Abstract

Problems studied is coaching parents of an only child who does not give the opportunity to attend social events, do not give freedom of action. It is not appropriate to the circumstances which ought to give the child the opportunity for social activities, and providing freedom of action. The research was conducted in SMPN 3 Pancung Soal Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan. The research objective is to describe: 1) Development of parents of only child in social skills. 2) Development of parents of children in the freedom of action. This research is a qualitative case study. Key informants in this study were 2 people which only child SMPN 3 Pancung Soal Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan. Additional informants were parents. The instruments used were interviews, observation, document study. Data analysis is data reduction, data display, conclusion. The result: 1) Development of  parents of the only children in social skills has not been right, 2) Development of parents of the only children in the freedom of action is not yet right. Based on the results of the study suggested: the only begotten son, may respond with positive coaching parents. Parents, in order to provide appropriate guidance to the child.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the implementation of individual counseling services conducted counselor teacher. Based on the initial survey found students still problem and has not appointed its independence after doing individual counseling with counselor teacher. This study aimed to look at how the effectiveness of individual counseling services are performed in the attainment of independence counselor teacher learners, the research problem definition, namely :1) Effectiveness of individual counseling services are conducted on understanding and self-acceptance in a positive and dynamic, 2) Effectiveness of individual counseling services towards understanding and acceptance objectively and dynamic environment, 3) Effectiveness of individual counseling services to the appropriate decision-making, 4) Effectiveness of individual counseling services for self-direction in accordance with the decision taken, 5) Effectiveness of individual counseling services for optimal self-realization. This research is a descriptive study. Sampling was done by using purposive sampling. As the sample of students who have done individual counseling with counselor teachers. Data were collected through filling questionnaires by learners. The data were processed by using percentages. The findings of the study revealed that the effectiveness of individual counseling services are performed in the attainment of independence counselor teacher learners effective.

Abstract

From this research, the researcher found the phenomenon that happened in the class, that is the students cheating in the examination class. From the phenomenon above, the researcher discuss about: what factors that make the students cheating in the examination (a study at MTs S SikabauDharmasraya). This research described about the internal and external factors that make students cheating in the examination class. The method of this research is a descriptive research. The population of this research was all of students at MTs S Sikabau Dharmasraya in academic year 2013/2014, the total students are 150 students. To take the sample in this research, the researcher used stratified random sampling. So, the total sample are 61 students. The instrument of this research was angket, and to analyse the data the researcher used percentage technique.Keywords: cheating, students,internal, external

Abstract

This research has background with there is students that have latest mentality, the teacher felt stress who has changed rare. The students seldom made strange behavior such as: fall asleep, saliva hatch, playing while studied.  Problem in this research is effect factor teacher stress to the way studied tunagrahita students. Informan in this research is the teacher that teaching tunagrahita students in SLB have two peoples, research date collected through interview, observation and documentation. The result of this research exsplained that (1) effect factor teacher stress to the way tunagrahita students studied seen from fisiologis condition that come from teacher physic that teaching is healthy when teaching still less, in teaching the teacher less spirit saw condition the students that have less spirit in learning process, the teacher often lazy to study or did not spirit. (2) effect factor the teacher stress to the way studied tunagrahita students seen from fisiologis condition the teacher often felt nervous when teaching because the students often went out from class  at the moment. Basen on this research recomended to the to the teacher that teaching in order be fatient in guide students who have latest in guide students who have latest mentality, in order the teacher better made relationship with.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe problem of this research was the influential factor on the learning outcome of students. This research was conducted at SMPN 1 Lembah Malintang. This research aim to know internal and external factors which influence the learning outcome. This research was a descriptive study. The population of this research was all students at SMPN 1 of Lembah Melintang. Technique of taking sample was conducted by proportional random sampling where the drawing of sample was done randomly. As for the population of this research was 241 students of class VIII, after doing the drawing sample randomly, the amount of sample was 40 students. The data of this research was obtained by using questionnaire of the research. The data that has been obtained and then to be analyzed by using descriptive analysis. From the data analysis was conducted can be concluded that the influential factor of students’ learning outcome at SMPN 1 Lembah Melintang, those are 73.91% with a lot criteria. From the influential factor uncovered when seeing from the aspect of school regulation was dominant to influence the students’ learning outcome, those are 89,92% they influence the students’ learning outcome by abundant criteria.

Abstract

Based on phenomena that occur in field where visible presence errors, omissions and inaccuracies in making decisions about further education learners who will have lived a bleak outlook in determining the direction of a career choice . Such problems often faced by learners , especially to determine type of education which one should take, and how  prospects for employment or career after graduating , and how steps that must taken to prepare themselves in entering employment or career in the future . This research conducted using qualitative methods and descriptive approach that intends to get an overview of career guidance program in Public of  Senior High School 14 Padang . Key informants in this study the counselor. The counselor totaling three person . The results of this study were ( 1 ) study feasibility of the implementation career guidance that has been done by the counselor in Public of Senior High School  14 Padang had adapted to talents and interests of learners so learners can determine enthuses career ( 2 ) career guidance programming  pursued by counselor adapted to needs of learners . Having mind  need or needs assessment learners  counselor working to develop a career guidance program will be given to students.

