Abstract

This research describe levels of students independencegot individual counseling inSenior High School 1 Duo Koto KabupatenPasaman. Research purpose is: 1).Todescribe levels of self-conscious to students’ independent gotindividual counseling2). To describelevels of students’independencecarefully gotindividual counseling3). To describe levels of independence, students’ individualitygotindividual counseling 4). To describelevels of independent toward student’s independence gotindividual counseling.This descriptive research that took all students for population who followed individual counseling. This use purposive random sampling and percentage formula to  data analysis. Research results can be described  like: 1). Levels of Students’ independence got individual counseling in high category can be seen from level of self-conscious from percentage 68.3%.2). Levels of Students’ independence gotindividual counseling in high category can be seen from levels closely from percentage67,14% 3). Levels of Students’ independence gotindividual counseling in high categorycan be seen from level of individuality from percentage 63,79%. 4). Levels of Students’ independence gotindividual counseling in high categorycan be seen from level of self from percentage 68,46%. Fromresearch result, researcher suggest for supervising teacher tostreamline individual counseling to achieve level of independenceintact.

Abstract

Based on the observation found that researchers do learners have self-control in a different study, the researchers raised concerns about the research: how the profile of self-control learners studying in Class XI in SMAN 1 Rambatan Kabupaten Tanah Datar. This study aims to reveal: 1) Self-control students in learning viewed from the aspect of  behavioral control, 2) Self-control students in learning from the aspects of cognitive control, 3) Self-control students in learning viewed from the aspect of decessional control). This research is a descriptive study sought to describe a situation for what it is. The population in this study were all students of class XI with the number 217. Techniques used in sampling is simple random sampling. So the sample size of 68 people. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire. While the data used for the analysis of the percentage formula. The research results revealed that: 1) Self-control students in learning viewed from the aspect of  behavioral control on both criteria. 2) Self-control students in learning from the aspects of cognitive control on both criteria. 3) Self-control students in learning viewed from the aspect of decessional control  on both criteria.

Abstract

The fact showing that learners do not have interpersonal intelligence associated with social interaction and communication. The problem in this research is how the interpersonal level students at SMK 6 Padang. This research aimed to describe the social interaction and communication skills of students.This research is a descriptive study that is tried to describe about one of the condition itself. The population in this study was the students of class XI amounting to 169 people, this study used sample of 62 people. The way of sampling is done by using a proportional random sampling, which samples were taken is compare to the number of population in each class. The sources of data in this study is primary data that is class XI. The data of research were processed using techniques percentage. Results of this study said that interpersonal intelligence of class XI  students in terms of social interaction at the high category 83.3%. While on the of communication in middle category means that 95.2% of students have not been able to communicate well with other people.

Abstract

Based on observation that have done by writer, there are many students who got less responses or reinforcement in information service : how the guider teacher give reinforcement to students in information services at Junior High School Number 26 Padang, perceived from : 1). Gift the verbal reinforcement by the guider teacher in information services activity at Junior High School Number 26 Padang and 2). Gift the non verbal reinforcement by the guider teacher  in information services activity at Junior High School Number 26 Padang. This research is descriptive research which is trying to describe the real condition of subject. Population of this research all of students class VIII and IX Junior High School Number 26 Padang at 2011-2012 education period, amount of population is 236 people. Sample of this research is chose based on purposive technique sampling which sample is  suitable to research.  Amount of Samples in this research are 56 students. Colecting of data by using quistionnaire. Annalisis that  used is descriptive statistic which using formulation of persentation. The result of research showing : 1). The Verbal Reinforcement by guider teacher in information services activity include to  good enough and 2). The Non Verbal Reinforcement by the guider teacher  in non verbal reinforcement by the guider teacher  in information services activity include to good enough. Based on the result of research above, the researcher can seen if gift the reinforcement by the guider teacher to students in information services activity at Junior High School Number 26 Padang is good enough. The researcher is advising to the teacher in order to increase the reinforcement to the students in informaton services.

