Abstract

Pyrolysis processis definedas a reaction to chemical degradation caused by heat energy with little/absence of oxygen. Pyrolysis of waste plastics into liquid fuels using a batch reactor in which the heatingis set at a temperature of 450oC. This study was conducted to determine the properties of mixed plastic waste pyrolysis oil PE 50% + PS 50%, PE 50% + Other 50% , PE 50% +PS 25% + Other 25% include specific gravity, kinematic viscosity, pour point, flash point,water content and ash content. The results of the calculation of the percentage ofthe highest pyrolysis oil is a mixture of PE 50% + PS 50% of 52.36%, while the lowest percentage is a mixture of PE 50% + Other 50% at 43.41%. Polystyrene plastic addition type increase in the percentage of liquid, the higher the percentage, the percentage of liquid plastic Polystyrene produce higher. Conversely with the addition of plastic Other resulted in a decrease in the percentage of liquid product. Characteristics of pyrolysis fuel oil for specific gravity, and water content is higher than biodiesel. Conversely to kinematic viscosity, flash point, and lower ash content. Pour point to a mixture PE 50% + PS 25% + Other 25 % equivalent to biodiesel (60C), PE 50% and 50% PS (-120C) is lower than biodiesel and PE 50% +Other 50% (120C) higher of biodiesel.

Abstract

Along with the development of computer and information technology, has been a lot of changes in viewpoint and way of learning someone. Students now are more looking at something based on the function and attractiveness in the learning process.Along with the development of computer and information technology, has been a lot of changes in viewpoint and way of learning someone. Students now are more looking at something based on the function and attractiveness in the learning process. Learning Mathematics in the material geometry taught in the sixth grade students in elementary school (SD) still use the model of learning by drawing on paper manila by following the pattern geometry such as balls, slinder, cone, pyramid, cubes, blocks and prisms. This makes many students feel bored and wasting time because the students are now proficient in using mobile technology. So, we need a learning simulation that can help learning in order to create interesting and fun learning environment for elementary school students as well as additional teaching aids for teachers. This research aims to create a 3D space simulation wake of learning that can be implemented in mathematics so that it appears interest in students and help students to learn everyday. Because this application is also equipped with the question and the way it's done.The results of this penlitian is a simulation applications of 3D geometry-based android as a learning tool for elementary school students that contains all kinds of geometry, materials, formulas, and sample problems and how to solve problems that can help students to be easy to learn geometry.

Abstract

The area is the largest source of the presence of domestic wastewater as well as being the largest contributor to environmental pollution. To help minimize the problems that occurred required an intelligent system design is to adopt an expert knowledge into an application. ILCIdroid application designed to identify the level of pollution from domestic wastewater on android based mobile devices. Application of expert system is designed using the Eclipse IDE tools and Matlab toolbox. To determine the results of the identification, use the rules of the rules established by the fuzzy logic based on the data obtained, which then conducted a search of data tracking the fore or forward chainning. The test results show the output generated by the matlab application has the appropriate conclusion.

Abstract

College is an academic organization, an institution which has a role and strategic position in the achievement of educational goals. To achieve The goal, the college needs the support of information technology in carrying out its activities. There are currently utilizing cloud computing technology be one solution to optimize operational effectiveness and efficiency information technology in higher education. However, the use of new technologies of potential risks in their operations that have an impact on performance organization. Therefore we need appropriate risk management for implementation cloud computing in order to improve the performance of colleges. Research It aims to measure the level of possible risks arising from the introduction cloud computing at the university to make use of the OCTAVE Framework on the application of cloud computing technology for information systems at universities high (Bina Darma University case study). This research resulted in the level of University information system readiness Bina Darma in applying technology cloud computing that are in a position YELLOW, namely the implementation of the information system has supported the adoption of cloud computing, but more needs to be improved.