Abstract

The problem in this research is about how parents` role can develop students` character in SMP Muhammadiyah 6 Padang. The purpose of this research is having data about parents` role in helping children to develop students` sharacter, like : understanding other people`s feeling. Setting up their mind “ wish I can be like him/her “, supporting other opinion, no negative thinking, having good principle of life, being unselfish person, not comparing others, being able to restrain angerness, having scheduled activities, following the voice of goodness and refusing the badness. This kind of research can be called as quantitative description. The source that this research used is primary and secondary data. The population of this research is all of the students from VII, VIII, IX of SMP Muhammadiyah 6 Padang. In collecting the data the researcher uses Taro Yamane formula that is about  75 students. The technique in collecting the data is using questionare. The data analysis used by this research is percentageformula. After all of data has been analysed, there will be the result that parents` role in helping the development of students`character of SMP Muhammadiyah 6 Padang has somepoints. 1) Parents` role can help students in achieving a better empathy attitude. 2) Parents` role can help students in achieving a better heartfelt sympathy. 3) Parents` role can help in controlling theirself. Based on the result above, it is hoped that parents and counseling teachers may increase their role to help students in developing the students` character and give the understanding about the good thing they should do so they may have the stronger character than before.

Abstract

Based on problem studied that researcher found look at phenomenon is the field any adolescent droupout and some of his friend did not want out of the house to hang out and there is also a loner because do not like crowds. Based on the phenomenon that the researcher raisaid concerns about: what were factors affect adolescent adjustment droup out in Batang Kariang Kecamatan Kamang Baru Kabupaten Sijunjung. The purposes these studied were to discribe: 1). Factor that affect adolescent adjustment droup out views of the personality 2). Factor that affect adolescent adjustment droup out views of the  environment. This researchd was quantitative descriptive research that seeks to describe the situation for what it is. The study population amounted to 51 peoples. The techniques used in this sampling were a sampling technique and a total sample size of 51 people. The instrument used in this study is questionnaire. As for the use of data analysis is techniques percentage. The research results revealed that: 1). Factors that affect adolescent adjustment drop out seen in the category of personality pretty much, it can be seen from the results of the study showed the number 82.35 % 2 ). Factors that affect adolescent adjustment dropout seen enough of the environment, it can be seen from the results of the study showed the number 88.23 %.

Abstract

The purpose of  this research was to describe the effectiveness of the use of students learning time at SMA Negeri Padang as follow: 1). To describe the effectiveness of the use of learning time in students school at SMA Negeri 11 Padang, and 2). To describe the effective ness of the use of learning time in students house at SMA Negeri 11 Padang. The type of this research was descriptive research. The sample classes were X5, XI IPA1 and XII IPS1 at SMA Negeri 11 Padang. This research used purposive random sampling technique in getting the sample. The data was analyzed through percentage formula. The research result could be described as follow: 1). The effective ennes of the use of students learning time shown from the use of learning time at school was in effective enough criteria with category 67% by indicator used learning schedule at school was effective ennogh criteria, the learning time that used was in effectife enough criteria 67%, and 2). The effectiveness of the use of students learning time shown from the use of learning time at home was effective enough criteria in category 68% with indicator used learning indicator used learning schedule at home was effective enough criteria in 69% and learning time that used in effective enough criteria 66%. The researcher suggested that the students’ had to use theirleisure time to studyin library more effectively.

Abstract

This problems based on  learners who has low economy capacity but has high academic achievement in study, different with learners who has high economy, but ignore to its academic achievement to learn. This research intend to describe 1) Learner’s profil who has high academic achievement and  low economy capacity seen from cognitive aspect. 2) Profil of student who has high academic achievement and low economy capacity seen from psychomotor. 3) Profil of student who has high academic achievement and low economy capacity seen from effective aspect. This Research was descriptive qualitative research consists of learner’s informant, teacher, adviser, coordinator of conseling, counselor and lear ner’s parent. Data were collected through interview and documentation. The result of this research describe that : 1) learner who has high academic achievement and low economy capacity seen from the aspect cognitive described that when a teacher explaine the subject material student pay attention seriously, high motivation, and able to observing, understanding, and analyzing each subjects. 2) learner who has high academic achievement and low economy capacity seen from psychomotor, able to utilize facilities to learn well. 3) from effective aspect learner who has high academic achievement and low economy capacity has good characters, attitude, polite, and loyal to religion.
