Desa Sistem Gotong Royong) in Belantih Village, Kintamani Sub-District, Bangli District. The theory used in this study is the theory of implementation by Merilee S. Grindle, which includes content of policy and context of policy. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study are that the implementatioon Program Gerakan Membangun Desa Sistem Gotong Royong (GERBANGDESSIGOT) has not been effective because there are two problems, namely the priority of using funds budgeted to strengthen BUMDES capital and women's empowerment not being effective. Abstract

ABSTRACT Paksebali Tourism Village is designated as a tourist village area based on Regulations of Regent of Klungkung No. 2 of 2017. BUMDES (Village-Owned Enterprises) Paksebali is an institution whose task is to develop all the potential of the village. The purpose of this study is to see the extent to which the effectiveness of the BUMDES Paksebali in the process of community empowerment develops the Paksebali tourism village in accordance with the stated goals and plans. Measurement of effectiveness uses the Masruci theory with 3 variables that affect the level of effectiveness of an organization with a source-based approach, an approach based on a process and approach based on goals. The results of this study indicate that there are still shortcomings implemented by BUMDES in community empowerment, one of which is in the recruitment process and the lack of facilities used by the community when working on BUMDES units. Abstract

ABSTRACT M-Desa Dangri Kangin program is a form of innovation program runs by the head village of Dangin Puri Kangin using technology as the tool to accelerate the services. This program has several service and one of them is BPJS for Employment Service to give the assurance for the community, and improving village administrative services of the awareness of social assurance in Dangin Puri Kangin village. The theory is used to support this research it is proposed by George C. Edward III about Policy Implementation with indicator of communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure. The descriptive qualitative methods were applied in this research. The result of implementation in M-Desa program is pretty good but in BPJS of Employment Service, some problems still haven’t been solved. It is not running optimally in some other indicators such as communication, the lack of resources, and the absence of SOPs and work unit fragmentation. Abstract

ABSTRACT Gema Petik Program is a community-driven community empowerment movement that is from, by and for the people, as well as an effort to suppress DHF (Dengue Fever) in the Denpasar city.The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the echo program in Banjar Lantang Bejuh. This study uses descriptive qualitative data collection techniques, and data in this study are presented in the form of text, tables, and graphs/diagrams. The indicators used in this study are, information, policy content, community support, potential sharing. The results of this study is the implementation of the Gema Petik program in Banjar Lantang Bejuh has been implemented, but it has not run optimally. The obstacles that must be followed up are the provision of information on the Gema Petik program that is unclear and evenly distributed, the community support is still not optimal, the lack of human resources for jumantik officers.