Abstract

Acceleration means that the speed of learning as the implications of studying complete systems (master learning) also showed learners have extraordinary intelligence and are able to achieve a predetermined competence is much faster and has a very good result, learners who have exceptional intelligence is a characteristic special is not much need time and assistance in completing accelerated predetermined competencies, such as remedial and enrichment programs. The problem in this study is what are the problems of students in accelerated classes SMP Negeri 5 Padang. This study aimed to describe: The problems of students in learning tasks load and peer social relationships particularly accelerated classes at SMP Negeri 5 Padang. This research is a descriptive study sought to describe a situation for what it is. The population in this study were students in accelerated classes SMP Negeri 5 Padang. Sampling in this study using stratified random sampling. So the sample size in this study were as many as 43 people. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire. As for the use of data analysis techniques percentage. Results of this study reveal that: Problem learners as follows: 1. Load assignments a lesson). Of individuals included in the category of problematic enough, b) From the teachers including the category is less problematic, c) From the family including the less problematic category, 2. Problems of students in a peer social relationships) of individuals including the less problematic category, b) of the learning environment including the less problematic category, c) From playing environment including the less problematic category. The conclusion is: The problem learners accelerated classes at SMP Negeri 5 Padang fall into the category of less problematic. However the researchers looked less problematic category does not mean students get guidance and counseling services which become one of the purposes of this study. Based on the results of these studies recommended a material by providing services such as information services, content services, guidance services and counseling groups to create an atmosphere of classroom learners better acceleration.

Abstract

Problem  in this research how the implantation of the diagnosis of learning difficulties and remedial teaching by guidance and counseling teachers and subject  teachers in SMP Negeri 28 Padang. The purpose of this research was to describe: 1) guidance and counseling teachers activities in implementing the identification of students who have learning difficulties, 2) guidance and counseling teachers activities in localizing the location of students learning difficulties, 3) guidance and counseling teacher activities in localizing the causes factors of students learning difficulties, 4) guidance and counseling teachers activities in planning assistance and establish possible ways to overcome students learning difficulties, 5) assistance given by guidance and counseling teachers in the implementation of remedial teaching to students, 6) assistance given by subject teachers in the implementation of remedial teaching to students. Sample in this research with technique purposive sampling.  Based on these objectives obtained a sample of 71 students. Data collection tool used was a questionnaire, while the data analysis technique using percentage analysis. Results of this research revealed that: 1) guidance and counseling teachers activities in implementing the identification of students who have learning difficulties in good enough category, 2) guidance and counseling teachers activities in localizing the location of students learning difficulties in good enough category, 3) guidance and counseling teacher activities  in localizing the causes factors of students learning difficulties in good enough category, 4) guidance and counseling teachers activities in planning assistance and establish possible ways to overcome students learning difficulties in good enough category, 5) assistance given by guidance and counseling teachers in the implementation of remedial teaching to students in good enough category, 6) assistance given by subject teachers in the implementation of remedial teaching to students in good enough category. Based on the results of this research recommended to guidance and counseling teachers in to order improve the implementation diagnosis of learning difficulties to be effective and for subject  teachers can do remedial teaching effective and efficient.

Abstract

 Counseling service in the school is the effort to help the students in to optimalize the development their self. SMP Negeri 20 Padang is one of the school that have done the students self development, but in fact the result of observation to some of the students found that many problems, such as the material is not effective and do not interesting for the students. The purpose of this research is to know the students perception about self development counceling in class VIII SMP Negeri 20 Padang. This is the descriptive research. The population is the students class VIII in SMP Negeri 20 Padang that registered in 2011/2012 that consist of eight class. The number of student 268. The sample is taken by simple random sampling technique. So the number of student is 59 from VIII.2 and VIII.6. the data is collect by using the arrangement of likert scala then analize by persentage tehnique. The group of the data are: very good, good, good enough and not good. From the reseach, it is found that 50,85% is good. The researcher suggest to the student to be more active and the teacher have to in crease the interaction with the student and give more chance to students.