Abstract

The signature is an important attribute for each individual because it is often used as an identity. The use of signatures is practical and simple to make the existence of the more commonly used signature. The existence of this signature facilitate the activities of individuals and even used for the identification of individuals. It is proof that the signature is an important attribute that must be protected from those who are not responsible. Sophisticated and valid needed to provide the best solution. Various approaches have been proposed in the development of the identification of signatures aimed to minimize counterfeiting signatures. This study will discuss the identification of signatures to get authenticity. Processes that exist in this study consists of two main parts: training and testing phase. The size of the imagery used is 256x256 pixels. Training phase, the image subjected to several processes that threshold, Daubechies wavelet transformation, normalization, and then will be trained using the Artificial Neural Network (ANN) Backpropagation. Testing has the same phase as in the training phase but the end of the process will be a comparison between the image data that has been stored with the image comparison. Optimal results are obtained by using a neural network has two hidden layers, respectively 20 and 10 nodes, Daubechies 3 wavelet transformation at level 4, and the learning rate of 0.13. With the results of an accuracy of 93.33%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to create a web-based learning media by using Augmented Reality (AR) Technology for object recognition Geometry and designing Geometry catalogs. The method used is the Microsoft Solution Framework (MSF) with a waterfall system development methods and the effectiveness of learning media is blackbox test and Alphatest. The conclusion after conducting research that Augmented Reality can display an object geometry either flat or wake up wake up the space into a simple three-dimensional shape that can be seen as a whole and can be used effectively in teaching.

Abstract

Water is a vital necessity for life because without water, human and other creatures can not survive. Until now, Bu Anik’s restaurant in district Klaten has not had a system of domestic waste water treatment unit. Water pollution by waste water restaurant caused a decline in water quality in water bodies and groundwater, it is because liquid waste restaurant have a lot of organic matter. Based on this background, the research conducted to reduce waste water containing organic material by using pumice breccia as the main media. Studies using a PVC pipe 2 ½ inch amounted to four tubes with a length of 70 cm, one tube as a control while three other tubes filled with pumice breccia’s diameter is 8 mesh. Independent variable in this research that the media height between 20 to 70 cm. Pumice breccia is one of the absorbent which has binding properties of the molecules in the liquid surface. Before use pumice breccia, destroy first, in order to obtain a grain diameter of 8 mesh, washed, drying up and then hated in an oven at 200 o C for 2 hours, so that the liquid is trapped in rock can evaporate and then gives the pumice breccia’s absorption is more optimal.The result after treatment showed that the effect of the decreased levels of TSS and BOD in water samples. Average decline in media height 70 cm, from the initial sample concentration of 219.5 mg/L can drop to 85.46 mg/L (decrease efficiency 59.31 %) and for BOD at media height 60 cm, from the initial concentration 325.30 mg/L is able to drop to 63.52 mg/L (decrease efficiency 80.84%).

Abstract

Untuk mengetahui kinerja sumur minyak sebelum dilakukan optimasi digunakan perhitungan Inflow Performance Relationships (IPR) dengan luaran berupa kurva . Kurva IPR menjelaskan hubungan antara laju produksi sumur terhadap tekanan alir dasar sumur . Metode perhitungan IPR didasarkan pada fasafluida yang mengalir yang umumnya terdiri lebih dari satu fasa. Utamanya pada sumur tua dengan water cut tinggi, fasa aliran dapat merupakan dua fasa (gas – cairan) atau tiga fasa (gas – air – minyak). Selain berdasarkan pada fasa yang mengalir pemilihan perhitungan juga didasarkan pada batasan metode perhitungan. Pada beberapa sumur tua dengan water cut tinggi digunakan metode vogel karena alasan praktis, yang berdasarkan batasannya tidak sesuai digunakan pada sumur minyak tua dengan water cut tinggi. Dengan demikian ada kemungkinan optimasi yang dilakukan menggunakan metode vogel tidak dilakukan dengan tepat. Untuk mengetahui seberapa besar margin kesalahan perhitungan maka dilakukan evaluasi perhitungan IPR sumur minyak tua dengan water cut tinggi. Dimulai dengan mengumpulkan data beberapa sumur pada beberapa lapangan tua dengan karakteristik berbeda untuk kemudian dilakukan perhitungan IPR dengan metode yang sesuai (metode Wiggins dan metode linear) untuk kemudian dibandingkan dengan perhitungan IPR awal yang menggunakan metode Vogel. Dari perbandingan antara perhitungan awal yang menggunakan metode Vogel dengan metode Wiggins dan atau Linear diperoleh hasil yang berbeda dengan margin yang berbeda-beda. Hasil ini akan memberikan gambaran lebih detail pada performa sumur tua tersebut.

Abstract

Limbah plastik yang semakin meningkat menimbulkan permasalahan yang cukup serius bagi masarakat. Hal ini dapat ditanggulangi, dengan berbagai upaya, salah satunya dengan menggantikan penggunaan plastik konvensional dengan plastik biodegradable. Plastik biodegradable sudah banyak diproduksi, namun kekuatannya masih sangat kurang dibanding dengan plastik konvensional. Oleh karena itu perlu adanya inovasi dalam pembuatan plastik biodegradable yang lebih kuat. Penelitian ini mencoba untuk memanfaatkan umbi gadung sebagai bahan baku pembuatan plastik Biodegradable dan sebagai penguatnya digunakan gliserin serta serat daun nanas. Tahap pembuatan plastik biodegradable meliputi preparasi bahan (pembuatan tepung umbi gadung, dan pengambilan serat daun nanas), dilanjutkan dengan proses pembuatan plastik yaitu dengan mencampur tepung umbi gadung, larutan asam cuka, gliserin dan serat nanas, kemudian diaduk dan dipanaskan selama waktu tertentu, dan tahap terakhir adalah pencetakan serta pengeringan hasil. Penelitian dilakukan dengan variabel suhu, waktu proses, kecepatan pengadukan serta perbandingan bahan baku (umbi gadung dengan serat nanas), untuk mengetahui kondisi proses yang optimal agar diperoleh plastik dengan kuat tarik yang besar. Dengan menggunakan 10 gram umbi gadung 100 mL asam asetat 0,5% dan 2,5 mL gliserin diperoleh kondisi optimal dengan menggunakan suhu 80oC, waktu 90 menit, kecepatan pengadukan 300 rpm dan perbandingan bahan pati gadung : serat daun nanas 10:1. Dengan menggunakan kondisi tersebut diperoleh plastik dengan kuat tarik sebesar 3,8708 Mpa. Uji FT-IR (Fourier Transform Infra Red) terhadap plastik hasil penelitian ini, menunjukkan bahwa plastik hasil penelitian ini merupakan plastik biodegradable.

Abstract

Permasalahan umum yang dihadapi oleh Bagian Perencanaan (diberbagai Kementerian/Lembaga) adalah sulitnya mengukur kinerja kegiatan dan daya serap anggaran untuk kepentingan tata kelola pemerintahan , terlebih pada dua tahun kebelakang, dimana sering terjadi pemotongan anggaran oleh Kementerian Keuangan. Sistem Informasi Monitoring Kinerja Program dan Keuangan ini membantu memudahan proses perencanaan dan monitoring pelaksanaan kegiatan sehingga meningkatkan kemudahan dalam melakukan evaluasi dan menghasilkan kualitas pelaporan data yang cepat dan akurat. Pengembangan aplikasi monitoring dan evaluasi kegiatan di bagian perencanaan ini menggunakan metode SCRUM yang merupakan bagian dari metodologi AGILE yang memiliki sifat fleksibel dapat diterapkan untuk siutasi pengembangan sistem yang cukup dinamis perubahannya akibat permintaan dari pengguna yang belum terdefinisi dengan baik seperti apa bentuk pelaporan untuk proses monitoring dan evaluasi kegiatan di bagian perencanaan Dirjen Bina Bangda Kemendagri.