Abstract

The problem in this study is the level of student  anxiety in the following Praktek Pengalaman Lapangan Bimbingan dan Konseling Sekolah  (PPLBKS) 2012-2013academicyear. Anxiety level of students in the following Praktek Pengalaman Lapangan Bimbingan dan Konseling Sekolah (PPLBKS) academic year 2012-2013 viewed from two aspects, namely in terms of the psychological aspects and physiological aspects (anxiety as physical symptoms, especially in the nervous system). This type of research is a descriptive study sought to describe a situation for what it is. The population in this study was students who follow the practice of field experience academic year 2012-2013. Sampling in this study using random sampling. The numbers are as many as 57 people. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire. As for the use of data analysis techniques percentage. The results follow the anxiety level of students in the Praktek Pengalaman Lapangan Bimbingan dan Konseling Sekolah (PPLBKS) academic year 2012-2013 is seen from the psychological aspect of the criteria is very high (94.74%) and the physiological aspects of the criteria to be higher (57.89%). So the anxiety level of students in the following the Praktek Pengalaman Lapangan Bimbingan dan Konseling Sekolah (PPLBKS) 2012-2013 academic year are at very high category. Research students are advised to follow PPLBKS BK 2012-2013 academic year in order to relieve anxiety in one self in order for carrying out the practice field. Then also that during the performance of students PPLBKS not feel anxious and fearful during field training.

Abstract

Development of the elderly is the last development stage of  human life process. Elderly development is closing period of  life. This research was examined to describe profile of elderly achievement in Parak Jigarang, Padang. This research was designed in descriptive design. Population of  this research is all of elderly in Kuranji especially Parak Jigarang. Total of population and sample of this research is 31 people. Technique of sample is total sampling where the population is smaller than 100 people. The result of this research; 1) The elderly did not achieve the adaptation of their physic condition. 2) The elderly did not achieve the resign period. 3) The elderly did not achieve the adaptation of the death of their couple optimally. 4) The elderly did not achieve the social rule. The researcher recommended to: (1) The elderly have to be able to consider and to achieve their achievement in their age. (2) Family has to be care to the elderly, also help them for achieving their achievement in their last life stage effectively. (3) Societies have to build interaction with the elderly. So, there will no negative influence. (4) The student of Counseling Department who will do PPLBKT, try to be selective in giving counseling especially for the elderly. (5) Counseling Department is hoped to implement PPLBKT and distribute the student to Parak Jigarang for doing counseling continuously.

Abstract

The problem  this  research  is how  would be  effort  a directship and teacher in developing  psychology potency  the pupil  at   Junior High School  Negeri  9  Padang.  These research  its purpose  about  is  description   (1)  Be effort  a teacher  and directship   in developing  intellectual  and inteligency  potency the  pupil. (2)  Be effort  a teacher and directship  in developing  emotional and  inteligency  the pupil . This  research form  is descriptive research .The population   these   research  are  all of the pupil at  Junior High School Negeri  9   by sum of  718 person and  88 sampling  person .These research  being usefullProportionate  Stratified  Random Samplingor stratified  sampling   that is  get  off the sample from the populationhave  divided in stratified   or  strata . The resources data  whole is mean in the research  have  offered     initial    from  proving  its data. These  tool and equipment  all of  group data  are usefull  a questioner sheet. The  data is examined  by usefullpercently technic. Concomitan  here  research  and resulting  have been found  like is  footnote below .  (1)  Be effort  directship and teacher  in developing   intellectual  the pupil   at  Junior High School  Negeri 9 Padang   have proved  into  good  category. (2) Be effort  directship and teacher    in developing    emotional  inteligency  the  pupil   at  Junior High School Negeri 9 Padang  into good category. Base on    find out this  research  to recommendation   on : directship and teacher  proved  to improvement  psycho potency   all of the  pupil  at  Junior High School  Negeri   9  Padang  with optimally.
